Dear Sir,
To-day at 8, 20 am i reached ur above named show room for pair service of my Hondia Activa being called by the custermer relation manager. I am a sr. citizen of 65 yrs old. I travelled of about 16 kms. in the severe cold morning to get my vehicle serviced. The staff Technical staff reached at about 9 am. After checking and recording the required data, we were told to wait in the wtg. room, which is filled with very bad smell till the work is over. we are not allowed to witness the service being undertaken. At times, services which were actually not provided, like change of engine oil, break shoe, a few among all are being billed by the supervisor, Mr.Debasis Behera of above named dealer. We at time experienced it. Very often we are told that this and that parts are not available. I am giving one example. After purchasing the vehicle, on its first service, the inner & outer cable for the rear break were turn out and I was advised to replace with a new ones. But I was told that those were not available in the show room. Some how, I manager with the turned-out cable till the second service. After three month or so, on the second service the same parts were also not available, as told to us. Rather I was advised by Mr. Debasis to replace those cables with 'Hero pleasure cable' which are still with my vehicles till date. It appears, Mr. Debasis being an employee of Honda motor cycle & Scoots India Pvt. Ltd (through M/s Shivam Honda, Bhubaneswar), he is doing commissioning job for Hero pleasures.
To-day when I repeated the same for replacing the cables he got angry with me, and in the result I prefer to not renew the AMC with ur dealer.
May I ask u sir, till date do u have not supplied the said cable to that bhubaneswar show room against which I am still using Hero Pleasure cables? Let me confirm it under intimation to the concerned dealer.
