I have been calling Vihaan Honda regularly complaining that I can't break as my disc are worn out...the service guy said it needs replacement but it has been month but no one has bothered to call and tell me by wen it will be available also wen I call I am out on long hold so only choice is to cut the call if I don't have to pay huge bills to Vodafone...
Please solve this problem else I will make sure I tell all my friends about how Honda treats its customers

I had given my bike to saffire HONDA for 1st and 2nd free service at Ilias nagar. BANGALORE... And I am having HONDA hornet 160 grey with green sticker bike with CBS... The number is KA05JW1829 ...i don't no which polish they used and my bike is lost its color... Ppz help me...

    Dear Sir,

    I am Gitesh Shah, have given my Activa for servicing at Kasliwar Automobiles Pvt Ltd, Add: 12-C, Sch No 94, Pipliyahana Indore M.P. 452016, Dealer Code: MP02BA01.

    This is twice I have given them my Activa for service but the service was not up to the mark. My wife Ms Madhavi Shah who own's & drives this Activa have a problem of shaking of Rear Tyre while driving. We have complaint many times but the service person's never gives importance to us. They just listen to the problem and never take any action against the mentioned problem.

    I have been giving my Activa in Ujjain city for 3 years for service, there was not a single problem from them.
    After shifting to Indore city we are forced to give our Activa for servicing at above mentioned dealer due to "other service provider are far away from home". Whenever we give our Activa to this particular dealer we face this problem, they never provide 100% satisfaction but only provide huge bill amount.

    Requesting you to kindly take some appropriate action against this dealer (Code: MP02BA01) and our problem.

      Sir/Madam
      I am having a Aviator Scooty whose Engine No JF21E[protected] & frame No ME4JF215CE8122525 and purchased on 07/04/2014. This was purchased from Dealer Code WB07100 Hooghly. I did an AMC and 4th Service was due. As this dealer is far away from my home I went to another Honda Dealer Code WB 07BA02 close to my home. They( WB 07BA02) checked Docs and refused to entertain as this was done by other dealer (Code WB07100). I was compelled to do another AMC in Their Shop (Code WB07100). Thus I paid the AMC charge two times within the covering period. This was objected by me. I told that AMC is being provided by HONDA then why it will vary from dealer to dealer.
      My request please look into the matter and give me a satisfactory reply.

          Dear Sir,
          To-day at 8, 20 am i reached ur above named show room for pair service of my Hondia Activa being called by the custermer relation manager. I am a sr. citizen of 65 yrs old. I travelled of about 16 kms. in the severe cold morning to get my vehicle serviced. The staff Technical staff reached at about 9 am. After checking and recording the required data, we were told to wait in the wtg. room, which is filled with very bad smell till the work is over. we are not allowed to witness the service being undertaken. At times, services which were actually not provided, like change of engine oil, break shoe, a few among all are being billed by the supervisor, Mr.Debasis Behera of above named dealer. We at time experienced it. Very often we are told that this and that parts are not available. I am giving one example. After purchasing the vehicle, on its first service, the inner & outer cable for the rear break were turn out and I was advised to replace with a new ones. But I was told that those were not available in the show room. Some how, I manager with the turned-out cable till the second service. After three month or so, on the second service the same parts were also not available, as told to us. Rather I was advised by Mr. Debasis to replace those cables with 'Hero pleasure cable' which are still with my vehicles till date. It appears, Mr. Debasis being an employee of Honda motor cycle & Scoots India Pvt. Ltd (through M/s Shivam Honda, Bhubaneswar), he is doing commissioning job for Hero pleasures.

          To-day when I repeated the same for replacing the cables he got angry with me, and in the result I prefer to not renew the AMC with ur dealer.

          May I ask u sir, till date do u have not supplied the said cable to that bhubaneswar show room against which I am still using Hero Pleasure cables? Let me confirm it under intimation to the concerned dealer.

            Dear sir,

            I have handed over my 2 wheeler honda unicorn 150 cc bike (Register no. Mh04-dp-7671 / engine no. Kc09e4085376 / chasis no. Me4kc098d[protected] at aditya honda workshop at nallasopara west, vasai taluka, dist. Palghar on 27th dec'16 as various problem continued from previous service including no proper functioning of horn and disk break and chain noise in newly fitted chain kit in during previous service.

            The existing job card no is (15-16/nsp/14004) and there is no update from workshop till date (29th dec'16). The phone number mentioned on job card are not functioning and i have to call on personal number of one of the technician for update on readiness of my bike.

            Upon follow-up i was informed the disk-break m c kit is not available which is costing rs.300/- + rs.180/- labour cost + rs.70/- and that i should replace the complete disk-break unit for rs.11, 00/-. This is not a quality service that for a spare of rs.300/- a customer is forced to fit complete new kit of rs.1100/- for reason m c kit not available. Even i was told washing service will be pending since pump is not working.

            We request your intervention to ensure quality services being delivered to customer to maintain honda loyalty else i will be force to sale my honda unicorn bike and go for a 2 wheeler of your competitor.

            Looking forward immediate support.

              I have bought active Honda 125 CC from Ananda Honda Showroom in last week of July 2016. Since very start I am facing trouble in starting the Bike. Even with Chok on the Bike takes good time to get started. I have given the Bike multiple time to service center but didn't get the resolution. Finally today the engineer said that after not using the bike for more than 5 hours, I have to put on the Chok which is not convincing for me. Few thought

              1) My friend is using same model since last two year but don't face any problem, his Bike get started immediately without putting on the Chok.
              2) Mileage of my Bike has gone for a toss. Vs the claimed mileage of 50-60 kmpl, I am getting a mileage of not more then 25-30 kmpl.
              3) When I gave my Bike for service last time Petrol was full where as when I went today its Nil, don't know why.
              4) I am only getting English and not real solution.

              Please request you to look into this. I have huge faith in Honda. Please help in retaining the same.

                  My name is abdul hafeez i have purchase a new bike unicorn 150cc
                  on[protected] from day third fuel leakage from pipe left below the bike i mean over flow the pipe which is connected to carborator and immediately on i have took vehicle inform to honda showroom dhruvdesh honda in bangalore mekh circle from where i have purchase the bike when ever i drive the bike let stand after 2 3 hrs if i see fuel was leaking form pipe as i mentioned above and after driving and standing bike in night if see in morning fuel 3 4 drops is leaked from that pipe, i have been service center 3 4 times thy told they have resolved it now will not happen that fuel leaking and thy changed some needdle also but still problem of fuel leakage from that pipe, even being a bike mechanic thay are not able to tell what is the exact problem i dont whta service and products honda is giving why people buy honda for quality but is not there i am very dissappointed from that please resolve my issue priority.

                    Honda 2wheeler service centre has refusede to deliver my vehicle because I have paid service charge through cheque. they said we will deliver your vehicle only after clearing of the cheque. so I have to wait for few days for my vehicle what should I do ? they have kept my vehicle with them I have no other conveyance so I am very disappointed please solve my problem immidiately.

                      Dear sir, i have purchase activa 125 cc from your dealer sohil honda madanmahal jabalpur on 2.10.2016 on cash payment. I have paid all rto dues and documents on the day of purchase. For registration he told me to com after one month and take your registration card and other documents. After stipulated period i went there and asked for documents. He again told your com after a week time again and again. Till date i have not given registration number and he is passing time. Rto and traffice police in their checking are asking vehicle paper during checking. The behaviour of representative appointed by dealer is not good. As your company is world famous company and dealer is not thinking about your company reputation. If no action is taken by you on the matter within a week time i will put up this matter in consumer forum /court of law. Thanks. C. K.                           I have purchased Honda Activa 3G on Dated 02/12/2016.

                          From day one, I am facing the vibration in scooter by driving scooter more than 35 KM/Hrs. speed.

                          I have complain to Service center at santhosh Honda.. bapatla, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh . I had put scooter for one times but by changing some parts, till problems not resolve. Trials was taken by Honda Representative Engineer Mr. Rafi supervisor and the was fell by him self.

                          By paying Approx. 65000 Rs. but not feeling good as well as not satisfied with scooter.

                            It's an new bike; in 1month the noise is coming from the engine; then i send the mail to the honda customer care; but they are not ready to accept e there is an manufacturer defects in the engine. When i purchased the brand new bike; from first start i feel that something noise is coming from engine; then i show it to honda dealer and he opens the engine. So u can think that how honda is manufactured the engine that it get opened in one month running only.
                            Just like i hv purchased this bike and in one moth the noise is coming from engine. After visited to service centre they says that having problem in it's rocker arm and cam shaft; and they chage that part. And till there is an noise is comming from engine.in second visit they change the piston crank set (Full upper crank with piston); then also engine is so noisy; even i run only few 500 km.
                            And in third time they changed balanceing rod; then also bike is having problem; so i requesting you to help me in this matter;

                            As per honda should have to replace a new engine in this or give me a new replacement of bike;
                            Also i hv mail to them that higher a team to this matter and see why this problem occurs in the engine; but didn't got any reply.

                            Very poor quality. And honda is an making foolish to people.
                            Please help me sir

                              I Atul Vitthal Yadav from Pune ( Maharashtra).

                              I have purchased Honda Unicorn 150cc bike on 24th July 2016 from B U Bhandari Auto Lines PVT LTD. Sr. No 11-5 12-1 Petit estate, Nr Vijay Sales, Cannaught Road, Pune 411001, Maharashtra.

                              After taking the delivery of Honda Unicorn from B U Bhandari showroom, there are some problems occurred

                              1. Colour of two parts are become light & damaged.

                              2. Two black rubbers at the top of handle are damaged & Handle become very lose.

                              I had contacted the respective dealership & service center & also meet to the service manager, that time the 2nd problem was solved. But again the same problem has been created. I tried to contact them, but they are not responding & not taking it seriously.

                              I am not happy with the service provided by B U Bhandari dealer & service center.

                              I kindly request you to look into my problems & solve it as soon as you can.

                                By paying Approx. 60000 Rs. but not feeling good as well as not satisfied with scooter.

                                I want permanent solution from Honda service department on issue.

                                  Headlight focus issue with Activa

                                  Hello, I have Honda Activa 125. Its headlight doesn't focus on road in Low Beam setting. It focuses in straight direction. The long beam focuses in upper direction. This problem is not in my Activa scooter but its common for all Activa scooters. The company should design the inner reflector of the headlight and provide the same to existing customer. It is a genuine and serious problem with this scooter. Please look into this problem and provide...

                                  I have give honda shine for bike repair as it was not starting on 8th Dec16 at Vanisha honda service, Belgaum.

                                  After 6days, on asking repeatedly, they have seen our bike and told compressor is not working .We asked them to proceed with repair work and the estimated cost was around 12k.

                                  Today, if we go and ask the bike repair status, the bike has been left aside without any repair being done.They are telling parts have not been come yet so bike was not repaired.

                                  I am complaining this service center is not responding properly to the customer, they even can't call to customer instead they ask us to call them.

                                  Really, pissed off with this service center so asked to give back out motorbike without repair.

                                      Myself Eti Goel. Today dated: 17.12.2016 I submitted my active at pioneer honda, sector 63, Noida for service of my activa.
                                      When I submitted they all checked it fully and properly. Now when I went to pick it back. I was just paying the bill I just saw

                                      1- I very dark and long scratch activa. I asked in starting they denied for done by them. But later they promised to do it right within one or two days. I agreed..!!

                                      2- a written note on paper (service details paper) that no kick on vehicle. (It was not mentioned and no one told me when I submitted it) I ask about it they said mam nahi tha hamne baad mai dekha. (I AM DAMN SURE FOR THE KICK AS I USE SOMETIMES TO START MY SCOOTY)

                                      Now today as I meet to Mr. Manish (head) for the case he is only and only supporting his staff. He is not even ready to listen the case properly. My scooty is still there as showroom since I would not like to take it back with this worse condition.

                                      Kindly help me out and sort out case as soon possible as I need my vehicle.

                                      Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I have purchased Honda shine in April 2016, from the beginning after the purchase i am facing problem in my bike. there is vibration near seat area while driving i have complained this in the service even after three services it is not rectified. and there are more problems i am facing which even after complaining is not rectified in service.
