With due regards, it is to inform that I had purchased a CB125 SHINE SP(CBF125MG-ID) Black motor bike from M/s Rajkumar Automobiles Sales Pvt. Ltd., Station Road, Midnapore, Dist-Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal, on 09.10.2016 vide Invoice No. 16IN04450 dtd.09.10.2016 Frame NO.ME4JC731JGT016422 & Engine NO.JC73ET0030195.The following defects has come to my notice:-
1.Both soccer's are defective, as creating heavy sound while driving.(Photograph of the same is attached)
2.Even T of the vehicle is defective.(Photograph of the same is attached)
The said defects were brought to the notice of the said Auth.Dealer . They also convinced and told that the both soccers and T were defective.In this regard the said Auth Dealer have send the photographs and complaint to your company.
I also assured you that during this period i.e. from 09.10.2016 to till date no damages occur due to accident, vandalism, road stones etc.It is worthy to mention here that I have not received Registration Certificate & vehicle no. from the auth. dealer till date as they told this is under process.
Accordingly, I request you look into the matter sincerely and resolve the issue considering the above facts at the earliest.

Honda 2 Wheelers India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
And the supervisor of service station doesn't pick up the calls.the name of supervisor is naveen and the contact no. Is [protected].
Please take the action against him immediately...
