I have purchased Honda NAVI from Pashankar Honda on 15 October 2016.

I was been told that i will receive registration number detail in a week.
My registration number request was not for any special number, need a normal number

Till today I have not received any single call from them, every time i have to call these guys on multiple number then get followups from them.

Every time they gave me some stupid answer.

I am sick of the pathetic service provided by:

    Am honda activaaaa 3 g owner... From begins am getting troubles driving.. Waisted money as well times with service... Even complaint several times no resolve.. Even handle by area apsm and simply assure and diverting with trouble.. I want to return ds vehicle with compensation... Am fedup on ds vehicle problems and inconvenience of driving...

    First they had told it's gear box noise and they replaced ...after that same noise ..re visited waisted time and Money found and told that it's from tyre ...more than three months I need to follow and made calls more than 60 times ...fed up on fake promise and worst product..

    After Lodge complaint got some call saying name that Mr.Abhjit Bhattacharya([protected])from Honda Customer Care return department ...asked quiry concern about details and asked icici bank details for refund amount for the same Bank as per government approved only access... After arrangements of my relatives icici bank details trying contact same no...not reaching ...sent SMS ...no response ...tryed with customer care two-wheeler Honda for search and contact above mentioned person no...no proper response ...kindly see DS weather it's fake Call r what? And I need justice about my concern for return DS vehicle with compensation... [protected].

      Two month back i bought a brand new honda activa (3g) from shaw honda show room. they offer me for accessories to be fitted and i agreed with them. they charged me for vehicle along with accessories parts. and the charges are at honda price. after i month i got to know all are local made only honda stickers were pasted.
      I beg you sir please take action against them. please find my details and show room details as below.

      I have not received any call or mail from show room.I went to showroom for the same.The moment I start shouting about duplicate accessories they have fitted on my vehicle, Initially they are trying to justify themselves but at the end they didn't have any thing for justification. Finally they replaced all duplicate accessories with originals. I got to know they are cheating in the same way with other customers. So if possible please cancel their license and file a criminal case against them.

        Hi,

        I had purchased honda shine from malwa honda in june this year.

        Since from starting it get switched off automatically. I did complain on customer care they suggested me to visit malwa service centre and do service of bike thereafter i did the same but problem could not be resolved.

        I again complained but they told me to register complain with us, we will resolve the problem but again malwa service centre failed.

        I have visited 3 timed for complain and 2 times for service but the problem is continue.

        I requested honda to resolve the issue if they can otherwise refund my whole amount asap

          I've a Honda Activa scooter 2014 model. The problem is I have no trustworthy authorised service centres for servicing my vehicle. In my town, there is an authorized showroom Jayam Honda who is the worst dealer ever ! Both their service and customer response is absurd. If you can take my complaint serious, I would ask you to cancel their license for Honda products. Jayam Honda is the sub dealer of Noble Honda, Perundurai, which is also a bad service. Mechanics in there speak like they are the owners and all. I let them do service for my activa few months ago. After got serviced by them, various problems started. While receiving the vehicle, the Self start didn't work. After a few days the horn stopped working completely. Now to change the horn, and servicing the vehicle again, I let it at the another service centre Royal Wings Honda. They changed the Air plug, Break shoe and others without even asking me . I have an audio proof of what I asked them to do .. but they changed various things and put bill for Rs.1170 but the actual service cost is Rs.580. I Don't know where to do service for my bike again. You have got to do something to stop these fraud activities. I greatly afraid that they'll change duplicate and old products instead of my bike's parts. I'm going to get my bike after 3 days of service and I'll post photos of those.

              I have 3 vehicles of this company. While doing servicing of Deo vehicle recently, tubes were asked to be inserted as the vehicle at the time of delivery won't have tubes in Tyre. I got it done but within 10 days, the tyre punctured and my daughter had hell of a time to bring it back to home. Another vehicle, Activa Honda was not serviced properly and the new mudguard got loose and came out. Third vehicle was under AMC for wash and no calls are made reminding of the service. All this is happening in Silicon Honda, R V Road, Bengaluru show room. A responsible person being owner group behaves like an aristocrat. Pune had a beautiful support system at B U Bhandari, Camp area with courteous service. Not like this type in Silicon Honda

                I request to all viewer to don't buy this motorcycle. Every parts of this motorcycle is cheap in quality.
                Since i purchased this its 3rd gear stuck and every time i downshift the gear it make huge NOISE.
                Thanks to honda service they made it fully junk motorcycle and they said we can't understand what is the problem.
                If you think dream yuga has better mileage i recommend you BUY ANY 180cc Bike it will be better than this.

                  Hey day before yesterday i got a call from honda jhaveri they said bring your bike here we will see what's wrong with your bike front disc break so i went there today morning and a guy name satarbhai he checked my bike disc break and said it has some problem so you keep your bike here and come back at 4pm i will solve it out ur disc break problem then at 4pm when i went there still there's a problem with disc break that guy has not done anything with it. I said to satarbhai that its still disc break is not working properly so first he said we don't have disc break parts so we can't repair it and i ask one of his mechanic abt that do you have a front disc break part so he checked and said yes we have all the parts of disc break of your bike and i said this to satarbhai that u have parts in your service center then why u lied to me. So he said we can't repair ur disc problem and take away your bike. He was very rude to me.
                  2 times i have complaint but honda is not solving my bike problem. I hope that honda wil look into this matter and solve it out as soon as possible.

                      I have given my bike (AP29BK7730) for servicing in your service center(Aadi Honda #3-8-171/2, Aziz Estate, Chandrapuri Colony, L.B.Nagar) carrying my bike all the way from gachibowli in auto one month back(Receipt # 9248)!! For the past one month you have been telling that the servicing will be done shortly and bike will be ready to collect within two days but the delivery was not done till date. You have always given invalid reasons and unjustified answers whenever I asked the status.

                      The tough part is that I had to travel all the way to your service center for no reason as well as two festivals (Dussehra & Diwali) Gone. Every time I’ll do Bike pooja on Dussehra but this time no atleast I thought I can on Diwali same repeat. On top of that I had to depend on other services to attend my appointments in place of my bike. service executives never shared the actual reasons and kept false promising that bike will be delivered next day.

                      Last Saturday i.e., on 29-Oct-2016 they said going to deliver on Monday. I don’t know that Monday is holiday so came to service center which is closed your security person said today is holiday. Why you ppl saying useless words. If you ppl know that Monday is holiday you could inform me which is no done.

                      So I have very bad experience and disappointed with your service.
                      Please don’t force me or create the situation to lose my temper.

                      How can I believe that stories bcz I didn’t gave bike to outside of Honda service center.

                        1. I am one of your old customers with experience of having and using the activa scooter for the last ten years. I have purchased a new activa 3g from adithya enterprises, diamond plaza building, kannur road, nadakkave po, kozhikode - 673011 on 22/09/2016. At the time of receiving the vehicle it was noticed that the handle was not steady and unbalance to the left side. I complained about this problem to the dealers on 26/09/2016 and they checked it. But still now the problem is persisting. Then the first service done on 22/10/2016 and there was no change in the condition of the vehicle, while riding, it always slips towards the left side. I fear that it may cause threat to the life. So kindly take necessary step to replace the vehicle as early as possible. If not i may be force to take necessary legal action for this problem.
                        2. The service given by the dealer was not satisfactory.

                          I had purchased my CB Hornet 160R. Within 3 days i had to replace my bike as there was problem in crankshaft. I got my bike replaced. The replaced bike after 10 days has heating issue. I am terribly harrased as i am not getting response from the dealer. Want to approach Consumer court. Not expected this from honda company. I want to again replace my bike, Cant bear the loss.

                            with reference to the chasis no.Me4jf484gf8003582, engine no.Jf48e81006517, registration no.Tn 66 q 7097, purple activa scooter was purchased just a year back.

                            Unfortunately, the scooter just stops suddenly mid way and doesnt start. This is happening on a regular basis.

                            Then we give it to chandra honda [dealer] in west ponnurangam road, rs puram, coimbatore 641002. After some rectification, the scooter runs for a few days and then again it suddenly stops mid way.

                            I think we have been sold a defective scooter.
                            Kindly recall the vehicle and oblige.

                                With due regards, it is to inform that I had purchased a CB125 SHINE SP(CBF125MG-ID) Black motor bike from M/s Rajkumar Automobiles Sales Pvt. Ltd., Station Road, Midnapore, Dist-Paschim Medinipur, West Bengal, on 09.10.2016 vide Invoice No. 16IN04450 dtd.09.10.2016 Frame NO.ME4JC731JGT016422 & Engine NO.JC73ET0030195.The following defects has come to my notice:-
                                1.Both soccer's are defective, as creating heavy sound while driving.(Photograph of the same is attached)
                                2.Even T of the vehicle is defective.(Photograph of the same is attached)
                                The said defects were brought to the notice of the said Auth.Dealer . They also convinced and told that the both soccers and T were defective.In this regard the said Auth Dealer have send the photographs and complaint to your company.
                                I also assured you that during this period i.e. from 09.10.2016 to till date no damages occur due to accident, vandalism, road stones etc.It is worthy to mention here that I have not received Registration Certificate & vehicle no. from the auth. dealer till date as they told this is under process.
                                Accordingly, I request you look into the matter sincerely and resolve the issue considering the above facts at the earliest.

                                  The holy crap delivery of Honda Dream Yuga bike which I buyed on 27th Nov 2016. Post a week, no Number plate give, no tank cover, and the left side mirror not fit properly and back end board is broken. Overall the hopeless and holy crap and holy bull [censored] delivery. No Customer Intimacy maintained, worst talk with customers

                                    I am ayush kothari S/O Babulal kothari and my city is Indore. My complaint is against honda company and dealer shyam honda, indore.My honda activa registeration number is MP 09 SH8809 purchased in 2010.
                                    Company charged me 10000 rupees within 3 months ( approx.) .I gave my activa recently for service to shyam honda annapurna road indore.I clearly told them about the problem that there is too much sound when riding it and to fix the seat or tight it.While service, the engineer asked me for buch change and another part which costs 1100 rupee which i agreed as they assured me that it will resolve my problem of that noise while riding it.
                                    But when i visited there, my vehicle was in worst condition after i serviced from them and they gave me bill of 1100 rupees which i paid.But noise problem was even more now.I told them but the manager Shshikanth and the engineer clearly refused.Manager misbehaved with me and told me that there was no noise problem issue and clearly refused.Please note the point.
                                    Everytime they tried to fool me and sent me from one counter to another.I took engineer with me on ride and showed him the noise problem. He and the manager assured me to resolve the issue as it was their fault.He gave me a new job card clearly without any amount which as proof i want to share with you.Job card no. Is 143966 and date 2/11/16 .
                                    When i came to recieve my vehicle they asked me for another 2300 rupees.Sir, i spent 6000 rs approx within 3 months at same service centre and now 1700+50 rs .Now again 2300 more ? Still misbehaved with me, wasted my 15 days and i had to visit shyam honda many times, i even complained honda company and mailed them 3 times still they didnt gave me proper answer nor an satisfactory reply. I am feeling cheated.How can they treat a customer like this...
                                    My vehicle is in poor condition after i serviced from them. Please help me Sir.

                                    Either they should complete my vehicle properly and free of cost and accept their mistake Or should return my Rs 1700+50 which they charged me in latest service.

                                      I had gave my bike for servicing at yash Honda hadapsar pune and found very bad and frustrated service in it.All staff is rude and senseless as they don't know what to do.They charge me 1200 without any service.I will tell to all not to go with honda.I have to visit several times for just servicing my bike till now nothing has been resolved and i am totally dissatisfied

                                        I have purchase honda hornet 160r cbs. On 16.07.2016. Service after then i found or issue in bore and clatch. I have not satishfied. But no response that showroom. I on the service provided service center of the shoow room name, sri venkateshwara honda dharmapuri, in tamilnadu, india. So please taken action to resolve in my bike.

                                        I gave the scooty for repairing at malwa Honda w-10 service station okhla New delhi.we gave it on 22oct2016 but it is not serviced till 4nov2016.
                                        And the supervisor of service station doesn't pick up the calls.the name of supervisor is naveen and the contact no. Is [protected].
