Sir
I have exchanged my Honda Activa vehicle at aadhi Honda showroom kothapet and Mr.Ramesh was the person who dealt my case.

And I have taken xblade vehicle by paying the amount which I have received on exchange of Activa as the down payment

The exchanger has deducted all the pending amount and challans and has given me 28000 cash which I had paid as down payment for xblade

Now I have been receiving traffic challans on my registered number and more over the previous pending challans which were To be paid actually by the exchanger are not paid yet

If this is the kind of service you are providing for customers then I need to take legal action on the branch manager, the team who dealt my case and the exchanger

I request you to kindly close all my pending challans and transfer the vehicle from my name to the new owners name

    I had service activa honda MH48BQ5387 as on 11th august 2021 and paid total amt of rs.2520/- the amt had paid successfully from my device via barcode scanner but not showing in their a/c. So I had paid it again and they promice me to refund the same in 24 hours. Now its more than week time had passed away and as ler their I have had submmited all necessary information as they demand. But even today they are not refunding the payment of rs 2520.

          Respected sir/Madam,
          I am the RC owner of the Registered vehicle bearing number KL 21 V 4637 Honda GRAZIA.
          I Had purchased that vehicle on 11/01/2021 and complete the 2 nd free service on 19/07/2021, after that service with in two weeks vehicle Battery is Down.
          vehicle is used in daily, and one day evening i am trying to start my vehicle at the time selfstart not work properly. On next day morning I came to the service dealer Marikar Honda Nedumangad, at that time adviser said to me to coming on next day with vehicle.I came next day at service center and meet the service Manager and talk with that complaint about battery issue.He said after 3 weeks new battery will arranged for the warrenty replace.And that time service manger behave me with bad behaivour.
          I can't understand how the battery will damaged within 8 month I have purchased the vehicle.I need new battery within 2 day.I can't wait for 3 week. Reason for the battery failure is in 2nd service that will provided by the service center
          I THINK ON THE SECOND SERVICE OF VEHICLE, THE SERVICE CENTER WILL CHANGE THE NEW BATTERY AND REPLACE IT WITH FAILURE ONE.

            My bike HONDA SHINE MH34AE9681
            servicing work was carried out on dt 04/08/2021. And after 12 days on dt 17/08/2021 @ 15.30 hrs rear break outer mechanism heavily damaged at urjanagar, Chandrapur.
            Rear Break inspection was carried out in servicing and REAR BREAK LINER was replaced in servicing after recommendation of servicing supervisor.
            It is requested you to rectify problem at the earliest without mental, physical & financial load to customer.

              Last two months complaint about about rear tyre air leakage issue but after they have taken my REAR tyre of honda (Plase check complaint number for details) to replace but not replacing it. I am frustrated calling 20 times to customer care . But no update from them except 60 % of tyre used .

              Two years back Tansi honda told me REAR tyre to replace as 25/26 thousand km already run. They put a faulty tyre . After that i complaint air leakage is there and air stay about a week in tyre . every 3 month will check and they will replace pin or nozzle or will tell "sir this is fine" but not resolved . once again after lock down when its extreme like air will full gone within 3 to 4 day then . Mr chetan from Tansi honda told Faulty Rim to replace on 26 april 2021 with Rs 850 . I told them why they convince me Rim has been damaged by service center guy .

              anyway still issue not resolved so I complaint to customer care and found a faulty tyre given to me .And now they told me its 60% used . Why you didnt replace and gave me faulty tyre ?

              Now tyre taken by service center but not giving me it back good one last 2 months .

              I have menially and monetary lost because of service center last two years starting from the day1 when gave me new tyre after two years telling me you will be charged ? what about every service charged, The rim charged . The money lost due to puncture shop ... etc? Please check the complaint number 1 -[protected]

              Dear Team,

              As per my complaint mention in subject number and raised through my mobile no as [protected],
              Your response or solutions towards my complaint was zero rate. I was waiting for your reply since one and half month and I am the person who calling but there was no update from your side.
              My Activa two-wheeler which faulty tyre has been taken by and after the complaint didn't returned to me yet.

              My vehicle details are as follows
              Vehicle no : KA53ED0440
              Engine number : JF50ET0046054
              Regular and only service done till now after purchasing : Tansi honda, Bengaluru.

              Issue raised for the complaint : I am a very regular service of my Activa and only in honda service center.
              As per service center suggested to change the rear tyre and I changed it in 12 March 2019. The day I changed I saw there was issue where after some days the tyre pressure full empty mostly within two weeks. Empty like puncture when I complaint this in next service after six month i. e. 26 sep 2019 they assured this was normal and goes on like this. But within three months I found it worst and every two weeks it will be like you got up and your vehicle full flat and I have to suffer 9 months like anything . Then again gone to service center but they just check and told boss we corrected it with regular service. But same happened tyre pressure was low after two days again I gone two days on 28th sep 2019 but they again checked and told we corrected and changed my cable also. next three months also was like that I suffered every two weeks to fill pressure to tyre when it full flat we don't know when it will be flat I gone agin for service next 3 month I was angry but these guys makes me full this time by not telling the faulty tyre butchanging something every service kept my vehicle 2 - 3 days and give on 31st Dec 2019.
              And told me everything is fine. But the same story continued. And I feel like I am suffered a lot like money lost for every services and suffering due to evey morning tyre flat and search for nearby pressure shop. Due to lock down and COVID 19, I could not make next couple months and it was now tyre like now every one week tyre become flat. Even i tried to reach them without any service but every time they will do pin change or tyre nozzle change like this. So I decided to give pressure every week while filing petrol . And it goes on upto when the rear tyre started got flat within one week but after second lock down over on April 2021 I told them to take the tyre . They checked and told me this is rim's fault so please change it on dated 26th April 2021. And take nearly amount 845 for this . I told if rim bent and is been it's due to this then it's service center fault they told me service center old people changed.
              But the same story continued again .So this time I complaint to customer care on dated 19th June 2021 and for that they took my tyre on 21st June 2021 and finally after a year told me that this is tyre fault and agreed to replace the tyre with no cost. But after complaint also they took tyre for full replacement but nobody is contacting me again .

              I am sending now mail as I will move next step . You people made suffered a lot last two years and continued. For this only one tyre I have lost a lot money by doing service again and again by changing parts again and again. By searching and giving tyre pressure to prevent tyre flat.
              The sad part is that even I complaint and I called every time but there was no update or call or response from your side .

              I have suffering by replacing FAULTY TYRE last two years and now they are telling its 60% used .

              5 Years On .. And to the Deaf ear of Honda not listening . May be you are not worried . Just sale and get service done for simply issues

                  Dear Manager,

                  This is to inform you that i am the user of honda activa, I visited the service centre of jugal kishore honda lucknow for the servicing of my scooty staff called me at 1 pm by informing me in massage and call, I reached there but they haven't completed the work and wasted my 2 hours. This is very poor approach towards customer service, will not recommend anyone fir honda sales and service.

                    I had been travelling on it due to rain a Pit hole was full of water and I did not know that and my activa went into that and I fell down, right side shield and front shocker have got damaged, since 12 August 2021 my vehicle is in Libra Honda, Today they are saying that repair in claim is not possible as my vehicle is insured plz do the needful

                        I would like to share my bitter experience with Saphire Honda Service Center at Gottigere, Bannerghatta Road Bangalore. Approach this center only for minor repairs. They're totally damaged my bike. Earlier Light was working fine, now its not working. One month between I was visited twice, not resolved my problem, Good condition bike damaged anything
                        Such kind cheater never seen in my life.

                            I got my bike sp125 DL9SCC1232 on 14.08.2021. The employees and workers have not done their work properly. They don't have full tool kits and equipments . Cleaning was not done properly.

                              So I purchased a Honda Shine in month of May 2021 from Harnek Motors Powai and within 2 months the bike started giving issues and as such issues which was not understandable, bike was not starting and when it started the fuse started getting damage, so I purchased a starter plug thought that its starter issue but no the plug was fine also the wires were fine, this is not happening in the old bike or second hand bike it happened in the bike which i purchased 2 - 3months ago.
                              Do you have any explanation on this.

                                I HAD PURCHASED ACTIVA 6G (UP21CM4705). Today i visit Akanksha Honda (near sai hospital moradabad 244001)for getting my first free service. Staff asked me to submit of rupees 2500/- for movil and part cleaning charges (as told parts will be open after that cleaning of parts will be done). What the nonsense is this? i have a jupiter also and i pay only movil charges for my first free service of rupees 315 only.

                                  ആറ്റിങ്ങൽ മരിക്കാർ മോട്ടോർസ് ഹോണ്ട സർവീസ് സെന്ററിൽ നിന്ന് കഴിഞ്ഞ ആറു മാസമായി ഒത്തിരി അവഗണന ഞാൻ നേരിട്ട് കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. 2021 ഫെബ്രുവരി പതിനെട്ടാം തീയതി എന്റെ വണ്ടി [KL 16 X 4618 SP125] ആക്സിഡന്റ് ആവുകയും ആറ്റിങ്ങൽ മരിക്കാർ ഹോണ്ട സർവീസ് ആറ്റിങ്ങലിൽ ഇൻഷുറൻസ് ക്ലെയിം ചെയ്യ്തു. പാർട്സ് എല്ലാം എത്തി ചേർന്നു അഡ്വാൻസ് 4000 അടച്ചാൽ മാത്രമേ വണ്ടി പണി ചെയ്യുള്ളു എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു നിരന്തരം വിളിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു ആ സമയം കേരളത്തിൽ ലോക്ക്ഡൗൺ പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചു. ലോക്ക്ഡൗൺ പിൻവലിച്ച ശേഷം ഞാൻ പണം കടം വാങ്ങി അടക്കാൻ ചെന്നപ്പോൾ എന്നോട് അഡ്വാൻസ് 10000 ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ടു 4000 എന്നാണ് എന്നോട് പറഞ്ഞത് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു ഞാൻ തർക്കിച്ചപ്പോൾ സമ്മതിച്ചു. വണ്ടി പണി കഴിഞ്ഞു എന്ന് കിട്ടുമെന്ന് ചോദിച്ചപ്പോൾ പാർട്സ് വന്നിട്ടില്ല എന്നാണ് മറുപടി പറഞ്ഞത്
                                  പാർട്സ് എല്ലാം എത്തി അഡ്വാൻസ് അടച്ചാലേ പണി തുടങ്ങാൻ പറ്റു എന്നാണ്ല്ലോ ഫോണിൽ പറഞ്ഞത് എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ ഒന്നു രണ്ടു പാർട്സ് വന്നു ബാക്കി എത്തുമ്പോൾ വിളിച്ചു പറയാമെന്നു മാത്രം പറഞ്ഞു. 6 മാസമായി ഇതുവരെ എനിക്ക് യാതൊരു വിവരവും നാളിതുവരെ കിട്ടിയിട്ടില്ല. ജോലിക്ക് പോകാനുള്ള ബുദ്ധിമുട്ട് കാരണമാണ് ലോൺ എടുത്ത് ഞാൻ ബൈക്ക് വാങ്ങിയത് ഇപ്പോൾ ബൈക്ക് ഇല്ലാത്ത കാരണം 6മാസമായി ഞാൻ ദുരിതമനുഭവിക്കുന്നു. എനിക്ക് എന്റെ ബൈക്ക് വേണം. ഞാൻ സർവീസ് സെന്ററിൽ വിളിക്കാത്ത ദിവസമില്ല. ഹോണ്ട ടൂ വീലർ എടുത്തതിന് ഞാനിപ്പോൾ ഖേദിക്കുന്നു, ആറ്റിങ്ങൽ മരിക്കാർ ഹോണ്ട എന്ന സർവീസ് സെന്റർ നിന്നുമുള്ള മോശം സർവീസും അനാസ്ഥയും അവഗണനയും കാരണം ഞാൻ ഹോണ്ട എന്ന ബ്രാൻഡ് തന്നെ മടുത്തുപ്പോയി. ഇവിടെ സർവീസിന് വന്ന് ഒരു കസ്റ്റമറും ഹാപ്പിയായി പോയിട്ടില്ല.

                                    I got my car serviced from crown honda for past 5 years but this time i saw a very different attitude of the survayer there, one on the person named ajit had refused to take my vehicle, i complained for him from the service manager but he still refused to take my car and asked me to talk to senior management, i was complaining for my tyre which i changed from crown honda that it has been craked and askes to replace it. The behaviour is very rude
