    I purchased a Honda Activa from your dealership (N.S Honda Customer TIN No.[protected] GST NO.). Brought two-wheeler on 16/04/2021 from Math Chowmuhani, jail road, Agartala-799001. I paid all dues related to vehicle passing, after that I did not receive my one-time Registration tax copy & vehicle number from showroom and for Smart Card when discussed they are not telling exact date, instead of good suggestion. Please provide my all the required documents along with smart card and take strict action against this Dealer. They have kept my number in black list. Why can I not talk with N.S Honda. I will post this email on social media as well.

    I would appreciate it if you could resolve this issue in a few days.

    I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved in few days, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the Department of Commerce or through the courts.

          Dear Team, Its just 6 months that i have bought Honda shine 125cc black bike.
          The silencer pipe side color faded(became black to brown). My speed of bike is 50km to 70km max.
          When shown to AdeeShakti dealer(Showroom), he said mud it is.even after he washed several time still there. Then they said its not an issue and its common for all HONDA bikes( said By Manager Pankaj Sirsi)

          I would like to inform u that its new bike, not even a year completed. May be it hapenned few months back but i could not notice as was busy in my office work.
          Then when I washed and saw the marks, immediate visited showroom. There were no manager on 19th Sep. Then some shopkeeper said to come on Wednesday (22nd Sep).
          I took leave to meet him about this concern but he just spoke on call and said this is common problem, dont know why even talking about this and we cant discuss on it.
          He also said, if i raise any complaint then again it will come to his end and then no issues will share he said.

          Kindly look into it, unable to attach the video/photo as its showing uploaded but not coming.
          If anyone reading this, i have mentioned my mail id below please mail me so i can send the video/pic attachment.
          Please do clear is issue/problem.

          I hope you consider this on priority to clear the issue.

              I have purchased activa 125cc in the month of April this year from Divine Honda, Beltola, Guwahati, Assam. I noticed sounds while crossing rumble strips slowly and on 2nd free servicing I had informed about the sounds. They wrote in the form but didn't solve my problem while riding through rumble strips I had noticed the same sounds before giving for servicing. What's the use of your service centre? I can make it alright through local scooty repair Shop. If they would have charged for the solution I would have given...but...
              My mobile no is registered with you as well as with Divine Honda Guwahati. I know you will not do anything...but people are there to knock at "Consumer Court".

                On 20/9/2021 .I gave my honda activa 125 for general service .my trip meter button has been damaged.so I additional told them to replace the trip meter glass.when they were replacing the glass .they completely destred the display unit.and they told me to pay additional 2000 from display they damaged or claim insurance.i gave my bike with complete working condition.now they refuse to change the display

                  I have purchased cb350 rs on 11 april.After that somany proble I have faced.But apart from 1& 2 issues rest are remain same.My services center away from my house around 26 km.I have reached in the service center more the 10 times after purchased.
                  Problem are below.
                  1.Bike color faded.
                  2.Speed not stable above 100.
                  3.A still side stand was sold to me and now it coming rust.
                  4.Vibration on both mirror.
                  Most wart thing is I have Chase the customer care but they don't call back once.
                  My complan number is

                  So my I know what is the way of solution.May I except fister regulation.
                  OR you don't have any responsibility after sale.
                  So I have to go for higher level escalation.

                              I bought a honda bike with engine no MC56E-A-0020375 in January 2021 from Krishnanagar, Nadia. My bike broke down and failed to start in mid June 2021. I took it to the nearest dealer (Star Honda, Krishnanagar) where they said that it was a battery issue and they had replaced the battery within warranty and there wont be any further problem. I informed them that my transfer was due on the next month and they reassured me that there wont be any problem. i got transfered to Kharagpur in July 2021 and shifted from Krishnanagar in the first week of August 2021. On 2 nd week of September the new bike broke down and failed to start again. I took it the nearest dealer ( Baba Honda, Kharagpur) where they informed me that the battery that is installed in my bike is a stepney battery and of less capacity than the bike's actual requirement. I contacted the previous dealer where they admitted to their mistake after getting caught red handed . They asked me to go back to krishnanagar some 300km away and receive my battery which is now with them. I asked them to courier my battery which they are refusing even after commiting such a blunder. I am going through this inconvenience since then which is affecting my personal and work life. I have lodged complaint(Complaint no being:1-[protected]) with Honda thrice but there has been no proper response. I feel helpless with the kind of service provided by Honda for a new bike which did not even complete 9 months.

                                I purchased Honda sp125 bs6 from JPS Honda showroom near Railway station Amravati (Maharashtra) on 30 September 2020 on cash payment but they gives me faulty bike which rear alloy wheel was already damaged+ lots of crashes on tank guard+leg protect also crashed+bad shock up + crashes on name sp125+bad bike racing sound compare to other similar model and hence my cash payment purchasing not given me satisfaction and only one thing was on 30 September this showroom given mi bike very late hence on that day i can't check overall bike after next day on starting the i had seen these above faults and on that time i called showroom and told all the faults in bike and also i said that to written my complaints and due to my first day of job i can't taken leave but everyday i was called to showroom and told everything also sended photos of that faults then after taken 1 day leave i was gone to the showroom and shown the faults but very bad things was they didn't accept that and when i was decided to left the bike for showroom then they decided to change the parts of the bike first they changed bike leg guard then they claim my insurance to insurance company for alloy wheel + tank guard+ sp125 logo pannel and for that some documents xerox taken from me but what was that matter they didn't told me hence after insurance officer call i told him each and everything truely hence insurance officer rejected the insurance claim because for that condition of bike only JPS showroom was responsible and after showroom adjusted something with insurance company and gives insurance only for alloy wheel but showroom officer is very clever now also because showroom officer taken 20% money from me which was not correct and Right thing for showroom and after that all other problems+faults not solved till date and in few days my purchasing Compliting 1 year for bike and that was my worst purchasing from worst showroom+manager and everytime they had misbehavior with me after all they was Responsible for all these

                                  I am writing to your company about a problem with my bike (Serial No is-MP09XA6933), a 2020 Hornet 2.0 Model. I enjoyed riding my bike, but also taken good care of it, performing all recommended maintenance, keeping it meticulously clean, not hovering over bodies of water, and not riding recklessly.

                                  Now I began to have front tyre bubbling issue and steering vibration issue above speed of 70km.

                                  In the month of Jan’21 I met with an accident for which I have paid 50, 000, Till few months of accidental repair my bike was running fine but since last 15 days I began to have problem of front tyre bubbling issue and steering vibration issue above speed of 70km, Steering vibration is very high so the chances of accident are also very high.

                                  First I visited Manglam Honda (Indore) for front tyre bubbling and steering problem and they said that there is tyre problem so they gave me a warranty letter and suggested to visit MRF so I visited MRF vendor (Indore), they checked the tyre condition and said that there is no issue in tyre and checked found ok which I have mentioned below.(as per said by MRF Vendor)

                                  1- No Damage in Tyre.

                                  2- No cut found.

                                  3- No Bubble.

                                  4- No puncture.

                                  So they have refused to replace tyre under-warranty.

                                  I again visited Manglam Honda (Indore), they again checked the vehicle and said that there is a bent in alloy wheel but refused to replace part under-warranty and asking me to pay the full repair cost, however my vehicle in under-warranty and there is not fault from my side.

                                  I have attached the tyre warranty letter issued by Manglam Honda by inspection report-rejection letter given by MRF vendor.

                                  Unfortunately, your service has not performed well.

                                  However, I believe that the failure was not due to my fault. It’s a completely product failure so I am asking that the alloy wheel should be covered under-warranty.

                                  I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait till 2 days (for not seeking another level assistance). Please contact me on my phone no-[protected].

                                  I've got the vide ticket no. 1-[protected] on Sun, Sep 12, 2021 at 3:55 PM but after that I've not received any further mail or call,

                                  Is this the process of Honda brand ?

                                  If there is not cut, no damage then how can alloy wheel bent, This is completely product failure,

                                    I purchase Honda shine in July 2020 after 2 - 3 month the bike sudden stop in jungle area I call the Honda dealer Patel Motors Satwas Dist - Dewas to send technician but he said we are unable to send technician you have to bring the bike at show room . then I take a loading for Rs 3000 thousand to transport bike from Narmada Nagar Dist- Khandwa to show room Patel motor satwas after chaking they said it's EMS is not working we have to send it Indore to replace then they gave the bike after 15-20 days it was very inconvenient and disappointing for me after few day the key lock was not working properly I said them about it at the time of servicing but they couldn't solve the problem after 2- 3 month the problem of key lock increases I again tell the service manager then he replied that you have to purchase new it is not in warranty wich will cost[protected] Rs |on 15/09/2021 the bike sudden stop in jungle area I bring it at Narmada Nagar by renting a loading Rs 1000 thousand and call the dealer but he couldn't recieve I also called next day two time and tell him about the problem he said I will send the technician but he couldn't send till now and also not try to contact | I also complaint on custumer care on 16/09/2021and after many times but there is no response till now! I think Honda 2 wheeler company which is very reliable and renewed is not caring about costumer and have no control on dealer and employee ! It's my humble request to solve my problem today because I am a middle class salaried and facing many problems from last 3-4 days !otherwise I will have to go consumer forum court |

                                      I've bought a Activa 6g almost one year ago from SMS HONDA, Nalikul. They did not attempt good service to my Activa. Cause It's making so many noises & now a days I'm experiencing very worst worries about the scooty. I've complained them a many time but they did not hear to me. I've done my all 3 free services.But scooter 's driving experience is not satisfying. Now after completion of all free service they're asking for money to solve those problems. Please Help me to solve my problems.
