Hi
I m shankar behera, 3rd servicing was due as per the manual of activa 6G provided by HONDA. Dev HONDA, ASKA, GANJAM, ODISHA, made an entry regarding 3rd serving of my activa no. OD 32 F 6655 but actually it simply a fake entry, regarding which I came to know when I approached HONDA SHOW ROOM at HINJILICUT..
The descripancy is that without any 3rd servicing DEV HONDA made an entry in honda web page for which I could not avail 3rd free servicing at hinjili cut honda show room.
My actually odometer reading is 3246kms but in entry made by DEV HONDA ASKA distance it is 7895kms.
This type of fake entries is completely disgusting and not expected from such a company( honda).
So it is a sincere request to you to ensure and monitor such descripancies by the dealers. Hope to receive improved service in all dimensions.

    Subject: Regarding My complaint

    Dear Honda,

    This is in the reference to my complaint number to (1-[protected]).

    Please check the details of the vehicle below.

    I have raised this complain on 28th Feb 2021.

    On very first day 03.02.21 when I bought this bike(Honda SP 125 Drum), I informed at the showroom that the alignment of the handle is not upto the mark as it should be.I was told by your authorised dealer that you can take your bike to service center they will help you.

    After three- four days I went to the service center and explained them same one of the mechanic from service center took the test ride of the bike and observed the issues in the handle at the same time he repaired it. I was like okay now it will work perfectly but just after three days same issue occurred. Again I went there and this time I didn't get the positive response from the mechanic staff of service center (Okhla phase-II) I was told by them very clearly that will not check it any more there is no such defect as you are stating it might your misconception.

    I am not understanding what should I do now I have invested 1, 05, 000 for going Honda service center and request them to check my bike don't I have other work to do.

    Whenever I ask to service center people about this they always says same I stated above. even I requested to service center manager (Savita) she told me to wait for our area manager they will resolve your issue from the day I'm waiting for the area manages whenever I call to check whether any manager visit happens or not, customer service and service center people they are avoiding me by saying area manager will come then your issue will resolve.

    Who so ever is reading this email I would expect a reply after investigation about it. It's been more than four months now and my issue is still not resolved I have no other options to reach out any of the senior form (HMSI).

    Hope my issue will resolve soon else my I'll have to reach to consumer forum.

      I purchased a honda shine sp6 from Sharangpur Madhya Pradesh on 14/04/2021 but the RC of my bike is not provided yet. I complained in customer care Honda 5 times and also argued with showroom but the problem is not solved.

        Dear folks
        I bought a Activa 125 in march 2021 and accidentally damaged a part on 26 July and drop in Mascot service center on 28th July they returned after but did not fix properly even make a issue with had light several times i visited there but they did not take seriously i am very tired so that's why i am here
        otherwise i have no choice i will go consumer court
        i hope you will take seriously my issues and help me to properly fix my Activa I will wait for your kind response

          Dear Sir/Madam,
          I am very sorry to say that Maa Ambe honda service centre in Purnea is one of the worst quality service centre in Bihar. I received my bike- BR01BW5868 on 31/08/2021 from service centre.
          I have been regularly visiting since last 5 days for different types of problem. Still, there is a problem in front brake. Front wheel is no moving. I received my vehicle with zero air pressure in both of tyres. Several times, i faced different types of problem after servicing. Please help and take proper action.

            This is to bring your notice that, my Activa 3G flooring got corroded/deformed
            due to a quality issue o[censored]sing Metal/materials.it is very surprising that how it got corroded within a 6.4 yrs of Purchase.I never expecting this type of low quality metal/material usage by Honda..It seems never check or observe the problem by service centre, if even all warranty/paid/Amc done through Authorised Honda Service Centre only. it is manufacturing material quality defect(not suitable on raini season), .I am not ready to pay any charges for this problem.
            I want free of cost replacement of this vehicle. Symptom snaps& vehicle details are given below for your ready reference.

            The sub-standard products being manufactured and marketed in India under the brand Honda is not only a blot on the Mexico giant, known for its quality, the world over, but, also castes aspersions on manufacturing/ business quality and ethics prevalent in India. The parent company as well as the Government of India must take action against its Indian subsidiary in order to save its own image, as well as, India's "Make in India" campaign.

            I hope you will go through the entire record with the attention it deserves and contact me for redressal of my grievance at the earliest,

            without allowing me to approach to any other options/social media or the court of law.

              Paid AMC in Honda Hasthampatti Salem. Instead of 599/-, they collected 599+141/-. 141/- added in consumable bill. It's not fair. This is not fair to add in consumable item. Kindly investigate on this.

              I would like to inform you regarding bad services, I bought a Activa 125 from Honda showroom mascot at GT road Aligarh on 26th July accidentally damaged a part and drop on 28th July in Honda mascot service center for repairing they back me after 1 month but not properly repaired i visited next day with complained but they did not take seriously

                सर मेने 16 अगस्त को मेरे स्कूटर RJ 17 SV2002
                Activa 125 MATELIC CRUST कलर को लेकर कंप्लेंट 16 अगस्त को रजिस्टर्ड करवाई थी जिसका कंप्लेंट NO[protected] ये है लेकिन आज तक इस समस्या का कोई भी समाधान नही हुआ है ना ही आपके डीलर Lakshy Honda झालावाड़ राजस्थान वो भी कोई संतुष्ठजवाब नही दे रहे है इस पर, ओर ना ही Custumer Care plzz आपसे निवेदन है जल्दी से जल्दी मेरी समस्या का समाधान करखे मेरी गाड़ी के पार्ट्स का कलर उपलब्ध करवाया जाए अन्यथा मुझे आगे कार्यवाही करनी होगी

                  My Honda activa 3g age 3.5 year old on Aug 2021 but i facing my problem in 2020. Problem is my activa 3g modul front mode gard is rusted. I am complain last year in my dealer and comlent it and contect by fine fut he is say we not cover this type matter and your insurance not cover it. I m traying to understand him to how it is possible to rust in particular aria I m not park out side not lekige battery water etc. Then how rust in particular area but some time I see another activa in road is same problems so I complen Agen. Pls solve this

                      I own a BS-4 Model Honda Unicorn 160 since 2016. Apart from the 1st few services every time I visit for servicing of my bike charge remain always above 2000, sometimes even up to 3000 or more. The mechanics always finds ways to replace something. In my today's visit for servicing they charged me 2100 from which more than 400 is written as service charges and GST on the whole amount. Unfortunately, they never provide water servicing and today I found it really difficult to ride the uncleaned motorcycle which a lot of grease and oils being litter across the vehicle during service. Even I observed that they charged for filling nitrogen in types but they did not fill actually.

                            I booked my vehicle on 31st July 2021. its a very bad experience from Showroom. 1st off all no Branch Manager in that showroom. all Employees coming for time pass. No proper work culture in this branch. you people joint with HDFC Bank for loan that workers also useless.

                            Please close this branch if continue liken this work culture. Honda have a good name and fame. but this bad employees creating nonsense in the

                              My self sudhakar and i purchased Honda dio BS-6 variant on March -18-2020.
                              Performance was good in that thier is no confusion. But the thing is sri kausthub honda Kolar. Karanataka -563121 dealer is unable to give proper service to the coustmer.
                              I booked 3 Vehicle's in past you can check because Honda Vehicle's are good. But Not in service.

                              Issue is i owned dio Bs-6 its 1year done till date my bike issues is not resolved every service supervisors and service managers just checking and sticking double side tape and sending back but also they are charging. We are paying money but no use thier service.
                              I told and explained clearly getting bad sound witch is coming down of the bike but still are these people's are not rectified where this bad sound is coming
                              Still they are charging. Still 1year itself im worried about this and im Requesting to service managers and supervisors also no use. Its totally Bad experience from your side.

                              My suggestion is if you cant to proper give service please post service is not A Honda or Dealer risk. So that we will get is from out side

                                I have already registered a complaint but neither Honda company cares nor dealer. The worst service I ever seen. My bike not properly working, the gears issue while starting the bike gears not properly get started.

                                  Scooty kharidi tabse break chipak raha tha... showroom pe baat ki to kaha ki 1st service pe resolve ho jayegi problem.. Lekin service ke bad bi nhi hui problem solve or vo ye bolta h wapis le aao bar bar yahi khta he. Or mera accident hote hote bacha . Abi bi problem he or me showroom se dur gav me hu.

                                    I had purchased Honda Unicorn from Fortune Honda, An and bah, Malkajigiri, Hyderabad in Sept 20. Even before I give for 1 Servicing the trip meter stopped working. After complaining the most uncooperative staff of the Service center have changed the meter assembly after Make me run around for 10 times. Again in November 20 the speedo meter stopped got it repaired. now in August 21. The RPM meter stopped working. Within a year all the meter assembly has problems. They have failed to replace the meter saying silly reasons. I'm fed up of Honda vehicles.I am an Advocate and past many years using Hero, bajajaj and Yamaha vehicles. But this time want to try Honda and has given me a shock with their sub standard meters. Remember One unsatisfied customer may cost you 100. New customers. Also teach the staff at Fortune Honda Anandbagh division to deal with customers more positively.For sure this is going to be my first and last Honda vehicle in my life and will not recommend to my friends and clients. Thank you

                                        I have ask a spare part in Ongole honda showroom they said we won't give any spare parts to outside nd when is asked service people to service the bike they are giving an irregular answers with out any manners they are shouting on coustomers and this how we provide a service i[censored] want to complaint on authority go and complaint they are nothing to us very bad service we have never seen "Ongole" showroom
