Despite having insurance, to repair scooty for more money...

I purchased shine sp bs VI 2 months ago. I have done 1st service at Daulat Nagar Borivali East at Authorize service center . After 1 month ago suddenly my bike not getting start then I give service at Malad East near to my office Authorize service centre they said your ECU is not working it's will be charged approx 5500/- your ECU is not covered in warranty. I used only my bike for 1 and half month only it's not fair and I have done service...

This is regarding Honda Livo Bike purchased on 17th Nov 2020. While driving on 9th of August 2021, all of a sudden the bike stopped accelerating. The bike was sent to Uday Honda, Arjan Garh Delhi from where it was purchased. Since then, the bike has been with them.

After two days we came to know that the bike was sent to Uday Honda, Adchini, New Delhi as the bike has some serious issues.

After another 2 days...

I have gone for service for my Honda Activa 6G on 14 Aug 2021 but I m unsatisfied with the service because problems continue with my bike.
The staff behaviour was not cooperative and rude
I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest...

I almost decided to take an activa 6g model from khimji Honda, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. While asking to take without accessories and insurance first they said it will take some more time to deliver and infact time was not constraint for me. Infact, I said him to make my own insurance whatever is required and give him for necessary processing. But, after having mutual discussions with other staffs, they just denied to deliver without accessories...
