I am purchase the Honda Sp shine 125 bike in sugar Honda mandya, after two month self start problem and replace the battery after 1 month same self start problem and display not working I go to the Coorg Honda showroom not solve the problem and take to the bike palace Honda Saraswati Puram Mysore 17days running not repair the bike please take my complaint and repair the my bike or exchange the new bike or return the my bike amount

    Dio scooter 2019/std model had an life taking issue with rear wheel also there was sound in handle hence explained it to team asked them take necessary action how on 11th sep I received call that bike was repaired and paid the double checked with team orally collected bike..however within 100m people on the road noticed and informed us about rear wheel shaking way too much ..unfortunately I was driving with sister it could have been disaster if nobody noticed.
    On the same day I complained back took the vehicle back on wed 15th sep manager informed us it would be taken care of..however now they are informing it was wrongly diagnosed and I would have bear added cost of another part replacement and it would take month again.

          Hello,
          I have purchased Annual Maintanance Contract for my Honda CB Hornet 160R bike from West Point Honda Service Center S.G Highway Ahmedabad branch.
          Last week on tuesday I have requested service and they serviced my bike but when I rode my bike after service completed it I realised that my bike lost its pick-up and acceleration and I complained them about same but they refused that my bike is completely fine and there is not a single problem, I tried really hard to explain them my problem that "My bike is not running with proper pick up and keeps shuting down in traffic areas while I drive it in 2nd or 3rd gear so please adjust something that can solve this problem but still they refused there is no such adjustment that can RESOLVE YOUR problem.

          Next day one of my friend told me that I have to adjust RPM value and then I watched youtube video to adjust RPM value and adjusted it by myself and I got my original pickup back but still having some issue in traffic area.

          So long story short " If a common man without technical background knows the adjustment of RPM but their technical person doesn't know then How am I suppose to trust thier service?"

          I have already tried 3 different Apex Honda Service Center, 1 Mansi Wing Honda too but this I have experienced pathetic service from this West Point Honda Service Center.

          I am not going to continue with AMC of any of honda service center because I love my bike and they ### up my bike in 1 service.

          I will need to find another service provider who can make my bike same as before your service.

                It's been 3 months and due to covid we were not able to use scooty much ...from then self starter is not working...gave to service they said to wait n keep using scooty we did that still same issue ..it's ridiculous

                    Helloo my name is akshay kumar kotwal . i need to sumbit a compliant against Regency Honda Bohri Jammu. I have purchased my scooty activa 125 on 9 august 2021 . It was being more than 1 month to purchased my scooty but my file is not punched by the copmany and i m not able to get my number plate of my scooty as the company hasnt punch my file and also they dont provide me the disclaimer. i have callled so many times in the company to the Salesman but they didnt respond to my call . i m requesting to please concern my issues and resolve the issue as soon as possible . i m facing the problem as i dont have number plate in my scooty and there is a possiblity of seizing of my scooty by traffic police so at that time i m not responsible company is responsible for this

                      I am having issues regarding chain
                      some sound is coming from it
                      I have contacted your service provider but they are unable to rectify it later I came to know that they have been debard from the service even then they are carrying the service in some others service code number and the engineers are totally inexperienced they are not able to allien the chain settings and even not caring the customer
                      So look into the matter

                          Dear team,
                          We have purchased Activa 125cc (KL07CU7679) from EVM Honda Cochin, Metro Pillar No, 845, Sahodaran Ayyappan Rd, Vyttila, Ernakulam, Kerala in September 2020.
                          Even after 15 days from purchase there was a complaint of accelerator strucks in between during the drive and it will not go back to its original position after releasing. We have done the first service from the same centre on[protected] and informed the problem. They have adjusted some things and given back. After one month the same problem persisted and again we had informed them on the second service that is[protected]. They have told us the part is not in stock and asked us to bring the vehicle after 15days. After the stipulated days we submitted the vehicle to the service centre. Post service they have told us that the problem has been rectified and resolved. But again after sometime the same problem has been repeated. When we had informed them, they told us not to worry and the problem will be resolved in the service. Now during the third service on[protected] they are telling us that the part has to be replaced and it will not be covered under warranty, So it will be chargeable .
                          It is very strange that the complaint persisted from the beginning and the service centre did not bouthored to resolve the issue. Now they are asking the money for part replacement even though the vehicle has not undergone the first year of Warranty. Total KM's run by the vehicle is 5500 KM only.
                          We trust HONDA for their product and service quality, but we had faced the other way around.
                          WE are very disappointed with this kind of attitude.

                              The Vehicle which I received from the authorised dealer is an absolutely defaulted vehicle.

                              I am purchasing Anakapalli showroom in date of :Mar 2021

                              It has several technical problems inside.

                              From very first day of my purchase to till date,

                              Most of the time it was parked at the service center for various reasons well known to the service mechanic only.

                              From the very first day I was not able to drive the vehicle to fullest optimum utilisation level.

                              Every time I was supposed to use it for immediate requirement purposes it developed lots of techainal faults inside and it stopped immediately till the technical issue from the service center gets resolved.

                              I am sad to highlight this pathetic situation which currently i am facing due to the faulty vehicle I was given by an authorised dealer of honda company.

                              my purpose of getting the vehicle does not get fulfilled due to this technical issue continuously facing by me.

                              The Next Major issue Iam facing is Vehicle PARTS needed for servicing. Everytime they use to give only one excuse that due to unavailability of major parts of the vehicle, we could not repair and resolve the technical issue.

                              Iam forced to park my vehicle for so many days sometimes in anakapalli honda showroom it is almost 4 months plus that bike gets ideally parked at the my home. I have lost almost all my hard earned money due to this faulty vehicle

                                I Had purchased Honda unicorn 150 on 19 Jul 2018
                                Since the first day of my purchase, i am experiencing Missing problem in my bike i.e the engine jerks or shuts down immediately when i accelerate. This has been reported in every free service, but no action was taken

                                Now the bike is in such a condition that it does not even move, when i accelerate and the engine turns off

                                Last week i missed a fatal accident when my bike engine immediately shutdown while crossing the road junction with my family, because of this problem and i am lucky to survive the accident

                                When i checked with the service centre, they are telling that the carburettor has to be replaced and even the engine needs to be rebored as smoke is coming out from the exhaust and oil is draining within the engine

                                I am not satisfied with the vehicle from the very first day of purchase. In spite of the same problem told in each free service from the very first day of purchase, i did not get a resolution to my problem

                                  I bought a new Honda Activa on 22nd Aug'21 and exchange it with my TVS-Scooty as per Dealers confirmation. It was finalized with Rs10000/- less on Honda Activa in view of exchanging the TVS Scooty-streak.

                                  But the dealer has given repeated confirmation and cheated and not refunding the exchange amount till date. Now there is not response. Not picking phone calls and every time commit to deposit the amount but end of the day, not submitted. Now its more than two weeks fo rpending payment.

                                  I need your support to cancel the deal and return the full payment and Get your Honda Activa Back.

                                  I requested for sharing the commercial invoice of accessories, but that too not provided.

                                    Activa 6g fuel pipe damage and after 1 day navjivan honda service centre bestan surat call me and she said, told me your Activa 6g GJ05 FV 3977 is ready at around 12:00pm and I give my vehicle at 4:00pm but vehicle not ready.
                                    My question Is why call me and told vehicle is ready and am sitting here after 1 Hours 😈

                                      I m shankar behera, 3rd servicing was due as per the manual of activa 6G provided by HONDA. Dev HONDA, ASKA, GANJAM, ODISHA, made an entry regarding 3rd serving of my activa no. OD 32 F 6655 but actually it simply a fake entry, regarding which I came to know when I approached HONDA SHOW ROOM at HINJILICUT..
                                      The descripancy is that without any 3rd servicing DEV HONDA made an entry in honda web page for which I could not avail 3rd free servicing at hinjili cut honda show room.
                                      My actually odometer reading is 3246kms but in entry made by DEV HONDA ASKA distance it is 7895kms.
                                      This type of fake entries is completely disgusting and not expected from such a company( honda).
                                      So it is a sincere request to you to ensure and monitor such descripancies by the dealers. Hope to receive improved service in all dimensions.

                                        I have raised this complain on 28th Feb 2021.

                                        On very first day 03.02.21 when I bought this bike(Honda SP 125 Drum), I informed at the showroom that the alignment of the handle is not upto the mark as it should be.I was told by your authorised dealer that you can take your bike to service center they will help you.

                                        After three- four days I went to the service center and explained them same one of the mechanic from service center took the test ride of the bike and observed the issues in the handle at the same time he repaired it. I was like okay now it will work perfectly but just after three days same issue occurred. Again I went there and this time I didn't get the positive response from the mechanic staff of service center (Okhla phase-II) I was told by them very clearly that will not check it any more there is no such defect as you are stating it might your misconception.

                                        I am not understanding what should I do now I have invested 1, 05, 000 for going Honda service center and request them to check my bike don't I have other work to do.

                                        Whenever I ask to service center people about this they always says same I stated above. even I requested to service center manager (Savita) she told me to wait for our area manager they will resolve your issue from the day I'm waiting for the area manages whenever I call to check whether any manager visit happens or not, customer service and service center people they are avoiding me by saying area manager will come then your issue will resolve.

                                        Who so ever is reading this email I would expect a reply after investigation about it. It's been more than four months now and my issue is still not resolved I have no other options to reach out any of the senior form (HMSI).

                                        Hope my issue will resolve soon else my I'll have to reach to consumer forum.
