Dear Sir,
I have purchased Honda Activa from below dealer from 18/06/2021.I paid payment on 18 April 2021. They are delayed for delivery of vehicle.
Secondly I have paid Rs.995 for extended warranty they are not issued bill and certificate.
Thirdly they charged Rs.1500 for registration of vehicle, they are not provided receipt for entire money.
I have personally visited show room 6 times totally and clarification...

i purchase a said on[protected] cb unicorn 150cc for begning bike have problem of battery and when i making the service evertime i told the technicion to check battery i always a problem of self start but they always told me that no everythink is ok and after one year i taking a amc of honda service agarapra where i am taking free service.
Now 1st amc service i tell him the battery problem again but

Complaint: How worst built quality it is
I never seen this type of worst situation in any other brand bikes
Within 1 year the silensor exhaust rod got crack You can see this in picture,
No one hit this bike or nothing else
I think due to worst quality of HONDA
HOW SAD IT IS
I HOPE HONDA WILL RECTIFY MY PROBLEM AS POSSIBLE AS EARLY

    [Subject: Complaint regarding offensive behaviour and misdeeds happening at the outlet]

    Dear Sir/Mam,

    This is to higlight incidents at one of your outlet where I have been dealt with very poorly by your store owner (Prateek Sethi) and specifically the store manager (Sushil Sharma), the customer service is so bad in fact that I felt it was worthy of this complaint. Every time that Mr Sushil Sharma serves me, I am made to feel that I am getting in his way, and he makes it obvious that he would rather be doing something else.

    I feel that you should address this poor attitude as soon as possible. As a customer, I do not feel that I am wanted and could easily take my business to another store. It may be worth reminding Mr Sushil that its his job to resolve and attend customer queries politely and in professional manner. This one member of staff has put me off from entering your store again.

    In addition to above, i am highlighting certain incidents as below:
    Yesterday while doing documentation for purchasing Honda Activa Scooty, Sushil Sharma (Manager) misbehaved which was offensive and not a good sign of professionalism to treat a customer. As he was asking to sign on a blank paper so my father was little concerned and he straight away refused instead of explaining or to give some reason behind the same.
    Also, we made a payment snd on asking for the receipt we were being denied to provide any payment confirmation receipt.
    Also, today one of the other customer visited to the same showroom and asked one of the sales staff lady who assisted us yesterday (Poonam) to switch on the Air Conditioner as there was too much suffocation and she did the same, however it is adviced not to do as per the current situation of COVID and the owner (Prateek Sethi) fired her instead giving her a warning. Being a major scsle firm, we all know there are certain policies for employment and the termination, none of the organisation is permitted to fire someone straight forwardly that too on such a minor concern and there is a proper process to be followed. So, they shouldn't have done that as financial condition of the country and for all citizens as well because of the recent lockdown which the government has now lifted up.
    It is a request to please do not reveal our identity as we are the recent buyers from the store.

    I have heard from many in my surroundings and known about his such behaviour whoever visited the store. I do not feel that these two members of staff has any place on the store floor, where he can interact with members of public in this inappropriate behaviour. If you do decide that action needs to be taken against the member of staff, then I will gladly act as a witness in that action.
    The store is located in Rohini, Sector 3, Delhi 110085.

      RPM analog meter of my Unicorn BSVI bike is stopped working. According to service center the circuit board inside of that RPM is burnt due to water draining inside the RPM meter.But water should not be drained inside the meter anyhow. They said this will not cover in warranty. This should be cover into warranty period.

        I have brought a UNICORN 160 - BS - 6, BLACK COLOR bike on 31- March 2021, from HASSN ASSOCIATES PRIVATE LIMITED, KARAIKAL, PUDUCHERRY but till my bike not yet registered in the RTO office, the RTO has refused to register my vehicle due to engine number same as somewhere else, ie. my bike engine number same to other bike engine number which was already registered in Maharastra (Shown by VAHAN Website), the dealer was put maximum efforts to register but last 3 month I'm facing problem for register, hence I decided to return my vehicle to the concerned showroom, sorry.

          I had purchased HONDA UNICORN 160 BSVI/ grey on 14/8/2020 with ready cash of 1, 23, 000 but regularly I am getting issues with that like
          1.head light gets often fused off (I have gave for service for 3 times in suriya motors. but still I face this issue..
          2. There is a starting trouble with kick starter from the day of purchasing...
          3. Now there is a issue even with self start.
          I am facing lots of issues from the day I purchased this vehicle.This makes me more frustrated. this makes me delay in all my works. I had attached all the billing details below... please take this in account and do give me solution as soon as possible ...

            I Jyot Agrahari have purchased it from Mittal motors, Koparkhairane Navi Mumbai on[protected]and got delivered the vehicle on same day but till date haven’t received the registration number..
            On several enquiries and phones calls to the dealership i finally received a message yesterday from RTO that “ MH[protected]/TEMPREG Received Rs.100/- against new registration fee vide receipt no MH4D[protected] dated 24-Jun-2021. Thanks THANE. MoRTH.“ request you to kindly do the needful asap as we here in Navi mumbai cannot ride the vehicle without registration number.

                  Sir मेरी एक्टिवा 6 g two व्हीलर की sevice नही की जा रही है मेरी गाड़ी को सही से ठीक नही किया जा रहा है मैं एक विकलांग व्यक्ति हुँ मेरे दोनो पैर नही है मैने यह गाड़ी honda शोरूम रतलाम मध्यप्रदेश से ली है गाड़ी को एक साल भी नही हुआ है कृपया उचित कार्यवाही कर।

                    The two wheeler Honda service center was allowed to replace battery in march but I still can't get the battery replaced. when I go to ask for a battery, he told to come today or tomorrow. Once there. they say that the battery has not arrived yet.

                      I am at Jaiswal honda service center orai
                      Pin- 285001 . Scooty was given tomorrow for a problem in it and got back .
                      They were asking for large amount
                      I said bring the orignal ricipt and get the amount from me. Eventually they denied for receipt while saying they can give ricipt for 10% of the amount they were asking for. Initially I don't get what's happening
                      Later I realised that
                      EITHER THEY WERE MISSUSING THE BRAND NAME OF HONDA...OR THE HONDA COMPANY IS ALLOWING THEM TO DO SO.
                      Is the honda comany is going to solve this complaint or just like other complaints the will reply with their support message ?

                        Dear Honda,

                        My father purchased the Honda Activa 6G On 12-Apr-2021 from Siddhi Vinayak, Ramganj, Ajmer, rajasthan which is an Unauthorized dealer of Ajmer Honda, Srinagar Road, Ajmer, rajasthan. I gave Full Payment by two Cheque of Different Account, One Cheque is encashed by Siddi Vinayak on Next day 13-apr-21, due to Lockdown Another Cheque is encashed 04-june-21 by Ajmer Honda.

                        After the More than 2 Months of purchase, dealer not giving bill, RC, Insurance, PUC, and any Other Document.

                        I also Raised the Complaint against the dealer through toll Free no, but no satisfactory Answer received till date. Only One call received
                        from Ajmer Honda, during Conversation, they accepted Sidhi Vinayak is an Unauthorized Dealer of them.

                        Please Look into the Matter, Because It is a Question on Honda Company, take Necessary action against dealer 7 such kind of Fraud.

                        I expect that you will solve this matter ASAP, Otherwise I have to take legal Action Against Company or dealer for such kind of fraud.

                            Scotty submitted on 22/June/2021 and today is 24June-2021 as of now service center don't have any update regarding tire replacement.

                            If tire is under warranty then why service center team denied to replace tire.

                                From first service giving problem. Informed several and sent mail to honda.Failure bike sold to me. They solves one issue and remaining issues. If you have a problem, please visit once again.
                                Lot of mail sent them saying received failure bike. But no response.
                                Today (24/6/2021) given service at Pratual automobiles pvt ltd. Now they are saying bore and other components need to replace. Estimation Cost Rs.20, 000/-. Please do the needful.

                                  I have purchase Activa 6g on date 9November 2020 suddenly I got problem when it was heavy rainfall on date 17may 2021 I went at Charkop service centre Ventain Honda they kept my bike for 1week and said can't be available to repair over there they called me said we will forward to our head branch at Kandivali service centre of activa Venation Honda after taking 2month time to get fuel injector they are saying it will take too much raise not sure it's repair asking me to come and collect your bike I am very much disappointed with service

                                    Sir i have xompletes my bike for 8 months 3 service are dinished and fourth free service after 11000 km but know my bike running below 5000 but full of soundin engine the service dealer are not response and not clear my bike problem lost 14 days they are telling lie and not tech my bike in ahow room
