           With lot of pride and need brought HONDA ACTIVA - Model 2010, been using it all these years. Recently we had given the vehicle for servicing at VIJAYAWADA - ANVITA HONDA., they had given me the vehicle in worst condition, when ASKED none had answered. all these years when i had no issues relating to services and etc., but surprisingly we had a problem here in VIJAYAWADA, SEEMING THE TECHNICIANS WERE NOT TRAINED PROPERLY IN HANDLING THE VEHCILE !!!
           they had boken my number plate
           the mirrors were not fixied in a proper way, when asked they had replied me back saying that i need to procure a new set of side mirror angulars !!! its just a simple nut N bolt issue
           WHEN EXPLAINED THEY WERE NOT IN A POISTION TO LISTEN WHAT THE CUSTOMER IS SAYING
           ABSOLUTE NO HEED TOWARDS CUSTOMER NEEDS & REQUESTS ESPECIALLY !!!
           seems the agency is not in a position to handle the customer vehicles esepcially when the figures crosess 10 vehicles... they 'll give the vehicle only on next day or its on their will & wish !!!
           on my previous servicing with the same naive agency they had given me back the vehicle with full of engine oil lekeage - WORST CONDITION ...
           KEEPING THAT IN MIND I HAD AGAIN ASKED THEM TO ADDRESS IT NEATLY, BUT THIS TIME THEY HAD FAILED SO .. I SINCELRELY REQUEST THIS NOTE AS MY COMPLAINT TOWARDS anvita hondA - vijayawada

              Sir,
              I have Honda Unicorn 2020 model byke. I usualy visit BRS Honda Service Centre Narnaul regarding byke service. My complaint is against BRS Service centre Narnaul. I always visit there on time, my service No. remains always Ist because I reach there on time. But BRS usually prefers Scooty service. They start the servic of my byke, when they have completed all scooties. Mostly I visit here at 8AM, but departed after 2PM. This problem is not only of mine, but all byke users. Please help us and guide them to work accordingly.

                Sir,
                I have Honda Unicorn 2020 (RJ18JS4200) model byke. I usualy visit BRS Honda Service Centre Narnaul regarding byke service. My complaint is against BRS Service centre Narnaul. I always visit there on time, my service No. remains always Ist because I reach there on time. But BRS usually prefers Scooty service.                   Dear Sir,

                  I have purchased a Honda Activa from Johns Honda Thrissur from 18/06/2021.I paid on 18 April 2021. They are delayed for delivery of vehicles.
                  Secondly I have paid Rs.995 for extended warranty. They are not issued bills and certificates.
                  Thirdly they charged Rs.1500 for registration of vehicle, they are not provided receipt for the entire money.
                  I have personally visited the show room 6 times totally and clarification above complaint they are not entertained and telling simple reasons.
                  It is requested that suitable action for above mentioned complaints.

                      Complaint: How worst built quality it is
                      I never seen this type of worst situation in any other brand bikes
                      Within 1 year the silensor exhaust rod got crack You can see this in picture,
                      No one hit this bike or nothing else
                      I think due to worst quality of HONDA
                      HOW SAD IT IS
                      I HOPE HONDA WILL RECTIFY MY PROBLEM AS POSSIBLE AS EARLY

                        [Subject: Complaint regarding offensive behaviour and misdeeds happening at the outlet]

                        Dear Sir/Mam,

                        This is to higlight incidents at one of your outlet where I have been dealt with very poorly by your store owner (Prateek Sethi) and specifically the store manager (Sushil Sharma), the customer service is so bad in fact that I felt it was worthy of this complaint. Every time that Mr Sushil Sharma serves me, I am made to feel that I am getting in his way, and he makes it obvious that he would rather be doing something else.

                        I feel that you should address this poor attitude as soon as possible. As a customer, I do not feel that I am wanted and could easily take my business to another store. It may be worth reminding Mr Sushil that its his job to resolve and attend customer queries politely and in professional manner. This one member of staff has put me off from entering your store again.

                        In addition to above, i am highlighting certain incidents as below:
                        Yesterday while doing documentation for purchasing Honda Activa Scooty, Sushil Sharma (Manager) misbehaved which was offensive and not a good sign of professionalism to treat a customer. As he was asking to sign on a blank paper so my father was little concerned and he straight away refused instead of explaining or to give some reason behind the same.
                        Also, we made a payment snd on asking for the receipt we were being denied to provide any payment confirmation receipt.
                        Also, today one of the other customer visited to the same showroom and asked one of the sales staff lady who assisted us yesterday (Poonam) to switch on the Air Conditioner as there was too much suffocation and she did the same, however it is adviced not to do as per the current situation of COVID and the owner (Prateek Sethi) fired her instead giving her a warning. Being a major scsle firm, we all know there are certain policies for employment and the termination, none of the organisation is permitted to fire someone straight forwardly that too on such a minor concern and there is a proper process to be followed. So, they shouldn't have done that as financial condition of the country and for all citizens as well because of the recent lockdown which the government has now lifted up.
                        It is a request to please do not reveal our identity as we are the recent buyers from the store.

                        I have heard from many in my surroundings and known about his such behaviour whoever visited the store. I do not feel that these two members of staff has any place on the store floor, where he can interact with members of public in this inappropriate behaviour. If you do decide that action needs to be taken against the member of staff, then I will gladly act as a witness in that action.
                        The store is located in Rohini, Sector 3, Delhi 110085.

                          RPM analog meter of my Unicorn BSVI bike is stopped working. According to service center the circuit board inside of that RPM is burnt due to water draining inside the RPM meter.But water should not be drained inside the meter anyhow. They said this will not cover in warranty. This should be cover into warranty period.

                            I have brought a UNICORN 160 - BS - 6, BLACK COLOR bike on 31- March 2021, from HASSN ASSOCIATES PRIVATE LIMITED, KARAIKAL, PUDUCHERRY but till my bike not yet registered in the RTO office, the RTO has refused to register my vehicle due to engine number same as somewhere else, ie. my bike engine number same to other bike engine number which was already registered in Maharastra (Shown by VAHAN Website), the dealer was put maximum efforts to register but last 3 month I'm facing problem for register, hence I decided to return my vehicle to the concerned showroom, sorry.

                              I had purchased HONDA UNICORN 160 BSVI/ grey on 14/8/2020 with ready cash of 1, 23, 000 but regularly I am getting issues with that like
                              1.head light gets often fused off (I have gave for service for 3 times in suriya motors. but still I face this issue..
                              2. There is a starting trouble with kick starter from the day of purchasing...
                              3. Now there is a issue even with self start.
                              I am facing lots of issues from the day I purchased this vehicle.This makes me more frustrated. this makes me delay in all my works. I had attached all the billing details below... please take this in account and do give me solution as soon as possible ...

                                I Jyot Agrahari have purchased it from Mittal motors, Koparkhairane Navi Mumbai on[protected]and got delivered the vehicle on same day but till date haven’t received the registration number..
                                On several enquiries and phones calls to the dealership i finally received a message yesterday from RTO that “ MH[protected]/TEMPREG Received Rs.100/- against new registration fee vide receipt no MH4D[protected] dated 24-Jun-2021. Thanks THANE. MoRTH.“ request you to kindly do the needful asap as we here in Navi mumbai cannot ride the vehicle without registration number.
