My name Jayshri Sugandh Waydande, I saw ad on instagram story there was bike activa 4g for selling, I contacted him he said he is army person name Ajay Magar nd he wants to sell his bike by transferring the bike on our name through army transport service.
First he said to transfer 5000rs on his account and next day he said bike has arrived by army post delivery boy then he said to transfer 14000rs for the delivery of bike to our location after that again he asked for 11000rs as security deposit.
I have already transferred 19000rs to him he is refusing to refund that back.
I need the help and required action for this fraud they are faking taking the name of Indian Army.
How can we now trust army also ???

I am chetram Sanodiya, I am from Bhopal Madhyapradesh, I have activa 5g 2018 from june i get all services done from honda service center only and till january i didn't face any problem, but when i gave bike at power honda for servicing, then i have to face many problem in bike again or again every time, I have to give the bike for servicing more often, they leaves some problems in bike or they do not know how to repair the bike properly, I am very disappointed, right now my bike is totally going to very badly, bike have alignment, indicater, milage, speed and race issues, I have attached all the gate passes or bills in this mail, as many times I have given in bike service, right now the milage of my bike is giving 8-10 km/L milage, I have also given 2 se 3 complaint by calling the toll free number-[protected], but till now no solution has been received, i have also logged in complaints through calls and mails, ,
i tried to call mr. kamlesh from power honda but he didnt pickup my call.
Kindly have a look and do the needful.

I am an AMC holder of Honda Shine Motor Cycle No. KL8AN 270.

Though I am trying to book an appointment for routine AMC Service since March 2021, due to COVID restrictions & Workshop lockdowns etc., I was informed to wait till relaxations. Now, since some relaxations are put in place, for the last 3 weeks I am trying for an service appointment. The operator informed me, that i will get a call back regarding the slot available for the service. Having received no response, I again contacted the service number yesterday (20.07.2021) for a slot. I was then informed to bring the vehicle to Puzhakkal showroom today (21.07.2021) and confirmed the booking. Though I requested for a nearer centre at Peringavu, they informed me that only in Puzhakkal showroom it is available and I have to take my vehicle there.

Anyway, today (21.07.2021) morning i took my vehicle to their showroom. Initial formalities were completed at the service reception desk and as I was waiting near my bike, the service gentleman came to me and informed since lot of vehicles are there for service, my vehicle cannot be taken for service today. Even after informing that I had booked for my service today and no major complaints are there and it's only a routine service, he informed me that he will take the vehicle but could not guarantee as to when and which date it will be completed and returned back. He himself took the AMC booklet to the reception service desk insisted and got the booking cancelled.

The above action was very disappointing and the whole day of mine got wasted.. Earlier also I had similar experiences and had to resort to complaining about their service. My vehicle is due for re-registration next year and was thinking about buying a new vehicle. These type of experiences will definitely compel me to rethink my decision and go for a different brand.

Hope the grievances will be redressed soon.

I purches activa 6g on the month of nov however battery working not properly within 6 month also dealer not handle complaint not properly same fuel lock issue close after 3 to 4 month kindly resolve complaint as soon as possible

In dhone branch the people working are not good with costomers and their services are too bad they even can't build a new bike properly . please take seveare action on it .or remove that show room from dhone. Thank you

I purchased Honda Grazia from EVM Honda Showroom Kothamangalam, Ernakulam on 26 September 2020. Before completing one month of purchase, box lock got damaged. And I complained regarding the same during the first service ownwards. Unfortunately parts are not available

I buy a activa scooty from Shanti honda motor bagdogra darjeeling on 26 feb 21 and Register the vehicle From MAU UP on 22 mar21 the is UP54AN3705.But till now i have not got my number plate. I went many times to Shanti honda motor showroom and show the registered document but manager told that when number plate will come I wiil call you .Now it is nearly four month to go but i have not received the plate. Sir please do the needful

I went to Anamika Honda service center yesterday.
I went there when the timing was 10:25 am and also put the number of the BIKE . the job number was 39. After that, who made the job number, he said that he would have to wait for about 2 hours. It was going to be about 3 to 4 hours while waiting.

After that I said sir, how much more time will it take, he said that this is a paid service, if someone my senior engineer is free, then I get your work done, then I said that I have given a lot of time here . And I still have work. After saying this, I left the place when it was time 2:20 pm.
So last i called customer care toll free number then they gave a ticket number which is[protected].

After completion of Servicing, receiving the Honda activa 125 from Silicon Honda, Monotype, Bangalore and I had observed that, inter changed the front mudguard panel of scratched and rusted one. Based on rust, that scratch was happened before 4 to 6 months. But that scratch was not there, when i was handed over for servicing. I'm not complaining this to repair my scratch. I'm complaining with photos to lost of trust on authorized Honda servicing center and i have been using honda two wheeler form past 7 years. It was never happened but it happened to my new vehicle now. I'm very sorry to express this on Honda trust. I have complained this to General manager silicon honda and Zone manager, Honda, Shashidhar phone:[protected]. I don't know the actions taken by them. I'm glad that, if investigation happened and action taken. Because, i dont want to be repeated the same for anybody. Thanks.

Sir. On[protected] I Honda motor cycle & scooter india (pvt)ltd.pallimukku kollam -10 kerala. The activa 6g (blue colour)two wheeler was booked. For rs 93000 (ready payment) from the show room and was delivered to me on19/7/21 without number plate. But the next morning i realized that the dry wheel assembly part of the wheeler were old. So i request you to take back the vehicle As soon as possible and give me rs 93000.

What is. The wrong. The showroom any agent is there of lock websites, . Stupid. And after I check by rto website. my vehicle insurance is not activated so many problems come under. Insurance don't cheat. Other customers, , ,

1) Scooty discharged automatically, we already visit your service center regarding the same issue but still no any improvement.

2) when i purchased it this problem happened that time also but your sub dealer (Vijay Honda) said battery is not charged but in reality scooty was already defective,

3) Please accept our request and provide us new scooty, i don't want repair because we already done it.

1-Pick up is too bad
2-If bike was on slightly upward slope ik riding on initial step of over bridges bike ingene sound is ghur ghur near to stop ingene
3 If bike parked in sunlight after that starting prob like huch huch huch sound
4 While driving in traffic if some how bike stop and ingene off then without gear neutral bike don't start
5- Mileage is also bad
