Big swing honda not work in extended warranty and not updated my extended warranty in system now he want extra rs for work.

    Some days before my scooty has been gone for claim and free servicing also but after recieving my scooty am very sad because I didn't get anything like the result I wanted. Next day I bought this scooty only 4 months back and after claim and servicing the next day of servicing my scooty battery got completely discharged.
    i dont know what to do so that i am giving this complaint to you .???
    please do something for that ..

      I gave my bike for service at PIONEER ONE HONDA Noida but after the service my bike is creating noise, running harsh, head light is not working, bike become more worse than it was before the service and the manager of the centre was very rude.
      I need my bike service again and fix all the problems ASAP.

        I have visited Workshop at Shatakshi Auto India PVT. Ltd. Ram pur Road Moradabad (up) for service of My Scooter Activa 5 G as a paid service at 9.35 am . I was given time of delivery at 3 pm. when I reached at 3.30 pm the Scooter was not even Washed properly. My lot of efforts were ineffective and the seen of workshop was just as a swimming pool. they have charged me extra for clutch overhauling but the mechanic could not even confirm whether he has done some work of overhauling or not.

          before 3 month i would make claim to change my battery..after a long time there was no response from company..iam still drive my bike without self start.

            I purchased the new honda activa 6G having following details.

            Regn Authority: SDM Bhiwani Haryana
            Battery of my above activa was found defective during testing at RUSHAB HONDA NASHIK.
            Battery was taken out from scooty on 23 Jun 2021 and Exide dealer taken the battery vide ticket no.1899533.
            It is about 1 month and I am still waiting for my battery .
            My wife is facing a lot of problem by kick start of scooty and it also giving a bad impact on people when anybody starts new scooty with kick although self start system is available.
            It is creating a bad impression for me and other people for your reputated company product.
            Sir there is someone who is not working properly as I have confirmed from Exide care that battery is already dispeched from there side but agency Rushab Honda Nashik told me that they have not get the battery.
            Kindly intervene in the matter and make a quick solution. I am very much disappointed from your service agency and in future I have to make a better choice than yours.

                I(kavya Kalahasti) purchased activa 125 (light blue color) in Jan'2021 from M/s Sri R K Honda showroom, Rajahmundry-533101. Since day 1 we are facing issue with engine oil leakage. During first service time we raised issue with local dealer. They assured to fix the problem. Even after multiple complaints & after 2 services, problem is not fixed.

                        Dear Team,
                        I purchased one honda activa last year from Yash Honda Pune showroom. This year I moved to Haryana and I tool the NOC and a new number has been generated too. But the new RC will not be received until the Pune showroom will update the new number in their system. I have been calling Yash honda for the last one month and getting no response.
                        I am tired of getting a resolution, can you please help me in this matter.

                          Your company can not bear this nominal charges for public in this covid era. There is no company except you where counter holder ask about sanitization charges.
                          It is very very pathetic to me.
                          Why get down your company reputation.

                            Hi, I am using Active 4G. My Activa 4G Chasis no. is ME4JE507EHU285711. I service my active on last Saturday, (9th July, 2021). Honda service person informed me about battery issue. I submite warranty card with battery. They installed temporary battery in my active. Activa not started thru sales start. I need to kick in active so many times. I am tired now. New battery not installed in my activa yet. I am very disappointed. Need to resolved battery issues ASAP. Otherwise I will not be your customer for long period of time.

                              The service of this showroom is to break the proper material when the bike is serviced. It is noteworthy that in the first service they received a letter of apology from me. They do not have the right qualifications.

                                I went to Honda service center, Angamaly Kerala for checking the abnormal sound from my Hornet 160R bike. Due to lockdown, they requested to leave the bike there for checking.
                                Today is the 73rd day, still Honda technical team unable to find the root cause. They dismantled the entire engine and now informed that need to dismantle some other parts for which they don't have the proper tools.
                                I raised a complaint on the official Honda website and called multiple times, send reminders but nobody is able to resolve my issue.
                                My bike is completed only 24000KM. Now it is very pathetic to see the bike condition at the Honda service center.
                                I am stuck, what should I do?

                                  Complain regarding the hopeless service and ruthless response of the dealer krishna motos akharaghat road, muzaffarpur, Bihar. In the month of April I got my scotty repaired they took rupees 19295(Nineteen thousand two hundred and ninety-five rupees and assured me that I wont face any further issues over it, but still my problem is unresolved within three months that scotty has given me a nightmare because it dont use to start the person become breathless by doing the kick, the service center has charged me with multiple cost again and again without resolving my issue.
                                  there response being so rude and worst that one can't tell, supremely disappointing and breach of trust done with me. I have lost my faith from the honda service centre.

                                    Sir I servicing mu honda unicorn bike today at DAS Honda service center. Bike has many problems.But service supervisor didn't listen my problem.They service my bike within 4minutes.I reached the service center 1st.But they numbering me 6th number.when I asked about my numbering to CR manager.Bad and Inappropriate behaviour was done by him and workers.This was not expected from Honda service.
                                    Service is done carelessly.
                                    So I request to take action against this and ensure people satisfaction

Till today i didnot get my vehicle back. everyday i am visiting service centre and they are telling me that we will give you tomorrow. But tomorrow still not came. So this kind of worst servicing is a bad impression for your company. Kindly help me to get my vehicle back.
