    Dear Team,
    I purchased one honda activa last year from Yash Honda Pune showroom. This year I moved to Haryana and I tool the NOC and a new number has been generated too. But the new RC will not be received until the Pune showroom will update the new number in their system. I have been calling Yash honda for the last one month and getting no response.
    I am tired of getting a resolution, can you please help me in this matter.

      What is the logic to sanitize two wheeler
      Your company can not bear this nominal charges for public in this covid era. There is no company except you where counter holder ask about sanitization charges.
      It is very very pathetic to me.
      Why get down your company reputation.
      I m not satisfied.

        Hi, I am using Active 4G. My Activa 4G Chasis no. is ME4JE507EHU285711. I service my active on last Saturday, (9th July, 2021). Honda service person informed me about battery issue. I submite warranty card with battery. They installed temporary battery in my active. Activa not started thru sales start. I need to kick in active so many times. I am tired now. New battery not installed in my activa yet. I am very disappointed. Need to resolved battery issues ASAP. Otherwise I will not be your customer for long period of time.

          The service of this showroom is to break the proper material when the bike is serviced. It is noteworthy that in the first service they received a letter of apology from me. They do not have the right qualifications.

            I went to Honda service center, Angamaly Kerala for checking the abnormal sound from my Hornet 160R bike. Due to lockdown, they requested to leave the bike there for checking.
            Today is the 73rd day, still Honda technical team unable to find the root cause. They dismantled the entire engine and now informed that need to dismantle some other parts for which they don't have the proper tools.
            I raised a complaint on the official Honda website and called multiple times, send reminders but nobody is able to resolve my issue.
            My bike is completed only 24000KM. Now it is very pathetic to see the bike condition at the Honda service center.
            I am stuck, what should I do?

              Complain regarding the hopeless service and ruthless response of the dealer krishna motos akharaghat road, muzaffarpur, Bihar. In the month of April I got my scotty repaired they took rupees 19295(Nineteen thousand two hundred and ninety-five rupees and assured me that I wont face any further issues over it, but still my problem is unresolved within three months that scotty has given me a nightmare because it dont use to start the person become breathless by doing the kick, the service center has charged me with multiple cost again and again without resolving my issue.
              there response being so rude and worst that one can't tell, supremely disappointing and breach of trust done with me. I have lost my faith from the honda service centre.

                Sir I servicing mu honda unicorn bike today at DAS Honda service center. Bike has many problems.But service supervisor didn't listen my problem.They service my bike within 4minutes.I reached the service center 1st.But they numbering me 6th number.when I asked about my numbering to CR manager.Bad and Inappropriate behaviour was done by him and workers.This was not expected from Honda service.
                Service is done carelessly.
                So I request to take action against this and ensure people satisfaction

                    I gave my Honda activa 125cc for servicing/repair in the month of march 2021. Till today i didnot get my vehicle back. everyday i am visiting service centre and they are telling me that we will give you tomorrow. But tomorrow still not came. So this kind of worst servicing is a bad impression for your company. Kindly help me to get my vehicle back.

                      Its very bad that you are not giving dual channel abs in hornet 2.0.
                      Indians loves you but you are not listening the voice of people.
                      Its a request immediately launch a dual channel abs variant of hornet 2.0.

                        To get service of my two wheeler Honda shine sp 125. I visit to Sameer Honda service center on 26/06/2021. But the servicing of this bike was done worst the many problems occur in bike such as problem on breaks, clutch handle, headlamp and with speed of the bike. And I when I meet senior service assistant to complain about the bad service no step taken by him to resolve my problem. Instead bad and inappropriate behaviour was done by him and workers.
                        This wasn't expected from Honda service. This is not only my problem many of people are unsatisfied from service . Because sevice is done carelessly. And no steps are taken to solve problems.
                        So, I request to take action against this and ensure people satisfaction.

                          I have bought a new activa 6g and i came only two time for the 1st service and some maintenance, they provide phone booking but reality is worst. They booked, give time slot and when i reached they say wait for evening. What is this, if you are not able why you pre book slot, they called me then said it will take time we have too many vehicles and two times i have to go back without service. People have busy schedule hope you understand.

                            Eterno spares are not getting...why are you stop distributing spares... In India many eterno customers are there...what will they do for their eternos...? Other companies like Hero, Yamaha etc are distributing their old models spares now...Then what is your problem for discontinued the honda eterno, old activa spares ... If you are going this way
                            Future customers are get stay back...so I'm requesting you HONDA Please distribute the eterno spares for honda dealers...

                                Last Monday(05/07/2021)device my scooty activa 5G on ASR Automotives bawani Khera.
                                But after service everyday start the scooty with kick and change the plug without any discussion and told me that plug may be damage any time and after that start with kick.
                                Before this start with single self.
                                And change the air filter but after this same problem occur.
                                Cost of service is 1445/-
                                And today automatic start without press the ignition switch, due to continue on the scooty discharge the battery completely .
                                In this situation what should I do.

                                  I'm purchase second bike with Honda company, activate and unicon both bike service not satisfied in the first service it self.
                                  First service 750 km I thing last week, again oil leakage complain not resolve good service.

                                  Before that using hearo Honda bike,
                                  Service good response is good in the showroom now also good service in the showroom.

                                  Honda service and other thing I excepted in good but results not happy.

                                  Hear after not at all refer any clain in the bike brand..

                                      The issue that I have experienced was: We bayad activa 6g on 28/7/2020.
                                      After 4 months the vehicle offing after traveling 10km.
                                      We went to maximus showroom to service thay are told that filter is filling with dust that's why vehicle is offing and they changed that.
                                      And after 15 days that vehicle offing we again to that showroom thay clean petrol pipe .
                                      After 2 days again repeated same .
                                      Again we went to maximus showroom thay are taken our vechic on 30/6/2020.and they given on 10/7/2020.

                                      It occurred on:[protected]

                                      This meant that We are affected above 30, 000rs by that vehicle is offing 150km long to our village .
                                      We taken the vechile on goots carrier vans.
                                      And we take a car for our travel purpose.

                                      We want to exchange our activa 6g to honda bike.
                                      Or
                                      We need affected money by your vehicle rs ₹30, 000.

                                      I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by Trading Standards, I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.

                                        I submitted my Activa 125 Regd No JH 10 BC 1961 for replacement of some parts on 8th march 2021 and service centre provided it back to me on 5th july 2021. Although they charged 1000/- for opening and fittings, they have not fitted the vehicle properly. All fittings are loose and have a sound while driving. Even the nut and bolt haven't been fitted properly. It is too much risky. Nut and bolt on front wheel also haven't been tightened up. You have to look into the matter.
