When I went to book a scooter they said you pay just one thousand and book, once your scooter is ready you can pay rest, immediately the moment after paying initial amount they said unless you pay full amount your vehicle will not be allocated after paying the amount, extra fittings came into picture, then at that point I said I will pay you the amount please don't make any discomfort at Delivery time at the time of delivery I was asked to pay extra and me to run pillor to post, very irritating during first service tele caller said five hundred for free service but show room said it is 650 very very worst handling

    Hi there I am so un happy about your sevice in irinjalakuda showroom last time I have filed a complaint regading the same problem water service you guyys are repeated the same again I am just literally fed up with your service.       We bought Honda unicorn 6months back. Suddenly the battery stopped working. When we called they asked us to visit the showroom for service and repair. They examined the battery and told the battery charge is draining but it's in good condition we waited for half day to get that charged finally it didn't work. After so many arguments they agreed to change the battery but what they gave is a old one. When we ask about that they told they don't have stock. We called and checked before going for service. It's s worst ever customer service faced and there are many having same kind of issues. This definitely affects the trust on the company product.

            Sir,
            I purchased a brand new unicorn 160 bs6 from Muthoot Honda, Thiruvalla, Pathanamthitta dist., Kerala on 27/04/2021.But it's fuel gauge assebly is not working.It is showing always full capacity of fuel.since it have no on/off switches for fuel, it makes me very much difficulty.Therefore I request you change fuel gauge assebly at the earliest.

              Sir/Madam,

              Please to inform you that I'm given Service my new scooter Activa 6G. giving time already told my vehicle is running time abnormal noise coming, Vehicle is not run more than 60 km speed. after service and engine oil change also there is no change in abnormal noise.
              My vehicle No. TS07BPTR7920
              I don't know why.
              I think your service team is not resolved/rectify the issue.
              Please take necessary action to resolve the issue.

                CB Shine 125cc grey color purchased in September 2018 exchange offer given old cb shine 125cc block color used 2010 to 2018.
                after purchase immediately identified received failure vechile and information given service centre and sent lot of mails. lot of money spended for replace components and met couple of accidents.
                24th June 20221 given for regular service. they called and said need to replace engine and major components. estimation cost is Rs.20, 000/-.
                since one week vehicle at service centre. requested repair under warranty. now i am requesting please provide new vehicle.

                  Received calls from A M Wings dealer, Pathiripala, Palakkad, Kerala, for our 2nd service of my Activa 6g, after the continuous request decided to give for servicing and agreed that will
                  get the vehicle serviced before 2pm on 30th June, 2021, I had to go to hospital on urgent basis. When I called them @1:30 they said not finished, they are working on it, so I said will come @2pm, when I went there they didn't even touched the vehicle, I took the vehicle and came. What kind of a service they are providing, I never expect they kind of experience from Honda, the leading two Wheeler company, it is disgusting. [protected]@yahoo.com

                               With lot of pride and need brought HONDA ACTIVA - Model 2010, been using it all these years. Recently we had given the vehicle for servicing at VIJAYAWADA - ANVITA HONDA., they had given me the vehicle in worst condition, when ASKED none had answered. all these years when i had no issues relating to services and etc., but surprisingly we had a problem here in VIJAYAWADA, SEEMING THE TECHNICIANS WERE NOT TRAINED PROPERLY IN HANDLING THE VEHCILE !!!
                               they had boken my number plate
                               the mirrors were not fixied in a proper way, when asked they had replied me back saying that i need to procure a new set of side mirror angulars !!! its just a simple nut N bolt issue
                               WHEN EXPLAINED THEY WERE NOT IN A POISTION TO LISTEN WHAT THE CUSTOMER IS SAYING
                               ABSOLUTE NO HEED TOWARDS CUSTOMER NEEDS & REQUESTS ESPECIALLY !!!
                               seems the agency is not in a position to handle the customer vehicles esepcially when the figures crosess 10 vehicles... they 'll give the vehicle only on next day or its on their will & wish !!!
                               on my previous servicing with the same naive agency they had given me back the vehicle with full of engine oil lekeage - WORST CONDITION ...
                               KEEPING THAT IN MIND I HAD AGAIN ASKED THEM TO ADDRESS IT NEATLY, BUT THIS TIME THEY HAD FAILED SO .. I SINCELRELY REQUEST THIS NOTE AS MY COMPLAINT TOWARDS anvita hondA - vijayawada

                                  I have Honda Unicorn 2020 model byke. I usualy visit BRS Honda Service Centre Narnaul regarding byke service. My complaint is against BRS Service centre Narnaul. I always visit there on time, my service No. remains always Ist because I reach there on time. But BRS usually prefers Scooty service. They start the servic of my byke, when they have completed all scooties. Mostly I visit here at 8AM, but departed after 2PM. This problem is not only of mine, but all byke users. Please help us and guide them to work accordingly.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I have purchased a Honda Activa from Johns Honda Thrissur from 18/06/2021.I paid on 18 April 2021. They are delayed for delivery of vehicles.
                                      Secondly I have paid Rs.995 for extended warranty. They are not issued bills and certificates.
                                      Thirdly they charged Rs.1500 for registration of vehicle, they are not provided receipt for the entire money.
                                      I have personally visited the show room 6 times totally and clarification above complaint they are not entertained and telling simple reasons.
                                      It is requested that suitable action for above mentioned complaints.
