Asking extra amount of money. For coating but in my bill not at mention.only delivery person asking money he say i put myself .so you have pay not inside outside of service centre.overall i disappointed using customers unknoweledgable about services.and also delay of spare parts. You have to immediate action. Thank you.

    Honda activa 6g ...In front leg room plastic are bend and quality of the plastic is very poor .. if I ask in show room they are telling problem can't be rectified.. then what is the use of getting new bike... Like trusted brand honda... Now lost my faith on honda

      Your communication w.r.t ticket No.1-[protected] has been registered. We are looking into the matter and shall revert accordingly, Honda 2W
      Sir, I had ordered the parts at Maharani Honda, Madhubani on[protected] but it deducted the bill of Rs.2000 only. But we did not even order the parts, we also complained about it but even after 29 days they will not update the order to fix it now. And the problem is not solved even after 6 remaining batches. Please solve my problem quickly.

        I purchased honda two wheeler from dharam honda on 4 march 2020.
        On 8 june i visited mayankshree honda service pal road jodhpur because of battery issue. Mr shakti took out my battery and said it will be replaced after one week. He said me to provide aadhar card and r. C copy that i gave him immediately. After a week on 16 june i visited again then he said he don’t have any information i took a receiving of battery signed by him on 16 june and he said he will call as he get new battery. I didn’t receive any call therefore i visited today on 8 july now he said he is unable to replace because i have purchased this from dharam honda and asked me to provide copy of purchase bill now.
        I said what the nonsense is this after a month u are saying now u provide purchase bill and wait for one week again.
        I am totally fad up of honda service i asked him to give me my battery back i don’t want replacement he said he is unable to return come after some days.
        I purchased new battery now because of inconvenience. Now this replacement is of no use to me
        I request you to kindly take intervention and do necessary action please find below attached receiving receipt

            Dear officer,
            I'm Arunkumar from Tamilnadu. I bought a Unicorn 160 bike on 27th April 2021 from Mukesh Honda Rajapalayam.

            On 11.06.2021 it met with a minor accident. The very next day 12.06.021 I gave my bike for changing spare parts, to Mukesh Honda Rajapalayam. while i'm giving my bike they told me, it will hardly take 20 or 25 days to get spare parts and make changes, but they have purposely mentioned 2 months in the estimated delivery period. I accepted and gave my bike to them and got an estimated invoice, for insurance purposes.

            On 23.06.2021 I got a call from the showroom for an advance payment to place an order of spare parts for my bike, from Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. And I paid Rs-6000 as advance on 23.06.2021.

            Yesterday (06.07.2021) I called the showroom and asked about my bike's condition, they did not respond properly and cut the call. I tried again to them, and a lady spoke to me from the spare department. She told me that the Honda company has stopped manufacturing spare parts right now, so you will not get your spare in this month. It will take more than 1 month, for Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. to start producing and supplying spare parts, like she said. Is that true!! Or that spare department employee is spreading rumors & creating a bad image among customers, about Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.

            I don't know, is this the way Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. gave a training to their employees, about customer handling? I would like to get clear answers for my following doubts.
            1) Really Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. stopped their manufacturing units & supply units ? or the Mukesh Honda showroom employees are spreading rumors against Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.
            2) If it is not, kindly give me an explanation as to why this delay.
            3) When will Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. look in to this issue?
            4) When will I get my bike back?

            I believe Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. will be directly involved in this issue & try to give the best solution for me, to get my bike back in good condition within 1 week.

                  Don't believe this vehicle for a long journey. Very worst belt have been installed which is worthless. So company avoid to give warranty on this product...more than 80km speed it won't go...if you cross a little to that speed airlock or piston will get struck...I suffered a lot on journey with my wife where I made a huge expense to reach home back. Buying for 1 lakh will not satisfy you...

                    I purchased a Honda bike on 31 march 2021 on cash but till date 7 July 2021 i didn't receive my number plate or any type massage regarding number plate issuance. I trying to call Dwarkesh Honda Dist Modasa Gujarat but they not attend call and sometimes says this is not over work this is RTO issue or other mistakes.

                      They don't provide service confused the owner ..my scooty is damaged due to agency ..they are very careless agency ..we never boy Honda products because they never want to know what the problem to their customer ..

                        I am go to service station in amideep honda.surat.but rpm set as per your noms its ok but engine abnormal sound so am not satieshfay with honda livo bs6.pl normal engine sound.other wish i am go to yamaha.

                          Honda livo bs6 2nd service set the rpm as per your noms but engine high sound create so i am not satiesh fay with Honda livo bs6.i am go to yamaha other wishe not showle engine sound normal.

                              I got my xblade bs6 from namakkal noble honda... From the date of purchase headlight focus is not satisfied and high beam focus is not in normal focus condition... 2 to 3metres high from normal focus location... Sales department said that they won't rectify the problem and forwarded to service department... In sevice center they adjusted the light focus three times in between 1&2 service... Till now they cant rectify the problem and not having a proper solution for the issue ... I feel that this issue will cause severe accident while night driving... Mostly i travelled long travel for my work... It caused 3 or more incidents in 6months... I am feeling I'm not safe while driving in my xblade without proper focus on road... I'm expecting a clear cut solution from your side @honda2wheelersindia...

                                Cb shine 125cc grey color purchased in September 2018 exchange offer given old cb shine 125cc block color used 2010 to 2018.
                                after purchase Immediately identified received failure vechile and information given service centre and sent lot of mails. Lot of money spended for replace components and met couple of accidents.
                                on 24th June 20221 given for regular service at prathul automobiles pvt ltd, begumpet. Later They called and said need to replace engine and major components. Estimation cost is Rs.20, 000/-.
                                Vehcile collected 03rd july 2021. Paid regular service charges Rs.808/- from Prathul automobils. Given service complaints not attended.
                                requesting replace new vehicle with all expenditures.

                                    April 1st Week went to Hassan Honda Show Room Pudhucherry for enquiry, They Said you can pay one thousand and book your Honda Activa 6G once the vehicle is allocated you can pay the rest of balance but paying an initial amount the next day got a Call from Show room stating you need to pay the Entire Amount for Allocating the Vehicle.
                                    i paid all the Due Payment and asked for extra fitting such as mat side stand bumper etc in whole as a full combo they collected the full amount i made very clear statement with the show room stating i should not be asked for any due amount on the time of delivery whats ever the amount to be collected please collect now itself i should have a hassle free delivery on 28.04.2021 but fortunately lock down was announced on 26.04.2021.
                                    On 04.05.2021 the Showroom person called and said you take delivery of the vehicle and rest formalities may be made later, The moment i went to showroom for vehicle delivery they were very harsh stating that you need pay amount for extra fittings it was also paid.
                                    i was above to move out of showroom Security blocked me & Said mat extra cost to be Paid which was really embarrassing,
                                    the Problem is still never Ended Continuing again in first free Service
                                    tele caller said 500 Rs only the Moment i reached Show room for Service they demanded 650 very worst behavior

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I have came across frustrating and poor customer service from dealers and especially the bike service center.
                                        7 Months ago ( Nov 2020 ) I have bought Honda hornet 2.0 BS6 from S.R HONDA Jawalagiri Main Road, THALLY - 635 118. By Paying full payment Rs 1, 56, 000/- but it was totally worthless. Bez from last 5 months into i have faced too much of troubles by bike. I faced SENSOR problem first time. I contacted service center. They took to repair and returned within 2 days. After some days again one more problem started about KEY SET again i informed in showroom and to repair that, they took nearly 1 Month.
                                        I was very upset but Ok after i thought here after there will be no problem about my new bike.
                                        But the issue are endless, Yes frequently the problems are rising. As you know for bike HEAD LIGHT is too important while riding bike during night time.
                                        That is also not working properly including that SIDE STAND is totally detected and also there is a formation of dust in some parts. Totally my bike is in very bad condition. I can't face all these troubles in my busy schedule so i left my bike in showroom . From last 1 week into till date there is no proper response.
                                        We are so passionate about our bike and also too important to go for job.
                                        Finally I requested to accept my complaint and take a proper action on respective Honda showroom to give my bike with proper condition and should not repeat any issues again..
                                        i kindly request you sir .. HELP ME...
