Dear Sir,
These Is in regards with my DIO DLX Repsol scooter Registration No. GA 11F 7569 which I had purchase from your authorized dealer M/s. Shivsamarth motoriders Pvt. LTD. Mapusa, Goa. On dt. 7th april2021, there was no issue for the month pass also I have done my regular service with your dealer in workshop dt. 04/05/2021. Suddenly on dt.03/06/21, while going to office when I tried to start it does not start the scooter I tried many times but it doesn't work so I went to office with my other bike and contacted your representative of M/s. shivsamarth but they where not picking the. Calls so I inform sales team later again reminding them they have call back and send the technician on next day 04th but he checked and inform us to bring the bike to work shop. But I do ne understand if my scooter is under warranty then it should be company should take the scooter to showroom as it is breakdown issue. I contacted shivsamarth again they says they done have facility of the same ok I agreed but what about the cost bearing of towing who will pay they says customer has to bear the same. I done understand these big brand Honda if such type is your service and scooter are like these which cannot be reliable and your dealer service is not good.

I am upset with the service if these is your product then sorry I will not purchase any brand of Honda again.

    Last servicing was carried out by Malik Honda Hansi Haryana within one month.

    Sir there is some problem in my activa 6G during startup.Malfunction indicator lamp also glow up some time and it does not start by self and horn also not work at that time.
    I think problem is due to battery issue.

    Sir I am now staying near Nashik Road Maharashtra.
    You are requested to raise my complaint to nearest Honda service authority near Nashik Road and also help me on the above matter.

      Honda Activa 125 Cc was bought from Celebrate Honda, Jagatpuri, East Delhi in Oct-2019. The scooter has been giving trouble since the date of purchase. Its self start is always a problem and most of the times the kick start is also not working. The complaint has been given to service center but there is no result till today. Now the situation is that scooter is stranded since last 3 months due to not starting at all and service centre is also not taking any action on this. Pls see if this is a defective piece where we are not able to even take it to smaller distances forget about long rides! In fact we have old activa which is 13 years old and its absolutely fine and we are using it as a last option. Pls arrange to either get it rectified or replace the scooter itself. We have wasted money by buying this scooter frankly. Hope to get a positive revert from someone on this.The complaint booked on May 24, 2021 on Honda website has no response from the dealer. This shows how serious the company is to its loyal customers.

        I have complaint In Bopal Ahmedabad 380058 from them the vehicle purchased. After 2/3 months but till very poor service.
        It's fastner toiled rubber met very poor.

            I am Bibin Babu. I had an accident on 04/03/2021 at kandiyoor when I was traveling to mavilikkara. Mavilikkara police took the case against me I reported police station on that day itself. Again I reported to the police station on 11/03/2021 with my bike. From the police station, I got my bike back on 29/3/2021. On 30/03/2021 I took my bike to Shymas Motors Mavelillara in thattambalam for bike maintenance and on 31/03/2021 I pay an advance of 10000rs. They told me that due to march last they have an audit so they will give the bike back on 24/04/2021 after full maintenance. On 02/04/2021 they called me and told after all maintenance bike is ready to take also they told me the total cost for maintenance is 13074rs. Due to lockdown, I didn’t go to a showroom and after lockdown on 17/06/2021 I called in a showroom they told me they will call me back after 12 pm. I waited till night they didn’t call me back. Again yesterday (18/06/2021) I called in the showroom at 10 am they told me to come and collect, due to their instruction I went to collect the bike in the showroom but I shocked by seeing my bike they didn’t even wash my bike its seen full of dust, sir I will attach the photo along with mail to bring in your notice. At last, I asked about my bike body parts which they changed from my bike. They didn’t show me bike parts which they changed for 13604rs also they are telling me that they don’t have any parts at their and if we needed I have to tell earlier. Sir one more thing I need to bring to your notice that on 02/3/2021 they told me 13074rs but at the time of taking my bike they charge 13604rs from me. Sir, I hope you will understand and take necessary action against their improper behavior.

              This is Bikash Ranjan Sahoo, purchased Honda Unicorn BS6 160 around 2 months ago from Durga Honda Motors, Jagatpur, Cuttack, Odisha -754021. Every time I am facing starting issues even after first service. They changed the spark plug but still the problem continues. I am frustrated. Pls do do the needful.

                Hi,
                I'm purchased dio bs6 one month before, some unknown sound and vibration occuring in rear portion of scooter. Kallakurichi Service station workers are unable find the issues and arresting issues.

                  I bought a honda activa on 21st september 2018 with engine number JF50ET8159551 registered under my name as Navneet modh. For past 5 months my activa is with the paliwal sales and services for some carburetor works. The service center is been delaying my activa repair work due to unnecessary and silly reason like non availability of spare parts. I kindly request you to make availability of the parts as i am unable to do my daily work as i have no other vehicle with me.                     I Akansha Saini purchased a Honda Activa- 125 DRUM ALLOY BSVI on 21.03.2021 from Authorized Dealer Smooth Motors 6A, Netaji Subhash Marg, Daryanganj, New Delhi-110002. I had an accident on 11.04.2021 at Moti nagar, Delhi around 09:45 AM due to which my Honda Activa got damaged after which i went to nearest Honda Workshop namely One Honda situated at plot no. 15, Industrial Area, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-110018.
                    That on 16.06.2021 mail recived from HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company limited stating that "during the verification of documents it was found that your vehicle was not registered at the time of accident" and "we are constrained to inform you that we would not be able to honor our liabilty for sad loss and are constrained to close the claim as no claim".
                    That delay in registeration of around 20 days after the SALE OF VEHICLE is a negligance on the part of above Authorised Dealer and a Breach of law as per Motor vehcle Act.
                    whenever i tried to contact the staff of authorised delear for my greviences their staff not responded in satisfactory manner.
                    I request you to take neccasry action aginst the wrong doing of above Authorised Dealer and help me get my insurance claim.

                      I have purchased Honda Activa 5g on 2018/11 and after this, I got one issue on 4/2019 than solely the issues increases and now when I start my active In the morning it won't get started after 10 to 15 kicking it's get started this is the 3 or 4th time in this year 2021 only i am giving this on service i requested the service center employees to change the battery but they always say everything is alright every time after 1 or 2 weeks of service i face such issue! This is "the worst active model" I have purchased ever!

                      The middle-class people give their half-earning to purchase such activa and they people don't value it this activa cost me 70k that was road price and now after 2.4 years only i am paying the double amount in services!

                        I faced the complaint in front and back headlamp, while in raining time suddenly the bulb has been switched off in night time, in safety level I faced the risk factor, this will happen for me two times, I put the headlamp near the workshop, due to the lockdown unavailable opened honda Showroom, In bs6 model is the headlamp is a failure in honda?

                          Hello i am Vaibhav mahajan i am here to tell you that my bike which i have purchased last year is not good
                          1st problem with the bike is that honda has launched repsol edition after my purchase no showroom person awared me for that i have complaint you earlier you have asked me that my bike is registered or not i went to showroom to confirm my registration. They said your file has gone for it but in my Rc it is showing date of registration is after that day when i reached showroom
                          2nd problem is on first service i have got my oil change but the mechanic has not put the whole oil in my bike then i caught him what he is doing he said that it is for oil filter which i didnt want to change they said that that oil is for that and when i complaint for it to service manager then they put whole oil in my bike
                          3rd problem is that my headlight is not working they said my ecu or headlight might be damage they said they have ordered that part and not yet i have got it in my bike nor they are picking call of me for parts enquiry
                          I am not satisfied with honda i don't want this bike please give me other bike i will pay for it or except give me other bike which dosnot have this much problems looking like i have wasted my 1.5 lakhs rs i am not satisfied with honda at all and i will not recommend any honda vehicle because of cheap fit and finish of the vehicle
                          And last when i purchased my bike mu bike back mudguard is not alligned when the mechanic try to open the back light for fixing it they broke the locks of back light cover
                          I don't want to have this bike which has more than 100 problems
                          Dissatisfied with honda i want to change my bike if you will not help me then i will be selling it due to bad honda vehicle worst bike of my life i have also owned royal Enfield and tvs never seen such kind of bikes that my honda hornet 2.0 (worst bike ) its not been 1 year and ecu and headlight had a problem they didn't even checked my bike with their computer they directly said that eco might be not working well change my bike or return my money or give me another bike it has many problems within 1 years what will i do after 1 year wasting my money on that bike parts better option is i will sell my bike

                          Hi my friend bought hornet 2.0 2020 model on[protected], so far 200 km done and he faced a problem that the bike wont move backwards at any gear/ neutral holding clutch in and out. it happened couple of times in an hour and then it works fine if bike is moved forward for few steps.

                            I have registered complain regrind my HSRP number plate for Honda Activa due to which I am not getting RC certificate. Complain number 1-[protected] was registered with customer care Honda 2wheelerindia. Due to above reason I have to pay regular RTO fine with traffic police.
                            Please do needful or I have to seek help from consumer court.

                              I am a honda hornet 160 owner, who's date of reg. is 19072017, i have reached honda service cemter(evershine honda) on 21/03/2021 for the accidental claimed service, today its 16th june 2021 still my bike is not ready to run, the service authority is not aware about the product which they should order for my bike to make it ready to run, the authority is not doing there work properly and they are not feeling any liability for customer satisfaction, no one is taking responsibility for the mistake, please take action regarding this

                                Honda x blade vehicle no. CG 13 AC 1530
                                I have faced many times of problem in my bike of particular issues:-
                                1] Fuse cutoff more times and did not solve yet now.
                                2] Digital meter blinking and now not visible and tell us this is not in warranty period, price to be paid by you.
                                3] Engine tension-er changed 2 times why?
                                I have complaint against this problem to Sharda honda showroom's of General Manager.Service manager and Area Manager Mr.Siddharth chouhan.
                                When i purchase the bike to till now problem is existing condition.
                                I also complaint to costumer care honda2wheelerindia.com.The complaint no.is 1-[protected].
                                therefore now i want to exchange the bike or paid me against the bike.

                                Good morning,
                                For your kind information I complaint many more times from date of purchase to till date against of my bike *X Blade CG 13 AC 1530* about the digital display meter and fuse and cable circuit purpose but did not taken strong action against the issues. Today's file is after service of bike
                                Now I don't want any excused. Please change the digital meter and cable circuit/ change the bike by new one without any cost as early as possible.

                                  On (14/01/2021) I purchased a honda dio motor vehicle from balu honda dealer in thanjavur. (model bs 6 and regulations numer tn49cc5442) . Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because of mileage complaints. When i was first service i told to them clearly only giving 39km per liter. Service department agree to fix this problem under free service, however when i collected the vechile and started to using it again, problems was still there. Again we rise complaints they agree to fix second service, however second service finish and i use the vehicle, problem was still there. Today again we went there raise same complaint (15/06/2021) now they are saying vechile give only 45km miles per one ltr. (i said only 39km gives per ltr with proof). They told us we will try to fix next service, To give irresponsible answers and handling poor customer service .(While taking vechile they said 55km to 60km will give per liter.)

                                  I would appreciate it if you could organise to the dealer to change the engine or either to fix the problem permanently. As I am sure you can appreciate, I rely on my vehicle for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused me to incur additional cost. Really we fedup this things mentaly.

                                    Dear sir/madam, I have been given unicorn bike to nellore Laksmi prasanna service centre at Friday i.e 11.06.2021 for general service with AMC card but till 15.06.2021 not yet done, I called 26 times and met 4 times but not at all responding as well as not interested to give positive reply to costumers. Who ever got AMC card they are neglecting and irresponsible reply they are giving me. When I was met 15.06.2021 after 4 days still they are giving suggestions only...how happy for your service like this...thank you for this experience
