I have booked a honda unicorn 160cc at mid of nov 2020 and my delivery date was 22 november 2020 but when i went to take that bike the bike full of dent and accident and dealership was very rude they were it happens and when i put pressure of why i will take this they were saying if you want this take this otherwise go back they were very rude i don"t know what is the reason behind it

Even after I done all services.. still I’m Facing the noise in Engine.. So Kindly Assign a best Technician who is Directly from Honda Company..

      I have a gear shifting problem on my shine vehicle particularly in 1st gear to 2nd gear and also I suspecting the clutch plates are burned within 3 months(Only 3000km covered)

            Honda Activa 4G Silencer Broke

            I bought new Activa 4G on 31.03.2017 and within 3 years itself, it's silencer cracked.

            One day I noticed some absurd noice coming and when I check, it was due to silencer.

            I went to Authorized Service Station and they said that it would cost around INR 8, 000/- to replace the same.

            This is mainly due to to product quality issue as this is not something that got broken in such a shorter time without...

            (Please read carefully) I am Kishore from Teynampet. Yesterday 23.11.2020 I got my serviced bike -Activa 3g model. I have paid the amount INR 2886.00.But My bike is 1)same condition, 2)Same brake(loosely), 3)Creach... Creach sound... Without Grease all function in moving points on the outer and inner... It's too bad sir. I had told to the gate pass person that is please call to my advisor but he didn't hear my voice. Suddenly he adjusted in my bike wheel with his finger. The advisor didn't come and not adjusted by bike. Last year I have serviced my bike but the quality is very nice but this time your SERVICE IS TOO BAD. All bolt and nuts are shaking... I am very irritating to your customer serviced plan.All services was excellent except the last time service.
            Note:Your brand battery Tata.. now only I heard the battery Please make a good company battery. Battery price 1200/It's too much.I don't like that the company.. I was asking please put the good company but... He told to me not available... What is this the service... Next Definitely I will not come to your service center... Thank you🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏😡😠😡😡�...

              Bike with AP39CNXXXX MODEL NAME: SHINE-DRUM CBS CHASIS NUMBER: ME4JC65DJKG09XXXX ENGINE NUMBER: JC65E-G-018XXXX M.F. DATE: 28-SEP-2019 in the relevant copy (Annexure- A).
              • Servicing[protected] Posted by Dhanvi Honda in Anantapur invoice no: AP[protected]XXXX The relevant copy (Annexure- B) is in.
              • Servicing delivered by Dhanvi Honda in Anantapur on[protected] JOB CARD NO-75XX is in the relevant copy (Annexure- C).
              DEFECT / DEFICIENCY:
              My name is Naveen Kumar I gave it to the fourth time service in Dhanvi Honda on 19/09/2020 (invoice no-AP[protected]XXXX) We mentioned engine sound, vibration, mileage, head lamp, bike handle problems of our bike but the service center they are head lamp and Only the bike handle is cleared but the bike's engine sound, vibration, mileage are not cleared, I will not discuss with them for a long time and say one more time but they say engine sound, vibration is common as well as bike cleaning (water wash) is not done properly I I told their officer (he was called Intiaz by the workers there) but he was serious that we would not do it then we went home and complained and then on 02/10/2020 Dhanvi called the Honda manager and said come to the service center 03/10 / Went on 2020 and after going there even the same answer said it was engine sound, vibration common we did not go back.
              We have already complained many times, [protected] to this number 10 times, [protected] to this number 5 times, [protected] to this number 2 times, [protected] to this number 1 time, [protected] to this number 2 times, [protected] to this number Called 6 times several times and did not receive any satisfactory reply. -09-30 19:41:55 The relevant copy is in (Annexure- E).
              • NCH agent called us We told him our problem a little bit and then spoke in Telugu language which means they gave us the number [protected].
              • Then Dhanvi Honda manager called us but the company said that our problem was not solved and they registered the consumer complaint that the company clutch cleaning done and resolved the issue customer is satisfied on[protected]:15:08 but the company The customer is satisfied that the problem is solved without servicing our bike and without touching the bike and is misleading the customer compliant officers and customers with the wrong answer in the copy (Annexure-F), but we are not satisfied with them and the bike, The bike emits a lot of sound vibration, the bike does not even come with mileage and the bike (water wash) is very clean. We have also attached photos of it in the copy (Annexure-G).
              • The servicing center received their call and on 02/11/2020 we gave it to servicing at Dhanvi Honda Problems of our bike We said engine sound, body vibration, clutch sound, low mileage, bike suspension They all serviced our bike We will repair it in two days. If I keep our bike with you, give us another bike. Provide until our bike is delivered, but later they gave us the bike the same day after noon. Three servings I went with them to check the bike. Bike clutch and bike for them. Don't come to the service center and tell the manager that there is no pickup. They will come back. Every time we complain we have to go to the servicing center every time. We also have a lot of work to do. It seems to be being repaired temporarily. We have not been given a permanent solution. Our bike problems have not been cleared.
              They are doing servicing only temporarily. I also emailed Dhanvi Honda and Honda 2 wheelers India to please replace us with a new bike but they gave us a reply message that we can not replace the new bike is in the copy (Annexure-H).
              Attach a couple of proofs and documents related to our problem and why I am suffering so much financially Please ask the Consumer Forum officials to do us justice.

              OTHER PROVISIONS
              The company that did not solve our problem in the consumer complaint they said that the company remarks clutch cleaning done and resolved the issue customer is satisfied on[protected]:15:08 but the company did not service our bike and the bike The copy (Annexure-F) contains an update stating that the problem has been resolved without touching the customer satisfaction and misleading the consumer compliant authorities with the wrong answer.
              • I texted Dhanvi Honda manager via whatsup Give us your managing director number which means they gave servicing his number who understands how negligent they are with us and they do not take customer satisfaction into consideration.
              We have also mailed the above to Dhanvi Honda and Honda 2 wheelers. 65000 will be given by a third party. If the customer is not satisfied then we can do the service. (Annexure- I).

                Have purchased Activa 5G, recently done 3 rd servicing on 8th Nov 20 with dealer, my wings, kothrud, pune, dealer, after 1 week, when tried to start in morning while going out, it failed to start, as after ignition ON, the headlight was not ON...I couldn't kickstart. So next day asked the service head to check...They took the vehicle to showroom..and when I enquired in evening...They said they need to keep the vehicle as they need ti thoroughly check...And charge the battery...As vehicle was new, this kind of problem was not expected..And next day they have just charged the battery and said this was only problem...When asked the service head that give me in writing that this problem will not occur again, he straight denied...This is the way Honda dealer (SUNIL Shinde) service heads are behaving ...He never ever picks phone when we try to call him ..and he says ...Call him anytime ...If the person is not recieving calls when the vehicle is given to him...What help can he extend ...Otherwise? In vain...

                This is a very bad and irresponsible behaviour on the part of the person...And about Honda vehicles...I think people should stop buying Honda Vehicles...In INDIA...

                This complaint is in general ..As Honda INDIA cares little for customers ...That they should be giving reliable and durable Honda Vehicles and parts and also service...Should we hope good service from them ?

                      I bought Activa 5G scooty from Amisha Honda Narsinghpur sent scooty for one week use for repairing the problem, more than before it started getting problem and Amisha Honda is not doing the repairing properly which also gave me the claim money. Payment was made but there was no improvement in the same problem as before, my scooty kept for repairing for 2 weeks, the repairing was very slow My scooty handle vibration new problem When have I sent scooty to Amisha Honda

                        Hi Honda Team,
                        I have bought Unicorn recently from GHR Honda Kodad.
                        From my 1st Service onwards observing that your service team in this branch is not at all tolerable.
                        We are facing below points:
                        1. Proper response to the vehicle complaint
                        2. Not solving the problem in vehicle, just adjusting when customer double checks and ask again.
                        3. Over pricing and covering to that prices with unsuitable words.

                        Note: Bike is giving much trouble, I don't know whose fault in this, But the latest BS6 Unicorn is not fine as previous bikes from you.

                        I'm expecting better response and action from you

                          Dear Sir, I regret to say you that, being a honda customer I really & feeling very bed. My experience with Honda brand & it's service is really a very very poor.My kind request to Avetor honda India top management, please analysis each & every sentence which I am going to write. I sent my Avetor No. GJ 01 NL 2955 for rutine service on 11th Nov at M/S Innovetive Honda Motera Ahmedabad and in evening I paid full bill. When I reached at my residence I found that self starter is not working..I took back by staring through kicked and nnarrated the defect. Their technician and did some thing and deliver me in staring position and again when I reached my home and parked my scooter while parking I found the same defect and left for next day. Next day I again went and requested them that I am 72 yrs old and not possible for me first to put Avetor on stand and kicked and kicked . I had been three or four time ie every day .My kind Request to Avetor honda India top management please enquiry the same, video camera is there. you may enquiry the same. Its really unethical behaviour done.

                              I booked a Bike (Honda shine sp 125 blue) on Date 17th nov 2020. On celebrated motors Pvt. Ltd. They promised me to delivery on date 20 nov but when i m visit showroom for completing formality on date 19 nov then mr jaan mohd (company representative) said they are not having blue colour bike. Nd postponed the schedule of delivery for one week. Please find the booking receipt in attachment. please resolve this issue as soon as possible

                                Before some days vehicle was stuck on the road

                                When I goes to show room they told me that, first off all you didn't service the vehicle in HONDA showrooms, and today i speak with some one in ram Honda tadbun, he told me that vehicles warranty is finish only two years warranty, when I buy the vehicle they told me that 5 years warranty,

                                Right now I'm suffering, what is wrong and correct, when I buy vehicle from soumya HONDA they didn't explain me that we have to services in HONDA showrooms, and now new news no warranty, warranty was only two years, I need reply

                                  Today 19/11/2020 I went for the service my honda activa 3g REG. NO. TN29BD3496 at SS PREMIER, DHARMAPURI, TAMILNADU SHOWROOM.
                                  I am servicing at honda showroom only &amc member
                                  I explaining the complaints to be rectified and persisting complaint of previous service
                                  The servicing person replying in an rough manner and just all are to be done after paying
                                  I said I am quitting the service he said u have to pay and quit, go inside and pay for the folio charge
                                  Only money matters for honda, not about your service
                                  Ur service person rudly treating so I left the vehicle at ur showroom

                                    I faced to much problem in Honda SP125 BS6 I purchased it last 5 months but I face to much problems.
                                    1. Engine oil is leakage.
                                    2. Chhassis aslo to much corrosion.
                                    3. Engine heating problem
                                    4. Abnormal sound is comming.
