I have purchased honda cb shine in last year,
From purchased I have never good with this bike .always some problem comes in bike .
And the dealer deep honda and its sub dealer sandeep honda is giving proper solution .
Now I want to replace my bike with new bike.
Only one year has done to purchased bike & running only 17000 kms.there piston work coming .

They have taken money in advance for accessories but footmat has not been given yet I have called the representative many times but they make excauses like it will be given within a week but unfortunately there one week has not been completed yet. It has been more than 5 months but still not satisfied with the service after sale

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          I have purchased new honda activa 6g from Celebrate Honda, New Delhi on 31/07/2020.
          I am facing self start problem after purchasing and visit celebrate honda patpatganj service station five times,
          after that they had replaced the battery with new one but till today i am facing the same problem in starting and doing kick start from last 10 days.

          Now, honda has to think seriously on this matter otherwise honda will lose their reputation and customers both.

          Hoping to resolve the issue at the earliest.

                This not a compliant against a honda 2 wheeler not against to a dealer, because I owned a honda navi 4 months before its front shock got damaged since that date i enquire meny showrooms of honda 2 wheeler at Kottayam disrict(Kerala) but all dealers and its branches staff say the same reply " parts is not available', then what is the purpose of manufactured this vehicle i dont have enough space for my show case otherwise i used its for there

                  Day before yesterday i went for my servicing of scooty, they had taken lightly all my problems and given immature answer.
                  After servicing while going to home my scooty insatntly stopped. I tried to start with self but dint worked then used kick and after trying four to five times it get started, problem is still there..they had charged for my brakes but dint changed.
                  My brother went they said all ok and u have to do compaint then we will check.
                  This is high level of immature workers i had ever seen my life
                  Pls look into it. Im from patna and service center is situated in exhibition road.

                    I gave my Honda dio TN37CE For service on 12th instant to Kammalam Honda sundarapuram Pollachi road Coimbatore
                    I was told my vehicle will be given delivery on Sunday the 13th but till today it is not delivered I was assured that vehicle will be given today at 5 pm but to my dismay the vehicle was in the ramp unattended when I demanded the delivery they asked me to wait &I am waiting like a fool because I did not get the vehicle I suffered from mental strss for the past week since I couldn't do my job we believe in company dealer service &if this is the way u give servicewe have to for other alternative please take action on this complaint

                      We have purchased honda Activa i almost a year back. We were informed that 3-4 servicing will be free of cost, but they charged approx 400k - 500k for 1st servicing.
                      Also they don't allow us to stand during the servicing then how will we come to know whether the servicing is done Fully?

                        Honda shine bs6 abnormal noise from engine while vehicle is moving

                        I purchased a HONDA SHINE BS6 vehicle on 21st SEP 2020 at Kakinada in Andhra pradesh. Within 2-3 days, I have observed abnormal sounds from the Engine when the vehicle is in running mode. Informed the dealer SRIDEVI HONDA on OCT2nd, 2020 over Phone. Completed 1st free service at 945km
                        on 9th Oct 2020 at APPLE HONDA, Peddapuram, Andhra Pradesh. Informed them about the sound, but they have done normal service and were not able to rectify...

                        Bought Honda Activa from Premier Honda at T.N. Mukherjee Road Beside Housing Hooghly, Dankuni, West bengal, 712311 on 9th December 2020 and since 15th December 2020 after running not even 15 Km it has developed starting problem and the cap of the fuel tank is not getting closed.

                        A new scooty developing such technical glitch in such a short span of time is really has swept me of my sleep and I want the scooty to be replaced and not repaired.

                        The dealer is not paying heed to my saying and saying that they will repair.

                        Please help.

                          I bought bike on 24th November near Honnavar, karnataka showroom it was look like Garbage Area all bike documents procedure should be done through their main baranch, Already 25 days over still not Received documents RC, still vehicle not Registered, Service centre service is too worst they didn't Respond properly,
                          I never seen this type of worst service by other motors dealers, and i never expected like Irresponsible Service8,
                          Dealer is very rude persons,

                          I never suggest any people or friends to buy honda bike bcz of their service.

                              Hi,

                              I have purchased Activa 5G last year (Nov 2019). From the day 1 (first service) I kept on complaining about the vehicle's problem but everytime they could not resolve it. All my free services got over but still the problem exists. Last month I visited and complained about this couple of times, they replaced the front left suspension saying that this is the problem that is why my vehicle is vibrating, bubbling and there is an internal prominent vibration which I feel when the vehicle runs at economical speed. post replacing front suspension i dont feel any difference as problem still exist. Now day by day it is becoming worse.

                              Problem :
                              Vibrating and there is a noise felt when the vehicle runs in 30-50 speed
                              Wheels become jammed with normal brake setting
                              Drum is becoming hot very soon.
                              I would request you please take my mail as a complaint and take necessary action.

                                Hello Sir/Madam

                                This is to bring to your attention a serious issue that hasbeen plaguing me since the beginning of my purchase of Honda Activa 6G deluxe (WB06T4477)on 28th of August 2020.

                                The issues are mentioned below in a chronological order:
                                1. The first problem started from the 3rdday of purchase:·The telescopic suspension started making apeculiar noise ·
                                2. When the vehicle reached a speed of 40 Km/hr aweird sound reverberated from the rear end. ·
                                3. The External Fuel cap was wobbly from Day 1.

                                I took the vehicle to the service Centre on the 15thday and during the 12 day gap the condition of the vehicle worsened as the soundincreased and the rear end felt as if it was lose. The service Centre wasauthorized by Honda itself and they fixed all the problems except the secondone mentioned above. 2.
                                The problem kept recurring, the problem being aweird loud sound emitting from the rear end of the vehicle when the speedometeris showing 40km/hour. I took the vehicle to the dealership the next day itself andthey recommended their sister service Centre also authorized by Honda. It is tobe mentioned that when I arrived at the service centre there were othercustomers who had purchased a vehicle from Honda facing the same problem. The engineers there informed it was a problem with the transmission and they fixedit but the fix was temporary and half done.3.After one week the problem returned where Iheard the noise (though the intensity was less in comparison). I took the vehicle to the service centre within a week andthe engineers mentioned the vehicle’s bearings were faulty and they replaced itand the problem was solved again temporarily. Then after a few days of relief there wasanother problem, The Vehicle didn’t start and when it started the sound couldbe compared to a sound of a 50 year old run down vehicle. The noise is not whatone expects to hear from a then one month old vehicle. Dejected with the service centre I changed my centre andwent to another. FYI the service centre was also a Honda authorized centre.They solved the problem with the ignition but didn’t or rather couldn’t solvethe problem with the noise from the rear end of the vehicle. After a week of driving around the problem cameback again. The noise came back again though it was not consistent. The noisewas bothersome. Another visit to the service centre was disappointing as theengineers suggested it was a noise that I must have been imagining. After this I didn’t visit the service centre but I am certain the sound is still persisting. Moreover, the sound is inconsistent, and canbe heard when the vehicle gradually speeds up to the 40Km/Hour mark. This is the present situation and it is extremely worryingand bothersome and is not to be expected from a vehicle which is just less than 3 months old. Honda is a reputed company and I was excited to be acustomer and part of the Honda family but this experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. Another matter which deserves some light, is I believe theframe number and the engine number of the vehicle has been tampered with as the a forementioned numbers have been cut and rewritten on the vehicle’s bookingform.
                                I expect the authorities at Honda to give the money back, as 85000/- rupees is not a matter of joke.
                                If I am advised to go back to the service centre I won’t because 5 times is enough for me to realise that theproblem can’t be fixed by them.
                                And I am attaching all the documents with the mail.
                                Your intervention is very much required in this matter.

                                The same condition is with my activa 5g and another issue is accelaration gap up running. My activa also sounds very weird at exactly 40kmp speed. It even affects sorrounding parts aroujd the engine. I have been to service center atleast 40 times. This issue i am facing since the day first of purchase.

                                      On date 30/10/2019 i purchased activa 5G from Srivari honda (Thrissur, Kerala), Unfortunatly the vehicle has not been satisfactory because the dealer has not rectified or corrected the repeated issue.
                                      on 24/11/2020 i given my vehicle for a normal periodic service and i informed oil leakage on transmiossion cover, they replaced engine oil, oil filter, drain plug gasket, head cover gasket, transmission gasket, oilseal and gear oil, after one week observed that abnormal humming noise and that was increasing .
                                      we informed and visited on 11/12/2020 same place, and they done some job and replaced radial ball bearing 991006-KWP-901), B/BRG RAD N/COM[protected], BRG BALL RADIAL(91007-KWP-G31, OIL SEAL and gear oil. we paid all the bill amount .
                                      advisor informed tha, t they found transmission fluid mixed with water condition" on this one weak period (after service ) we didnt wash the vehicle, or nothing happen abnormal .
                                      i am also working in automotive industry since last 10 years, with a commonsense i can understand what wrong they did my vehicle, i am fully disappointed their servive and response, the problem still present, i dont have any trust on your dealers . I would appreciate it if you could organise to resolve this concern with quality .
