        Very poor service in Honda showroom, Porur branch Chennai. There is no complaint in my vehicle I have gone there to change the engine oil and for the general service but now daily there is one complaint in my vehicle. Yesterday they told there is an issue in the clutch now its rectified. Today there is an another issue. I need to know what is mean by general service. This is not the first time I'm facing these kind of issue this is the fourth time. Is Honda service centre is run by a social organization? Customers we are paying the money do u people respect that genuinely I don't think so. Seriously I'm fed up with ur services

          I purchased a new bike unicorn 1 month ago. This bike mono suspension having some noise are there and bike bounce so very noise create. And battery emigiate discharge. How was a ### problem in a new bike. I will give your bike give my money return emigiate.

            मैंने एक अक्टिवा स्कूटर बरार होण्डा Bathinda पंजाब से लास्ट year लिया था अभी मेरा स्कूटर ७००० km ही चला है वो भी लोकल .मेरे स्कूटर की आख़री service बाक़ी थी. मैंने service के लिए अपना स्कूटर बरार होण्डा की वोरकशोप मैं भेजा था बाद मैं उनका फ़ोन आया की इसका spark plug ओर oil filtar change होगा उसके chargs लगेंगे उसके बाद वो कहते की इसकी battery भी ख़राब है । वो दो तीन दिन मैं बदल कर या ठीक होकर आजाएगी तब बदल देंगे मेरा नया स्कूटर का इतना सामान ख़राब है इससे मेरा मन बोहत ख़राब हुआ मेरा विश्वास आपकी होण्डा से उठ गया है मेरे से स्कूटर की किक ग्रीस करने के भी पैसे लिए गये मैं होण्डा से ख़ुश नहि हूँ मैं अदालत का सहारा लूँगा [protected]

              Hello Team

              I am struggling to schedule one single service of my CBR 250r from Panvel service center.

              They don't have any engineer from last 8 months to do servicing of Honda CBR

              It's a very shameful thing for Honda as a brand.

                I am facing problem while starting the scooty . It also sometimes stopped while driving the vehicle.I also went to service centre 3-4 times but the issue is still arising. Once a day, it was stopped in between road and I pulled it to my from approx 10-12kms. I also faced a small accident due to this vehicle.Please solve my issue as soon as possible .

                  I had provided my active for service in Egmore branch of Chennai on 28th Dec 2020.

                  I am.extremely unsatisfied with the service they provided. I was called almost an hour earlier than required (store people wanted to leave before time I guess) & then they made me wait as the activa was not ready. Upon asking the staff were least bothered and did as they pleased as it dint matter to them.

                  This is really frustrating and I am sure I will not want to visit this service center again in future. Request the officials to kindly look into this matter

                    Hello Honda,
                    Recently I purchased a Honda Activa from Frontier Honda Jabalpur showroom but I feel very sad while writing this because I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied by the service and the response from the staff in the showroom.They seem to care about nothing after the purchase and no timely response is provided. I have been a customer of Honda from past 15 year but never experienced such disappointment.

                          I have given service at saphire honda jayanagar 9th block, Bangalore

                          Service center is completely using duplicated material with label of Honda (Sticker), Don't know the issues with mechanics & service manager simply taking the money

                          Service given on[protected] Shivakumar (Bike No- KA01, JD 7220)

                          Issues : Engine oil change & Lights checkup, after giving service they're completely damaged my bike. I'll complaint Police station & ready fight in court also.

                          Part changed by service center: Switch
                          After service issues: Back bumper damaged, heavy engine sound, switch not working now also, This service center completely using local material not honda (only label attached)

Today I'm complaining one after bcoz i m not satisfied from Honda's work done to my activa 5G at ravi honda.                               I have Purchased for Honda CB Unicorn 150 on 13.08.2019 and Periodically service done. But June’2020 I have observed oil leakage from Cylinder Bore. During 18.07.2020 Given to service center with oil leakage Complaint. He side service Done. But again Oil Leakage Issue Reputed came. Again 31.10.2020 Given to service center with oil leakage Complaint service side analyses result for Bore inside Hole occurred.
                              Need Proper action from your side.

                                I bought the Honda Activa 5G approximately 1 and half years ago. After 2 free services my Activa started giving me troubles about ignition/ start-up.
                                After some run whenever i switched off the ignition and in a minute tried to start again, it never starts. I approached to Honda Service Center for max 5 to 6 times still my problem haven't resolved yet.
                                The service I got from Service Center is not good. I told them to send & register this complain to above authority but they didn't.

                                      I Rohit Suresh Mede bought Honda's Activa 5G bike on 06/04/2019. Problems have started since I bought the bike. Like the first problem of a side guard, the side guard makes a lot of noise whenever the bike moves. I told this problem at the time of first servicing, but they (Service Center Honda Seawoods) said that it happens this is normal. Again when in second servicing the problem of side guard as well as the problem of vibration will begin For example, if the bike was run in slow, the bike used to be restless(If Bike ride with Slow Speed it Vibrates) and along with it the third problem was the average, Since I bought the bike, I have seen an average of 20 to 25 kms/ liter. I told this every time while servicing but there is no solution. At the same time, the problem of the handle also told that, the handle seems to slide in the left side, wherever you ride the bike, I told them to solve all these problems with this Bike and also for me. I have been telling them (Bhavna Honda CUSTOMER care seawoods) all these problems since the time of 1st servicing.
                                      Due to not getting the solution of the problem even after speaking too much(Bhavna Honda Service Center), I raised an online complaint by calling CUSTOMER care Honda on 02/02/2020
                                      ticket ID:[protected] . After that I started getting calls from Bhavna Honda Seawoods that you please visit our Service center we will solve your problems.I took the bike for servicing after a few days i.e on 15/03/2020, then they(Bhavna Honda Service Center Seawoods) kept the bike for servicing for 3 days And solved only the issue of Vibration and the issue of side guard. Even after raising so mANY COMPLAINTs, all my problems did not get solved.It has been only one year since I bought the bike in April 2019, and so mANY PROBLEMs are coming from it.
                                      All I have to say is that I need /I want the raplacement of my bike otherwise I will raise a complaint in the consumer court, because all the limits have been crossed now. Recently when I received the bike from the service center, I changed the tier (Back) of my bike Because there were a lot of punctures in it. Can you tell me if a new bike can have so mANY PROBLEMs from the beginning ?
                                      I am a government employee, it is not possible for me to take my bike to the service centre again and again for such a ### problems. And there is nothing left in my life that I have to go to the service center every Sunday or weekdays to repair my bike and waste my time. I have done this mANY TIMEs and I do not want to do all this again and again. I have got such a bad experience in Bhavana Honda Seawoods, I have received third class service that I cannot explain. I want quick result of my complaint and I want replacement of my bike.
