    Honda2wheeler india not accepting my problem from the last two years i am visiting honda authorized dealer yume honda pataudi haryana they deny my concern and refuse to accept any kind of issue.Mr.Abhishek jain area incharge HMSI closes my complaint four times and said what ever you do you can do. He said i cant solve your problem and my bike still in agency from last two days and being torcher by their staff.

        Dear Honda team,
        With reference Service Honda Livo RJ06US8209 Dated 13 _10_2020 @. SHRINIKA motors Pvt ltd, Bhilwara Rajasthan
        I have more satisfied user honda bykes and promoted many time Honda services to my known, taking services since 7 years approxx,
        But this Time I really disappointed .
        On same day when I take my vehicle I found that my bikes accelerator automatically pushed and I feared of accident, on second day of this I was go at the service centre but they replied me please come in the evening or day after and next day I was go there for the small type of service they have taken the time of approx 1 hours. After all of these they had complete this error during this service I have many more problems in my bikes like my bikes noise as increasing and mileage going down near by 50 and my battery was not working properly like headlights and self start. Now my humble request to dear Honda team please take this type of service I think there was any untrained technician, mechanic. I think this type of service is a big question mark on Honda services. Please connect your local team and immediately do any Guidance to me . last couple of years I have received the feedback call after the every service. so I am waiting approxx one month but any feedback call not received from your service centre this time. Now I have filed a complaint at this portal.

          My name is Darshak Katariya, my bike number is GJ32L3477 I am from una, Gujarat. I purchased Honda CD 110 bike. And my bike run only 7750 km. While my bike tyre is fail. Fail means air came in tyre. So I request to solv my problem as son as posible. Thank you

            Very dissapointed to Honda. I have already complained 3 times for my honda dio scooty model dio std, engine no JE39E-W-0034306, chassis no ME4JF39HJKW013100 which had been bought in 29/12/2019. But i don't received the RC yet. I don't received any response from the diller and they make very delay, give us much harrasment. Now i have no litte trust on the diller and their stuff. Now I expect any action from the honda. If i don't give any response i will complain in police station against the diller and i will never preffer any product of honda next. I am suffering for buying the honda product.

              ACTIVA 6G, petrol back seater not working properly,
              Or in the beginning we have purchased this activa from Apple Honda dealerships vadodara Gujarat...
              We have said them this piece of activa not good ...they said this coming from company so this not damaged
              But after that we purchased it. But then we see the back lights of activa not working, back petrol seater not working ...starter not working...and also manager not taken action...when we going for original bill then also some issues created and bill was not properly telly how this is behavior isss😠😠😠😠😠😠😠 please take action as possible as...

              We believe in brand but how Brand cheat usss...😠😠😠 This is not good...😠😠


              And I'm purchased this activa ONLY 15days date of purchased 29 0ct 2020

                I bought Activa 6g 1month ago but there is self problem in my new scooty. I went service centre several times for this.Now it is the time to replace the battery but it takes 2 to 3 days. Very poor service given for my new Scooty.

                  A few months ago, I bought a Honda bike (SP Shine-125) thinking that it would be better than Hero and Bajaj, but after about 7 months it started complaining, after which it is not running properly now, if shown at Honda's service center He stated that the bike's clutch plates were defective, and new plates are not available at the service center.

                  But the question here is that how can the bike malfunction after a few months? Are Honda bikes so useless that after a while the engine starts having problems?

                    I have purchased the Activa 5G scooter with Model No: SCV110J, Engine No: JF50EG0334632 & Chassis No: ME4JF50KKG334609, T Blue color on 16th Nov 2019, I have a few complaints with my vehicle, Initially when i purchased a vehicle there was a start problem, and also experienced the jerking problem which is persisting everytime. I have complained in the showroom and they took my scooter twice and they said its rectified, but still the problems are getting repeated, I am still using the kick rod to start my scooter, most of the times the horn is not functioning properly. I had a very strong and good opinion on the Honda brand but with this kind of experience I realised my assumptions are wrong. Hence kindly do address my scooter issues.

                      I have honda bike for my regular service I have visited nearby honda showroom near my native but the worker's in that showroom was irresponsibly treated me and delayed the service at the said due time and the worker's in the working time not having at the showroom. They treated me badly and use unparliamentry words for this i have got insulted and suffered a lot further I have decided to not buy any honda bike in future .                             I bought a activa honda 6g in july2020 from v d honda sector -1 dwarka near gokul garden. From three months i am facing problems with my vehical again and again, .

                            At first its fuel tank was not working, then its self /kick start faild to work .They take 8 days to repair it and told me that there was a issue in ecm.

                            But now again my vehical's front head lamp is not working, i bring it to service center yesterday[protected] but still it is not repaired and now i received call from service center that again its ecm not working and it will take 1 week to repair it.
                            What type of servise company giving us.So poor and harrassing.
                            Please look into it, in present scenario personal vehical is must for transportation and they are giving this type of services.

                              I purchased one Honda Activa 5G on 14th October 2020 since than I drove it only 1300 KM as I am facing issues listed below
                              1. Starting issue - After complaint it got resolved
                              2. Chalk not coming out- After 3 complaints it was resolved
                              3. Initial Vibration issue- After 3 complaints it got resolved
                              4. Vibration / Jam issue- After many reminders the issue is still not resolved. My Activa starts running Jam once it reaches 40KMPH speed and it remains till 45KMPH speed than it starts running Jam/Vibrates @ 55-58 KMPH speed . At both the above mentioned speed my Activa stars running jam/it vibrates and noice changes.
                              The service center was not ready to accept the issue as they said that its a new vehicle and it will get smooth after some time . To check their remarks I drove 3-4 other Activa and found no such issue in those vehicles.
                              I raised my complaint again than they called me up and gave me an Activa ( Test Drive) which was 15976 KM old vehicle no- JH01CZ 9467 to check and compare the issue. It was very surprising for me that they offered me a vehicle to take test drive to compare issue which was 16000 KM of running. They wanted me to compare a 1200KM OLD Activa with a 16000 KM old Activa.
                              Even than I took test drive and I found it in better condition than my Activa.
                              I took the vehicle for having a fun ride in city but it is giving my pain instead of Fun .

                              I expect that some person from HONDA take my complaint seriously and take some action. I am very dissatisfied with the performance of the vehicle.
                              If the complaint is not resolved urgently I would love to sell it off or I will go to consumer court.

                                I bought Honda hornet before 2 year. There where many incidents where I needed some components of my bike. but whenever I concern with Honda showroom they haven't helped me, instead they showed their rudeness and attitude. This isn't fair. As a costumer of Honda I have my right and insulting a costumer is not ok. I want you take strict action on these people of Honda showroom, Amravati. this kind of incidents are breaking my trust on Honda.

                                    You are totally misguiding your customers.

                                    Previously I was submitted a completed and on your request, I withdraw it, I thought you will serve better to your customer in the next coming days.

                                    But I am totally wrong, you are a big fraud one.

                                    Can you please explain this to me?

                                    1. After 2nd servicing are you taking 4th servicing directly.

                                    2.You are calling me and saying please do your honda Activa5G 3rd servicing.and you are offering me an annual service pack that your service time period is over please take this pack and enjoy 5% discounts on engine Oil. you offer me a servicing manual book that 1st to 4th are free servicing, can you please explain on 3000km are you ending your all free servicing.

                                    2. If yes, I can say you are not authorized to service the customer.

                                    3.you are taking hours of hours to simply create a job card.

                                    4.I repeatedly saying you, please change my engine oil, because your previous servicing you done lots of mistakes which I only resolve through the mail.

                                    5. And Without servicing, I offered you 5**** on your request via phone in this complement form

                                    6. Are you Paying my Engine Oil Price, If No then why you not put, I know you are not able to serve need to cancel your registration.

                                    7.Please explained to me all and Extend my free servicing as COVID-19 period you had closed your Service Center for Mor than 4 Months.

                                    If you can't then I can say you are not Authorised to deal with this.

                                      Hi sir, i am sasikumar from trichy, I am purchase Honda unicorn BS6 (28.08.2020) .I am driving 75km ( PGM-FI) Malfunction indication lamb comes and engine sound completely change. then I am inspected my dealer next day .he is told this is small issue .i am restart your bike problem solved. now that indication continuously occurring . now my bike drive 900km this complaint comes more than 5 times. when going service they tell restate you bike only. finally they are inform cannot find out bs6 engine issue.. please help me. i need good knowledge bs6 service engineer .please resolve this issue. what i do ?

                                        I am Rohan kataria from Sriganganagar Rajasthan. I serviced my Honda Activa 3g last week
                                        I was not satisfied with the service
                                        Also I told the manager of service centre that service is not good
                                        Now my scooty gets automatically off when race is not given
                                        The manager talked to me very rudely and I told him that i want to give feedback that service is not good
                                        He said that you can give it but nothing will happen, only I checks the feedback of customers
                                        He was also very rude with me
                                        Also they changed some parts of my activa without my permission

                                        I am a good and old customer of honda, i have 3 activas at my home
                                        Please check this issue
