I purchased Honda CB shine from Lakshmi honda dealer kovvur W.g at (TANUKU) on 21 Oct 2020.While driving every thing ok but while changing gears chik chik sounds observed and same problem complainant to dealers mechanic kovvur and he told that sounds comes no problem.
So we request to solve the problem by your dealer as earliest or otherwise change the by new one

    Dear Honda team,
    I have given my CB shine bike for service on 16.11.2020 to viveks honda theni. I didn't expect this kind of poor quality of service. I was completely disappointed with their service. My bike was one year old but after service, it looks like five years old bike. The mud was as it is in the engine part and my bike was completely oily. I asked the person who was there while delivery, he said that come tomorrow, we rectify your problem. As I am working in a busy schedule, I don't have time to go there and take service on my bike. Since it is free service they charged Rs.464 from me. I feel very bad and completely disappointed with your service from the esteemed brand (Honda).
    I kindly request you to take necessary action in the regard.

      Meri bike mai complaint hai jo startig se jab se bike purchase ki almost 15 month ho gye purchase kiye hue tab se ye problem hai har baar service center par complaint karta hu lekin ye problem meri solve nahi ho rahi please meri is problem ko solve karen mai bohot pareshan hu is problem se please... Problem ye hai meri bike se ek awaaz aarahi hai wo awaaz handle se ya fir showker se aarahi hai awaaz speed breaker aur gaddo mai aati hai bohot tez (kat kat) awaaz aati h... Mai har baar service par ye problem bata ta hu lekin ye solve nahi hoti service ke baad complaine par bhi lekar jaata hu lekin ye problem tab bhi solve nahi hoti please meri is problem ko solve kijiye...thank you

        My honda chechis is broken nd my bike is steal in service center. And i am waiting for justice because only 3 years old bike part is name chechis how that part broke i camt imegine about that because i am truly bigest fan of honda but right now m think not like that.

          I gave my CB Unicorn bike to MF HONDA SHOWROOM AT NANDED. But after servicing, my bike got big scratches on petrol tank due to manhandling of the mechanic. When I told them, they said it was earlier. But I know due to their manhandling my bike got big scratches on petrol tank.

                Greetings for the day...!!!

                I have owning Honda Activa vehicle purchased in Presanna Honda.

                Now, my vehicle got battery problem so I have brought my vehicle to Presanna two wheeler showroom located in Tirupur (Thennampalayam).
                But the staff response was very very poor. Even he not responded a lady customer as well. We had left the vehicle in presanna tirupur showroom before 8 days but there is no proper communication given by them.

                I have got very much dissatisfaction about the dealer and Honda service.

                Please look at my concern and solve the problem as soon as possible because this is festive season so I need vehicle.

                  Sir i also complaint to showroom but they ignored the complaint
                  Dear Team,

                  we have got Honda active 125 CC on Jan 30 202 In mysore heritage showroom, and my bike run only 6110 KMs as on till today(18 Nov 20) really am very sad this bike, its not working properly, i mean am getting starting issues, even am unable to get start kick also, recently i got serviced my bike, when i went showroom Hinkle in MYSORE' they are not response properly, Please take appropriate actions and give solution of this problem.

                    I'm sakthivel from sriperumbudur, I'm got bike Jan 2020, bike battery not working properly (example)can't start self start so warranty available I'm battery hand over to sriperumbudur hond show room for warranty claim. Oct 22nd . But till now Nov 13 (23 days) battery not yet return. Honda show room side promised (10to20) battery return back to me. But not yet received & not proper response me, I'm many time call back show room, show room person always telling lie only .. show roo. Person after 22days inform me . My battery warranty date end. I'm purchase bike Jan 2020 only 10month only complete . Again Im directly go to show room I'm asking details show room person said this not OEM battery our bike battery changed local battery. After 22 days inform this details me . Then I'm daily call show asking for battery status (22.11.2020) show room person inform me battery is received morning 11am onwards. After again call show room person battery not yet received because battery warranty is end. I'm very dissatisfied. I'm bike service hond show room only. I'm not change bike battery . If in case battery changed this fully response sriperumbudur Honda show room only responsible. Pls help me and support me more then 23 days without light I'm drive yesterday small accident because bike light not available. Injury me heavy. Pls I need justify pls.

                        Honda2wheeler india not accepting my problem from the last two years i am visiting honda authorized dealer yume honda pataudi haryana they deny my concern and refuse to accept any kind of issue.Mr.Abhishek jain area incharge HMSI closes my complaint four times and said what ever you do you can do. He said i cant solve your problem and my bike still in agency from last two days and being torcher by their staff.

                            With reference Service Honda Livo RJ06US8209 Dated 13 _10_2020 @. SHRINIKA motors Pvt ltd, Bhilwara Rajasthan
                            I have more satisfied user honda bykes and promoted many time Honda services to my known, taking services since 7 years approxx,
                            But this Time I really disappointed .
                            On same day when I take my vehicle I found that my bikes accelerator automatically pushed and I feared of accident, on second day of this I was go at the service centre but they replied me please come in the evening or day after and next day I was go there for the small type of service they have taken the time of approx 1 hours. After all of these they had complete this error during this service I have many more problems in my bikes like my bikes noise as increasing and mileage going down near by 50 and my battery was not working properly like headlights and self start. Now my humble request to dear Honda team please take this type of service I think there was any untrained technician, mechanic. I think this type of service is a big question mark on Honda services. Please connect your local team and immediately do any Guidance to me . last couple of years I have received the feedback call after the every service. so I am waiting approxx one month but any feedback call not received from your service centre this time. Now I have filed a complaint at this portal.

                                Very dissapointed to Honda. I have already complained 3 times for my honda dio scooty model dio std, engine no JE39E-W-0034306, chassis no ME4JF39HJKW013100 which had been bought in 29/12/2019. But i don't received the RC yet. I don't received any response from the diller and they make very delay, give us much harrasment. Now i have no litte trust on the diller and their stuff. Now I expect any action from the honda. If i don't give any response i will complain in police station against the diller and i will never preffer any product of honda next. I am suffering for buying the honda product.

                                  We have said them this piece of activa not good ...they said this coming from company so this not damaged
                                  But after that we purchased it. But then we see the back lights of activa not working, back petrol seater not working ...starter not working...and also manager not taken action...when we going for original bill then also some issues created and bill was not properly telly how this is behavior isss😠😠😠😠😠😠😠 please take action as possible as...

                                  We believe in brand but how Brand cheat usss...😠😠😠 This is not good...😠😠

                                    I bought Activa 6g 1month ago but there is self problem in my new scooty. I went service centre several times for this.Now it is the time to replace the battery but it takes 2 to 3 days. Very poor service given for my new Scooty.

                                      A few months ago, I bought a Honda bike (SP Shine-125) thinking that it would be better than Hero and Bajaj, but after about 7 months it started complaining, after which it is not running properly now, if shown at Honda's service center He stated that the bike's clutch plates were defective, and new plates are not available at the service center.

                                      But the question here is that how can the bike malfunction after a few months? Are Honda bikes so useless that after a while the engine starts having problems?

                                        I have purchased the Activa 5G scooter with Model No: SCV110J, Engine No: JF50EG0334632 & Chassis No: ME4JF50KKG334609, T Blue color on 16th Nov 2019, I have a few complaints with my vehicle, Initially when i purchased a vehicle there was a start problem, and also experienced the jerking problem which is persisting everytime. I have complained in the showroom and they took my scooter twice and they said its rectified, but still the problems are getting repeated, I am still using the kick rod to start my scooter, most of the times the horn is not functioning properly. I had a very strong and good opinion on the Honda brand but with this kind of experience I realised my assumptions are wrong. Hence kindly do address my scooter issues.
