I bought a honda activa bs-6 variant in october 2019. My complaint no is 1-[protected] last week i complaint in honda about my emi issue and down payment regarding but no one can respond properly. Last 2 months im facing these kind of problem but no revert from preeetam dealer. Even they didn't picked up my call. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

    I am not satisfy with arihant honda aurangabad. I purchase my honda cb shine bike 23/01/2019 from arihant honda authorised dilear, airangabad. My bike is in warranty. At the time of purchase my bike they do not filed my rac form for road side assistance. When my bike is break down on i call them, they dont provide any help and they told me please go nearest honda showroom dated 17/01/19 for this reason i paid rs.500 to honda rac technician. I want my money back.
    I am not satisfy with arihant honda authorise delear, aurangabad. Please do some action against them.

      I am not satisfy with my wings honda authorised service center, they do not provied me any help after servicing. When i have done my 4th free free servicing 16/01/2020 after that day i travelled on mumbai - pune highway 17/01/20 my bike is break down on road.
      When i call our service center for help, they told me they do not have any pickup drop facility or no any option for your help on road or please call, honda rac center.
      When i call honda rac they arrange for me technician on road he will find problem in bike carbon on plug and he will charged mi rs.500 for service. I am not satisfy with my wings honda service.
      I want my money back.

        When i travel on mumbai - pune highway dated 17/01/2020 my bike is breakdown on road, they do not provide me any help, when i call honda road side assistance rac they told mi please send mi your documents and your bike registration or information is not available, i arrange technician for you on road, they charged mi rs.500 on road, technician find problem ' carbon on plug '. My bike is in warranty. After i have done my 4th free servicing 16/01/20 in authorised service center my wings honda, kothrud, pune.
        I want my many return rs.500.

          I gave them my bike for paid service, i told there is oil leakage from engine and do full service, this cost me 1048 rs, and then when i go for pick up my bike at that time my bike was not service probably then i told them and they again wash my bike... Some and how next day when i check is there still oil leakege or not... I notice that there still oil leakage and downside of engine area is not properly wash.
          I went next day then they told for these problem you need to give us your bike for 1 day and need to pay 800 rs

            Sardar says that are you dc
            And he says that he will not service my bike
            I suggest that you should closed your agency at talwara
            We feel very shame that we have purchased honda bikes
            And in future we will not purchased any honda bikes nor we will suggest any one for honda bikes

              On dated 7th january 2020 i went to pashankar honda service centre karve nagar, it was first free servicing of my bike "honda sp125 bs vi" model. I was facing issue regarding bike vibration at the speed of 60km/hr, they kept my bike for whole 2 days and when called them they said the bike is ready, when i went for the bike pick up the work was still not done. I have been waiting there for more 45 minutes in that 45 minutes they did nothing but just tightened the nut bolts of the external part of the engine. I continuously told them that i am facing the problem of vibration at a speed of 60 km/hr. They said we don't know much about bs-vi bikes we will not open the engine and all. At the end i told them to wash my bike because they had kept it for almost 2 days, then they just sprayed water and handover to me, i said please wipe it out because the whole bike was wet, but they ignored it, finally, i took the dry cloth and wipe out by bike.

              My experience was not satisfying at all.
              I want to get my bike in a good condition (Without vibration) not from the pashankar honda service centre karve nagar pune.

              Please help me out and make some provision so that my bike vibration problem get low by showing it in the nearest showroom at sinhgad road my wings hondas pune service centre.

              I hope to have a strict action on it.

                Hello honda motor, every times you only lunch that 4g, 5g, 6g, activa and shine, which we indans want that you're not lunching cbr150r facelift model which is available in indonesia and bangladesh as well, so we want new product not that old product with a different thag with 6g, 7g tag, we want new cbr150r, which will going to compatte with gixxer 150 and yamaha r15v3, don't make yamaha monopoly sell of primium 150 series

                  I am using activa 5g which i have bought from bokajaan honda, karbi anglong assam.
                  I had issue with my scooty handle and facing problems due to it so i went to the showroom and told them about this ans asked insurance and support for it as i didn't did any accident and before that i claimed once a month ago and they didn't worked properly and now they are ignoring me and my words and even they didn't gave me first insurance receipt and took 500 from me to release. They are misbehaving with me.

                    Today i have given my activa honda 3g for servicing at fortune hoda at gk colony, secunderabad, first thing delayed more than given time & waited for 2hrs, they ask us to pay without showing the scooter and finally said that scooter is ready instead of showing inside, they kept it out side dark area and told us your scooter is ready, got small doubt on the servicing and told delivery boy to keep it inside, after checking found the scooter was worst condition then beforehand.

                    I need justification if i am not getting justice within 2 days, will file the case at consumer court. Already informed to the branch manager and no response.

                      I booked honda activa 125 bs-vi deluxe variant with rebel red metallic color with jsp honda, kukatpally, hyderabad, telangana on 21st october 2019. It's been 84 days, but the requested scooter is not delivered.

                      When i am checking with the dealer, he is replying me that it'll be delivered whenever he gets the scooter of that particular variant from honda 2 wheelers and promised so many delivery dates, but none of them are fulfilled.

                      So i raised two complaints, one of them was closed by the dealer, still not satisfied, so raised the second complaint, escalated to second level, still no luck.

                          I was purchased honda shine from nangal agency. At the time of purchase, they told me that average of bike will come to 60. But till date average is 48. When i service my bike, i always told them that bike has an average of 48. And at that time they assure me that this time average will come to 60. But average still come to 48. I am very very disappointed. And i am never prefer anybode to purchase this bike. And if you still, not take any step, i am going to comsumer court and file a case for this agency.

                                Honda went to the dealer of the company for their 2 wheeler service. They broke the mask of my 2 wheeler. That means gape has come in the mask. When i said to correct it, you have to make an insurance claim, we will not make the claim right. And i want that if the honda company has broken the mask of my 2 wheelers, why do the insurance company or customer pay for it?

The given problem was not solve but other problem also occour in it like smoke was coming as if bike is burning after that on that day only again i give bike to service centre and had a complain and talk with the service head then also i have complain with head office ahemdabad and also had chat with customer care. So if you are legal employee of the company then you must take action on it. And above prove there the company fail in the service and it’s your duty to service bike with skill and care.
                                  I hope your action with in 1 week.
                                  However if action is not taken by you then i will be referring case to the honda motor industry code of practice for service and repair

                                    This is to inform that my two wheeler TS08FM7200 is having wobling of front wheel within the one year of vehicle purchase and within the year they have changed my front tyre and escaped from the issue and now the issue is repeating again and while i handed over my vehicle on 3rd January around 4 PM they told they will look into the issue and later on 5 th evening they said the vehicle is ready and i can check it and when I checked by test riding it, the problem is as such and this issue i have shown to one of the service personal personally by taking him on a drive and they then accepted that there is issue and said me they will address and let me know and later on sunday they called me and informed that there is issue with wheel balancing and we should send vehicle for balancing and today 7th January they called and informed vechicle is ready and they charged me total of 2800 rupees and out of which they charged me 900 for the wheel balancing, i told them I'll

                                        Hi, i have purchased my vehicle from jsp honda in hyderabad on 28-nov-2019, the dealer provided me the temporary registration on 04-dec-2019 and it will expire on 02-jan-2020. They have booked the slot on 06-jan-2020 but when i call the agent regarding the necessary documents that i have to bring for the registration. He was not responding properly, his way of behavior was not good and he seems to be a inefficient one. This will effect the name of the company too because at this time my feeling was the same. So please respond on this and try to complete my registration as early as possible.
