I bought honda activa scooter in svm showroom recently. That sales person named as raj was cheated me. He told me that amount was high but he gave me receipt amount is low. I asked for that but he didnt give me a correct response for that. He is not correct sales executive for sales he is not a responsible person. I really disgusted for this am a regular customer for honda.

      Honda went to the dealer of the company for their 2 wheeler service. They broke the mask of my 2 wheeler. That means gape has come in the mask. When i said to correct it, you have to make an insurance claim, we will not make the claim right. And i want that if the honda company has broken the mask of my 2 wheelers, why do the insurance company or customer pay for it?

        On date09/12/2019 - i put my vehical for services there was the little problem of start that bike was not getting start through using cell. Complain number[protected]

        On this date i collect my bike from showroom. The given problem was not solve but other problem also occour in it like smoke was coming as if bike is burning after that on that day only again i give bike to service centre and had a complain and talk with the service head then also i have complain with head office ahemdabad and also had chat with customer care. So if you are legal employee of the company then you must take action on it. And above prove there the company fail in the service and it’s your duty to service bike with skill and care.
        I hope your action with in 1 week.
        However if action is not taken by you then i will be referring case to the honda motor industry code of practice for service and repair

        I have taken Honda Activa 5G in the month of October, 2019 in Hyderabad from JSP Honda Madeenaguda. Since day 1 I am facing the vibration problem at starting (speed 0 to 5). I have given complaint at the dealer shop, they informed me that after 1st service, everything will get clear, but problem not resolved ever after 1st service.

          This is to inform that my two wheeler TS08FM7200 is having wobling of front wheel within the one year of vehicle purchase and within the year they have changed my front tyre and escaped from the issue and now the issue is repeating again and while i handed over my vehicle on 3rd January around 4 PM they told they will look into the issue and later on 5 th evening they said the vehicle is ready and i can check it and when I checked by test riding it, the problem is as such and this issue i have shown to one of the service personal personally by taking him on a drive and they then accepted that there is issue and said me they will address and let me know and later on sunday they called me and informed that there is issue with wheel balancing and we should send vehicle for balancing and today 7th January they called and informed vechicle is ready and they charged me total of 2800 rupees and out of which they charged me 900 for the wheel balancing, i told them I'll

            previously i have registered a complaint with you on 30-dec-2019 vide reference ticket no. 1-[protected] about not received of my "high security registration plate (Hsrp)" till today even after passing of more than 60 days purchase of my two wheeler "honda activa 5g. but on 02-jan-2020 i have received your email that my concern vide ticket no. 1-[protected] has been resolve. I have received a telephonic call from"om honda"berhampur that my"high security registration plate (Hsrp)"is ready now and they have transferred it to showroom situated at parlakhemundi and i can collect it anytime during working hours.
            for your kind information when i visited your"om honda"showroomwhich situated at parlakhemundi about 06.00 p. M they said that they have not received my"high security registration plate (Hsrp)"from "om honda"showroom, berhampur yet.
            now tell me what kind of customer service is this provided by honda company to its customer???

              Hi, i have purchased my vehicle from jsp honda in hyderabad on 28-nov-2019, the dealer provided me the temporary registration on 04-dec-2019 and it will expire on 02-jan-2020. They have booked the slot on 06-jan-2020 but when i call the agent regarding the necessary documents that i have to bring for the registration. He was not responding properly, his way of behavior was not good and he seems to be a inefficient one. This will effect the name of the company too because at this time my feeling was the same. So please respond on this and try to complete my registration as early as possible.

                I have wrongly charged by jsp honda showroom chintal branch, around 7000rupees.
                They are not providing invoice with breakup details as they have cheated me. Now the hdfc executive is saying that he will return extra amount which he has illegally withdrawn from me. I need solution and i want to know what exact cheating has done for me.

                  The foot rust lock is damaged it shows a gap so i think that it is broken, so i went to lekshmi honda parassala tvm, there the mechanic checked and told that the lock is broken so you want to change that, the cost around 1500, i'm not to change then i clear the issue self what poor service is this.                     Registration n.:ka01hx2705, purchased and services were done at haiku for two years. After every service, the vehicle had new problems at the time of delivery.                     I purchased honda activa 5g from r m auto link pvt ltd bhopal on 18.10.18. I got 4 free service by dealer. When i went to service center for first free service they denied the service after that i got second & third service but before my last free service i got call from service center that we are punching your free coupon in system and you have to bring scooty tomorrow. I reached there around 10 o clock on next day, they again denied service by stating that you are late, we already have around 40 vehicles for service so i did not get service from there.

                      I submitted my vehicle two wheeler for servicing and also damage of meter..But no proper service at all. The vehicle was taken into insurance dept for damage claim.by saying they will cover .But after 20 days I got a call saying that it will not be cover under your insurance .and even they had change parts which was not damage ..and made a bill of 5000.This was not enough..higher to that when they was about to give our vehicle .Keys was not found by them .they even lost our vehicle key..This is really shameless and pathetic services By hero Honda vehicle service centre Kharghar Navi Mumbai

                          I have booked honda activa 125 bs6 red colour) on 12.11.19 at saphire honda showroom situated at konankunte cross, kanakpura road with verbal communication that delivery of the vehicle will be given within 30-40 days. I have paid full on road payment to them within the week from the date of booking. After receiving full payment they told me that they will try to deliver within 15 days. Now 50 days have been completed but till today they are still not giving me delivery saying as and when they will receive stock then only give delivery. If it not delivered within two days then i will request you to ask showroom people to return my full money with interest immediately. I can't follow up with them.

I have gone different honda agency so many times in bhiwadi and dharuhera for problem resolve but they all told me to go tvs tyre agency for tyre inspection which are 25-50 km from my residence address. So my issue is to replace my tyre from agency itself as soon as possible.
