I purchased honda activa 5g from r m auto link pvt ltd bhopal on 18.10.18. I got 4 free service by dealer. When i went to service center for first free service they denied the service after that i got second & third service but before my last free service i got call from service center that we are punching your free coupon in system and you have to bring scooty tomorrow. I reached there around 10 o clock on next day, they again denied service by stating that you are late, we already have around 40 vehicles for service so i did not get service from there.

    I submitted my vehicle two wheeler for servicing and also damage of meter..But no proper service at all. The vehicle was taken into insurance dept for damage claim.by saying they will cover .But after 20 days I got a call saying that it will not be cover under your insurance .and even they had change parts which was not damage ..and made a bill of 5000.This was not enough..higher to that when they was about to give our vehicle .Keys was not found by them .they even lost our vehicle key..This is really shameless and pathetic services By hero Honda vehicle service centre Kharghar Navi Mumbai

      Respected sir/madam ihave issued 3 times complaint and did not got my answer. I have already given a complaint about the service of the company and the problem not solved by the service.
      If i'm not getting any answer from the company, i will go to consumer court and take a comlaint on both dealer and company. So i kindly request you to give reply and solve the problem as soon as possible.

        I have booked honda activa 125 bs6 red colour) on 12.11.19 at saphire honda showroom situated at konankunte cross, kanakpura road with verbal communication that delivery of the vehicle will be given within 30-40 days. I have paid full on road payment to them within the week from the date of booking. After receiving full payment they told me that they will try to deliver within 15 days. Now 50 days have been completed but till today they are still not giving me delivery saying as and when they will receive stock then only give delivery. If it not delivered within two days then i will request you to ask showroom people to return my full money with interest immediately. I can't follow up with them.

          I have a complaint against the servicing provided by the authorized service center in kharadi pune. I have submitted my vehicle 3 times for the same issue still the issue is not been resolved even the problem has increased now. I need strict action against this & solution for my vehicle.

          My vehicle is not even a year older & service center has created a lot of problems in it.
          I need my vehicle to be fixed as soon as possible

                I have purchased activa 5g last year june 2018 but now my rear tyre having bubble issue. I have gone different honda agency so many times in bhiwadi and dharuhera for problem resolve but they all told me to go tvs tyre agency for tyre inspection which are 25-50 km from my residence address. So my issue is to replace my tyre from agency itself as soon as possible.

                  Dear sir, a month has been completed for my scooty, so far, the registration number of scooty has not been received, it is impossible to take scooty without number and it is not possible to get any support from the showroom. There is a problem of bubbling when run over. He has not even solved yet. Showed scooty in rk auto agancy but did not get any satisfactory answer from him. Please help..

                    I have purchased hondo deo in the month of june 2019. 3services done till date. But the milage of my scooter is too bad. It's only 25km/ltr. Services done at correct time as per guidelines even am not reach said kms. What should i do for increasing milage or let me know if any procedure for replacement. Hope you do the needful.                         I am really surprised that the brand honda has become local 3rd class brand from service stand point. No one doesn't reply to the email or ticket raised and biggest joke they don't care if ceo is also copied in that email.

I enquiry the dealer but dealer answer me that surya auto centre try from 19.11.2019 but not successful. Surya auto centre informed me our dealer informed do the shah honda but shah honda not step. Sir please step my complain and as soon as my two wheeler work successful and hand over me. Please as soon as possible.

                            My light focus on head light not ok. I saw at a time of third service but i forgot to tell them but at time of fourth service. I says that but rajpal honda charge extra money for that. How i can damage damage in side of mask. As warranty please refund money to me. Because this problem at start.                                 I have ordered for several parts for my honda dio and paid some advance. I have been told the parts will arrive in 10 days. Its been 2 months and i haven't recieved the parts nor any updates regarding them. Today i gave my bike for servicing and during billing they're unwilling to compensate for my advance and for 2 months that i had to wait.
                                Pathetic service. Worst customer support.

                                  Purchased activa 5g on 27th august 2019 from my wings honda, kothrud, pune and still not received rc book even after 4 months of purchase. And they are telling me to go in rto and check and not even cooperating as well as not providing enough details and they are also not sure about the process as well. When i purchased bike that time they were showing full. Support and said rc will. Come within 15 20 days on your adress itself but now that are just avoiding us.

                                    I purchased my honda x-blade at date 27/11/19. My bike stayed at service center about 8 days (05/12/19 - 13/12/19), i received my bike at 13/12/19. my bike has been visited to the service center 3 times, they have changed air filter and carborator . Now the bike is better than before but not 100% ok.

                                    I have been experiencing some irritating problem when riding my new bike. When i am accelerating my bike in 4th or 5th gear starting from 40 km/hour and upto 55 km/hour speed and bike in 5th gear up to 55 kmph and above suddenly my bike acceleration not response smoothly, and the speed is fluctuating to a remarkable extent. i am worried about that problem after buying a new x blade and feeling irritate and uncomfort.
                                    I like to draw kind attention of the relevant authority in this regards.
                                    i also given intimation to the service centre but they failed to solve the problem.
                                    Its my grand request to the honda relevant authority to take necessary legal action regarding my issue.

                                        Greetings.

                                        This is a reference to my honda aviator vehicle left for repair @ anand honda service center @ bommasandra hosur road on[protected] wide the job card no. 5618 and vehicle no is ka04 jd3741.

                                        Actually i met an road accident near to their service center and i had no other option than leaving the vehicle to the anand honda service center.

                                        However, after leaving the vehicle they issued the jobcard no 5618 as attached in this mail for your reference.

                                        We needed an estimation to give it to the insurance company for repair, these guys did not do it inspite of lots of followups. Then i called your customer care on the issue and then they have given the estimate as attached in this mail in excel format to me and also the surveyor of the insurance company.

                                        However, after assessing, it is decided by the surveyor and insurance company that they have asked us to scrap the vehicle as the estimation was too high.

                                        Now after the insurance company rejected the repairing we are asking them to return the vehicle and made many visits to their service center but they are unable to giveback the vehicle to us as the service manager who is there has left the job. We have started following them up since april 2019 and made atlest 10-12 visits and written many mails but we do not get any reply. Please refer the trail mail.

                                        Further, last week we visited again and ask finally whether they can give back vehicle or not as it is almost a year now. Now they are demanding rs. 6000/- and asking us to pay and take back the vehicle.

                                        However, they are not answering for the fact that we had made many visits to take back the vehicle but they do not have any answer for the same but they say and agree that we are unaware of the fact as they are newly appointed team.

                                        Now we request you to help us to get the vehicle back as we have trusted honda and left our vehicle for service and fact that we have made many visits and also followed up by mail for which there is no response.

                                        You may getback to me on [protected] for further clarifications if any.
