GOOD DAY. I am a business man staying in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand and am the owner of Honda Activa and recently due to a mishappening my activa was broken badly and wanted immediate repair
so for the same i went to the dealer M/S SATKAR TRADERS. There were some parts which needed replacement and from the past three months these parts are not available at the store. Every week i am promised that the same parts would be available but still that week has not come wen the parts are available. The parts which i am looking for are axle, speedometer, horn and bottom sheet.
I am very troubled with this attitude of mine and i am very much surprised by the fact that a friend of mine owning a Kinetic scooter got his parts replaced within a month from its authorised dealer.

I request the person incharge into complains to take care of my problem and advise an urgent solution. I am very troubled and this Activa is the only conveyance i am having to travel inside the city. Ofcourse i cannot use my car to travel a short distance and that too in a crowded market place.

Awaiting some action from the side of people there at the top.

    It will be a great favor on me if you give the above matter your immediate attention and do the needful.
    Myself, Mr. Laiq Ahmed Salmani has booked an vehicle (Honda Activa) on 29/03/10 and has also done the full advance payment for the same on 04/01/11 Receipt No.1674 and on 10/1/11 Receipt No.1741 but till now I haven’t got the delivery of the vehicle. I have done this booking in authorized center of the company which is known as Om Sai Honda of Jogeshwari (East) and my booking number is A0169.It is almost one year and the dealer is not ready to give the deliver without any specific reason. I am sending you the documents enclosure related to the above matter.
    I hope you will understand my problem and will look into the matter and do the needful as early as possible.

    dear sir ,i have booked honda activa delux model in the name of vishal enterprises
    at kun motorcycles private limited chennai.they have given me a delivery date after three months,since i am in the business of pharma industry and i deal with all life saving drugs. since i dont have a vehicle i am not able to deliver drugs to the patient on time .so i request the company to consider my booking as a urgent one and allot me the vehicle as early as possible

    Why company is promoting black market . Activa is available on premium in open market .
    I have booked a Honda Activa (Deluxe) at the dealers show room of the company M/s. Universal Honda, Naroda, Ahmedabadat 01 January 2010. In the Name of Vijay Rathod & the booking Amount is One Thousand Rupees. Date of delivery is after 3 Month. But till today I had not received the Vehicle & any satisfactory response from the Dealer. I had called the Dealer several times & personally visited at the Show Room. Every time I call or visit they are providing us the new date of delivery of after 10-15 days but no satisfactory feedback has been given by them. The showroom the staf[censored]se to say the vehicle has not came from the company or drivers are on strike etc. all the time the are providing us a new reason. I want to complaint about the dealer & want vehicle as soon as possible or to give me penalty for the late delivery.

    Myself Avinash Kumar, i have booked Honda Activa on 1st Nov. 2009 at Bhilai Annal Hona showroom.
    An the owner (Mr. Chawla) promised me to give Activa on 20th Dec 2009, till today after 9 months he is not deliver to me. he didn't pick the phone and always extend the date. Kindly take some strict action towards him. Activa is booked on my brother's name Anand kumar.

    please do take my compleint & do needful to give me justice. i have booked my new honda activa in agency of PARIKH HONDA,OPP. RAILWAY STATION , Amreli, gujarat.365601.on dated[protected] on the name of mr.Karan K Kakadiya. honda activa ( white colour). & they told me to give delivery in four month from the booking date.but still they didnt give delivery of that vehicle today about five months is completed .when ever ask them about delivery they talking very rudely with me & they just go on increaing time period of delivery date, i have suffer from very much trouble without that vehicle.so please give me justice.hope for the best.

    Activa — LATE DELIVERY

    I HAVE BOOKED HONDA ACTIVE IN JUNE 2010 IN ADTIYA HONDA VASAI.IN THE NAME OF SUNIL KOTHARI. AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THEY TOLD THAT I WILL GET THE DELIEVRY IN DIWALI BUT WHEN I CALLED THEM FOR A STATUS OF MY VEHICLE THEY ARE SAYING THAT I WILL GET THE VEHICLE IN DECEMBER. WHY ? IS HONDA STOP THEIR MANUFACTURING FOR HONDA ACTIVA OR COMPANY WANT ON (EXTRA MONEY).PLS REPLY URGENTLY.

    I have booked Activa S Deluxe scooter form your authorised dealer MAITRY HONDA, SW-1/2/3, SWASTIK HOUSE COMPLEX, PIPLOD, SURAT (GUJARAT) on08/02/2010, vide Booking no.4641 and Receipt No.834, Booked in the name of Seema R. Naik and paid advance Rs.1000/-. Now we approched to Maitry Honda Office for taking the delivery of scooter, but the same showroom has been closed and person handling their office told us to approach to another dealer named CHAKRADHAR AUTO, ADAJAN, SURAT.

    We approached to Chkaradhar Auto as per the instruction of Maitry Honda, but they not giving any positive response and they are avoiding us. Finally they are telling, if Honda company give the scooter Qota of Maity to them, they may give the scooter to us.

    In this circumstances, we request you that please help us get our booked scooter as early as possible and giude us what to do for the same.

    Your immdiate action in the above matter is highly appreciated.

    Myself Amrit pal singh, i have booked Honda Activa on 26th august 2010 at cargo motors at jalandhar (punjab), till today after 3 months they have not deliver to me as they promise to deliver it with in two and half months. Kindly take some strict action towards him. Activa is booked on my own name.

      I am G.Jeyakanth, 54,Panikkan Streeet, Woraiyur, Trichy-620003. . Now yesterday I was purchased one Hero Honda Splendor Pro from K.R.T Motors, in Thiruvanai koil, dealer. Last week I went 02.02.2011 to K.R.T Motors, in Thiruvanai koil for select my Splendor Pro bike that time they were told and showing only two bikes. (In your company side this is right or wrong?) They were didn’t give other choice and they were showing only two bikes. So I don’t have other option at the time. So I can’t choose other choice of bikes. After purchasing I find out the lot of problems. So I am not satisfaction of this bike. The whole day I was very disappointed to about the bike. So I need replacement of new Hero Honda Splendor Pro bike. Kindly take further action please.

        spare part not availabe
        i bought a honda shine in the month of june,2010,but it got accidented in 2 feb,2011 thats why some parts were damaged.I had claimed accidental benefits of fuel tank & other parts but after completing one week still i could not get my bike repaired.when i asked to the dealer he siad that he could not tell u when he can provide the fuel tank .

          The suspension of my bike, Hero Honda Splendor Plus, got screwed and the dealer asks me to get it changed.
          The bike was bought just 1 yr 4 months back and ran 9112 kms only. According to me its a manufacturing defect. Because the life of a suspension is not this short. It lasted just for 16 months. Though the bike is not under warranty, this some serious matter under the company's reputation. Hero Honda has got a brand name in the industry.
          My dad was forcing me to go for a Bajaj but I convinced him to try Hero Honda.
          Because I know about Hero Honda. Its value, name, achievements. And my word just went wrong before my dad.
          This needs to be noticed as soon as possible.
          It would be very helpful if the company does the needful.
          The bike was bought on 31st October 2009 from Shradha Motors, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

            My name is vinod. i prchased a honda city car from sundaram honda on 13th october 2010. i met with an accident on december 18th i.e on saturday.I reported the car in the showroom on dec 20th i.e on monday. The insurance surveyor came on 20th afternoon and gave an estimation in front of me to the service people.the car was dismantled on 21st . the service people told me that the spares list was send to the honda company and it will take one week for the parts to come.but till today they have not started the work. the reason they are saying is that a small part( door hinge) is not sent by the honda compay. for that reason they kept my car idle in the service centre for almost 50 days. i have complained regarding that to the honda customer care twice but there is no responce from the customer care also.because of this bad service and poor response to the customers i am not willing to use that honda product anymore. i want the honda company to return my car amount and the penalty foe delaying so long and making me suffer without any vehicle for the past 50 days.
            Please accept my request and help me solve this problem.

                Myself Dhiraj Subhagchandani. I have paid Rs. 52414 on 18th of november, 2010 to the Honda Two Wheelers' authorised dealer - Emerald Honda situated at Shahibaug Area in Ahmedabad; but still not got the delivery of activa. They committed me that i will get the activa in next 10-12 days but still harassing me by not delivering the same. They are delivering activa to other customers who have booked after me and they are asking me for additional Rs. 5000 which is absolutely unfair and disturbing. Even after paying the complete amount an ordinary customer is not getting the delivery of a two wheeler. I would appreciate your early & positive reply on this.                 Honda Activa — NOT GETTING DELIVERY

                Respected sir,
                This is Ramesh K Sachwani, I have booked Honda Activa on 02/04/2010 (RECEIPT NO 105, CU NO 83453) at INNOVATIVE MOTORS PVT.LTD, B&B HOUSE, SWASTIK CROSS ROAD, NAVRANGPURA, AHMEDABAD, AND I HAVE BEEN PROMISED TO DELIVER ACTIVE WITHIN 170 DAYS, BUT ITS ALREADY MORE THAN 230 DAYS, PEOPLE WHO HAVE BOOKED AFTER ME THEY HAVE RECIEVED DELIVERY, BUT I HAVENT RECIEVED DELIVERY, I BEEN TO SHOW ROOM MORE THAN 8 TIMES, EVERY TIME THEY MAKE NEW EXCUSES AND STAFF IS VERY RUDD TO CUSTOMERS, I THINK THEY ARE SELLING OUTSIDE ON HIGHER RATES IN BLACK MARKET.

                  i mr Balkrishna raikar purchased a Honda Dio bike on 17/06/2010 bearing registration no GA 07 H 5934 , i did my first servicing on 24/08/2010 (at 648km) and second on 17/10/2010 (at 3060km)..
                  on 30/01/2011 on my way back home, from work by bike stopped in between, i took it to a local mechanic he told me that the CDI UNIT had failed. since its a new bike and under warranty take it to the company an get it replaced,
                  I toed bike bike to the company service center on 31/01/2011 the service engineer over there told me that CDI UNIT is not in stock and i'll have to speak to the manager to get it replaced and he was not on duty on that day.. so i had to toed my bike back home.. after repeated visits i managed to meet the manager on 04/02/2011 he told me that i have to pay for cdi unit as he said my bike warranty has expired coz i had done my second servicing 10 days late(since i m working i dint get the servicing date on my off days, whenever i wanted their servicing was full)
                  my bike carries a 2 years standard warranty and 5 years extended warranty...

                  what are the necessary steps to be taken as my 07 months old bike is lying ideal at home!

                  HONDA SCOOTER DIO — BODY NOT IN STOCK

                  The body of Dio model is not in the stock for the last 4 months. A company of such repute should see in the matter to get the parts send to the dealers.
                  I mr Ramji Solanki purchased a Honda Dio bike on 08/04/2011 bearing registration no GJ-I MS 304, Gujarat Ahmedabad, yesterday dated 29/03/2011, imidetly stoped, Engine start with self start kikk not working i contact deler and pick Honda Dio they can repair in free or chargable,

                  Honda Dio is already in warnty period, please advise me what will I do.

                    Company is ripping off people coz i[censored] want scooter at current. You have to buy with accessories which cost you Rs.4450 extra and market price for accessories Rs. 1150. and if you want scooter without accessories book your scooter and get your scooter after 4 months. Only thing they couldnt stick to their words. only $100 extra n that doesnt worry me. but customer service
                    thats how company is running and making money. I had similar experience at Globus Honda Gujranwala Town When I asked for scooter for with accessories they said you can get it same day and very next day when i went back with all documents for finance and i requested for scooter without accessories and representative Mr. pankaj straight away returned all the documents and said make a booking n wait for 4 months.
                    Whole staff n dealers are corrupt and banking people are trained to give loan to only those who are interested in buying with accessories. All system is wrong from top to bottom..
                    Very pathetic experience. I am here to visit my parents for 2 months from overseas and feeling shameful to see all this.. Corruption is in blood and people are here is very greedy and no self respect.
                    I think we need to change ourselves otherwise this experience will stop people coming back.

                      I have a Honda Activa Scooter ,I ma getting problem with accessories(paint washup). Dealer(Sangam Honda) told me that he would replace particular accessories with in 2 days. But now they are offering me old and used accessories. due to this a great inconvinence is created and i have a lot of problems with my Scooter.And servies is also not up to the mark. Please take astrong action as early as possible. This is also the question of honda market value & prestige. Please take a strong action soon.and reply me as early as possible.

                      I booked Activa by paying INR 43000 with the dealer ( SD Trading Corporation, Ambala City) promising the delivery within 15-20 days. I got a call from the dealer within a week that i can take delivery of the vehicle.
                      When I approached the dealer for deleivery, they asked me to deposit additional amount of INR 3710.
                      When I asked for the details of these charges( scooter actual price is INR 42829 ), they told me the following
                      Insurance : INR 920
                      Temporary number : 100
                      polishing 400
                      accessories : 2460
                      They told me that this stuff is supplied by Honda Scooters and Motorcycles Ltd. and is is complusary to buy these accessories.
                      I refused to buy this stuff and they did not deliver the vehicle.
                      I have sent message to Honda Scooters and Motorcycles Ltd. describing the situation.

I got a call from the dealer within a week that i can take delivery of the vehicle.They told me that this stuff is supplied by Honda Scooters and Motorcycles Ltd. and is is complusary to buy these accessories.
                      I refused to buy this stuff and they did not deliver the vehicle.

                        i brought hero honda pleasure in july 2009 and after 50 days i face starting problem with batery, i went for service at bhakti nagar (hero honda service centre) they said to let it charge for 2 days, after service my dad (aged) used it without batery. It repeated twice thrice, after charging it worked for 8 days at most. I again went to service station but the same reply. I ask them 2 replace batry as exide giving 1yr waranty. Bt they said to try once by charging but it didnt worked, when i wnt back to them with pleasure,they didnt gv my vehicle back til 3 days, when i cld 4 batry replacement they misbehaved with me and said that battery warant expired yesterday. So i filed complain to hero honda tollfree number and i went service station,they damaged my accesories, front body pannel, light switch, tail lamp,everything. By complaing i lost thousand of rupees to repair that plus paid 1350 for new amco battry and spoild my 4-6 hours for a week.

                            I have purchased Hero Honda HUNK from D.R. Brijmohon & Sons , Guwahati on 08.10.10. To my utter surprise within this 3 month my bike Meter Sensor got damaged twice, however after the first replacement that too after 1 month I came across with the same problem and till now no resolution came from the dealer after the second problem, as per them they don’t have stock since 1 month. Is it the service you are providing to the customers? If yes then you are forcing me to move towards the consumer forum.

                            Requesting you to resolve my problem permanently at the earliest to avoid further inconvenience both to you and me.

                              Through the medium of thise.mail I Saurabh Grover user of karizma zmr(black) and a very old and associated customer of hero Honda bikes, want to draw your kind attention towards my request for replacement of my bike karizma zmr due to unavoidable defect caused due to delay in replacing e.c.u & throttle body.
                              I was complaining regarding this problem since August 2010, I have been regularly putting complaints in service centre of Himgiri automobiles (hero Honda) but still there has been no positive response from them. On complaining in vasant kunj I was informed by Mr. jitender (himgiri) that E.C.U & throttle body of my bike are not working, and when I was called by Mr. jitender for discussion regarding this issue(on 28.01.2011 @12.13pm) I was informed by him that due to delay in replacement of e.c.u & throttle body, my bike is in poor condition and it will be replaced by hero Honda in warranty.
                              Sir my parents had spent a huge amount in getting me this bike from their savings and I am stunned by poor response from hero Honda and himgiri automobiles , I am a student and need my bike for daily traveling for studies, and due to poor condition of my bike I am unable to use it I am spending Rs. 150 each day since august 2010 on my conveyance which has caused me financial problems, physical pressure & mental agony .
                              Prayer
                              Sir I am putting a humble request to replace my bike and compensate me so that this issue is solved otherwise I will have to move to consumer court.

                              Honda — Parts not working

                              I have brought the new bike on 22Feb 2011 this year,

                              I am facing the issues that the Speed indicator is nor working ( misbehaving ) the same I have highlighted during Bike servicing to the concern person,
                              At that time the request of servicing the person has accepted and said that will take this with the concern person.

                              After the service , The issues is not resolved and the service person has changed the stand and saying the bike is dammed , Hence the same cannot be rectified.

                              My Concern is :
                              • First of the bike is not dammed , So that the indicator can be impacted.
                              • Secondly why this was not highlighted at the time of taking the bike while servicing.

                              Request top management to look into this and provide the solution.

                              Will going to escalate if the same is not reverted / resolved in 2 days

                                My vehicle has an electrical problem. The headlight is very dull and glows bright when break and horn applied. Sometimes the self starter is also not starting. I told it to the service centre and they say that is not a fault and it is normal. The mechanic name is Mohan and he behaves very rude. Even a lay man knows that this is abnormal. I need a good service centre other than this recommended by Honda.

                                This is my second vehicle from Honda. I had Unicorn earlier. Initially had problems with the service centre and later I skipped the company service and had the service done by local mechanic and he services the bike a class head than Honda authorized service centre.

                                The vehicles from Honda is really good but the service in not good. As this is my second experience I advice no none to but Honda unless U have good service providers.

                                  It has been the most horrible, extremely unprofessional and pathetic experience with Honda this time.

                                  If a company as big and professional as Honda is unable to serve the customers due to a strike and has no strategy dealing with the chaotic and terrible situation of putting the customers in dark,then it is time for the Top management to seriously think about the Management Leaders who are responsible for the mess.

                                  Today, the waiting period for Activa has gone upto 10 months ( shocking ! ) with the authorised dealers. and a guy just a small distance from the Authorised dealers can give you the Activa within 48 hours on payment of extra black money.

                                  Shocking to know that the company has no control on the black-marketing going on and making crores of rupees in the late delivery of Activa !

                                  It seems Honda company has not bothered to control and has turned blind eyes to the black marketing of the Activa !

                                  The Authorised dealers are the eyes and ears of the company but here it seems they have not intimated the company about the black marketing which is going on or maybe they have some hidden interests and they do not want to inform the company of the corruption and the illegal dealings going on ! !

                                  so, I am writing here so as the company will read and notice the illegal activities and the corrupt persons involved in the said business.

                                  I think Company officials are also involved in this curruption. Otherwise they could have taken steps to stop the curruption.
                                  it is absolutely true that dealers are making black money by delaying delivery of waiting customers. it is not possible unless honda company is involve in it. Let us go to High court and file a writ for CBI inquiry of such malpractice played by these people.

                                    I had registered for Active for 3 members of my family on[protected] I went to inquire on[protected] but still I was informed to wait for 6 to 8 months. I already have an older version of Activa and I wanted to buy one for me my father and my wife but its really disgusting to wait for a 2 wheeler for more than 1 year?? If the company is really in short supply how is it that Activa of any colour is available in the Black market with a premium of 4 to 10 thousand.
                                    We in India have faith in Honda Motors and I have always used a Honda and thus I feel your company should take steps in this matter and deliver me the vehicle at the earliest.

                                    The sales manager promised to deliver the vechicle on 3rd November in case I submit the DD in favour of SRTA & INSURANCE COMPANY AND a cash of RS 44033
                                    Today I had gone to the showroom with the required DD and Cash .But he refused to even speak and the sales executive said the delivery will be done only after 10th November
                                    They also refused to take the DDs and the payment

                                    Then he asked me to give an advance of Rs.15000/- ( Fifteen Thousand Only) for further proceedings. He has given me a SBI account No.[protected] In the name of K.Manjula a staff working at the same company at Ooty. We deposited the same amount on 24.08.09.

                                    15 days back he said that your hire purchase form has been rejected by the bank. Then we spoke to Mr.Arul Kumar - Sales Manger (Cell. No. [protected]) regarding this issue. He also assured me that we will arrange loan in some other Bank.

                                    I am waiting from June ' 09 to Oct ' 09 around 5 months hearing the story of Mr.Saravan & Mr.Arul Kumar. There is no progress in this matter.

                                    As a customer I request you to look into this matter seriously and take necessary action against the false guide lines given by Mr.Saravan & Mr.Arul Kumar for delay in deliver the Vehicle.

                                    I m sandeep Agrawal from Raipur Chhattisgarh and i have booked a Honda Activa Bike in Grand Honda in 12.08.2009 and paid an advance of Rs.1000/- ( One Thousand Only) for booking amount 5 months ago.

                                    At that time Mamaji ( Staff of Grand Honda) assured me that within a week or so we will dispatch the bike. But after 5 months i have not received my bike yet & they have no reason for that. In jan 2010 i had contact with head office & registered my complain, but they nothing can do about this matter.

                                    I have booked the Honda activa deluxe purple colour on 25/03/2010 at Presanna Honda, Avinashi Road, Coimbatore. At the time of booking they promised me that the vehicle would be delivered to me within a month. After a month i went show room and ask for the vehicle. They said the vehicle would be delivered next week. I went on the next week. They said the same story. I have been to the showroom for more than 6 times. Each and every time they said the same story. The showroom guys including the sales manager Sunil are irresponsible. When i ask for the status instead of giving the response the showroom guys are behaving indecently (One of the manager told me that the showroom guys do not the reason why the vehicle delivery getting late. He asked me to check with manufacturer. I do not whether this manager has mind or not. How the customer can ask the manufacture for the status of the vehicle. I do not understand why the Honda management employed this kind of stupid guys. Because of this type of guys the Honda is losing his name.).                                     I had booked for Honda activa on dated 29-Dec-2010 from your show room. my booking number is 5149. Till date I am continous following for the same but not getting satisfactory answer and also not get the vehicle. While some persons booked after us and they get by giving extra money.

                                    So please do need ful because more than three months are gone.
                                    I, T.S Sali, residing in Wayanad, Kerala, had booked a Force Silver Metallic Honda Activa on June 5th 2010 with an advanced payment of Rs.1000, with a promise of delivery by December 2010.

                                    At the instance of vehicle not being delivered on promised date the customer was forced to intimate the agency, KTC Honda Kalpetta, regarding the same. It was informed that the Honda Company had stopped the production of the vehicle with specified colour. The customer was only given the options to choose from the other available colours, with an assurance of delivery with in 2 months. The customer booked a white Activa and after 2 months on further enquiry by the customer, he was asked to wait for few more months. Unsatisfied with the service provided, the customer in person contacted the agency and was given another date for the delivery. After few days the customer was asked to make the full payment along with the expenses for insurance, registration and accessories. Making the payment on the same day he was guaranteed the delivery within 10 days. Since the promise was not fulfilled even after the said time, the customer demanded an explanation but the agency failed to provide it.

                                    The vehicle was planned to be gifted to my nephew on 24th January 2011. Failing to keep my word I was mentally put down. Prolonged waiting tested my patience to a great extend. Being totally disappointed with the service provided, I now decide to cancel my booking and demand my money back. I assert my right for the compensation for the:
                                    1. delay in service
                                    2. ill-treatment
                                    3. mental suffering
                                    4. Other additional expenses
                                    In case of not addressing the customer’s grievances immediately, the customer would initiate the legal proceedings without any further intimation.

                                    As per above detail i would like to inform that after taking delivery on 13/10/2011 i was not satisfied with the performance of my New activa.Problem related to Handle Tilting towards one side and headlight low and high beam is not in straight line to which i informed MR.Haresh (who was handling the sales) on 15/10/2011 when i handed the vehicle for R.T.O passing.As the problem existed again after taking the vehicle i talked with MR.Haresh about it to which he replied the problem will be sorted after 1st service which was discussed on mobile. When i handed the vehicle for service inform about the fault to maintance person Mr Baban.When i took the vehicle same problem existed and i was not satisfied as if the fault was not attented.Again the vehicle was taken back for checking.After which the reply was shocking that the fork is faulty and it has to be replaced by claiming insurance.I would like to inform that either the sales or maintance staff do not have proper experience or skill to detect fault and to reply to the costumer in such a manner without checking the documents or it is a part of the management to the staff to dell with the costumer in this manner.Kindly see to it and do the needful as the vehicle is laying in the workshop.

                                    sir, we have booked the honda activa on on[protected] by paying Rs thousand and we were asked to pay fifty thousand rupees afer ten days for delivery of vehicle with in five days.so i have paid fifty thousand rupees on[protected] .it was already three month since we have paid the money.but we haven't received the vehicle so far .though we have met the dealer many times the response from him was poor and was not giving proper answers.so we kindly request you to deliver our vehicle as quickly as possible.

                                    I have booked activa on 2/3/2012 From SHRI SIDDHIVINAYAK HONDA BHAVNAGAR My booking no BO00202 model scv110B type 2ID colour white EXP Delivery date 6/6/2012 booked with payment of 1000/- Rs. Till date I have not received any intimation about delivery of activa. when I have contact at activa showroom reply given by them is not satisfying. They told that we are unable to deliver the activa in time and not give any specific time. It is in justice to me I get shocked because there is other honda showroom in bhavnagar is giving the same day delivery at the moment on full payment.

                                    I Have boooked the Honda Activa delux from one your Honda Activa dealer Om Sai AotoWorld(booking No. 73449), Malad West on June -2011.I been inforemd that vehicle was expected on May end .So i Made full payment on May-19 2012.But till date i have not received my Vehicle yet and no appropriate response from delaer.The Om sai world tested my patience long.
                                    Noe i assert my right for the compensation for the same :
                                    1. delay in service
                                    2. ill-treatment
                                    3. mental suffering
                                    4. Other additional expenses
                                    I request you to kindly look into the matter find out where the lapse is, the genuinity

                                      I have a scooter - made of HERO HONDA - PLEASURE.

                                      As per comp. rule the gurrenty of the scooter's battery was one year. During free servicing at Hero-honda servicing center it was noticed that the battery is not working and the people of the service center suggest that it has to be replace. Fortunately it was noticed seven days before to complete the one year.

                                      Then I advice them to replace the battery but they told me that they will send the battery to EXIDE delar. I agreed with their suggestion. But after one month I came to know that the delar has rejected the complain as it was reached to them after the due date.

                                      I became surprise how it can be but nobody - the service center or the dealar took the responsibility for that.

                                      later on I came to know that these type of incident has happen for other people also.

                                      Please do the needful to prevent the public cheating.
