I own a honda shine without self start. My engine got seized 15 days back. And I need a bore kit, cam chain and valves. But a single spare part is not available in all de show room in my city. And it will available for 15 more days.. And de personal and r not responding properly. Plz oblige sir......

I have purched a passon pro bike from Shiv shankar Motors,gajuwaka-visakhapatnam on 18-03.2009,Eng no-HA10EC9GC03808,frame no-MBLHA10EN9GC06065,Ragistration no-AP31AZ4436. we obsorved after one year front shock observer getting rusting and after discussion "Shiv shankar Motors,gajuwaka"have been replaced both shock obsorver on dated 04.03.2011 under waranty. but after 10 days rusting started in replaced shock obsorver.

This is in regard to the problems I am facing with my new bike CB UNICORN purchased on May 28, 2010 AND VERY VERY POOR RESPONSE FROM REGIONAL OFFICE AND HEAD OFFICE HARYANA THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED MY EMAILS THOUGH I HAVE SENT 5-6 EMAILS AND ALSO REGISTERED POST TO REGIONAL OFFICE AND HEAD OFFICE.

I have purchased my bike Hero Honda splendor NXG on 03-oct-2009.Hero Honda launches a scheme named goodlife card,so i submitted an application for my goodlife card.It is the rule that an applicant gets the card under maximum 30 days,but here 3 months have gone but there is response i have got from hero honda group.The dealer named JMK auto pvt. ltd. re-enter my application for twice on[protected] and[protected],but still there is no response.....please...

I want to log a complain against dealer Rajahmundry I have booked one honda activa at the above mentioned agency on 23.9.2010 vide receipt No.30/44 with cash payment of Rs.10,000/- at the time of booking from that day till 29.3.2011 they never called to me for any delay in the delivery.
Kindly instruct the concern to deliver the vehicle immediately

I bought honda shine bike in 2009 and it is under warranty for 24 months. The cone cup which is a part of steering assembly is damaged and it is covered according to the warranty book given along with the purchase of vehicle and even I have the extended warranty which covers for 5 years.

Now when I am talking to the service manager, he is not accepting the warranty and he wanted me to talk to some other state area service manager...

I have given my scooter KL7BK 4651for service after 10000 kms, on 5th march 2011 at EVM honda, Vyttila. The job card refer 10JC28363. I have raised complaints that my vehicle is having less pick up, starting problem such as making noise at the time of starting, oil change etc. I have given a bill no 101W27946 for Rs.908/- and still I am facing the same issue while using my vehicle. It is absolutely poor customer support from the dealer....

I have purchased a Honda Activa on 29th January 2011 from authorized dealer o[censored]daipur M/S.Lack city Honda thru his sub-dealer.
When I have approached to the Udaipur dealer for purchasing a Activa he refused me that it is on three months booking than I had approached to the sub-dealer of Salumber.

I bought Hero Honda Passion-plus on[protected]. From the day onwards i purchase i had problem with its millage. When i bought and measure it gave 50 km/l. I went to showroom for service i complained them. They replied to wait for about 1000 km. After 1000 km it still average 45-50 km/l. Recently i booked a honda unicorn in silicon honda outlet off 100ft ring road. I was advised of 30 -45 days of waiting period. even after completion of 30 days there is no update on the status or confirmation. Is there any process in the companies which gives an update on the booking?
