I haven't got my goodlife card yet.

I have purchased my bike Hero Honda splendor NXG on 03-oct-2009.Hero Honda launches a scheme named goodlife card,so i submitted an application for my goodlife card.It is the rule that an applicant gets the card under maximum 30 days,but here 3 months have gone but there is response i have got from hero honda group.The dealer named JMK auto pvt. ltd. re-enter my application for twice on[protected] and[protected],but still there is no response.....please...

No warranty claim/ insurance

I just bought a honda CB twister on 26th March 11.
And i didn't paid attention on the vehicle's chain while purchasing.
After 2days the chain gave too much noise, so i looked it, and it was broken.
So i went for repair/ replacement to showroom and they denied..

As i have 2yr warranty + insurance,
I am not getting any service.
Please help.

Regd. Warranty of damaged part

I bought honda shine bike in 2009 and it is under warranty for 24 months. The cone cup which is a part of steering assembly is damaged and it is covered according to the warranty book given along with the purchase of vehicle and even I have the extended warranty which covers for 5 years.

Now when I am talking to the service manager, he is not accepting the warranty and he wanted me to talk to some other state area service manager...

Unsatisfied service request

I have given my scooter KL7BK 4651for service after 10000 kms, on 5th march 2011 at EVM honda, Vyttila. The job card refer 10JC28363. I have raised complaints that my vehicle is having less pick up, starting problem such as making noise at the time of starting, oil change etc. I have given a bill no 101W27946 for Rs.908/- and still I am facing the same issue while using my vehicle. It is absolutely poor customer support from the dealer....

I went to showroom for service i complained them. They replied to wait for about 1000 km. After 1000 km it still average 45-50 km/l. booking period

I was advised of 30 -45 days of waiting period. even after completion of 30 days there is no update on the status or confirmation. Is there any process in the companies which gives an update on the booking?
