I bought honda amaze, cvt from hans honda, lahartara, varanasi up on 6th june 2018. My car broke down 15 days before and car dealer service station can't figure out what problem is with the car. Car is still under warranty and dealer service station is now not picking our phone also. They were very rude and not giving any answer when car is fixed. Never expected this from honda. First they said if any other same car will come for service then we will take out part from that car they will check what is the fault in car. Can you believe it. Now they are saying we have order parts from bangalore. Now they are not even picking phone. We are so tired of it with there behaviour. Car is just a year old and they have such a bad service center they even can't figure out the problem. Why honda is ruining there name by giving dealership to people who can't keep a good service center. It will be great if you guys can help us out.

    Dear honda team,

    I purchased activa 5g from rohini honda sec-3 dated on[protected]
    I get first service done in rithala honda & i reported below three issue on dated.[protected]

    1. Lock issue.
    2. Mirror loose issue.
    3. Average issue.

    In first case they replace lock but i found some scratches on its body after some time the lock issue occurs again.
    I raise complain again in rithala honda service center & again they replace lock next week. But after 2-3 days but lock problem occurs again 3rd time & i l again complained in rithala honda. They told that problem is from vendor side and ask for some time an tell as they will get new lock they will replace same. It takes 30 to 40 days to replace for third time.

    One day scooty engine suddenly off on the road and i was unable to start scooty. I complain in rithala honda (Talk to ms. Priya) & they checked and found battery nut loose issue, after some time i heard some sound from back side of scooty & i get it check in rohini honda sec-3 & engineer checked & fixed the same.

    2nd services also done in rithala honda (30-sep-2018) & reported below issue.

    1. Headlight issue.
    2. Left brake light issue.
    3. Average issue.
    4. Kick issue

    After servicing i found one new problem created. While speeding up scooty. I got some sudden jerks regularly & head light & kick issue remains unresolved scooty not started smoothly through with the kick.

    In total 4 month since i purchased my 5g activa opened 4 to 5 time & repaired.in every 2-3 weeks it creates new problem. So i have totally very disturbed, tired unsatisfied with performance of my new 5g activa.
    # that the complainant has wrote several emails and contacted several time to the concerned authority but they do not reply on mail what they repair in scooty.
    # we purchased activa 5g deluxe according to this they had to do insurance of activa 5g deluxe but they done the insurance of normal activa 5g.

    So i kindly request you please replace it with new one or refund our money.

    Ms. Pooja & priya from rohini service center also know all the issue. Now i can't bear these prob.

    We submit this complaint on 8th may but by mistake we tag hero insist of honda.

    We have visited Last week(30/06/2019) in your service center. We have reported 10 issue, You can check in attachment file, after 2 day occure issue again, one by one.
    now minimum 8 issue occured in a week. Kindly suggest what to do. Now we cannot visit in your service center again & again

    1. Front Side noise issue
    2.Headlight Dim issue.
    3 Handle vibrate issue.
    4.Headlight button on/off issue.
    5.Left side mirror issue.
    6.Left side break some sound issue.
    7.Average issue.
    8.Handle not straighted

      I have purchase honda amaze on 22 nd february from pink city honda motors bhiwadi. Bt i didnt get my registration number even after 3 months. Dealer is also not supporting us on this matter.in this situation it is very difficult for me to drive the car. So, i request to u please go through the matter and provide me the proper solution.

        The car developed a screeching sound from brakes and it was given to peninsular honda (Regular service center). They identified the problem as break calipers, it's been more than a week and they still haven't fixed the issue stating that part shortage. I have been hiring vehicle for my commute for a week now as they are not giving any clarity. This is a serious concern as it's causing me a lot of inconvenience and additional expenses. Moreover the response from the dealership has been poor.

          I have given my car for servicing on 17.06.2019. My car no. Is mh 15 ct 8263.
          When i receive my car after serving i found that the manyfold two bolts were missing i rang the service incharge by name mahesh he asked me to bring my vehicle to service center then he fitted the screw.
          Secondly my ac cooling was not upto mark i have informed mahesh but he said the coil has to be change which was his wrong observation.
          I have shown the problem to local person he said the gas level is low after refill you will get the cooling.
          In short rishabh honda nashik is lease brother of customer.

            Dear team, this complaint pertains to my private car (Vehicle registration number:ap 07 cs 3546 purchased in the year 2016 from suundaram honda vijayawada, andhrapradesh. Since purchase, my car has always been under a very good maintained condition.in the month of april'2019 i have noticed a sudden roughness in the acceleration of the vehicle and jitter in the sound wen we accelerate the vehicle. Then i gave my car to get tested at sundaram honda vijayawada, andhra pradesh. After vehicle inspection, we were intimated that cvt gearbox failure and we were handed over an estimate of rs.3.0 lakh and we were also told that gearbox would get ceased suddenly when driving. Please address below questions: 1. There is certain life of engine parts and gear box parts when it comes to the vital parts of the gear box, durability is much more. Atleast we purchased honda car because of its superior quality parts and performance and after this case we were least disappointed as mere in the tenure of approx 3 years with 30, 000 km driven history. How can a major and various minor gearbox parts result in a failure?? This leaves a big questionmark on the quality of spare parts of honda cars. 3. This incident could have resulted in a fatal road accident where my car could have dashed from behind from another speeding vehicle on road. Why should i not move to consumer court and file a case against honda cars india.
            4. Does a good beliver and customer of honda cars deserve this? I think i really deserve this bcoz many of my family members told to go with other brands as we are already using two other cars from suzuki and hyundai.

              Hi my vehicle is honda amaze is serviced by ring road honda and after that vehicle is giving very low mileage around 7kmpl where as earlier it use to give me mileage of 16 or 17 i have highlighted the concerns to them but they are not responding i'm really disappointed honda when my vehicle was new i gave it for first service then they have damaged front wing and not repaired it properly really pathetic and awful service provided by ring road honda peergarhi. Honda i would request you to help me with this in best possible way. Regards

                I kept my vehicle honda jazz gj 01 kg 8090 for service at cartech honda in naroda ahmedabad on 4/5/2019 for paid service and painting. I got call for delivery on 17/05/2019, i went to take vehicle delivery, i found so many problems in painting and cleaning of vehicle. I got promise from adviser that he will complete all the shown problems till 20/05/2019 evening. He called me on 22/05/2019 that the vehicle is ready for delivery. I went to take delivery on 24/05/2019 at 14.45. I checked the vehicle, it was not ready, still there are so many problems like paint on rear view mirror, rear wiper not fitted, vehicle not. Cleaned properly, delay in billing, no proper communication for problems and parts required. I talked to service manager, he also admitted the problems. Finaly i took the delivery. I drive for 10 km and suddenly i found that the dicky trey is not there, i called to service advisor and he said yes bymistake it is not putted and i send a person to you with trey. I am really disappointed that at honda service centre. After 20 days i got vehicle. Photos and vedio attached herewith. I cant attach photo and video. Pls give me email or contact me i will show you all the proofs

                  I have purchased honda wrv from samara honda

                  After 1 st free service of my vehicle i found that navigation system is not working it was showing error of missing files.
                  But when i gone for 2nd free service at the work shop they told me your card is corrupted but i never took the card out of the car and they ask me to go to showroom.
                  When i reached the samaha honda mayapuri they told me this card is corrupted now you have to buy a new card worth rs 7000.
                  I asked the reason why card corrupted when it was never took out from vehicle.
                  I was shocked to hear that it might be done when your vehicle was at workshop.
                  If this is the quality of the product and service from the leading car selling brand in india honda car i m really disappointed.
                  Please tell what to do in this matter as customer care not supporting

                    I have purchased honda wrv but within 6 month the navigation chip got corrupted on it own.
                    When asked the dealer about this he told it's not under warranty you have to purchase it again and that would to don't have any warranty. When selling the car they tell we have best in class features in car with best quality of products.
                    This is the quality which gets corrupted on it own.
                    Don't know what to do? Top of it they are telling this was the problem that's why now its inbuilt chip in navigation system.
                    If it was problem they should not have allow it there car. Honda is know as best seller brand in india.

                      I bought Honda Amaze V Cvt from Classic Honda, Faridabad on 6th April after taking a proper test drive.
                      However, when I started driving my car I found a coupt of problems in it. At first, the shockers are not at all smooth and a hard flat sound could be heard inside followed by a bounce, which is not at all comfortable for passengers. It can absorb small bumps but not speed breakers or a little big potholes.

                      Second issue that I experienced is the noise that brake shoes make while picking up from the drive mode. When you release the break slowly, the brake shoes makes a noise similar to what we hear when break shoes are dead and make hard noise. It looks very cheap that a brand new car is making such noise.

                      When I took the car to service center, they said this is common and such noise will always come as the car is accelerated in Drive mode. They even claimed that same brake noise will come in our costliest Accord as well and they can prove. I said forget accord, let us check your City and Civic. And as per my assumption there was no nice in both of them. Then they said their break shoe is better.

                      Surprisingly there was no such brake noise or shocker issue in the test drive car

                      So finally, they agreed that it is in all Amaze cars and they cannot do anything about it. There is no option left now, as the other new Amaze in the showroom also had same issues.

                      Now they have changed my cars shockers but still the issue pertains. The issue is with their suspension and brakes, as their technology is not compatible with these automatic cars.

                      Even Honda's customer relation managers inspected my car and said this is operational noise.

                      I have no option left now, so I am raising the complaint to consumer complaints.

                      I want a full refund of my car from them as I'm not at all happy with their car.
                      Or else if I sell this car outside, they have to bear the loss which incurs.

                        I would like to bring to your kind notice that i had been worst experience while working in indel honda palakkad.
                        I joined indel honda from march 2016 to 2018 june but was forced to resign as was treated as very badly from the management, there was no support from the group, creating unnecessary promblems, senior manager misbehavior. I resigned from my post through proper way by submitting my resignation but till now my salary not realeased, when i contacted hr and accounts regarding this i am threatened that he will hold my salary and will never give it. As now not attending the call also.

                        I have not got my experience certificate and my final settlement yet from the esteemed organization

                        I am sure that honda, consider this matter as urgent and help to get my experience certificate and the due settlement at the earliest

Without vehicle service service charge too much. This may be effect ur company service environment. Please take action for this type service charge

                          This is been the second time i am raising a consumer complaint on Honda cars
                          As i have purchased a new Honda WRV on 9th Oct it was Break down in middle of the travel to an upcountry town it was very much veered situation my entire day was blocked. the issue happened on 6th of May and today its 23rd of may its almost 17 days there is no update the car was towed to show room, Even after calling to the Customer relation ship manager no response, Even the regional head has given a single statement when i raised an complaint last time, Do the Honda people think consumers are fools have i made an mistake by opting for the HONDA brand is this the service level

                            Honda Jazz purchased in the month of March 13, 2019. Covered 2400 KM. Completed 2nd Service only.Vehicle Reg no: TN 05 BV 4287.
                            On 18th May We Found the Sidewall Bulge in one of the Tyre "Goodyear" Make,
                            Size 175/65 R15. The Bulge is on the Inner side, which is not visible from 13th March to 18th May, we drive the car with Defective Tyre. The Bulging on side-wall is a very serious issue, it may burst at any Time. Driving on Highway with speed 100 KM/Hr, if the Tyre Bursted, Think about the condition of the passenger, It is the Question Mark of Survival.
                            To assure the safety of the Passenger, Honda has Providing Air Bags, Braking System controls, we are believing. How they are going to ensure this type of silly problems.
                            Being a Tyre Industry Trainer, Having Rich Experience of 40 Years in the Tyre industry, I can't Tolerate the diverting the issue and Report given by Mr.Deepak service Engineer.(Report Attached)
                            Please ask them to ensure safety to the Passengers by double ensuring the Quality of Tyre.
                            We expect Free replacement of tyre against the Defective one.

                              My sunroof is damaged and serviced on last year feb on sundarm motors salem on that side beeding present in sunroof rubber is damaged and I complaint on service section and I will complaint regarding on honda consumer complaint also on dealer side they told me close complaint we will change the spare soon till I complaint date on March 2018 on that date to till this may 2019 they change my spare please take necessary action on this if not means I file put consumer case on this regular dealer

                                Dear team, i am using your honda amaze hr21n 3655 and a small nut of conductor side seat is missing from last few months and i have ordered for three times in your showroom (Joy honda) but still i did not found it. I have given my written feedback regarding this in your showroom and they assures me that we provide you this part within this week at your home but it took more than a month but still i am waiting for the same. Even bill of my service was not given to me. I don't expect this type of service from honda.

                                  Hi sir,

                                  I purchased and did first service of my car from signature honda, kannur, kerala. (Vehicle reg no: kl 59 t 9449. Other details of the vehicle are attached).

                                  After the first serviece i came to know that the offline map chip from my car is missing and the navigation is not working. I have contacted the service manager - aravind of signature honda. I didn't get any proper reply and feedback from them.

                                    Dear concerned,

                                    I am writing this email to register my grievances with ring road honda service centre at gurgaon. Brief background on my recent experience is as follows:

                                    1. I visited the ring road honda gurgaon service dealership on wednesday, may 08, 2019; this was my first paid service (20, 000 kms) for the honda city petrol at car reg no. Hr26 dn 9299, purchased from ring road honda gurgaon on may 2018. All the previous three services were also done at the ring road honda gurgaon service station.
                                    2. I was informed by the service advisor that this fourth service is a ‘major service’ and would cost around inr 11, 000. I told the service advisor that there is nothing to be done in the car, i just want the basic servicing to be done and it shouldn’t be costing me so much, but he insisted that i should get this and that done and hence quoted this amount to me.
                                    3. I did not get any calls from my service advisor or the honda dealership from 10am to 0330pm, during the servicing time. Normally the service advisor calls during the day to give a status report and also inform of any additional work or charges that are required. I called the service station at about 0330pm to check if i can come to collect my car and they said that the car is ready to be collected.
                                    4. I arrived at the service station at about 0400pm on same day and was informed that the service cost if inr c.13, 500; i looked at the itemized bill and notice that majority of that cost is the labour charges and some unnecessary and unwanted items on top of it, since this was a ‘major service’ as per the service advisor and all these items are important.
                                    5. I asked to meet the service manager and i was not refused, but kept waiting and no one met me. The service advisor came back to me with a ‘discount’ of inr 2, 200 since his manager thought that some items were not required to be paid for. But the matter did not end here, read on…
                                    6. At the billing counter at about 0530pm, i was informed that there is an outstanding amount of inr 5, 000 against this car since dec 2018. The billing clerk said it was some accessories related thing and he cannot issue the gate pass till the time the same is not cleared.
                                    7. The service advisor ran from the pillar to the post for about one hour and could not even get to the heads or the tails of the pending item. This is when the service gm – prabhat was looped in by other service advisors and they made multiple calls internally to get this amount cleared, but this went on for another one hour! All this while service gm or the service managers did not talk to me and did not inform me on what was going on. I was not informed on what was going on and why there was a delay.
                                    8. Finally at about 7pm, i called all the service advisors and managers and asked them what is going on and why am i being harassed for the last 3+ hours and they all had no answers. They said that it is some system error and they are trying to resolve it.
                                    9. The finance then cleared the outstanding amount, which was open since dec 2018, asked me to pay the service charge of inr c.11, 400 and then issued the gate pass for me to take my car.

                                    My grievances are as follows:

                                    1. The service charge of c.13, 500 is very high for the fourth and first paid service of the new petrol at car which is just a year old with 20, 000 kms done.
                                    2. I was not given the cost estimates correctly and a lot o[censored]nwanted items were included in the service to increase the service cost, i can share the itemized bill copy for more details. I would like the excess money charged by me, to be refunded back to me and only the minimum service charge to be retained back by the service station.
                                    3. There was a considerable delay and inefficient customer service in dealing with my queries and the service gm or the managers did not attend to me.
                                    4. There was an outstanding amount of inr c.5, 000 in the system for which i was harassed for about 2 hours, during which none of the managers or gm spoke with me and i was kept in the dark for an internal system error with he honda dealership.

                                    I would like to receive a written apology letter from the gm service of ring road honda gurgaon on the above narrated incident.

                                    Do let me know if any further details are required by me to substantiate my claims.

                                      I have given my honda jazz diesel for serving to geekay honda raipur chattisgarh shocked to see the serving bill it was abnormal even audi people doesn't charge such a huge amount. I had left my vehicle to your dealer place i have not taken the delivery of my car. Take resnable charges from the coustemor. I will sold all my three honda vechicle due to this abnormal charges taken by the honda car. And will take legal action against your company for which you will be liable...                                         I have been contacting my nearest honda dealer where i bought my honda wrv 4 times. But they never responded on my complaint. I never expected this kind of service from honda. My navigation shows searching for gps... And never connects. If no one reponses to this complaint pls give me details of ceo honda. I would like to contact. Worst service.
