Dear team, i am using your honda amaze hr21n 3655 and a small nut of conductor side seat is missing from last few months and i have ordered for three times in your showroom (Joy honda) but still i did not found it. I have given my written feedback regarding this in your showroom and they assures me that we provide you this part within this week at your home but it took more than a month but still i am waiting for the same. Even bill of my service was not given to me. I don't expect this type of service from honda.

    Hi sir,

    I purchased and did first service of my car from signature honda, kannur, kerala. (Vehicle reg no: kl 59 t 9449. Other details of the vehicle are attached).

    After the first serviece i came to know that the offline map chip from my car is missing and the navigation is not working. I have contacted the service manager - aravind of signature honda. I didn't get any proper reply and feedback from them.

    Please let me know what i can do to rectify this issue and replace with new offline map card.

      Dear concerned,

      I am writing this email to register my grievances with ring road honda service centre at gurgaon. Brief background on my recent experience is as follows:

      1. I visited the ring road honda gurgaon service dealership on wednesday, may 08, 2019; this was my first paid service (20, 000 kms) for the honda city petrol at car reg no. Hr26 dn 9299, purchased from ring road honda gurgaon on may 2018. All the previous three services were also done at the ring road honda gurgaon service station.
      2. I was informed by the service advisor that this fourth service is a ‘major service’ and would cost around inr 11, 000. I told the service advisor that there is nothing to be done in the car, i just want the basic servicing to be done and it shouldn’t be costing me so much, but he insisted that i should get this and that done and hence quoted this amount to me.
      3. I did not get any calls from my service advisor or the honda dealership from 10am to 0330pm, during the servicing time. Normally the service advisor calls during the day to give a status report and also inform of any additional work or charges that are required. I called the service station at about 0330pm to check if i can come to collect my car and they said that the car is ready to be collected.
      4. I arrived at the service station at about 0400pm on same day and was informed that the service cost if inr c.13, 500; i looked at the itemized bill and notice that majority of that cost is the labour charges and some unnecessary and unwanted items on top of it, since this was a ‘major service’ as per the service advisor and all these items are important.
      5. I asked to meet the service manager and i was not refused, but kept waiting and no one met me. The service advisor came back to me with a ‘discount’ of inr 2, 200 since his manager thought that some items were not required to be paid for. But the matter did not end here, read on…
      6. At the billing counter at about 0530pm, i was informed that there is an outstanding amount of inr 5, 000 against this car since dec 2018. The billing clerk said it was some accessories related thing and he cannot issue the gate pass till the time the same is not cleared.
      7. The service advisor ran from the pillar to the post for about one hour and could not even get to the heads or the tails of the pending item. This is when the service gm – prabhat was looped in by other service advisors and they made multiple calls internally to get this amount cleared, but this went on for another one hour! All this while service gm or the service managers did not talk to me and did not inform me on what was going on. I was not informed on what was going on and why there was a delay.
      8. Finally at about 7pm, i called all the service advisors and managers and asked them what is going on and why am i being harassed for the last 3+ hours and they all had no answers. They said that it is some system error and they are trying to resolve it.
      9. The finance then cleared the outstanding amount, which was open since dec 2018, asked me to pay the service charge of inr c.11, 400 and then issued the gate pass for me to take my car.

      My grievances are as follows:

      1. The service charge of c.13, 500 is very high for the fourth and first paid service of the new petrol at car which is just a year old with 20, 000 kms done.
      2. I was not given the cost estimates correctly and a lot o[censored]nwanted items were included in the service to increase the service cost, i can share the itemized bill copy for more details. I would like the excess money charged by me, to be refunded back to me and only the minimum service charge to be retained back by the service station.
      3. There was a considerable delay and inefficient customer service in dealing with my queries and the service gm or the managers did not attend to me.
      4. There was an outstanding amount of inr c.5, 000 in the system for which i was harassed for about 2 hours, during which none of the managers or gm spoke with me and i was kept in the dark for an internal system error with he honda dealership.

      I would like to receive a written apology letter from the gm service of ring road honda gurgaon on the above narrated incident.

      Do let me know if any further details are required by me to substantiate my claims.

        I have given my honda jazz diesel for serving to geekay honda raipur chattisgarh shocked to see the serving bill it was abnormal even audi people doesn't charge such a huge amount. I had left my vehicle to your dealer place i have not taken the delivery of my car. Take resnable charges from the coustemor. I will sold all my three honda vechicle due to this abnormal charges taken by the honda car. And will take legal action against your company for which you will be liable...           I have been contacting my nearest honda dealer where i bought my honda wrv 4 times. But they never responded on my complaint. I never expected this kind of service from honda. My navigation shows searching for gps... And never connects. If no one reponses to this complaint pls give me details of ceo honda. I would like to contact. Worst service.

              I purchased amaze on jan2019, i went to service center automax, mayapuri, newdelhi for first free service on feb. I had one issue the blue tooth of my car automatically disconnect after 1min when i connect to you tube. From last 3 and half months i visited many times to the service center but in every time they just check and make video and after tell we wil inform u. How long it wil continue?? I m very very disappointed about this matter, they just simply passing the time and wasting my valuable time. Pl giv me the solution. My car no-dl3ccq3922.

                I have given my honda jazz deseil for servicing on 16 may 2019 to your raipur chattidgarh dealer g. K. Honda and shocked to see the rate which they have charged last service was done on oct 2018 that time approx rs.1300/_ was. Charged and this time about 2400/_ which is abnormal i have audi a3 which they charge 1300/_ for serving but shocked to see the charges which honda car is charging. I am dissatisfy from the charges which honda is charging.                   I have given my honda amaze car for service in whitefield honda. Which is 40k service in this they have done ac evaporator cleaning, post that very low cooling in my car. I have approached showroom they are telling that every thing is working fine, because of summer cooling is lees. But even in evening time also i am facing low cooling. Not sure whom to approach.

                    The new honda civic cvt of mine was picked up by the viva honda service station person after checking the car thoroughly which was without any scratches whatsoever. He took the car and returned very late in the evening in the darkness which i questioned him and he said the service took long but only air filter, brake pad cleaning and car washing was mentioned as works done. I asked the person who came to drop vehicle why the car is so unclean and the glasses also slightly foggy with white marks from inside and outside to which he answered saying the cloth used must be dusty. I informed him i can't see the vehicle in darkness as he came late evening, he said all is okay just sign. I yet put a comment about my dissatisfaction on the cleaning. Next day morning while leaving for airport in the auto i took a round around the car to see in daylight and to my surprise found the left front bumper damaged with deep scratches paint peeled off and also the bumper slightly loose with gaps varying on both sides slightly which are easily visible. The right hand side has some scratch mark's like 2 lines again as if the car was parked outside somewhere when in was taken for service. The same was confirmed by the car dropper the car is a little dirty from outside as it was parked outside for long. I was truly depressing and sad the way the service had gone about and it's been 5 days almost and yet awaiting someone to take the action for refining my car to the brand new look which was just about a month old.

                    Parts damaged and worst worst ???? Mansaroovar branch officers no one can response and worst response for especially VIGNESH and part are damaged, time keep up very poor, car deliver night 7.40lm and I add some photo for worst servicing Honda
                    I have bought it just before 6 months creating problem in starting of engine after stop at any station. The engine doesn't start for some time. Lapse of 30 to 40 minutes the engine starts.

                      I am a proud owner of honda city car, model vx (Optional) petrol version, registration number: hr20ag 4487. It was purchased on 31/05/2019 from honda authorized dealer, joy honda, ashwani cars pvt ltd, hisar.
                      The yellow light of keyless access system indicator flashed in the month of april 2019, and soon i went to joy honda on 19/04/2019 for rectification. On my arrival it was informed that the vehicle will be scanned for confirmation of fault and charges were told to me. I asked them to do whatever they want to do but atleast assure that the part is available in the stock before going for scanning.
                      After about one hour they charged rs 425/- from me and send me back without changing the part due to non availability of part in their stock. They assured me that part will be available by wednesday (24/04/19) and they will call me for replacement.
                      Earlier the yellow light of keyless access system indicator was flashing occasionally but now it is flashing continuously after ignition during driving. The service centre is not informing/ responding even my continuous calling them regularly.
                      Kindly look into the matter and instruct the service centre (Joy honda) to do the needful at the earliest.

                        I have submitted my complaint regarding the worst experience i had to go through in indel honda palakkad.
                        I have submitted my resignation on 30th april but still my salary has been not released, when i contacted hr of the indel management he was very rude and is threatening me of holding the salary and talking about rules and regulations. When i was working in indel honda palakkad hr never followed rules or any procedure i was on my own i was not even given product training, i request honda to look into this matter and help me get the salary

                          I serviced my car no. Hr20ag/8577 from joy honda hisar. They serviced it vry poorly.
                          I told advisor for synthetic engine oil but they used mineral. They charged for washing and delivered it without washing.
                          They cherged for a/c cleaning but it is not done. They chrged for some door and lock lubrication but even this is also not done.
                          Its only cheating.

                            I owned honda city 2016 model. Now it have compliant on dicky lock key slot part. Key could not enter to the key slot. I did inquiry in honda showroom they told me to replace key slot with new one cost around 3000 rupee. But the problem will be it have new key. I have to go with two key for all time. Or else the solution will be change key cylinders which will be costing 20000 rupees.

                            Its really shameful you are providing such low quality spare in your branded car.
                            I am working as a mechanical design engineer. I do not understand why you providing low quality components to such a critical functional area. This spare parts may hardly have 200 rupee production cost and you are charging 3000 from us.

                              I purchased a honda wrv from pink city honda, alwar bye pass, bhiwadi, alwar in oct. 2017. On my second free service, i got my car picked and dropped by the honda workmen from and to my residence at lic flats, vasundhara nagar, bhiwadi. At a point of time, when i switched on to navigation, i got to know that my sd card was missing. I contacted the executives immediately complaining of the missing sd card, to which i was told that no such incidence could have been made possible by any of their workforce and if at all the sd card was missing, i shall have to buy a new one at my cost only & they abruptly denied of any such fraudulence on their part.

                              This must please be noted that their job description diary or papers didn't mention the presence or absence of the sd card while picking or leaving my vehicle to my residence.

                              Please monitor the same and expedite the necessary.

                                Dear sir/madam

                                1. I write to apprise you of a very prominent deficiency in the capability of the car, that of its headlights, which not only undermines the driving pleasure but is found wanting and inadequate in its capability to light up the road in front specially on unlite/dark highways so much so that even driving beyond 70-80 kms per hr is uncomfortable and doubtful.

                                2. The headlamps light-up only upto 30-50 ft of the road in front of the car and that also leave a dark spot (Area) in the middle of the two beams, i have also found the brightness and the luminosity of the light system to be suspect and not focussed, which hampers my driving beyond 60-70 kms per hr since it gives me very short reaction time to take corrective action to avoid any obstructing object. The min visibility provided by the light lamps in front should be 80-100 ft, as was the case in all of my old cars.

                                3. You are requested to kindly change/upgrade the light system of the car to make night driving more safe and sure please.

                                  This is regarding to the worst experience that i had to through while working for indel honda palakkad kerala.
                                  I joined indel honda recently but was forced to resign as i was treated very badly from the management, there was no support from the group, when i asked for the product training i was not provided and lied all these days saying i will be sent to chennai for product training.
                                  I resigned from my post through paper channel by submitting my resignation but till now my salary has not been released, when i contact hr regarding this iam threatened that he will hold my salary and will never give it.
                                  I request honda to help me regarding this matter and release my salary as soon as possible
                                  Already i have gone through so much of harassment by the indel honda management

                                      We purchased honda activa from pashankar auto jm road pune. At the time of delivery we found scratches on the scooter. Number plate not fixed after informing them about our delivery schedule. It almost took 2.5 hours for delivery time. That is too much. The staff is also not cooperative. They don't care about the customers. When we are returning after taking delivery there is sound from dickey. Not properly fixed. Horn is also not working. We are not expecting this from honda a reputed brand. This defective vehicles are really tested in the company. Due to this huge brand and relay on your product we purchase the vehicle. Very disappointed performance by dealer and manufacturer. If you could not cope with quality assured by you is really very discouraging. I know nothing will happen as you don't care for customers as you are leaders in market.

                                        I deposit my car to joy honda hisar on dt-29/04/19 for car insurance. Mr bharat give me time to return the car on 07/05/19 because spares is not available and spares is coming on saturday but today i found that they are repair my old material so why they take 29/04 to 07/05 (9 days) for return my car. Please clear the matter asap. It is very poor service.
                                        Honda Cars India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
