I want to inform you that, I went to PGL Honda service station for 2nd free servicing for my newly purchased Activa 5G. After service i found that my Activa's handle was bend and pulling right side. Again i went there and inform them about my problem but they refuse me after several trial by different service people. Finally they told me that your T is bend and that should be replaced. that amount around Rs4000/- you have to pay. But that T was bend by their service person when he took my bike for washing felt down there.When i told them that was your mistake why should i pay? I also gave complaint in Honda's toll free number ([protected]) but nothing can be done till now. When i call in tollfree number after 3 days somebody took the phone and not listen to me.after 2days somebody called me from service station and told to come with your bike. I went there immediately and they asked about the problem . I told them the problem and they told that you leave your bike here for one day we shall solve your problem. When i received after service i found that my previous problem was not solved but i found another two new problems . The front wheel was not moving and the lock of fibre guard was broken. When i saw and asked service engineer they don't respond me at all. I am giving my bikes Regd. no;- OD 33 W 5041.Service date:[protected],[protected] &[protected]. Job card no:-49407, 47971, 50002.Owners Name;-Prasanta Paikaray, Bhubaneswar. Mobile No;-[protected]. Purchase Date;[protected].
Therefore i request you please solve my problem immediately otherwise i will go to court of law.

    I, swapnil mohanty want to draw your attention towards inconvenient i had faced today.
    It is reported that my car new honda amaze with regd no: od 05 ak 0220 was handed over for 3rd free servicing to highway honda showroom, bhubaneswar on last week's friday date 28/06/19 and got deliver on the same date. However on 01/07/19 that means today, after driving about 70 kms, a red light indicating low engine oil pressure starts blinking. I immediately stopped the car and took assistance of near by garage.
    On checking engine oil lable, it was showing nil oil. And same was intimated to the supervisor who had created my job card with contact number [protected].
    I purchased required engibe oil from the market and took my car to the safe place.
    This is for your kind information and necessary action please.

      I sent my amaze for servicing in last month. While taking the vehicle for service, they checked entire vehicle and recorded status of the vehicle.
      After service the car was sent to me by service center driver. As i am away from home the service center driver parked the vehicle at my apartment cellar and. Handed over the key to my family members. The next day, when i am. Removing the car from parking area, i noticed that the left side front window glass motor is not functioning. Immediately, i complained the same to service center staff over phone. They promised that they will rectify the same by picking up the car by sending driver. But so far even after lapse of one month they have not attende the same. Further when i sent the vehicle to showroom today, they checked the same and stating that the motor need to be replaced.

      If there is complaint of motor of window glass, the service staff are supposed to identify the same during pre-service / post-service checkups..

      Very much unsatisfied with this..

      I purchased honda amaze diesel from the prestige dealership ludhiana on 28 december 2018 but havn't got the RC yet. I am being highly harassed whenever i call them in their office. I have allready filled tons of complaints but haven't got any response till date.

        On 28 june i recd my amaze car in very bad manner after service. Parts got missing, teared matting, petrol upto 100 kms got stolen... So i returned the car...
        Again on receiving back on 30june part wasn't there too... Matty wasn't changed and petrol issue wasn't given preference

        Staff name nitesh sharma talk rudely when confronted... Senior advisor mr. Vinod sharma avoid discussing the issue later once knowing the problem...

        Please do the needful at the earliest...

          Dear sir,
          I bought honda city regn no. Up14dv4487 (Chasis no.- makgm662jjn304651, engine no.- l15z[protected] from axon honda, ghaziabad vide invoice no. Sl24918574, customer id 1-[protected]... On 20 oct 2018.
          I am disappointed to tell you that, i am not very satisfied with your vehicle since beginning.
          I am getting regular service from axon, but last service was done at courtesy honda (Lallyautomobiles) okhla 3 days back 26/06/2019.
          Vehicle gave me trouble today, i stopped at one place in ghaziabad at 6.30 pm while coming back home... But my vehicle didn't start... I tried all numbers of axon and courtesy but no number responded... I got tired trying all help line numbers...[protected]. But didn't respond.

          Some how, i got connected at a numbers[protected] at 18.30, i got some relief when he said he will help me for sure and will send some one soon... But he needed all details... Car regn number/chasis no etc... I gave all details but he said he is not finding my car registered with honda... He will check and call me back.

          But one of most admired car company never helped me... No call back from anybody.

          I managed some how, took my car home by towing it and it started after some time at home... But i want to know what was the reason of not starting... Also an assurance that it will not trouble me again.?

          Also, if this is the service of honda..? Do they care for stranded customer in night.

          I am totally disappointed.

          There is no serious ness in service, points below
          1. No any warranty book is filled,
          2. Anticorrosison was only sold after that nobody took checked it.
          3. No proper demo was given since beginning.
          4. I wanted to connect it internet dongle but was dis couraged.. That this does not work.
          5. All are wanting to have top ratings on paper but no any person is seriously dedicated to work.

          This way, i will never reccomend honda to any of my friends or relative.

          A distressed poor customer.

            I have given my car in service center of authorized honda service in solitaire honda borivali showroom for service and changing oil but still my car is not working properly and given problem by driving. Also jacking while driving again and again also not working in cng before giving in service there is no problems like this. Also not done service properly and my car is heating continuously after driving 2-3 kms.

            Please help me and solve my car problem.

            I m from assam guwahati, I purchased activa 5g 40 days back i.e. on 10 may 2019
            Even I have the same problem with the back wheel not rotating freely as a result consuming more fuel and disturbing by riding too.
            Any suggestion please tell me in my cell phone no. [protected]

              I have given my honda city at paradise honda gorakhpur for the claim and dent work along with general servicing on 5th june 2019. Within 2 days the claim was approved and parts were ordered. They have given the due date ti deliver the vehicle on 22 nd of june 2018 (Total 17 days). I called repeatedly about the servicing process they to wait till 22 nd june. On 22 nd june they told that the servicing is still not done and the vehicle will be delivered on 28th of june. On again calling on 28 th of june they told that the vehicle will now be delivered on 1 st july... His repeated behaviour of irresponsibility regarting on time delivery of service is very pathetic and the servicing not complete in last 25days. I think i have done a very big mistake to choosing honda cars and reccmond not to go for honda cars as the service over gorakhpur is very poor.

                I gave advance to one of the employee named rajeev purohit working in jhansi, castle honda showroom and due to some other reasons i was not able to purchase the wrv car and for which i was told that i will get this amount back in case i dont purchase this car. And now it has been more than 6 months and they are asking for formalities again and again and very oftenly they dont answer my calls. This girl named divya sahu has been talking to me asked for written application and other formalities and now they are asking me to come to the showroom itself to bring my adhar and pan card. Its been 3 weeks since i gave my account details, the reciept and written application and now they are asking me to come to the showroom itself. Also i am very thankful to god that due to some reasons i didnt purchase honda wrv because if such is attitude of cheat and disrespect by employees and owners, i am glad that i dodnt chose honda and nor will recommend honda to anyone. If i didnt get my amount back i will go to the court and rest you know how the image of your company will sink.

                  I have a honda jazz car i met with an accident 15 days back so i went to a shubh honda car service center for body shop work they have given me the time of 10days delivery and after 10 days no one is serving the call and no one is answering since last five days. I’m facing alot problem and there is no one to even reply no one is receiving the calls.

                    Sir, i would like to report the poor service offered from perfect honda, trivandrum showroom. I had visited the service centre on june 13 for a general service. My car (Honda amaze) was having a issue with the clutch pedal which was showing unnecessary sounds wen pressed. Since it was very disturbing, and was increasing day by day, i thought of visiting the service centre under “ perfect honda “ situated near aakkulam bridge, trivandrum. I reported the issue repeatedly to the service personnel and he agreed to correct the issue. After about 4 and half hours, the vehicle was delivered to me telling that the issue has been corrected. On checking the same, i found that the problem is still prevailing and the service personnel told that the sound will gradually decrease on running. But the issue is still prevailling and i am very much disappointed with the service provided by the dealer.

                      Dear sir
                      I am having honda mobilio bearing vehicle number tn09-bx-7183. Suddenly my power steering is not functioning and very difficult to maneuver the steering like manual one.
                      I gave the vehicle to sundaram honda on 24th june'2019. Unfortunately they do not have any spare controller or required part to diagnose the problem.
                      Service engineer from sundaram honda chennai says they need to wait for another honda mobilio customer to visit them for a service then they will use their vehicle part to fix in my car to find the fault. Doesn't sound good but fact remains the same. 4 days have passed, my vehicle is not touched due to no other mobilio vehicle has come for service or repair.in case, if they don't get another vehicle for a month or two then i cannot use the vehicle for two months and use uber or ola for my commute.
                      I am terribly disappointed how such two large organization can function without even having or given such spares and running service offices.
                      Now, i feel, it would be good to own maruthi brand vehicles for them to service faster and their parts will be available anywhere and they also ensure their service partners invest and keep some spares for them to find faults before they communicate customer about the issues.
                      Hope, you will take this complaint strongly in a right manner and do the needful for my vehicle to get repaired in a faster manner for me to use honda again.

                        Cheated by not changing the cabin air filter. After fought changed with new one. Same time more than half tank fuel theft. I was exhausted to ask many problems which raised by them hence i lost patience then i moved without claiming that amount. But they given in writing saying rs 1000 to be reduced in future bill towards fuel theft by uppal body shop. I was behinding for that continuously. Still it is in pending. On 28th june today made me to wait for more than 1 hour. The worst service which i ever had.

                        Date of incident : 24 jan 2019
                        Without doing teflon coating just charged. I was forced to pay every thing.

                        I approached to mr dhanaseshekaran for these activities. He is trying to satisfy with only words.

                        Can i get some reply from honda or this is also a waste of time.

                          I had applied for a job through social media and later got a call from some company which told me that they are from honda.

                          The person called me and took my interview on call and later some how they send me an offer letter on my mail id which was a well written letter with honda logo on it and some how they still manipulated me with things and told me to pay an amount for the clothes.

                              I would like to inform you that I went to Sundaram Honda, chennai for service on 17th of June 2019. But till date it cannot be serviced because of lack of supply of spares from Honda.
                              I raised a complaint to Honda customer care vide communication ID No.1-[protected]. but while calling they are saying they will revert soon on the issue. but even after 4 th call they are not responding and no bode can able to say the time of supply of spares .

                              Kindly resolve the said issue on Top priority basis.

                                I always buy a 2 wheeler from honda company as it always gave me a very worthy experience, but it was about one and half years before in an accident i lost all my honda hornet 160 's paper so i went to the showroom n/s honda, swang, dist. Bokaro, jharkhand from where i bought my bike and paid all money for renewal of my bikes insurance and new paper work to be made as i've lost but it has been more than a year the owner neither gave me the paper nor he did insurance of my bike and neither he returned money. He always says he'll do it on next day and the day never came. I'm very disappointed with such behavior and thinks not to buy bike from a dealer like that again

                                    Honda cr-v 2009, this all cars i have already own
                                    And was also planning to buy honda city cvt 2019 model
                                    And i also own a workshop and i always suggest honda to my family and friends group

                                    Now my concern is about service, i always send my car to honda gopinathji bharuch
                                    Whenever i keep my car for service they don't keep most of the spares they always keep saying we have to order spares on top of that they ask advance money
                                    So this is the main concern that they don't keep spares in stock even break pad or any other running product for the service
                                    Now my honda city 2012 model windshield is broken by the stone
                                    I called honda gopinathji mr. Karan in service department he told me to order windshield and pay advance
                                    They can't even check the records of last service
                                    Or they can't even know a honda geniue owner
                                    How can a person wait a week just for the windshield

                                    And on top of that i called mr. Milan patel from accident department he gave answer which was unbelievable
                                    He told me that we keep stock for 2015 or 2016 model
                                    We don't keep stock for 2012 as the company has discontinue the production of the car
                                    Now what should i do for this car should i throw that car in scarp just because company has stop manufacturing that model
                                    What if someone who is out of station had a same problem and faced the same problem will he also have to wait a week
                                    Or i always have to wait for the spares
                                    Kindly check and look forward to this issue

                                      Their representative has picked car from my home for the service on[protected] am approx and again dropped the car at 11.50 am saying that we can not service it as you have purchased the car from other dealer.

                                      I had the service packege (Attached) from honda where it is clearly mentioned that i can service it anywhere in india (Point no. 7 in service package attached).

                                      As gopinathji honda bharuch is denying to service my car just because it is purchased from other dealers, i am very upset and dissatisfy by the service from a renown brand like honda.

                                      I request you to please look into the matter and resolve my problem as soon as possible.
                                      Anyone can relocate to anywhere in india so its very bad approach from a dealer to deny service just for the silly reason.

                                      It is affecting the brand name and service quality.
                                      Its now difficult to trust that even after your intervention, if gopinathji honda will be ready to service my car, they wont do it properly.

                                      Hope to get a positive reply from you soon.

                                        Dear team,

                                        I, hemant pugalia had purchased a car (Honda jazz) from one of your dealers - pinnacle honda in the month of january, 2019.

                                        Within a couple of months of driving the car i figured out that there is something wrong with the electric supply in the car and needed attention. I had notified the same to the service centre and a supervisor (So called) was sent to my residence for inspection. Instead of inspecting the car and addressing the issue he somehow managed to convince me that it was probably my misconception.

                                        16th june, sunday i had taken my kids to the mall for some shopping. As we got in to the car to start back home, the car refused to take ignition. I was left stranded at the mall parking bay for almost 45 mins before the car started again. I adjudged it to be a fuel problem since it only had 2 bars showing on the meter. This was however proved wrong on 19th june, wednesday when i was visiting dhulagarh (37 kms from my residence) for some work. The same problem appeared again and this time it was not for the fuel, since the fuel percentage was 75% approx. I was then sure that there is something terribly wrong with the car. I called the service centre to which they responded well and agreed to toe the car, if required, to their service station. However i suggested them to wait for sometime before they arrange for the pick up as i assumed that the car will start off again just like the previous incident. Luckily the car started after almost 2 hours and i drove straight to the service centre for the issue to be addressed.

                                        After 2 days i received a call from the engineer from the service station looking after the issue stating that the problem has been resolved and that they want to keep the car for one more day under observation. Though not very happy about this, i agreed to give them one more day. I finally got my car today on an assurance that the issue has been resolved.

                                        I have my elderly grand parents who need medical attention on and off. My brother drove my grand mother for an ecg to apollo hospitals in the honda jazz since her bp was not normal. Post her test the car gave up again living my family stranded in the middle of an emergency like situation.

                                        I fail to understand the following :
                                        1. Why would this happen to a car which is not even 6 months old?
                                        2. Are there not enough parameters or checklists to ensure a normal car to a user before handovers?
                                        3. Why was the service center so reluctant when i had first notified the issue within 8 weeks of purchasing the car?
                                        4. Why was the issue not resolved after keeping the car for 3 long days? Is your service station not efficient enough?

                                        The above mentioned case is a complete reflection of negligence from both delivery and service authorities. I am shocked to the core with such services and products from a company like yours. I have been driving cars from different brands like maruti and hyundai for over 15 years. I chose honda this time around as i thought i want an upgrade to a better and a refined engine. But i am utterly disappointed with the car and the service in less than 6 months of purchasing it.

                                        I demand a detailed explanation on such negligence and quality checks during handovers/delivery of a newly purchased car. Also who will be taking responsibility and ownership of such a disastrous display of gross negligence.
                                        I need an immediate response on the aforementioned issue.
