Dear sir,

My self purchased a honda city vx (Petrol) on december 2018 from ring road honda, new delhi, but there was some little noise from sunroof / roof/ pillar side.

I use curtsy honda, okhla new delhi for free service. I am raise this noise issue in first service but no improvement done and at the time of second service we raise this issue / complaint again but they were not rectify the same even then they were not diagnose that why this noise raise.in fact noise is increasing day by day.

Requested to you please get it resolve my issue as soon as posible.

Dear Sir,

My self purchased a Honda City VX (petrol) on December 2018 from Ring Road Honda, New Delhi, but there was some little noise from sunroof / roof/ pillar side.

I use Curtsy Honda, Okhla New Delhi for free service. I am raise this noise issue in first service but no improvement done and at the time of second service we raise this issue / complaint again but they were not rectify the same even then they were not diagnose that why this noise raise. In fact noise is increasing day by day.

    Our car reg, no ts09eb0507 (Honda city) was sent for servicing as the clutch was very hard. They kept the car for two days and an amount of rs. 11750 was charged. This car was purchese three years back from the same dealer. This car belongs to a private ltd. Company. Being a pvt. Ltd company the income tax rules prohibits company to pay more than 10, 000 rupees in cash. When the invoice was raised by pride honda-hyderabad,. A cheque was issued they refused to accept the check and demanded payment in cash. We were paying servicing charges to pride honda through check earlier. When this was brought to their notice. The service engineer informed that the rules have been modified and if we want to pay the check the vehicle will be handed over after three more days after the check is realised. We did not have any other option but to make payment in cash to get back the vehcle because of inconvinience.

      I have purchased wr-v (Petrol) on dtd. 29.11.2017 from cartech honda, naroda, ahmedabad. Since then i have so many problem due to sunroof whatever the reason. Initially the dealer has installed new sunroof and claim the same from my insurance. After sometimes same problem happen then dealer has repaired the same. Now after this repairing the same is not working properly. I booked complain in honda toll free no. Vide complain no.1-[protected] on dtd 23.04.19 which is not resolved yet. Now the insurance co. Said due to two times repairing of sunroof the roof is demaged and not repaire properly.
      My complain is why company made such low quality sunroof?
      Due to this reason each and every time i have to paid insurance claim fee, lapse no claim bonus, mental disturbance, my work suffer without car for morethan 20 days every time.
      I request to take this car back and return my money

        I am very unsatisfied with honda service i have honda jazz car and my car is under claim for service and surveyer is approved all the damage parts and the same has been confirmed to mr abhisek kumar apart from this side without my permission or not take any approval from surveyer side he was change my honda car parts i. E bumper grille could you please confirm me who is approve to change the parts without my confirmation i don't receive any single calls from mr abhishek kumar. I think it's 100% fraud done by abhishek kumar i am very munch angry. Please take necessary action for this case otherwise i will go consumer forum and the same story escalated in twitter, fb and whtsapp group please help.

            Dear sir
            I purchased a new amaze in november 2018 from pinkcity honda jaipur. I found some issues with shock absorbers, i noticed abnormal sound when any speed breaker or uneven road comes during driving.
            I informed this problem when i get first service at pinkcity honda jaipur service station, they said it has been fixed now. But they didn't fixed problem.
            Even 2/3 service i complaint at service station and phoned at customer care but nobody listen.
            When i asked service station they dont give me satisfactory answer.
            I request you please look into the matter and instruct pinkcity honda to solve my issue earliest possible, otherwise i have to go consumer court next week.

              Dear team,

              I am being honda cars owner regularly get my car service done from aryodaya nexmove pvt ltd service center located at nagpur. It is frequently obsrved that they are not genuinly looking into the service and apply false payment without any work done and cheat the customer.

              I faced this issue recently, i had given my car to the service center as regular service and also explained my problems to the executive. For ex. My ac was not working. Upon delivery they confirmed that they have repaired it and working fine and also applied the huge charges for the same.

              When i started driving car i noticed that its not working and i provided the feedback to them and resend the car for the same. They again put huge charges for repair however they had already taken the charges from in earlier service.

              Please look into this matter and help me!
              As this might be happening with many customers. I am being valuable honda customer is very much disappointed with this service and raising big question on honda dignity.

                Hi there,

                I had bought Honda Amaze on August 2018 and found some issues with shock absorbers. I had noticed that a not so easily recognizable noise was coming from beneath.
                At first time when this noise was noticed I had informed this to the service team during my first service at Vision Honda Pathanamthitta and they told it was fixed and no issues with the shock and they tightened some parts. However, I heard the sound again and we informed the same issues again to technicians on 2nd service, then they found that there was some issues with shock, and they had informed this to Honda Co. and are waiting for advise to proceed.

                From February till date vision honda is saying that they didn't get any conformation email from Honda to repair the issue.
                The car is under warranty and I don't know why they need confirmation.

                  Request to hcil to help your one of esteemed customer myself for new honda amaze car with resistration no. Hr26dp3481 for below problem and to early deterotion of car parts and ring road honda dealer sector 18 gurgaon not supporting to investigate for root causes and claim for out of warrent for below issue
                  1) poor quality of ac vent plastinc moulding automatically come out
                  2) intermitttenly brake system abnormal sound and jerkin with vibration car stop during braking
                  3) car tire earlu busted and car stearing wheel vibrate from one month over 80kmph speed

                  Request to resolve issue under warrent and go for actual root causes.

                    One month before my car (Kl-40-k-8000), honda city was given to vision motors muvatupuzha for accidental repair work. The paint job was not good... The interrior of the car was not cleaned after the repair work... The viper motor is not working till now... Is this how you guys treat your customers... I am really disappointed in your services... I payed 1, 60, 000/- rs and i was not happy with your works... I was abroad and because of that made this mail take this much of time to reach you. Hope you will take initiative and do the needful.

                      Honda car servicing is too lag, today ie, 28/04/2019 i given a car for wax polishing, general checking and allignmenting actually yesterday i willing to give for servicing but due to lots of cars are there it will take time. So i book for servicing on sunday i given the car at 10.50am till now 2.32pm they did nt given the car.
                      I told yesterday to the booking caller of vision honda car kottayam kerala, they told me that you can wait they will give faster if it will take too much time why dont you inform about this.

                        Couple of days back my car was getting heated too much, there was smoke seen from the bonnet and smell was coming. I left my car on the road and took help of honda roadside assistance service to take my car to nearest authorized service centre crystal honda at bavdhan, pune. They put my car for 80+ kms trial run and then could identify the problem with fan. They rectified the problem and charging me inspection charges even though it is in warranty. They are not able to provide me home drop also. The person speaks very rudely also. Did not expect such treatmenr from honda dealer. I purchased honda jazz 1.5 years back.

                            Honda failure!!! Shame on brand

                            I have purchased brand new honda amaze at whitefield honda bangalore. Still the car didn't complete 4000kms. While i am heading to kurnool from banglore, all of a sudden car stopped on middle of highway near anantapur. So new car has been towed to nearby honda showroom in anantapur - premium honda. After the car has been examined by the technician, they told me that petrol pump failure and they want the car in showroom for 10days to get the part replaced. This is not at all fair honda. No one can except such poor quality and manufacturing defects from honda.

                            I believed in honda and it was my first car.!!! Honda is having such a big infrastructure and brand but cannot make atleast better cars and needed 10 days to replace a part. Shame!!!

                              My car up32 ey 0514 amaze diesel is regularly serviced in aracelli honda lucknow.
                              6-7 months back when i asked them to change battery of my car keys... While servicing.
                              They broke my car keys while changing battery and promised me to change it with new one.
                              But till today they have done nothing and only say “part is not in stock. “ “govind will contact you” “we will let you know when keys are available”

                              This is what we get in authorised service centers!!!

                                We handed the car in vijayawada honda showroom for accidental repair for bumper. The new painting for the bumper is not matching with the car colour.

                                Car headed date: 27/03/2019

                                Till now the car is not handled to me and the response is nill from the showroom. Why the paint is not matching even in the honda showroom. How can we trust the honda cars and showrooms.

                                  I want to know this is real or fake.
                                  They say that i give them 25000inr and they give me 2crores 45lakhs and one honda car.
                                  In that mail in last two options for accept and no accept.
                                  After that name of delivery compeny and i should give original id proof to them.
                                  So, i am thinking about your great and usefull reply.

                                    I had purchased new honda amaze vcvt from viva honda santacruz, mumbai on 18 april 2019 (Today is 25 april 2019). However, i noticed that the brake system was fully rusted. I was told that it is a 2019 model. I am surprised that the car recently manufactured had developed such rust. Also it is dangerous to drive with such rusted parts. I was under the assumption that honda products are genuine and of very high quality. I am disappointed and demand for immediate replacement of my car.

                                      I have bought a automatic honda amaze car recently, to my utter surprise and astonishment there are no lights for engaging gears at night. On contacting the dealership they were not aware of this and were unable to help. A basic feature like this missing from a car maker who claims for best cars in its category speaks volumes of their character and misleading the customers.
                                      How can anybody shift gears at night without knowing if he is engaging the car in right gear.
                                      Kindly address my concern at your earliest and resolve this.

                                        I have given my car on insurance claim and that has been settled amicably by paying rs.1000/- as documents charges on 22/04/2019 but while checking the car on 23/04/19 i found out that minor scratch came on right side of the car. The same i informed to service manager at but he is saying that scratch has already been there and i have to claim insurance for that but why should i claim the insurance for the fault of service's staff... Plz resolve my issue at the earliest as i have chosen honda after thorough research and study as my family first car due to to your brand image and loyalty towards your customers. Plesee do something to retain my believe in you...
