As I reached honda chhawani, padrauna, kushinagar . I got slot no. 20 but this people doing service without scheduled. For example I saw they removed token number for repairing 23rd number vehicle . This all happening under ashutosh mishra who is doing this all for money which he got over bill. Please look further. Because it damage the value of Honda .
I asked for proper channel to complain but this ashutosh mishra declined to have even a logbook to complain

    Dear Sir,
    My car UP14 DX 0435 was taken for 2nd service at Capital Cars Pvt. Ltd. Patparganj industrial area, New Delhi.
    I am sorry to mention that no body has properly inspected and checked the car before delivery to the customer.
    1. Car is dirty from outside as well as inside also.
    2. Dashboard is full of dust.
    3. Mud flapper is loosely fitted and having mud over it.
    4. Bonnet is having lot of dust and finger marks
    5. Side areas are dirty (greasy)
    It is for your kind information to take suitable corrective action at the earliest.

      I had purchased a top end Honda amaze diesel in Nov 2018. I had no problem with he car till last month. suddenly on morning the car would not start.I thought the battery was the problem, got a new battery, even then the car did not start. suddenly after going through the owners manual, i tried pairing the ignition keys and the car started. Immeditely, i took the car to the authorised Honda service dealer at Mysore, who after thoroughly checking it for a day pronounced it to be alright. After two weeks again, the car would not start, I called for roadside assistance and the assigned mechnic said that there is no battery problem, but the pairing of the remote controller with the ignition switch is faulty. I would like to request you to kindly see that the ignition switch /remote is replaced so that I am not subjected to future breakdown.
      I am a senior citizen aged 70 yrs and would appreciate your assistance

        We purchased a Honda city car bearing no.mh30/AZ5464 on 4.12.18.front tyres of Bridgestone bursted 3 times on 18.12.18-935 Kms, 9.4.19-4664 Kms & 26.5.19-6000 Kms. Without going to root cause analysis of frequent tyre bursting Mr.kalim is blaming customer, particularly when we already used cars of different companies since last more than 30 yrs.but no such incident happened.all times tyres damaged badly. We know the status of Indian road & not sure if this car is not designed for Indian roads. We never drive vehicle more than 65kms.Tube less tyres should be last for a while & can not go flat immediately. We bought above car 16.34 lakhs now really feel disappointed. Travelling by vehicle with apprehension of serious accident. You have no right to play with the lives of customers. We are asking what we deserve " The quality product from Honda for what we have paid to Honda. Replace vehicle immediately or repay amount with interest. We are reserving our right to file civil & criminal cases.

          Dear concern,
          Greetings!!

          4th June morning I given my car Amaze- RJ-45-CD-4092 at Tristar Honda Service Center at Jaipur for left doors small dating-painting work.
          But even after their commitment of delivery in 3-4 days, so far they are not willing to deliver my car. Since this morning they are doing false communication, saying same statement car is painting. After 7 days of car received, they started paint today. Initial 3 days they just wait for insurance survey. If these insurance companies (even empanel with Honda) why we bound to pay heavy premium (28K paid for first insurance). They have very rude staff, GM not respond calls, no courtesy in their staff. When I call Advisor in afternoon, he spoken very rudely "Im doing lunch now, call me later".
          What an unprofessional behavior and culture of Tristar Team, Im feeling very bad and pity.
          Looking forward to hear from Honda India side, or else I need to go to consumer forum for this.

            Hi,

            I own a honda jazz petrol manual smt that i bought in February 2017.

            Dealer - CAPITAL HONDA, OMR, CHENNAI

            The top speed that honda commit for Jazz petrol is 165-175 kms.
            And there are other owners posting videos of their Jazz reaching 170 km/hr easily.

            But it has been observed that my car get stuck on 145 km/hr speed. Even though there is more to accelerate, it does not go above 145km / hr.
            It seems to be kind of a speed limiter due to which i am not able to drive it above 145.

            I sent my car to service centre's - olympia Honda ambatur chennai, they did their checks and scanning from their end and nothing was wrong according to them.
            They denied to take a road test due to safety issues and that is fine to me, i understand.

            But this is very dissappointing for me that if honda is commiting a top speed of 165 km/hr, then their might be an issue with my car due to which i am not able to drive.

            Either commit a top speed of 145 km/hr or give me a reason please as what is the issue with my car and fix it.

            Service centres are not able to help me anymore with this.

            I want a solution for this asap or i have to question the commitment of honda.

              This seems to be a lot of trust lost towards the dealership where I had noticed a unprofessional act which took place in the recent service taken place sundaram honda coimbatore 27.05.18
              I had been charged for the replacement or top up of wiper washer fluid, it looks like the wiper fluid or that portion had been untouched.
              Just wanted to make sure on what basis they charged for replacement of the particular part/ item.
              In Case of any other problem in the wiper water reservoir or tank they should have informed me in prior and left me with the bill charged and item being untouched.
              So pathetic service is the feeling which clicked to my mind.

              It was on the issue on small concern which was charged and the same query on the wiper fluid was addressed by the dealership breakdown personnel . As per his inspection the wiper fluid or solution was not available and only water was in the wiper reservoir.
              The integrity on the brand and also the dealership service had broken down.
              It was identical that I had to switch over to another favourable service center of some other dealer irrespective of distance from my house.
              Dear sir,
              This is a grievance which had become a worst of behaviour change towards a customer where the dealership Sundaram Honda is doing what they can to cover up the mistake under the bush by various means.
              A small issue had been addressed by the breakdown in charge, service manager and the department head mr.balamurugan of coimbatore .
              During the conversation it was an answer I got from him saying that if I as a customer feel so bad service experience in sundaram, he doesn't mind even I going to another dealer for future events.
              On what basis he had come to the solution for that moment is an unresolved answer.
              Also he had been showing up his agitation for covering the issue.
              For a small Amount of around RS.50, the wiper fluid which was unchanged in my car, they are debating on what they had failed to do in service and only trying to give silly handicapped reasons.
              They themselves had shown a Cctv footage of a Honda City white similar car of my type being serviced that too on June 4th.
              My car was serviced during last month end 27th (may). How the people are having super power of taking a car video footage and showing me that they have changed the flud inside the wiper water reservoir.
              Also the manager who had addressed me says that do not believe in what the dealership's break down person says as he would have been wrong in assumption of wiper water reservoir with fluid mixed or not. That results that either the break down person Is not qualified or dealership is trying to cover up the queries arised on the issue said above.
              Had lots of trust on TVS, where it was proved today that for a small amount of 50 rupees they are debating and it's a risky business where tomorrow I bring the car for any warranty issues.
              Also another thing I wanted to say is the service head says to take my car to any other dealer for service. First of all what is his issue.
              Looking forward to the right solution from your end. I had no hope on others that's why I had approached you in this above said issue.

                This is to inform you that, i have purchased a Honda Amaze Car on 21.08.2018 for personal use. so far it has been single handled and ran about 6600 kms. approximately.
                Today (07.06.2019) i took the car from my house (Veema Nagar, near JIPMER campus) to Manakula Vinayagar Institute of Technology (Madhagadipet, Villupuram) to drop my daughter to write Ph.D. entrance exam. After dropping her, immediately i tried to return home at 10.30 A.M, but the car not getting started . Inspite of trying several times, i was not able to start the car. Immediately, i called RSA through[protected]. After registered the complaint at 11.49 A.M (complaint No.s is 191493) till 1.00 P.M. no answer received. Hence, i called the local dealer of Honda Amaze, there they told me to contact Mr. Ramesh Babu, whose no. is [protected]. Immediately i contacted him atleast to relive me and take care of my vehicle as i have to pick up my daughter and go.. In response to that, Mr. Ramesh Babu answered that, he didn't receive any complaint and he was not in a position to assist. In the meantime, a technical assistant whose no. is [protected] has come at 1.29 p.m. and he said, it won't work and it has to be toed. Then he said toeing vehicle will come and toe your car to the service centre which is Capital Honda at Thavalakuppam, Puducherry.

                Inspite of speaking from person to person and running from pillar to post, nothing had happened till 3.30 p.m. After 3.30 p.m. toeing vehicle has come and he had seen the car. As it is a newly purchased vehicle, he said, he will try. Fortunately, the car was started and he went off and advised to go to service centre without running the A/c. As he said, i dropped the vehicle at the service centre at 5.30 p.m., in the Capital Honda, Thavalakuppam. I asked my close relatives to pick up my daughter and drop her again for second exam in the afternoon.

                The whole day got ruined like this. While buying a car, your sales personnel speaks lot of things but nothing has worked out. they said, so many things, toll charges we can... RSA will work in an effective manner... but to my surprise... today i exhausted my whole energy into it.

                Initially i tried to buy ETIOS becuase toyato service is always good. But one of my students has recommended this Amaze and i bought it.

                While speaking to the Manager he was also irresponsible. In such circumstances, what should the consumer do? This poor service, unethical behaviour need to be changed and improve your service. This mental agony wont replaced by anyone. so please respond to this and also advise your staff, roof level personnel to act immediately and do good service, also to satisfy your customer which will help your business more.

                  Respected sir/madam,
                  I had bought cd110 dream bike from bhalai honda pathankot on 26-may-2018.
                  In early the bike has problem of putting second gear and missing
                  I had complained about it but the problem had not been solved by the authorities.
                  One time its silencer had been changed.
                  At 10865 km the bikes engine ceased
                  After that engine kit! Has been changed by the service centre but after few days later the engine again statred giving voice
                  I had left my bike on 29-may-2019 and today is 5-june-2019.
                  I am not satified with your product and services.
                  Please look carefully towards this issue..

                      I'm mg. Balamurugan, im an advocate practicing in madras high court, i'm owning a honda city car, (Tn.12c 6665) for service backup, i used to visit olimbia honda service ambathur, for morethen a three months i found too much of engine shaking and over heating, radiator fan working in high speed, engine red light alert, in dashboard, i visited olimbia honda service ambathur, with all this complaint, but no proper service, and irresponsible service backup, of olimbia honda service team, thay couldn't solve my car issue, you can check my car history, in olimbi honda service register, on 03.06.2019, my car engine didn't start, with the help of the alliance rodeside assistant my car taken to the olimbia honda ambathur, today 05.06.2019 i received a call from olimbia honda service they told me, that there is leakage of coolant that's reason engine got heated, a major problem your car engine anytime may go dead, pay rs.2.5 lakhs, to solve the issue, i'm shocked the way he spoke, i'm omimg with the complaint for same issue for three times, within two months, now my doubt is the honda petrol engine life, is only 70, 000 thousands only, or the worsten service team of honda olimbia,, i'm not a technician to find and solve the issue of the car, simply i can bring my car for a authorized service center, solving the technical problem of the car, i'm suffering a lot now, because of i chose for honda.

                        I am having honda city having car no up 32 fv 4664 and the same i have send earlier for body workshop for repair, almost a month was crossed and somehow the car was repaired and while the dealer driver was taking the car back to my place, he again got the car dented which the same went back for repair .

                        now after 1 months finally my car came back and after that there is some problem in car breaks and in the display the abs light and the hand break light is continuously blinking .
                        i have requested the authorised dealer i.e araceli honda dealer for the last whole month to arrange the pick n drop service and get my car fixed .
                        but they have yet not arranged the pick up neither my car is repaired.
                        i am thinking to file a case in the consumer forum against the dealer and the company

                          Myself manjarika mishra.. I had face yesterday a very strange and horrible situation. After fani in orissa my black honda city car was damaged front bumper. I was meet one of the service head person whose name is mr. Kalim at highway honda, bhubaneswar showroom, near bhubaneswar highway. The person who received my car and we were discussing what are my requirements..in between he gave my car key to one person for security check and to see the damage. I have no idea about all this.. After few minutes one person came and said madam pls signed the papers.. Where we all put what you had i sidd the car. That is my big mistake without read the papers i signed. Yesterday when i went to their showroom to bring back my car i was surprised to see each and every one attitude. From afternoon to evening 6.40 i was there and i found my radio antenna, my pen drive, my manual book which always kept inside my car are missing...in the security check book they were not mentioned all this and surprisingly first audio box is in cabinet which is not mention the check list.. I was call mr gaurav chakrabarti who is service head, staying at kolkota. But all of them not ready to listen anythings. Most importantly i got a bill where they charged general checkup. And i paid all the money. But surprised to see when i start the car my front light is not working.. I was calling mr kalim and ask him.. He said it is not included but he will do it... Is this true or every body facing all this trouble at this highway honda service center. I paid 17.141 rupees but sorry to say that i lost my all stuff. No my radio is not working.. My front light is not working my manual book is missing. No humanity..

                          Very painful.. I will never ever visit this showroom again. But i will surely file a consumer case because there is no camera is working.. So i hope i will recieved a good response from your side

                            I am using 2 honda cars bought from same dealer harmony honda chandigarh! It’s been almost 5 years that i have been dealing with harmony honda and the kind of service they provide is pathetic / useless! They don’t value the time and money of their customers at all! From last 4.5 years i have been complaining about the washing issues which still are not addressed and from recent past other issues like ac not working etc are also not addressed by dealer when car was sent for servicing! Everytime they come up with a stupid solution that pls send your car we will see! Do they think we are at their service all the time? Pissed off with this dealership
                            And staff handling customers! I want this complaint to reach the top
                            Most seat in honda cars so that they should know what these dealers are treating their brand and making customers think twice going to the showroom!

                              Hi,

                              I bought Honda amaze VAT 2019 model in the month of March. It is just 2 month of driving that yesterday it's front left tyre jumped into small section of damaged road. Damaged road was neither too deep nor alarming. It is normal patch that we see in India.

                              But to my surprise, tyre was damaged badly. And I had to change the tyre on the highway.

                              I don't expect such a major cut in tyre, this is clearly a security breach on a thing which costs you more than 7.5 lakh.

                              I need an explanation for this incident as well I need tyre replacement.

                                Quality issue.
                                Iam a first time car buyer and i bought honda city (Mh 46 bk 1659) 06 months back for its reliablity.
                                Reason - the vehicle stopped thrice while traveliing from mumbai to pune and my family had to push the vehicle off road. So the perception of reliable and safe vehice has vanished.

                                Service issue.
                                During my third service at honda hallmark panvel on 14.05.2019 i informed the technician that my vehicle stooped on steep gradient on kandala ghat and it started after 10 minutes of trying. That was a very dangerous situation. But the defect was not rectified or may not be examined during the service of vehicle. Being a first car owner i tought it as a minor technical issue.
                                On 31.05.2019 i went to pune and the vehicle again stopped in front of military engineering college pune when your technician checked the vehicle and informed that the fuel pump is not working. He called his superior and informed that that vehicle needed to be toed to service station. However he said to try after some time and it may start. I waited for 30 minutes no toeing vehicle came. I tried again and it started so i went for my work and decided to give the vehicle at panvel service station after coming back to mumbai.

                                On 01.06.2019 while returing the vehicle again stopped twice on road in chincwad pune. I called road side assistance. It was informed that person from company will come and take charge. However toeing vehicle came and he took the vehicle to deccan honda at pimpri pune. He did not gave any acknowledgement of vehicle takeover so i had to go with him at 10 pm leaving my family to the service station. Even there the watchman and some staff did not gave any receipt of taking vehicle in custody and told to come on monday.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I am jagdeep kaushik, i had done my honda amaze car service on 20/05/2019 from opulent automobiles pvt. Ltd. Jind service center. I reached at service point as per my book time on 20 may 2019 at 9:30 a. M.
                                  1. My first complain is that there is less man power for working in service area so that once we give for service, they take so much time. I give my car for servicing at 9:30 a. M. And receives my car at 6:00 p. M. There are no main mechanic only 1 or 2 junior mechanic who did the service. But here i says that at their best knowledge they done their duty well. But my all-day spoils in this. Whenever it takes maximum 3 to 4 hours in the service. I also complain to the authority of honda service station regarding this on my last service done by agency round about 6 months before. But it has same as pervious.
                                  2. My second complain is that if i get insurance from honda then i didn’t face any type of problem to call claim. But this time i get my insurance from any other insurance company. I request to manager that i want estimate bill copy for get insurance claim. But they didn’t give me estimated bill copy regarding my parts. I continuously requested them for 3 days please to give me. But they dissemble says that it is open from kaithal servive station we have not to power for given this and the employee of kaithal service station was on leave. But at all above they gives very mentally harassment to me. Lastly i strongly says him that i will complain regarding this to your higher authority then they give me the estimated bill copy after 3 days. Sir i suggested to my friends that purchase the honda car and their service engineer were very cooperative and do all things very neatly. I had done last 2 service mr. Sandeep was engineer there he has full knowledge of work and also servicing the car very effectively.
                                  3. In now days there is very hot all are known about this, even generator was also dead so there is no electricity provision also not make. There are 3 to 4 customers are also comes for servicing all are fade up from the servicing working.

                                  Here i am write above things for your kind information and necessary action taken so that honda is world top class brand name, on behalf of a customer i didn’t want to spoil the name of company.

                                  Booked Honda city from Vivan honda -Ajmer. About a month ago. Process for loan and all done very well. Now they received disbursment from bank so they have money and not delivering vehicle. It is a clear case of fraud from Honda Dealer. Need help from honda. It is a Prestige of honda which is on stake due to this.

                                    I had purchased a honda city car on 24.09.2017 from stallion honda, lucknow. Though it has been my worst ever experience in purchase of a car with this dealer, but that is now a gone issue.
                                    Since i purchased the car, i am complaining to the service centre standard honda, lucknow that my steering is running very hard, but it has not yet been resolved. I am being told that honda steering is normally hard in comparison to other brands. It is so hard that i have generated pain in my right hand and doctor has diagnosed that this may be reason.
                                    I want that some expert technician from company should inspect my vehicle and resolve the issue.

                                      Honda city chassis no. Makgm858kf4104858; engine no. N15a12420585;
                                      Registration no. Ch01be9331. Its rear doors after opening, closed at its own without stop. Checkers of the doors replaced and charged rs.917.02 towards cost and labour and gst thereon. My car is having extended warranty and charge is made on the ground that the same is termed to be a moving part. Door of the car and its hinges and checkers are not a moving part in the car, therefore, is covered under extended warranty and requires refund.
                                      2. Door open and close switch on the key developed a fault and the same is also refused for its replacement free of charge on the ground that it is the remote of the key which has developed fault. I pointed out that the locks in the car are incomplete without its key and in case it is not covered under extended warranty, then why are you making fool of customers by selling them extended warranty? Key/ locks have not been replaced.

                                        I had a purchase honda grazia scotty on 15/04/2019 from todi honda (225c ajc bose road minto park) kolkata-700020 and c/f already done on 23/04/2019 but still now i dont getting my number and tax token, when i call there office then they should be told me every time next document will coming. Still 45days gone but no update form todi honda.
