Rear suspension very hard and side indicator not working

I am p k patel using honda wrv (Vehicle in my company name details given below) in dehradun since 2017
I found rear suspension of the car is very very stiff. Person sitting the back seats feels that he is sitting in a tractor and not in a premium car when it passes trough a rough road.

Again there is same issue honda service center persons are asking again again for money for servicing already we have made payment for servicing and now they are creating new issue like engine work is there and spark work but before giving service there is no issue like this.
