Dear sir,
1 please refer to my previous complaint today.
2 service center rep has informed me that starting problem of my veh is due to defective fuel pump for which order has been placed but it is beyond warranty period so i have to pay the cost.
3 it is highly disappointing to know that fuel pump of honda city turned defective just running 15644 km or so, it doesn't go well with the reputation of the company. Secondly, the part is not available with service center at dhankwadi pune meaning that car is not available till coming tue or wednesday.
4 honda city is a respectable brand and it is not at all expected that an important part like fuel pump would give away so early at just 15000 km. Though part may be beyond warranty period yet it is too early for fuel pump getting defective and expect senior company officials look in to this matter and live up to trust we have on your company by replacing defective fuel pump free of cost.

    We are buy a wr-v topend car in 2018 month of march in the city of rajahmundry-andhra pradesh, almost all the car is running nearly 12000km till today, within the period we changed break pads 2times, generally break pads need to change more then 25000km after, but in my issue not like that even shore room people also not give clarity on this, i have more then 15years driving experience this my 5th car before i am not face like this. So i request please rectify as early hopefully waiting of your reply. Otherwise i will take another step. Thank you

      I have honda shine dx just 4months... I hav serviced my vehicle 1&2service at muthoot honda, kozhenchery, pathanamthitta district, kerala, india. But the service was not satisfying.. They are not giving special attention to free service customer.. While giving estimated time during vehicle receiving not properly doing.. Free service vehicle only getting at 5pm, and customer feed back form not issuing

        While taking up my car after servicing navigation cheep has been taken from me to put in to the car while i was busy for making payment of bill and after that it was told me that navigation cheep having creck When i have been ask the cheap it was ok and how it can be broken there was no reply This is totally misleading to me as insistely cheap was taken from me and put it without my presence and after that told me that it was broken This is not a good servicing given to me and why should i will pay for new cheap as it was taken from me and put in without my presence Whether i should believe ABHIKARAN staff or not Please resolve the issue and give me New Navigation Cheep for my car Regards ANIL PARMAR CHIEF MANAGER SBI INDORE

          Dear sir, my car has been driven 10000 kilometers and the tyre has been wornout and the showroom and workshop of planet honda karanashok haldwani is refusing to give claim and saying us to give 50 percent of claim on tyre.
          Is the life of tyre is 10000 kms your service manager mr. Kandpal ji is refusing us to give claim of tyre.
          Kindly send an update regarding the claim of tyre as i am facing problem while driving due to the wornout tyre.

            This is lingeswaran and my mobile number is [protected]. I purchased new honda wr-v car on 10.5.19 at balaji autocare pvt. Ltd., vellore. For each and every services many complaints we are raising and the minor issues are solved too. But one major complaint in that car is while running at the speed of 80km/hr to 100km/hr ad more than it, i found that air was coming inside even after closing all the glasses properly and resulting in shaking of vehicle and because of the air noises its very uneasy and uncomfortable to make a pleasant journey. Whether this model is undergone road test or not??? If so y this issue arises?? Kindly resolve the issues as early as possible.

              Rear suspension very hard and side indicator not working

              I am p k patel using honda wrv (Vehicle in my company name details given below) in dehradun since 2017
              I found rear suspension of the car is very very stiff. Person sitting the back seats feels that he is sitting in a tractor and not in a premium car when it passes trough a rough road.
              We go to office which is 35 km from dehradun on car pooling basis and use our cars alternatively. All colleagues find it difficult and feel the stiffness when sit in the back seat. I showed it to dehradun dealer when ever car was given for servicing and every time the dealer tried me to convince it is ok.

              Now the side indicators are not working. Request honda to do something about it???

                My vehicle chassis no. Is makdf155dhm203202 an engine no is l12b35132374. As from the above sited subject it was the case of betray from show room side which decrease the customer trust towards the company.

                    My honda amaze pb11bj5519 was purchased in jan 2014 and has run just 39000 km. To my surprise its remote key has worn out and become loose in its socket. Honda repair agency ‘lally mortars patiala ‘ has advised me to get the locks replaced, which involves considerable amount. The wearing of key after use of just 5 years is never heard of, that too of a reputed brand vehicle like your so called ‘prestige’ honda. It is clearly a substandard spare used by your company which put customers to heavy financial loss. I have very poor opinion about the quality of spares used by your company and has vowed never to buy a honda vehicle again. You may like to look into the matter and instruct your dealer to replace the key free of the cost to upkeep the reputation of your ‘prestige’ image, and also improve the standard of the spare parts.

                        I recently purchased honda amaze from standard honda, lucknow.. The dealer promised me to deliver the car on 24th june 2019 in it's complete form.. After i had made the payment and everything and when i went to receive my car, the dealer said that he doesn't have mat and cushions.. It's been more than ten days and i am getting the same reply from them that the accessories are ordered but not yet received at showroom.. It would be grateful if you can indulge and provide me with the accessories as they have charged me completely for the same

I complaint in the showroom vijayawada sundaram honda but they were reject the tyre... I dont know the reason clearly why thay rejected.. The shoowroom people not responding proparly... Pls do needfull...

                              Its just been 8months to my honda jazz regn no. Mh02ez4227 and suddenly yesterday (2/07/2019) while driving, i faced a breakdown.
                              Trouble list:

                              While driving when i faced a breakdown situation, i reapplied self start but, it was not getting started.
                              When it got started, i put the car in first gear and applied accelerator but, car didnt move ahead rather got stopped.
                              Engine is making unusual noise.

                              We have complained and asked for technician from honda but, the person has still not reached (3/7/2019) rather delaying unnecessarily and this is hampering several things to commute.

                              Besides, in just 8 months we have to face a breakdown means there is a manufacturing defect in it, kindly take immediate and necessary action for the same.

                                I want to inform you that, I went to PGL Honda service station for 2nd free servicing for my newly purchased Activa 5G. After service i found that my Activa's handle was bend and pulling right side. Again i went there and inform them about my problem but they refuse me after several trial by different service people. Finally they told me that your T is bend and that should be replaced. that amount around Rs4000/- you have to pay. But that T was bend by their service person when he took my bike for washing felt down there.When i told them that was your mistake why should i pay? I also gave complaint in Honda's toll free number ([protected]) but nothing can be done till now. When i call in tollfree number after 3 days somebody took the phone and not listen to me.after 2days somebody called me from service station and told to come with your bike. I went there immediately and they asked about the problem . I told them the problem and they told that you leave your bike here for one day we shall solve your problem. When i received after service i found that my previous problem was not solved but i found another two new problems . The front wheel was not moving and the lock of fibre guard was broken. When i saw and asked service engineer they don't respond me at all. I am giving my bikes Regd. no;- OD 33 W 5041.Service date:[protected],[protected] &[protected]. Job card no:-49407, 47971, 50002.Owners Name;-Prasanta Paikaray, Bhubaneswar. Mobile No;-[protected]. Purchase Date;[protected].

                                  I, swapnil mohanty want to draw your attention towards inconvenient i had faced today.
                                  It is reported that my car new honda amaze with regd no: od 05 ak 0220 was handed over for 3rd free servicing to highway honda showroom, bhubaneswar on last week's friday date 28/06/19 and got deliver on the same date. However on 01/07/19 that means today, after driving about 70 kms, a red light indicating low engine oil pressure starts blinking. I immediately stopped the car and took assistance of near by garage.
                                  On checking engine oil lable, it was showing nil oil. And same was intimated to the supervisor who had created my job card with contact number [protected].
                                  I purchased required engibe oil from the market and took my car to the safe place.
                                  This is for your kind information and necessary action please.

                                    I sent my amaze for servicing in last month. While taking the vehicle for service, they checked entire vehicle and recorded status of the vehicle.
                                    After service the car was sent to me by service center driver. As i am away from home the service center driver parked the vehicle at my apartment cellar and. Handed over the key to my family members. The next day, when i am. Removing the car from parking area, i noticed that the left side front window glass motor is not functioning. Immediately, i complained the same to service center staff over phone. They promised that they will rectify the same by picking up the car by sending driver. But so far even after lapse of one month they have not attende the same. Further when i sent the vehicle to showroom today, they checked the same and stating that the motor need to be replaced.

                                    If there is complaint of motor of window glass, the service staff are supposed to identify the same during pre-service / post-service checkups..

                                    Very much unsatisfied with this..

                                      On 28 june i recd my amaze car in very bad manner after service. Parts got missing, teared matting, petrol upto 100 kms got stolen... So i returned the car...
                                      Again on receiving back on 30june part wasn't there too... Matty wasn't changed and petrol issue wasn't given preference

                                      Staff name nitesh sharma talk rudely when confronted... Senior advisor mr. Vinod sharma avoid discussing the issue later once knowing the problem...

                                      Please do the needful at the earliest...

                                        I bought honda city regn no. Up14dv4487 (Chasis no.- makgm662jjn304651, engine no.- l15z[protected] from axon honda, ghaziabad vide invoice no. Sl24918574, customer id 1-[protected]... On 20 oct 2018.
                                        I am disappointed to tell you that, i am not very satisfied with your vehicle since beginning.
                                        I am getting regular service from axon, but last service was done at courtesy honda (Lallyautomobiles) okhla 3 days back 26/06/2019.
                                        Vehicle gave me trouble today, i stopped at one place in ghaziabad at 6.30 pm while coming back home... But my vehicle didn't start... I tried all numbers of axon and courtesy but no number responded... I got tired trying all help line numbers...[protected]. But didn't respond.

                                        Some how, i got connected at a numbers[protected] at 18.30, i got some relief when he said he will help me for sure and will send some one soon... But he needed all details... Car regn number/chasis no etc... I gave all details but he said he is not finding my car registered with honda... He will check and call me back.

                                        But one of most admired car company never helped me... No call back from anybody.

                                        I managed some how, took my car home by towing it and it started after some time at home... But i want to know what was the reason of not starting... Also an assurance that it will not trouble me again.?

                                        Also, if this is the service of honda..? Do they care for stranded customer in night.

                                        I am totally disappointed.

                                        There is no serious ness in service, points below
                                        1. No any warranty book is filled,
                                        2. Anticorrosison was only sold after that nobody took checked it.
                                        3. No proper demo was given since beginning.
                                        4. I wanted to connect it internet dongle but was dis couraged.. That this does not work.
                                        5. All are wanting to have top ratings on paper but no any person is seriously dedicated to work.
