Hello,

It is frustrating that no action has been taken despite my raised complaints. I have tried to contact the repair store. The owner is not picking phone and once picked and talking very rudely. This is not acceptable, contact him and solve it. Also ensure if he has fixed all issues as last 3 times he has not done anything. I gave my 3d glass as well to check, which is very costly. I am sure he would have done nothing. Also my original display he took from my laptop and replaced by second one, i want my original back. He is a cheat.

If he does not fix all, i need my full refund

Just checked he has also corrupted my 3D glass. Refer the image attached. It was costly for INR 10, 000/- I need this amount as well.

    Waiting for laptop to deliver at my place. There us no response from the service vendor. Promised for august 22 but it us now 27. I am surr he has not fixed anything and also stole my laptop display, pese get it sorted and deliver my laptop today with all functions fixed. He is not giving blu ray cd rom which he promised will give once stock is there by 3 august. Its been aeges and nothing is done. I am frustrated by this vendor. He is giving bad name to housejoy

    Hello, What is the status on my issues being fixed. The engineer visited me on 8th sep and understood all the issues, took pictures as well. What is the plan to fix all the issues. The glass 3D should be fixed and deleted data should be recovered

      Your services are going to dogs..

      1. I had a booking for aug 22nd. The beautician assigned never turned up, though she claims she cam to my apartment and went back as i didnt pick my mobile. For someone as sensible as her and house joy, if the person s really at gate and unable to speak to customer on mobile, its easier to call via security gate vs just returning back, unless of course wasting time and money comes easily to you guys or ofcousre the person wasnt at apartment at all.
      I had someone calling me to check on cancelled services and for a moment i thought, house job cares. But then the person who called was more interested in selling services again vs trying to address the issue of my time wasted and your beautician lying..

      2. I booked services again on au 26th, this time assigned to surya kala. The lady turned up this time and has left me burnt at 4 places on my arms (An mind it, these are burn marks with blisters.. Unlike what your beauticians will try and claim as sensitive skin,,) because of lousing waxing she did. Any attempt to tell her the wax is hot, was just countered replied by saying, she has switched it off.
      I thought i had enough and asked her to provide me the name and number of supervisor at house joy. She gave me a name dhanjay and made me speak to him. He clearly is another black spot in your team. He said he will send another girl to fix issue, which shows he wsnt evening listening how can another girl fix my burns? Then he said he will look into the issue and call back, which hasnt happened. I told him i will pay for this services only after i heard back from him on what steps he is taking to fix this issue, and guess what, still nothing from him.. Maybe doing free services, lying and burning people has just become 2nd hobby for house joy.

        Plumber dinesh diwlekar does not know any plumbing work, first the invoice amount was less than the money he charged me, then he fraudulently took money for some parts and put some duplicate old parts which caused my flush system to completely fail.
        Despite multiple complaints housejoy does not have any records of my previous complaints and is unwilling to take any responsibility..
        Consumers are warned not to deal with such dubious service providers

I called mutliple times and every time different story now is not picking phone. He charged 13000 till date i[censored] want i will share bill as well. My resigster mobilr number [protected].. Could you please take action or i can go for consumers complain. Very pathatic service by team...

          Hello,

          The laptop was taken for fixing as they did not do earlier, but surprising they confirmed it is done now. But to my surprise it is still the same and seems he has sent it as it was earlier. He was talking the blu ray is fine but it dosen't work. His technical expert is incompetent. Moreover he asks me to talk to dell customer support and get it fixed. I thing it was his job for which i paid him. It also looks like he has taken my original display and replaced with second hand which has many patches. I am surprised with this experience as i have never faced such issues with housejoy. I want to get by money back as i know he will not able to fix it. Please get it asap.

          The person who has the store is out of India and the laptop will be picked after 15th August. Unfortunately i am not confident that they will fix it, asking to refund my money. They have also changed my display which did not required a change. It seems they have taken it out as it was original one and the one i got is second hand. I want my original display.

          Hello, I got a call from Latha, housejoy. She is talking the side of Deepanshu arora who was on repairing my laptop. Unfortunately, he did not do any thing and sent the laptop everytime with no fix. I had paid the full amount when the laptop was sent during first time itself. The display was replaced with second hand, the 3D was not fixed and infact the 3d glass did not work when he has sent, that was inr 10k. The DVD rom was agreed for blu ray rom which he said he will do it once he get the stock by 3 august which he never did but put normal DVD rom. New housejoy technician (Sanjay Kalra) came and he checked the laptop and confirmed nothing has been done. The display was changed and laptop got heated very soon.

          Moreover housejoy is blaming that Deepanshu repaired everything, telling bios was corrupted and had to install OS vista which is now obsolete. He doesnt know how to talk with customer and used bad works even to the ladies.

          Housejoy lady said we cannot refund the money as this is not in our policy. Does it mean we only needed money and don't care about the repair. I need full refund of 6000/- that i paid to Deepanshu and 10, 000/- for 3D glasses that is not working once it came from him. This behavior compels me not to take housejoy services in future and ask others not to take it as well

            Had booked with housejoy.in for a service to be provided. Had mentioned clearly that it has to be attended to at a particular time. However, i get a message stating that their personnel would visit anytime between 10 am to 5 pm.

            This is absurd, as a time was indicated, else the customer cannot be waiting for the whole day for the housejoy personnel to visit.

            Reached out to contact housejoy on[protected]/[protected].

            Surprisingly both the numbers are not in service, as it is not getting connected at all.

            How does a customer reach this service provider??

            This is absolutely ridiculous and pathetic

              We booked a cleaning service from housejoy where in we were promised for 3-4 people but only 2 arrived with a delay of 2 hours and simply refused to do the job. The manager sounded like he was under the influence of substance and couldn't even talk for 30 sec, his name is rahul with phone number [protected]. I spoke with the complaints team members barat and lata who promised 3 more people within 45 mins and no one turned up. The 2 guys already at home also left without doing the job. I was left with no other option than to do the job on my own when i already pre paid my services and no compensation was provided and did not refund the money or more than 4000 inr.                 I had requested for painting services from housejoy in the last month (17 may 2018). It was agreed that the cost of painting will be rs 10000 (Rupees ten thousand only) which includes service and material cost. However i had received bills/invoice for only for service which is rs. 3000 (Rupees three thousand only.) i spite of repeated requests and reminders to house joy, i have been receiving only calls assuring that bills for material will be sent to me but no bills have been received so far.

                If any responsible person can take this issue and provide the necessary transparency it will be appreciated.

                  I booked service through housejoy for the first time for my window ac on 31 mar 18 as it was not cooling much. Housejoy vide their job id[protected] assigned some one ravi duhan ([protected]) for the job. His rep mr sunny comes to see my ac in 1st wk of apr 18 and on inspection asked to fill gas and change of coil of my ac with estimated expense of rs 6500/- with three months warranty on gas and 01 yr warranty of coil. I got it serviced and paid rs 6500/- on 2nd apr 18 and he gave my his mob no ([protected]) in case of any problem in three months. But after 01 months it starts giving hot air and making lound noise on compressor on/off and on being called their rep came and he said its capacitor is also required to be changed and asked for another rs 1250/- for the same. I again paid the amount in the hope that my ac will work properly after spending so much money. But i was wrong. It again started giving hot air after one week. I again called mr sunny ([protected]). Nowonwards he started avoiding me. Now he excused every time i called him. Rep is on the way/will come in the evening/oho they will come in the morning/they are on the way will reach by night. Four to five days passed away but nobody comes to see my ac.in between he did not took my call. I used different mobile nos. To catch him. But he was so beshram, after wasting so much money (Rs 8000/-) and my time, he did not try to solve my problem at the earliest by taking responsibility of their faulty and inexperienced service personnel. However after repeated call request from me, mr sunny ([protected]) send another rep after 05 days and on inspection he said gas was leaking as its nut bolt remained loose. Also censor was hanging in water due to fault of technician. He addressed the problem and assured now there will be not problem in ac. But after one day water start coming from ac in the room and also giving loud noise. And again i am calling mr sunny ([protected]) since last 3 days but in response again that drama rep is on the way/will come in the evening/oho they will come in the morning/they are on the way will reach by night with no response many time. I am still awaiting for servicing of my ac inspite of spending so much money and time. Housejoy with slogan happiness guarantee, because your happiness is our goal! Making fool of consumer by hiring such inexperienced and novice technician in their filed. They are playing with their appliances and money by sending such untrained and unprofessional tech to consumer's home. Miserable for consumer. Still waiting for my problem of ac get fixed.

                    Hi,
                    I run an interior design company called vyka design and we had a pending payment of 6500 for a cleaning service provided by housejoy.in. Today i was called by a lady posing as a client and asked to come to a location shared by her. On reaching there along with my partner i was met by 4 men who demanded for money for the service provided and on arguing with them i was told that housejoy.in has asked them to collect the money for the service. I insisted that i would not make the payment without fully understanding the matter and would need to consult the colleague handling the matter. I asked these people to come to my office and showed them the same. After which we asked these men to accompany us to the hsr layout police station which they refused.

                    Housejoy.in has refused to take any responsibility for the incident which is unacceptable as they had clearly instructed these to men to collect the money.

                      It started with some random messages from their end in the name of mr prateek, and vijendra kumar, today i received an email fron then saying "hi mr vijendra kumar the booking for xyz service has been confirmed and will be done tomorrow" whereas my name is not vijendra kumar and nor am i prateek, the customer care ppl called me telling me that there was a sudden data leak and my email id was leaked and somebody logged in through my email id and placed a request.. Screenshot attached for your reference.. How pathetic is that.. This is sheer case of irresponsibility on their part i am looking forward to taking a legal course of action against them..

                        Housejoy electrician incorrectly installed 2 fans on 16th may'18. Also, he was late by 3 hours without informing. He was in hurry, and wanted to just finish things off. He didn't listen to us, collected the payment and walked away with incorrectly installed fans. I raised a complaint and rectification visit was arranged for 21st may.
                        Electrician manish kumar called me in the morning and asked to buy a new suspension rod and hook for both the fans. When i said that is not required as the fans were installed there with same parts, he said he won't correct the wrongly installed fans which was done on 16th may 2018 unless i buy new parts from him. When i resisted, he advised me to get those corrected by any other electrician.
                        I think hj has earned a lot of customers now and it can afford to loose some of them. Also i don't see the punctuality of its experts on a regular basis now. Moreover, its experts decide where to work, when to go, how to deal on behalf of housejoy.
                        Very unhappy with this worst customer service. Its not a joy anymore.

                          Dear sir,

                          This is with reference to the services taken from the house joy on 29th april'2018 with registered mobile no [protected].

                          Ac not working after wet services done. We have lodge a compliant but solution not provided since last 10 days.
                          Then we have get the a/c check from the voltas authorised service executive and they have informed that during wet service pcb box has been damaged due to water flowen inside the pcb box, hence pcb box has to be changed which costing us rs 1750/- inculding visit charges.
                          Due to fault of house joy non-expert this damage has been occoured.

                          Please reimburse these expenses

                            Hi, i availed hair coloring services from house joy, i had requested for blonde color, but the executive had got only red color and she lied to me that she is applying both blonde and red color, and also she had got some cheap product which resulted my hair dry and damaged, i have been calling them to resolve the issue, every time they are requesting me to pay for the faulty service, they should compensate me to rectify my damaged hair, but they are not bothered to address this issue instead threatening me that they would take legal actions.                               Out hitachi top loading machine control board short cicuited and also the developed gear problem.
                              This was taken by the party hous joy on 23 of march 18.
                              They do not reply do not pick up phone never bother to inform about it. After calling s veral times i was told that gear box is not available and in return they will send some other machine. Than i never rang them up so far and they never bothered to call.

                                Worst ever app seen in my life.
                                Referral Program is totally fake.
                                Collected my credits after so many referrals and at the end when i booked the service they said that this service is not included with credits. It took me almost 3 months to collect my credits and at the end they refused. I will try my level best to give app negative rating with my friends as well and also will escalate this issue to higher forum. My order id:[protected].

                                i am attaching my order details with the screenshot of their terms and conditions where it is nowhere mentioned such a pathetic service terms.

                                  I want to register my complaint against the service and payment which i did for computer repair.

                                  Just to give little bit background - earlier i booked housejoy service two times but no one came and booking auto closed. This was my third time when someone came after 2 weeks.

                                  When i booked this computer repair service - i applied 200off coupon and while applying this coupon i saw the message that it applied successfully.

                                  I was under the assumption that charges will be applicable only when the problem will be resolved but your technician told that this can't be repair and i have to pay 350 rs. I told that guy clearly that i applied 200 rs coupon while booking this service then i contacted customer care but i was helpless and they explain me lot of policies.

                                  Two things - first of all you have to clearly send me msg/mail that 350 rs charges will be applicable even there is no rectification. 2nd thing - what was the meaning of coupon - i booked your service only because of 200 off.

                                  I need my 350rs refund from you asap. Please do the needful.

                                  We got a wet service for our house a.c about 10 days back with a gas topup which he told that the gas was less so he did the topup of the same also but our ac is not cooling after that and making a lot of noice and he did not clean the blower also as given in your video online pls check into it and arrange fr a senior technician to have a look...

                                  Your visit was scheduled for 1 pm today. No one has come yet. What kind of scheduling is this. Is this the kind of service you claim to be providing
                                  House joy executive had been refill the gas in our split ac on dated 05-05-18 vide job id[protected] and invoice no DELHI300014E061F3A. but ac is not working properly and not done the cooling, i had already compalint to mr. rajan arora ([protected]) but he can not take any action

                                    My order i'd is[protected], i scheduled for beauty services. After that i got a call and they change my time that is fine. Next they again called me and ask for extending time, that is also fine with me but once i manage all i waited for full day at the end of day they called and told me their representative not available cuz i have not responded. This is just unappreciated, cuz they killed my whole day by scheduling their time. This is just a # site whoever has created just doing time pass.

                                    The person has come to home and did the repair of my treadmil and took nearly one and half month and I paid him Rs. 5400/-. Just the immediate day after the repair, the same problem i am facing. Now that person is not at all lifting the phone and not in contact atall

                                      Sir, i booked a job with you for repairing my geiser in job id no.[protected] on[protected]. The service agent mr. Saravanan came. Inspected the geiser under repair and promised to settle the issue. But you are sending messages unnecessarily stating that the service man is on the way to your house, etc. But none turned up. Further the contact no. You are giving is in no way helpful because the no. Is reported to be barred from calling. When i am patiently waiting for the mechanic to come and finish the job, your msgs. Are disturbing. Further i am receiving a good no. Of advt. Calls. I feel it is not necessary. Thanking you.
