My job id is[protected]. I placed laundry service request for wash and iron. The clothes were supposed to be delivered by 22nd but they have not yet been delivered. Tried reaching customer care but there is no response. Pathetic service. All my clothes are in laundry-what should i do? On top of that they have charged me huge money for service not rendered on time. The customer care should look into it immediately and respond.

Not at all trustworthy. Not at all prompt. .they do keep their words.To repair my Samsung Microwave combi. the service person took the Microwave to the service center. .after 2 days he turned up replying that one part has to be replace.otherwise it wont work. .Later as I found their service that I cannot trust on.i decided to call the Samsung technician.he opened the machine and to mysurprise. .the Macinetron has been repaced by some other companies Macinetron part without informing me.As well as some PCB and Trasisters are missing from the display board.He took the service charge n left .i do not recommend this service to anyone. After booking the service theost annoying this is with the housejoy is .They call you dor more than 100 times and that too anytime day or night. .and that too from different different person.disturbing your life.

I complaint about my ac and two guys came in with thier so called unproffesional behaviour.when i didnt want to do the repairs with them because of the fear o[censored]nreliable behaviour they charged me for checking my ac and wanted to hav lunch in my room looking at the gadgets in my room i denied them permission and asked them to leave .then they started to go in my backyard and check the windows and dorrs .i asked them about it by looking in the cctv camera and they replied they werw looking for a toilet.im sure that they were looking for a loophole to conduct a theft...
This kind id assurance and verified staff from housejoy where i read about the professional standads..my fooot...

We had a problem with our refrigerator. Service tech came and changed some part for which he charged rs. 2800. He said the bill will be sent via SMS but till now no message received.

He also said the faulty product will be tested and provide the reason for the outage but no message received till date.

Apart from all these, the problem has never got resolved...

They charged 15k gave some discount had to pay 12750. They are only good to clean bathrooms. I was not happy their so called deep house cleaning.

Called them again but they were in hurry and so they couldn't compete work. Housejoy will not interact nor they ask how was it done.

Better to hire some house keeping people 5 people if we pay 1k per head they will do better job.

I've booked a plumbing service from house joy in the 1st week of January to fix a leaking tap in my kitchen sink. Since the local plumbers couldn't handle it efficiently booked a service from house joy in the hope they will send a professional. But he was very unprofessional in his appearance, behaviour and handling of the problem. He 1st said 600, but after doing the job, a very shabby one at that he charged 800, saying 200 for spares. And when I paid by cash he said he will issue a bill for 300 only since house joy charges him 20%of the bill. Such is the integrity of the people they send. And the tap started leaking again from that night only. It still leaks on and off. Called him again asking to come and rectify but he simply didn't turn up. Request house joy to send someone efficient to fix my tap at the earliest. It's matter of their reputation and dependability too. Pl don't employ inefficient and greedy people who can't do their job. You are not just losing goodwill you are also causing us a lot of inconvenience as well as financial loss

Recently i had booked a Bike service in House joy with Order #[protected] on 21st Jan 2017. The guy who came to service was not at all skilled and did nothing rather spoiling my bike.
1.) he had very limited tools and he managed to complete the service is just 20 mins.
2.) He did not respond to my query / issues and literally refused to address my bike problems.
3.) Bike condition was got worsen after he serviced. i went for a test drive and told this. He just said it is all OK i have fixed the problems. *Which is actually not rather he created more problems now.
4.) I escalated this to Housejoy team and didn't got any response.

I am having Bed Bug - Pest Issues, I have opted for PEST Control service from housejoy (Job ID[protected] scheduled on[protected].
The measures taken from HouseJoy engineer was minimum and not helped my situation a bit as I was still facing the issue.
So, I logged a complaint with Housejoy, opted for second service and I was told to wait for sometime to get the treatment effect.
Once again it was of no use and the numbers of bedbug is still growing.
When I waited for effectiveness and reported back to housejoy, they responded that my warranty period is over and they wont be supporting anymore.
I would totally agree with that if my issue was re-occurring newly but it was not resolved at all in the first place.
Its very pathetic and worst service I have ever faced from any agency and it seems they are only interested in the money.
I would like to get an refund or proper service as the pest problem still exists.

Dear Consumer Complaints forum,

My name is Nousheen and we had called Housejoy.in for a TV repair.
He successfully repaired the Tv and after that we started getting issues.

When we called the technician again, he came to check the TV and while he was testing it. He told us that the motherboard of the TV got burnt due to his mistake while he was checking.

Now we contact Housejoy and they told us that they wont help us by saying "It is between you and your technician"

I have given my blanket for dry clean on 9th dec 2016 .Delivery date was 3 days back i.e 15 dec 2016 .but i still dint receive the clothes. 2 days back they have called me and said they cant deliver that day.This is same for yesterday and today also.

They say my product is ready but they are not delivering. Kindly deliver my things ASAP.

i paid the amount aswell. but they dont even bother to deliver on time!!!

I have given my clothes for washing 5 days back. They promised to return by today morning 11am. So far i haven't received my clothes, it's around 9pm now. I am pissed because not because they failed to deliver on time, but i haven't received a single update from them and i sm not able to reach any of their customer care. Worst service i have ever seen.

Online booked & paid in advance, house cleaning services like shampooing and deep cleaning of sofas, carpet, mattresses etc. Boys who came were not trained for job, i have to stand to get the job done otherwise everywhere short cuts and incomplete job. 5 seater sofa + 4 seater sofa cum bed + 4x6 feet carpet + 4 mattresses + 6 dinning chairs with seats only, no back. Four boys spent only two hours. I paid rs. 7300/ not worth, too expensive and poor service

I had made a call for inquiry of their services. I mentioned the executive that I am not free for few days will let you know about the booking later.. There was no discussion about date and time still the great people have booked the appointment.
I have a working day on that day and also I loose all the promotional first time offers on it due to the same.

House joy is completely dishonest company. We have requested blazer drycleaning service.
When person came to house I requested to tell me final amount including everything they are going to charge. They told 140 per blazer so total 280RS. Now when they delivered, they charged us 378.74 RS. 100rs more than what they commited, and when I called again, he told me these are service charges. so basically they charged me 100 rs more than what we agreed. Completely dishonest company.

One previous occasion they lost our curtain hooks. and never return those. Never ever use this company,

Pathetic - Worst service ever. Never use them. I gave my valuable clothes for dryclean and they simply delivered to someone else.
I suppose to wear them on Diwali but after repeated attempt they said we are trying to find out whom delivered.
Its been 4 days and no credible response. As i write this, still no response. Every time we have to call them to hear same message.

Most disappointing, they spoiling our festival. No accountability at all.

This kind of Service is very disappointing.
After receiving so many confirmation call for deep cleaning service for 23rd Oct now i am being denied for service visit because the supervisor has some personal problem and that led to cancelling my booking.
Now i am left without any help and am in agony as am not getting any other option now since it is now so near to festive season.
This is so unprofessional way on their part to cancel the service call at last minute.
I feel vindicted and hence demand a compensation from housejoy for the pain they have caused me.

I had booked for computer repair(touch screena and wifi not working) through housejoy. They picked up my laptop on time without any delay. No problems till then. Executive gave me some technicians number to contact and left
Even after 4 days i did not hear from them. I called the technician guy he told me he will check and call me back later after 2 days(after several messages) he called back stating that the damaged part is not available.
He told me to fix the wifi issue he wanted to format all the drives i got mad immediately since the guy was not speaking any logic and also he was rude to me. I had told him i was sure wifi card is not working coz i had already got it checked once he had to just replace it.
Instead he started telling he has protocols and he has to format without that he will not check hardware issues
I dont know who is that guy. I doubt if he is a real technician or some foolish trainee/starter who saw computers only that day. I am not a pro in computers but i am pretty much aware how things work
who bludy formats the system without taking backup to fix wifi driver issue(even if it was software related problem)
I asked him return the laptop coz i did not want to risk it with an unskilled person.
finally i got the laptop back after so many followup calls and messages. It took them 8 days to return.
The shocker is they also charged me Rs.350 in return stating it is a minimum charge. The pickup executive was also very much untrained and ill mannered. when i argued about paying the money since they had not fixed any thing also for such bad customer service, the technician started giving me gyan telling 350 is such small amount, also passed some humiliating statements.
i do not want any one else falling prey for thier colorful advertisements and offers. They have lot of hidden costs. Also they charge more than any other service center.

Pl. call me urgently on [protected] as your toll free no. is not working. your engineer from Thane Mr. Sumit Patil, modern technologies took amount and did not repaired our computer propoerly and not giving feedback to our complaint. He is avoiding to visit our place and not pick up our phone calls. He is only assuring us to come but till date not visited our place

From last one month we are suffering with the trauma o[censored]nrepaired washing machine. The technicians of service provider are not skilled and they simply said that the PCV is malfunctioning, so get them repaired. We have marked to our PCV, give them 500/- rupees in advance and waited for 3 days but he did not return with our PCV. Again after contact to the service provider they have sent a new technician with a separate old PCV (which was not ours as we have marked on PCV). we have argued with the fellow and asked for ours but he could not give satisfactory response. Finally we have decided to go with the present one. Next day the machine again malfunctioned and we have called again the technician. Now he said to change the PCV with new one worth cost Rs. 3500/- . They replaced the old PCV with new one but again it was not functional. Now technician said to change another past worth cost Rs 800/-, we have decided not to go with that technician as they do not have enough experience in the relevant field. They are unprofessional and misbehaved persons. They showed very irresponsible response against their customer. They tortured us very badly during this one month period. Still we have our machine unrepaired.
