Hi, my name is vishwa and It's been more than 15 days I requested for installation and servicing and installation is not done completely. Now they fit it and disconnected the board supply before that they forgot to bring drill machine.
I requested several times to bring all the things that is required to do your job but they are so unprofessional.
I am tired of requesting again and again.

    Hello Housejoy,

    You just burnt my microwave. It was working very fine. Only the grill was not working. I called your technician to repair that. He asked me to change the motherboard which would cost me 2.5 K. I refused. So, he did not assemble my microwave properly and next time when I tried to open the door, it just burst !! I was so horrified. My whole house lost power due to that. Order id :12113817. Thanks to my busy schedule and frequent travel, I could not get time to take it up with HouseJoy. They refused to take action.

      Booked the service for washing machine repair on sunday, 24th april, 2016. The order no. 16497704 was allotted to me, and was later informed that mr. Rehman khan would report between 5.0 pm and 7.00 pm on 24th.

      Its 8.00 pm now, and nobody has reported till now, nor called up. No contact number of the expert was provided. There is no redressal avenue open to call up and check, and we have to wait till somebody calls up.

        Horrible money looting site. Worst experience.

        No professional workers provided, just amatuer money collectors. Abuse of the word 'service'

        My service was outsourced to the similar local people whom already have rejected for same reasons as follows. Highlights: incompetent. Poor equipped. Inexperienced and perhaps unqualified

        In the dictionary of house joy, service person implies -

        A) you need not know anything about the person (Even after he left also) who will call you to tell you he will be coming and ask your location. If you try to ask or know further about charges, no further questions were allowed to ask in advance (If you thought that they will charge for not acceptance and want to avoid, you have no choice but to let them come and tell you what u need to pay)
        B) and then visit you once location is goven .Thats it. Now whether they do anything doesnt matter from this point onwards . You need to shell out the charges anywhere from 200 rs for doing nothing or say 1500 rs for the service depending on the option you mentioned whie raising request.
        C) you cant ask him his affiliation-all you will be told is that housejoy sent them.Even if you asked, they wont carry and have a business card, i dont know even if their names are real!
        D) no bill and no reciept will be given for what u paid
        E) it is least important if your work is done and purpose o[censored]sing house joy is met. As long as the visiting guys are paid well for the visit in whole

        Finally when they started to sit, climb and relax on one of our beds without any dignity and character, i kicked them out of my home. Had to threw both the 2 guys out of my house because of the horrible animals they turned out to be in behavior.

          I booked a a/c service on housejoy.In 1 week in advance.
          On the scheduled date no one arrived and neither did they track any status.

          I called customer care twice and they didn't have any update and asked me to wait for 2 hours to get a response from house joy team...

          Don't think i am going to get a satisfactory response either.

          This is really bad.

            This is to register a complaint against the services rendered by your Company. I had booked service request for 3 AC’s to be serviced on 25th March (1 split and 2 windows). One of the windows AC (Hitachi Make) is only 2 years old. While the technician was servicing (Ravinder ) he told me that Capacitor was not working and it will cost around 750 to replace it .

            I was ready to pay 750 then he gave me an offer that he can charge less if I agree to not it get it charged on the Invoice (I have proof that he charged me 500 extra while invoice given by him does not state that). Immediately after servicing there was an obvious noise to which he said this is normal and will go away in some time. In case of any problem he will come again and attend.

            Instead the noise kept on increasing, subsequent to which I called him the next day, however, after repeated calls he did not come. It was only after I threatened to a file a case he finally came. After checking it for some time, he said there is some problem with the motor. I told him that this voice was not there (if the voice would have been there I am sure it would have been highlighted as the technician checks the AC before getting it serviced.

            I got the complaint registered at Hitachi and they categorically said motor has got damaged as water has gotten inside the motor at the time of servicing. I have lodged two complaints however have not no response so far. Ravinder has stopped taking my calls (His mobile number is [protected])

            Hi Rock! Good thing you exposed them online.. dont kow if it helped others, but definitely i realized their fraud today and came here (this site) to do the same. Read my other posts today to see more light.

            House Joy as I see now after my experience with them is a syndicate of goons who are after our hard earned money to make it thier quick money.

            Their trademark : offering excellent on-time customer rip off services. Gets it right the first time, every time, finds a new bakra !

            House joy services are really pathetic. When u book the service they call one day before person don't come on that give date and time. House joy give fake promise and services worthless.disgusting service providers

                Today morning(11th mar 2016), i raised request for corpentor work (Reg. Id:[protected]. One person called back and told that he will come at 4:00 pm. At that time i tried to reach him. He is continuously rejecting the calls. When i tried to reach him from another mobile, he recklessly said "sorry".

                He is careless and when i said that "i am going to complain about this", he said that do whatever you want. Its really rude behavior.

                Housejoy.In is not at all recomended.

                  I am writing this email after going through a real mental harassment. I booked this service on 7th Feb 2016 which is a pre paid order. Although I booked the service to be started from 8th Feb, Nothing happened. By nothing I mean I got no calls, no emails from Drivekool.

                  I called them and they said they will call me back, again nothing happened. Then comes Mr. Naveen. He (not so sorry) started conversation and said the services can only be started from next monday(which is today). I then got a call from some person called Shankar who was supposed to be the driving teacher and he agreen to start the classes from Sunday itself(one day before the agreed date from Drivekool). Again nothing happened. Neither I got a call from Shankar nor from Drivekool.

                  The amazing part among all this is, HouseJoy is enjoying, absolutely no responsibility. The payment has been made to Housejoy and ideally they should be responsible to provide good service to the customer.

                  After this I got a call from a different driving school, SSB Driving School and they said now the classes can only be started from Sunday as I need to have a Learning License and apparently that can only be done on Saturday. Then I called them to confirm the timing for visiting the RTO and the documents I need to carry, then to my surprise she said I need to pay Rs. 1000 extra to get a 2 wheeler plus 4 wheeler license. This can be chacked on the RTO website, there is no extra charge for a 2 wheeler license. I then (completely hopeless) asked them to cancel the service and I demamded a compensation for this(I am travelling out of country for which I need a license and classes). The person who called me from HouseJoy assured me that he would call me in a day to tell me the compensation details alongwith the money I paid.

                  I got my money back yesterday(1 rupee less than what i paid, no clue why !) and on asking HouseJoy(I called them, they never called back.), they seem to be clueless again and asking for the explanations again.

                  I feel so lost and hopeless now. I hope to get some Justice here !

                    Following is my detailed experience about their service provider as mentioned on their website today Today I had the worst experience with your Beauty experience . My order /job Id is 407565 dated 5th jan 2016. Two service providers ( jayshree and Sharada) turned up for the service . My appointment was scheduled at 6pm, both turned up at 6:30 pm together. This lady jayshree was excellent in all the services she did ( waxing, threading, bleaching, facial, pedicure ) this other lady Sharada. Oh god, she is ruining the name of your services . Ever since she enters she cribs about the AC, she very rudely asks to put the AC off, was very demanding, she was behaving like a client . She was ordering to jayshree and doing no work herself, was just standing and watching . She spoke to me so rudely and asked me why did I keep the appointment at 6 pm and why not earlier . She asked me whether I work ? Who the hell is this to ask me so badly whether I work or no, it's my wish and I will call your service providers as per my convenience, if she has a problem to come at 6 pm she should have not come at all . I am 38 weeks pregnant, this Sharada burnt my skin while doing one hand waxing, she left out on some areas . She was the worst beautician I've ever got my services done from . She did pedicure on one feet, she had no patience and blamed my feet for having too much of dead skin, how did jayshree do it so well on my other feet then ? Even Jayshree told me, that this sharada was telling her earlier itself, that sharada will do only pedicure and leave. How can u even recruit such people like sharada and boast and talk about your services ? Do you even check on how they talk to their clients? I was kind enough, that's why I did not insult her back . Jayashree was super good, she also took care of me knowing I am pregnant and kept asking me if I was uncomfortable. Sharada on the other side not only burnt my hand with a rash, she spoke very offensively, she while doing pedicure, I told her because of my pregnant belly I can't raise my leg high beyond a level, sharada pulled my leg and was mishandling me, jayshree saw this and stopped her . Sharada was wven giving excuses like she can't sit on the floor, she has cold, Etc if she did not want to work then why did she come ? And she misbehaves and asks me why I kept the appointment at 6 pm and not earlier . I am going to spread the word about this experience of mine today . I will say the good and the bad both . Jayshree is extra good. woman like Sharada are not fit to be service providers, she is not allowed to throw tantrums . I honestly would have not paid a single penny for this disastrous experience . But because jayshree stayed back till 10:30 without complaining and did 95% of the work I paid . Not like sharada who left early . Donot give any single penny to sharada from the amount I paid, she did nothing, caused me harm and left early . Housejoy should not have such people working with them, people like sharada will 100% land with a police complaint for causing harm to one of your clients in future. I am surely going to spread the word of my experience, a lot of my friends apply for this service and they should know that you guys have recruited people like sharada also, people should know and be careful

                          I raised a laundry service with housejoy.in and they picked up my clothes(A double blanket and a t shirt for dry clean) on 19th Nov, 2015 only after 2 days on regular calling. Again I had to keep following up for the dry cleaning status of my laundry and finally I got only the t shirt returned to me on 26th, after that also my double blanket worth around 4k was not returned to me . I kept calling them multiple times and sending mails, but no response, all in vain. Then I got a call from a person who told that the blanket cannot be traced and the whole house joy team is searching for it, he assured me that he will search the blanket within 2 days or would give me the cost of blanket, but after two days when I called his number, it was switched off. Housejoy is full of cheaters, I don't know what happened to my blanket, they are not responding at all. I request the return of my blanket or refund of amount 4000.

                          Thanks for resolving my issue. After the complained, I got a call from the concerned person and they told that they will try to sort my issue by the end of day, then in the end of the day I got a call that since the blanket is missing they would give me the full refund in case they are not able to find the blanket. I waited for a day and finally received my blanket in good condition:)

                          Hi Arpita.. its a pity that you seem to be happy with the resolution. Customers like you only encourage the companies to mishandle more and get back trust after the mischief.

                          I understand the joy of getting your item back even as you may have some emotional attachment with it. But acknowledging the failed company on their response is the last thing to do in any situations.

                          Just imagine yourself on a flight to abraod while these crroked businesses try to find your blanket.
                          Then u will understand their real worth!

                            I had provided my mobile HTC 1X phone for repair of broken screen. Order no. 250390. My request was raised on oct 9 2015 and was promised to return within 4 business days. After continuous and painful follow up, my phone was returned after 20 days and the screen which was put was falling away.i was also charged Rs. 4500 for this. I had raised a complaint earlier and companies operation manager followed up, requested me to withdraw complaint and promised a follow up. Now, aftwr nearly 2 months, i have still not received my phone and all my calls are rejected/unanswered. Even after telling that i will have to raise a complaint, i have received no response. I dont even know if they have my phone or made some business out of it. This is the most painful service i have ever received and i dont know how this company is allowed to continue in business. Even in play store, there are many many similar complaints raised against this company. Its a complete scam.and people are getting fooled in the name of professionalism. I sincerely request an action and kindly help me get my device.

                              Had requested for TV wall mount installation. The guy broke the display while he was placing the TV on the ground before drilling for the wall for mounting the stand.
                              When confronted, he says that the display was already broken and that he's not responsible for it.

                                Last week i went online to get my Samsung laptop repaired. i approached
                                Housejoy.in online and submitted the required information they asked for.
                                i got a call from the company they verified my address and all and they sent an Engineer to take care of the issue in no time. i was impressed at first with the response and services i got. but, the next day when i tried to open my CD ROM
                                it wont open and my headset ports are also not working now. i tried calling the engineer several times but he never responded back. meanwhile i received a call from housejoy feedback department regarding the services i recently used. i explained him the issues i am facing but he wasn't paying attention to my problems and he kept asking me how was my experience and how would i like to rate them etc. he didn't even realized that i was complaining (strange). i had a single problem in my laptop now i am having two after paying 800 INR. it feels like i bought more problems then i had.

                                  You are absolutely right! House Joy is a website that thrives on and outsources your work to those same local that failed you and led you to search for alternative online. Unfortunately this onlie alternative is a much costly fraud than your neighbourhood crookks

                                  Not to mention that I had exactly same experiene for my wasing machine repair more than year ago with a local contact repair franchise. In that case, the guy kept telling me lame excuses for about 2 months till i forced them thru police. Today the same local franchise is part of this housejoy syndicate.

                                  Fortunately I know what to expect from this site if i want to service my washing machine today. So i can stay away from a potential cheating experience.

                                      Hi, I have given my mobile Lumia-720 to Housejoy (www.housejoy.in) for repair 2nd time. People working there either they don't reply or they will cut calls whenever i call them. I have spent 5, 400 on my mobile for repair. I am customer for them or they are customer for me. Why should i call them instead of they calling me to give info on my mobile repair status.

                                      Guys thats true.. the local service provider has no identity when it comes to liability. It is housejoy that they are selling which is a virtual world and non physical. dont believe them or dont love your money as much.
