I have booked house cleaning service for today's morning 10- 11 am (15th october). Now it is evening and no one has come till now. Not even your customer care nor the service provider are responding to the calls.

The only reason booking house joy was available on sunday. There are plenty of other companies who are available and could have provided me with a better service.
I don't see any reason someone should use house joy if you are unable to meet a time. House cleaning services are always available offline.

The number provided in sms is not working. Customer care picked up the call and he said he'll call back in 10 mins and never called back. At last at 5:45 someone picked up the call and said the service cannot come by tuesday. I am going home tomorrow and i was setting this up diwali. Sorry for trusting your service. Useless service, useless customer care, they cant even cancel the service. Close the company now if you are unable to track an order itself. Shame on calling yourself an it company.

I had scheduled a service for deep cleaning of my house and it was agreed to be done on 11-oct-2017 10 am. I repeatedly asked them that because of them i taking off from my work. Even i called to their customer care 9 am 11-oct-2017 and it was said to me that its confirmed and provided me vendor's name and number. Later i got to know that the service is not on date due to their problem. When i contacted the person in complaint section he was very much abusive and was putting blame on me saying that they contacted me on 12-oct-2017 where there was no contact. If they were aware on 12-oct-2017, how can on 13-oct -2017 morning when i called it was not informed to me. When i argued on that part the person became abusive and scolded me on call. Later cancelled my service.

I need to know who is going to compensate on the leave i have taken and the difficulty my family faced.

I have placed an order for laundry through housejoy and as per house joy its should be delivered on 09/10/2017 but delivery never happened. I need to call this housejoy multiple times and every time they keep on repeating that they will update me in 10-15 mins. But i never got any call back. I will suggest everyone to stay away from this cheaters and liars. I am not sure whether i will get back my cloths or not.

I hired a plumber from housejoy. He inspected the problem and mentioned that pipes needs to replaced. He demanded 5k to procure the material which i gave it to him.
He did not turned up, i logged the complain with housejoy.
I need your help to get the refund immediately. It is not worth trusting these guys. I am very much frustrated.

I made request for service regarding my washing machine on 9th of august 2017. One of your executive has visited my place and after going through washing machine he said pcb board has an issue and we don’t have stock so we will replace in 1 week and quoted 2200/-. Since i had a good experience in online reviews and few of my friends has stated it as a genuine company i have paid 2200 and received bill. It’s almost a month still i hadn’t find solution. I have called have called executive several times. Whenever i calls him, he will tell today i will come and fix. As a genuine customer i never expected such a bad support from you guys.

I am expecting immediate response on this.

Worst housejoy services i cant see any where. Already i asked to housejoy customer service sms unsubsription. They said it will take 3 days on one month back still i am getting number of irritated sms from house joy. My number [protected]. If possible please resolve my complaint. I am getting sms from dm - housejoy and the respected housejoy number [protected].

I made request for service regarding some interior and painting job on 18th of augut. Got call but no one visited. Finally got call on 19th again no one visited. At last on 20th august mr. Iqbal singh was suppose to visit job id[protected]. But mr. Jatindar singh visited. After discussion job was negotiated @ 41k. For raw material purchase he asked for 10 k advance. He shared with me his paytm number and i transfeerd 9 k in his account. He was suppose to come on 21st. Still awaiting...

They are cheaters and provide a very poor service. I had booked a service on friday evening at 6pm and came from my office early to attend it. But the housejoy service guy just 5 minutes before the service calls me and says he will come by 7pm to which i agreed. Now till 7:30 i waited he did not turn up then i call to him, he says he will come in sometime but he does not turn up till 8:15pm.
I called him again he said speak to office i will not come. Then i called house joy and this people could not do anything. What kind of service is this when you cannot manage one proper schedule then what company you will manage.
Never use this service they are very poor.

I had taken the ac service from housejoy.in last month.
So, their person visited our office accordingly, he did the service of our split air conditioner.
What he does - he didn't cover the electric supply of outdoor and flush the water directly without open any cover of it. Because of this, there is a loud sound is coming now from outdoor and indoor is supplying hot air. I had raise complaint by email and calls but they are not solving the issue, after raising the complaint they had just call me once and that call was dropped and now call is dropping while i call to customercare.

I had called housejoy for their deep cleaning services.

My first issue was when the time for payment came, they tried to reach me as i was out and unable to answer calls. While this was my fault, the men were extremely rude and threatened that they would stay in the apartment overnight if they aren't paid immediately.

My second issue was that they did a horrible job of actually cleaning. I went over to check the job they had done, first thing the next morning. They had done absolutely nothing that a regular sweeper would not do. Their was lots of dust under sofas and tables (That had wide enough gaps to clean), between cupboards and walls (Where there was 3-4 inch gap), one any sort of ledges (Windows, doors, switchboards), etc. Balcony was not cleaned satisfactorily. My staff was there to move a sofa so they cleaned under that otherwise that also would not have been done. My staff also asked them to clean under the mattress but they would not agree to clean anything where they had to lift a kilo extra, and when directed to clean something they would respond saying that they would get to it and not to tell them anything until they finished. Obviously by then some of these were forgotten and left unclean.

Now, after this complaint, they said they would not refund, but redo the cleaning to my satisfaction. I told them that it was an empty apartment that i was getting some work done in before renting it, so i needed to finish some of the civil work now, so to schedule the re-clean for a month later. Then when i speak to them a month later they inform that they only do a second cleaning within 14 days. They would not entertain me and that they tried to call me to inform me of this. (I was travelling a lot at this time so my phone was probably unreachable).

Basically i wasted my money on nothing.

Always the post man gives my all confidential letters to unknown person, they read all my passwords, aadhar number, my bank statements, everything, am a house wife i always be at home, am staying in second floor, postman feels lazy to climb the steps and he gives my all letters to the road people who are sitting in the street corners, i feel very bad and hurt,,,,

When i was booking the plumbing services they sent me the details discount coupon and it was hjy200. I applied it. At the time of payment they just told me no coupon is applied. They are saying no discount availed. They charged amount of 300rs. I paid the whole amount. I am highly disapointed and need a refund. It was extremely unethical. When you don't want to give a discount don't fool people by giving them the coupon codes. You are just loosing your customers. It was a fraud.

I have lodge a request to repair my washing machine vide id[protected] dated 27 may 2017. Job was off loaded to prince appliances and he visited for inspection and found that drum bearings and seal worn out and need to be replaced. He told that total expenditure will be around inr 2800/- + inspection charges inr 150-00. This charge was quite high but due to my neediness i accepted and ask him to repaired the machine. He opened the machine and changed the bearing, but while dismantling the machine he cut many of the electrical and control wires which was not required, i also object him in between but he told not in issue i will correct it. He completed the work near about night 1030 hrs. And said you run the machine it will work perfectly. Next day early morning i started machine but it was not working then i made complained then he said there is the problem in cards again expenditure will come about 2500 inr extra. I said one you examine the machine then you told only bearing is damaged nothing else. Then i started made complained house joy staff but till now they enquiring the thins no action has been taken so far.
Now i have question
1. I have paid hues money to change bearings and seal i. E. Inr 2950.00 but market prize almost inr 1100 to 1200 (Cost of two small bearings and seal worth inr 800+250 max.)
2. This defect occur during the assembling/disassembling of machine then why i should be accountable for.
3. Machine was inspected before taken over job and that time no card was faulty.
4. Now i have paid around inr 3000 but machine is still non ops.

No action so far from house joy. Resect early reply.

From housejoy for opening a door that got locked out.

The carpenter almost broke the door. Look at the pics attached. I complained about the service and housejoy.in are not doing anything to resolve the situation. First i did not want to make an complaint. But my friends suggested that i should complain since this is causing the monetary damage for myself.
I will have to replace to door with my money or pay the owner for the replacement.

And the carpenter was totally negligent and in a hurry. And he worked with so much noise that my house owner from next building came to check what happened.

Resolution expected : either replace the door, or do a very good repair of the door. Or pay for the door replacement.

Complaint in relation to "house joy" services and fraud pre-money collection with no service delivery.

I had given a call last saturday and booked for an electrician and a carpenter.

While the carpenter did arrive, i showed him the scope of work, he collected the rs.99 and said he get back to me the same evening with a quotation, didn't happen.

The electrician didn't turn up twice that day, kept saying he's on the way and never reached on the time mentioned on my sms confirmation.

I had to call the house joy customer care line about 5 times (Saturday & sunday). Sunday evening the guy said for sure it will be solved and he has escalated the matter to his senior. No follow up with me after that.

When i called today twice, they mentioned again that they have escalated the matter to the floor manager, said they would get to me in 30mins maximum, didn't happen. When i asked for the office address i was asked to google it.

I believe this is a scam company thats out there to scam rs.99 of every customer and not deliver the service required.

This company should be on the black list.

Called for service 5 days back still now daily some components getting replaced my refrigerator is completely screwed up not in working state now need refund and who is going to pay for damages done to refrigerator

We hired a plumber through housejoy, jayanta kumar senapathj. P. Enterprises, deepu plumbing works on contract, the contractor took half amount and did 3/4th work and did an emotional drama to grab rest of the money. Finally when we paid the entire 35k he wrapped the work for name sake and ran away, the bathroom has the same old problem continuing. We tried calling him and the housejoy people n number of times and nobody responded in a proper way. And no one turned in. Pathetic services and money time waste to select any services from housejoy.

Pathetic and inexperienced plumber. Was unable to fix a small leak. He didn't even know what materials to purchase, misused and wasted a lot. Made us spend additional 1200 on material. A two hour job he took 13hrs to fix, only after breaking our washbasin and man handling things. Every impatient and was throwing things around. He asked us money to repair the wash basin and told us to adjust with what ever he brings. Raised the complaint, the customer care said they will call back in 10mins but till now none called. But the back end team called the plumber to inform him that complaint has been registered against him. What sort of service was it. I am not sure if I will get the wash basin replaced
Service was pathetic, the whole work should not cost beyond 3000 costed me 5000. What sort of Check is done to ensure the technician are skilled. The whole system is set up to cheat people

We availed the services of "Housejoy" in Mumbai for the repair of our Whirlpool refrigerator on 17th March 2017. The complaint was loss of cooling.

The serviceman diagnosed the problem to a defective part and agreed to replace it for Rs. 2, 450 (Rs. Two thousand Four Hundred and Fifty Only) inclusive of taxes and labor.

We paid the complete amount (Rs. 2, 450) vide receipt number 19403

After the replacement and said repair, the refrigerator wasn't cooling.

We have followed up with them multiple times. They are putting us off everytime.

Their policy states 6 months of warranty or complete refund if the service is dis-satisfactory. However, they are not providing any resolution

I had registered a service with HouseJoy for a plumbing work, where the kitchen drain pipe had to be replaced. The new line was supposed to go from the exterior of the building.
After 2 days of continuously calling them (in each of the calls, the nature of the work was clearly explained) finally they say that they don't take up exterior plumbing work.
My kitchen work is completely stopped for over a week and i have a baby at home which makes it all the more inconvenient.
The issue here is, i understand if they are not ready to take up such work, but this should have been made clear right at teh very beginning when i explained them about the type of work. Instead they were assuring that they will do it, but at the last moment, they deny undertaking such type of work.

VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND PATHETIC ATTITUDE OF THESE PEOPLE.
