Had booked service for appliance repair via request no[protected] on 30-Sep-16(online). The service was scheduled for 2nd Oct 16. On the day of service the assigned technician called and asked whether it's an installation of new geyser of repair of old. On telling him that it's a repair of old geyser, he says he cant attend to the issue and will ask Housejoy to assign another techincian. Believing his words I waited to be assigned another technician but all waste. Again booked a fresh request for the service, this time directly over call to ensure that I do not suffer same problem again(Job id ref :[protected]. Also told the customer care about the experience last time and how the technician refused service. Was given assurance that this time my issue will be taken up properly . Again this time was assigned the same technician who delivered service last time, to bring this to the notice of the customer care had given numerous calls but all unattended. In the morning next day, I get an SMS from the company that no technician is available in my area. However now this is an absolute example of foul service, immediately after disconnecting the call, I get another SMS that my request has been Again on calling customer care, the executive says that she is sorry that my request could not be taken up and is incapable of assigning other technician. On repeated request, was told by her that she would write a mail for the same to concerned department to ensure my request is taken up. cancelled. Was wondering, whom did I authorise to cancel my request.
Absolute false promise and worst customer service. If you are incapable of taking up service request why do you take it in the first instance and again your customer care have people who make sure they are of no help to the customer.

    I had a very bad experience with house joy... Get repaired my ac... Engineer suggested to fill the gas and did it. But the 3rd day ac was not working properly... Call up engineer again he did something... And the second day same problem happen... Then i called up to costumer care thrice and discussed with 1. Kartik, 2. Imran & 3rd time sarthi... But they said well get back to you but not get any response!!.

    They don't know there engineer later when there is complaint in work.....

    Total wastage of time and money..

      Consu.no.[protected].new meter changed on13.2.16. EB employee take reading may 2016 .is 830 units, but it is actual, again july 2016, noted in my cord 830 units it is not actual in this month noted 1270 units, today i cheked the reading 1202 units is inform the meter, EB employee is generated approx reading in future take action.

        On 13 sep, 2016, a Plumber was sent to replace old overhead water tank.He wasn't trained enough to do the job Resultantly, the new water tank installed by him start leaking from the point of pipe he made.Made a complaint to company but no response.Even the helpline number is paid one and we have to wait for long with no results.It is a real company or fraud?

          Dear Sir,
          I have taken service for OHT water tank cleaning in which assurance given by your rep on phone that the team will do the tank cleaned and assured that water pressure will also be proper.
          After tank cleaning water pressure is on zero level, when i had complaint regarding pressure they have sent plumber, who visited and inspected all through and said that the KACHRA from tank goes to pipe due to which water pressure is zero.
          Now, whenever I called customer service on [protected] they are asking to get the plumbing services.
          I have paid Rs.1000/- (one thousand) in cash and again I have to pay Rs 1400/- for the work which can be done in Rs. 600 to 700 rupees.
          Can anybody from House joy explain me that this is the services what they are giving and finally nobody is answering me.

          As per above facts, I have waste my money and time and
          My experience with housejoy is pathetic.

            Booked for carpenter service. When they called, explained what kind of service am looking for. It was for assembling wardrobe. He said ok, he will do it.

            But, during his visit for this service on 17.09.16, he told that he cant do this job, and call the company people to do it. and collected Rs.100 and left. Just to take his advice, we had to pay Rs.100/-. HE should have suggested the same over phone, when we explained the service required.

              Hello l used the home service by housejoy but my experience is very bad. I recommend please don't use service of housejoy they are not genuine, I used beauty package person done half service and said to come next day to complete but later they block my number no response by saloon and hJ. When I tried to contact with Ahmedabad housejoy they said the company is closed.

                I was overcharged heavily for my order with housejoy reference no. 002755, service provider id[protected]. They replacedpowersupply str, a filter and a fuse and charged me 1200 bucks for the same and when i enquired the price of the same replaced part in market i was surprised that it were much cheaper than what i paid to th housejoy executive and I am sending the quotation of the parts with price to housejoy via mail and lets see what happens. But as of now i request you all never ever try using housejoy.

                After this complaint they gave me prompt response but they are still not sure how to take this up. I am getting calls from them but every time they quiz me with same questions.
                Giving them all the details on call and via mail has been of no use till now.
                Lets see how they finally address it. But yes i was overched some 800-900 rs. They sold me a capacitor worth 50-100 rs in 800 and couple of other parts like this as well.

                  Hi,
                  We hired a plumber from housejoy.Com. His name is sandeep from some plumbing store from uttam nagar, new delhi. He came to repair the leakage in the washroom. We provided him all the material which was needed to repair and paid rs. 1200 for the single day task.
                  Just the next day of repair the leakage started again. Now the company and the repair worker is not reponding.

                    I had booked for servicing of washing machine on 30/7/16. 31st july a person came from housejoy and without asking or informing me that he is going to charge extra for this, dropped one sachet of salt like material in my machine n set it for tub clean. He told me this is only servicing n real servicing of machine is charged rs.2200/-. I paid him rs.560/- (400 for servicing and mat 160) when i received sms from housejoy the bill was 400/-. I lodged a complain no.72119. After 24hours also it has not been solved.

                      I had my split ac (1.5 ton) gas refilled last month on 16/06/2016 by mr alok sharma from housejoy. Its been only a month now and the gas has again leaked. It had a three months warranty for gas refilling and charged rs 2000.

                      It needs to be refilled again. Please do the needful, i booked a service again from housejoy and they say that for warranty you need to talk to the company and register a complaint.

                      Please do the needful at the earliest.

                        I had requested house joy team to collect my clothes for drycleaning and i was provided a contact number of their rider shailander who was suppose to collect my clothes for dry cleaning 8 days back between 11 am to 1 pm. I waited for the guy but no one turned to pick my clothes on given day and time. Then next day i called the guy and asked if he is coming today to which he replied that it might rain today so he would come next day at same time. Next day again no one turned and someone calls me at 12 night from diffrent number and asked me if he can come to my home to collect the clothes for drycleaning. It was too late and i called that guy next morning. But the same story next day no one came and nor any one called. My 5 days got wasted and after 8 days i again got a call at 10;30 from unknown mobile number and the guy asked me if he can come to collect the clothes for dry cleaning as he has come to my society to pick some one's laundry and the customer is un available so his manager told him to speak to me and bring my clothes. I was not at home that time and told him to come next day. After 5 minutes i got a call again from guy who introduced himself as most senior person from the house joy named mayank and asked me the reason for not giving the clothes. I told him very polietly that its been 8 days and no one came and secondly iam not at home. I thought this time i will get a solution and was happy that iam speaking with someone responsible but that senior guy mayank also said that when it rains or it is predicted that it will rain on those days our riders do not do any work. Even i take off. And lastly he said this is your last chance to give clothes or forget as we have lot of works to do. His behaviour was too rude and also said that i am talking bull.
                        I am writing this feed back so others do not get trapped and waste their time with these unprofessionals.

                          Dear sir/ ma'am,

                          I have given my formal cloths for laundry on july 06 but haven't received it back till now. I have raised the issue since past 5 days but not getting any solution for that. Every time i call to the customer care they give some random answer like cloths are ready for delivery but nothing has been received at my end. I have given all my formal expensive cloths for laundry and due to which facing lot of trouble. I am frustrated and afraid whether they have missed my cloths.

                            Hi,

                            I gave my laptop to them and told in advance that i would need the details of the device you're going to replace. they said okay initially. later, i received a call and they said there is problem with the cooling fan and this much you have to pay. i asked them to generate an authentic bill for the device and replace so that i can leverage the warranty period of the fan or any device. they failed to comply with me. i cannot give them money they ask from their side as i am already paying for the service. also, later i confirmed in the market for the price of the device and it turned that the amount demanded by the housejoy service provider was almost 90% more.

                              Dear Housejoy beauty services,

                              I request you to please close this services from house joy as soon as possible. The girls you send are not professional at all. They behave very arrogantly. They are not ready to wait even for a 5 minutes delay. They keep pestering us they have to go soon. When we can bear their delays, why cant they bear our delays. On asking this they behave very arrogantly with us and ask in loud tone that do you want to get service from us or no? They kept the waxing box on bed and burnt the whole bed. Manicure and pedicure is just done in 10 minutes. Very poor quality of service and totally dissatisfied. They forget half of the things to bring and again go back and get the things required which is time consuming.
                              I would never use this service again.
                              My complaint is against the lady Shobha G. Please take a serious action against her else she will make all the loyal clients of housejoy to exit like me.

                                My tv was getting restarted, ordered repair through housejoy.In thinking that they will send professionals who will fix the problem. The job id raised is 23751587. Sadiq shariff (+91 [protected]) from v5 tech solutions rt nagar attends the problem. He takes the tv and comes back saying he replaced the motherboard and gives 1 year warranty and charges rs 15000.
                                The problem starts when within a week, the tv stops functioning and repeated calls to the dealer goes in vain. Housejoy.In also does not respond to my problem and says they do not provide warranty for 1 year but only for 1 month. (The bill clearly mentions 1 year).
                                Now, housejoy says that they cannot do anything about the issue as the vendor who fixed the tv is no longer associated with housejoy.

                                I am extremely frustrated as i have booked the repair service through housejoy and they do not claim responsibility. I have been cheated of 15, 000 rupees and my tv is now in dead condition. Additionally, i have been dealing with a lot of mental stress as i have been trying to follow up with the company with no vain.

                                Please take action against the company and protect the unsuspecting customers who may have to deal with the same issue.

                                  I had made an order to repair my split AC. The guy whose name is r k narain came and changed some part for which he charged 500 bucks. He checked the gas in front of me and told gas is ok. Then he asked if I need servicing. I accepted and I went inside. The AC was working well. I switched off the AC and was doing my work when he and his colleague returned and told the gas is empty. I then asked how it can be empty when 5 minutes back it was full. He said it's ok and to call me if there is any problem. Took 800 R's 500 for changing some thing and 300 for servicing and went. The same day that is today the AC is not working. Now he is telling me that the problem was not with that part but the gas. He is even refusing to come back and take a look at it. These are all cheats. The money people earn by their sweat is being robbed by house joy by employing such thieves. My booking Id was 15243810 .booking date 9th June 16 ...repair done on 12th June. Am done with house joy. Kindly get my ac repaired or get my money back . I will keep writing till either of these is done.

                                    I booked an service request for hair color(global loreal Innoa) for last sunday(30 may 2016).

                                    However the girls were good in behavior and all but the just after application of color I felt burnining and after telling the girl she said its normal, then color did not cover my grye hair so she applied once more and then left asking to remove it after 30 mins, I followed same.

                                    I was having sever burning sensation on my scalp, even was not able to comb my hair that day

                                    now after 2-3 days also I feel itching and irritation on my skin and it seems my skin is burnt and there are lot of flakes in my hair.

                                    I am very dissatisfied with the service and will never recommend it to anyone

                                      I placed my order on 9th of may 2016 (Wash & iron) and the laundry was collected on 10th of may 2016. After repeated request i received my clothes on 17th of may, where as housejoy is supposed to deliver it after 4days.

                                      To my utter dismay, i saw my jeans was missing.Instead of my black skin tight ladies jeans housejoy delivered a blue shady over-sized men jeans. This jeans was tagged as order id 9440427 (Which is my order id). I immediately placed a call to the person who delivered the clothes and karthik ([protected]). I informed them about the whole incident. Both of them said they'll get back to me the next morning. But as usual no one called. I had to raise a complaint through my housejoy app. After seeing no response from housejoy's end, i called the operation head senior mr. Nandish ([protected]). He said in records housejoy has delivered 12 clothes to me, so it is not their problem anymore. There is no way that he can help me, as he has already delivered 12 clothes to me. He also said since the order id tagged on the jeans matches with my order id, it is bound to be mine. Hence housejoy did not make any mistake. Post which santosh (Customer service-housejoy) called and requested a day from me. On 20th may santosh called and said there is no black jeans with them, and since they have made a mistake housejoy can only pay ten times of the service tax amount, which comes to rs.220.

                                      Firstly, how dare customer service team says that it is not their problem? Am i supposed to accept other's clothes instead of mine, since housejoy has given me the exact number of clothes?? Or am i supposed to accept only my clothes? What kind of customer service do you have?? Is housejoy professional enough to run a business? How is mr. Nandish a manager there?
                                      Secondly, are jeans available for rs.220 bucks in the market? After harassing a customer for one and a half week, this is the solution housejoy provides? Housejoy has some pathetic people working for them.

                                      I had to raise a complaint here to seek help from consumer forum. Not because the jeans costed a great deal, but because housejoy can't run a business by taking your customers for granted.

                                      If i had known housejoy has this kind of a business model, where they lose things or steal clothes and loves harassing clients, i would have never asked for a service.

                                        I am ashish and my phonr number is [protected].. I orders from housejoy.In. They picked my clothes on 11may, tat for delivery is 4days. I requested them to do this within time. Today is 5th day. When i called customer care, nobody responded to kept my phone on hold and after few minutes said we will get back to you. Nobody called me. When i called ivr told customer care line is closed. Fed up this. I told them ai don't have anything to wear. But they don't even care about the customers concern. Just because they are a big company they can do whatever they think. It would b best i gave clothes to local dhobi rather that these service providers. My order number is 13474561.
