Don't trust this company. This is one of fraud/cheating CONSTRUCTION company.
I am writing this because presently am facing problems with them.
If anyone wants to discuss/know about this company please message me I will share my number to explain in detail.
Anyone is having more money n time than those can choose this firm.
Till now they didn't finished any of the projects and no one is having clue when they are going to start.
Right they are taking advantages of COVID-19 and convincing clients and dragging it like anything
It's not about myself am writing here similarly lot of customers having same issue with this cheating company.
In few days time everyone can see in the media about their cheating/frauds what they are doing with clients.
Anyone wants to go with this company ask them to show ongoing projects for checking the progress.
Get clients mobile numbers for feedback purposes
If they are honest they have to give random clients mobile number but they won't give.
Now most of the clients are already terminated their construction agreement including myself
They are playing with clients now not giving balance amount whatever clients have paid as an advance as well as construction purposes.
They are having good marking people's n definitely they will trap you somehow.
After receiving advance from you people's than they will show their real face how House Joy process will be.
Beginning itself they will cheat you saying House Joy is only brand name and they will operate as Sarvloka Services on call. And they will make agreement with this name.
But mail communications they will do in the name of House Joy. But RA bill transactions with Sarvloka account.
THEY ARE BIG SCAMMERS. BE CAREFUL

It's been almost a 2 year i am following for my money. They changed dates almost 126 times, they are changing the dates and sending mails from last 2 year.. it's almost 126 times changed the dates. In 2 installments i was supposed to get my money as per agreement. I need to get 6, 06, 000/- rupees, for almost 1 year I received only 25000/- still a huge amount is pending. No one is responding properly still waiting for huge can anyone help me here.

    Address: Housejoy, Sarvaloka Services On Call Pvt Ltd. No. L-371, 5th Main, HSR Layout, Sector 6,

    Contract date on aug 16th 2019. Project id:[protected]
    Mr. Mohan murthy construction
    1) we gave contract for 4 floor construction in aug 2019 and till date 11 months up they have not even done ground floor
    2) we have been continuously asking to provide us with payment schedule which is as per the nationalized bank (The way they demand the payment as per the progress of the site), but no one has got back to us and keep asking for money without doing work at site
    3) we were promised birla super cement but when we visited the site it was acc & no one bothered to get back to us on this
    4) there were many quality issues (Bars bend & they were just closing the cement like that only if we had not visited the site)
    5) priyadarshi had promised us that we will be working out on completing the project in 40 lakhs (Even thought the estimate is 43 lakhs) he has denied to talk to us (Screenshot attached) and no one responds
    6) nothing in the site is happening as per the timeline shared with us infact, it is 11 month now & still they are at ground floor stage
    7) there were several incidence of dumping the materials in the road & causing problems to the neighborhood that the relationship with them has spoiled completely & they just wait for a chance to pick up fight & inform the bbmp, because housejoy delayed so much neighbors have complained to bbmp that they are having problems with our site (Things are left unattend), lot of dust etc etc & also some guy has raised litigation also so he can mint some money if possible
    8) we had applied for electricity connection (Housejoy quoted 38k while the actual cost was only 25k - why such huge difference?) housejoy try to mint money here (Anu prabakar finally asked us to pay for the generator for housejoy's mistake - customer is the loser here)
    9) we have made a total of ~11 lakhs payment till date which is 27% of the project cost with just ground floor work happening at the site
    10) you write and mess on whatsapp group & call no one reponses they just say "we will look into it and get back" but no one comes back
    I absolutely dont trust housejoy that they will complete the work 1) in time 2) with good quality 3) promised amount of 40 lakhs
    Their website has fails marketing jargon's like good quality (Attached the pics of their quality all the bars are bend and rusted and they were filling the cement with the bent bar if we had not visited the site at the right time), hassle free experience (I have had the worst experience calling & messing them everyday with no one responding including the ceo sanchit & tibin, you write 20 mails they dont bother to reply but their assistant reply on whatsapp saying they have received the mail, but no response), on time completion & construction in 144 days
    I need justice & as a customer i feel totally cheated and my money being stuck. I have been continuously writing with absolutely, no resolution so far. I need refund of my money & noc so i can give the project to other vendor
    How they will play with you:
    1. They will take 10% of project cost before starting the project and it's not refundable. After design they will collect 10 to 15% to start work and total comes to 6 lac to 10 lac. They made their profit and they have to get rid of you now because in the final agreement it is mentioned that at any point of time whatever amount is paid is not refundable. This is where their game starts, they will drag as much as they can, simply by saying we have ordered material and it takes some time to reach the site. Labours not available, labours absconded, labour vendor not responding, material vendor not responding etc. And make sure the client is frustrated and either he leaves them and starts construction on his own or he will wait for years. No one takes responsibility for your project including project manager/site engineer, and whatsapp group is for name sake. They will tempt you by their specification/pricing/sales team offers. Because they don't have the intention to construct your home. They will offer you whatever you ask till you pay a booking amount. Lots of people will go to them because of investors mainly amazon, qualcomm etc. But nobody helps when you are stuck with them. And it is already happening for most of the customers, sorry all customers. They are fooling people by advertising that project will be completed in 144 days. But in agreement they will mention 9 months execution time+ 3 months grace period. So totally 1 year moreover till now they have not completed a single project from the past 2 year.

      We called a technician to repaire the washing machine timer issue. We had not put cloth in the washing machine, he just sees and taken 531 and goes. we called the HJ and they asked as to pay again for the same issue

        Housejoy gave me ticket to solve my complaint, but till date no one response from them. Will they resolve my complaint, I asked for refund of 3 lakhs which i paid as initial payment for constructing my house. I HAVE ASKED THEM TO REFUND MY HARD EARNED MONEY WHICH I GAVE FROM MY PENSION FUND.

          I have booked for refrigerator cooling issue and the agent from house of joy has ruined my fridge.. House of joy sends someone in place of the actual agent who doesn’t know how to work.
          First day it worked for few hours and then stopped working.. Second day the same thing.. Third day also the same thing... On 7 th day we buy new compressor and fridge still doesn’t work.. I suggested them to take it to their workshop 5 more days in vain and today my house is filled with strong burning smell of rubber or insulation.. I quickly turned the refrigerator off.. I spent 7000 and get a service like this.. Better don’t provide any service if can’t do it properly

            Number one fraud company, Many called me and said their construction activity has stopped, or project is delayed. They take initial sum if rs 3 lakhs and take your signature for an agreement. If you ask for refund, they say no refund for initial amount of you sign an agreement Many have come together to form housejoy victims group. I too lost initial payment of 3 lakhs and not a single work is done in my plot.

            No order number has been issued. The booking agreement IRC booking after Rs 3, 00, 000 is paid has been made on 21/04/2020. Copy is attached for your ready refrtence. It gives you all the details.
            After the agreement was signed, no further progress has been made as on date .( plans approval, costing, construction agreement etc nothing has been made.).
            So, please refund my money at the earliest .

            I have paid Rs 3.00 lacs as initial booking amount and booking agreement made on 21/04/2020.
            Subsequently no progress is made in the project as on date. Not even plans are approved.Valuation of the project construction agreement with costing and time frames have not been executed.
            So, I am dropping from the project and asking for refund.
            Just by mentioning in the booking agreement that the amount is non refundable, so we can't refund is not justified. It is hard earned money and we can't lose money just like that.
            Housejoy have raised a ticket against my complain, but are silent, . Not doing any thing.They said, their team will take up in priority basis. BUT TILL DATE NOT RESOLVED.THEY JUST SHOW 0 CASES PENDING

                  Contract date on aug 8th 2019. We gave contract for 3 floor building construction in aug 2019. We have made a total of ~11 lakhs payment till date. It is 10 months now they have just done groundfloor not even the moulding.
                  We are continuously asking them to start the work & finish it but they are not doing any work & they don't pick up calls or reply to any messes.
                  Their website has fancy marketing jargon's like 1) good quality (The quality is pathetic), 2) hassle free experience (I have had the worst experience calling & messing them everyday with no one responding, they dont bother to reply, it is like they are doing a favor to you, you have to keep begging them), 3) on time completion & construction in 144 day (This is a big lie, as it is 9 month now after they started the construction they have not even completed ground floor brick work when will they complete the project) 4) give rent (I am asking them to refund our money they are not giving back my own money do you think they will give rent for the delay in completion 5) convenience (Started till now there was nothing which was eazy for us for everything their is issue and problem).

                    We are so very dishearten to know that our dream house/home has come to such a horrible situation all because on your company (Housejoy) and here we are in that pathetic condition that no one in your company even bother to respond to us even if we are calling them zillion times.

                    Please see the project behind our site. Note that they had started work last december and where are we.

                          I have ordered in housejoy for cooling issue with my refrigerator. The service man came and fixed the issue. After two days the issue occurs again. That service man was not picking the call. I've rated in housejoy but the service request was not considered. That rubbish servicemen filled wrong gas on my refrigerator. I booked urbanclap service, they checked and then we got to know, your rubbish servicemen spoiled the compressor in refrigerator. I'm not going to leave this issue.

                            This electrician came to my house to repair one ceiling fan. He told that the coil is spoiled we need to replace with a new one. We accepted and allowed him to take the fan out. He took the fan and came after two days. He fit the fan but after 4 days the fan is not working. We paid rs. 800 to him for the new coil and service charge. Today we called him to inform about the repair again. He told that within one hour he will come. But still no response from him. We lost our money. He didn't change anything in the fan but he got that much amount from us. Kindly take action on him.

                              We had taken the pesticides services on 12th October which has proven the biggest mistake as after writing complaints or approaching that person is not at all helpful.. I have received mail twice saying that will get back to you but no one has get back yet. This is really a very nice business to take money and be fooling the customers. I DOUBT THAT REVIEWS ARE FILLED BY THE CUSTOMERS OR THE COMPANY ITSELF IS DOING. As per our experience the most pathetic service providers you are. Still hoping some professionalism from you.

                                We called housejoy guys to repair our washing machine. First, these guys broke the back panel/cover of the machine and then they are charging atrociously for fixing the motherboard/pcb. They gave the excuse that the panel was broken from before. If you see the attached pic, one cant understand how the smaller piece stuck around with rest of the panel if it was broken from before. And now for reparing the motherboard they are atrociously charging rs1950+rs500 (Service fees)+rs441 (Gst). Who will reimburse us for the panel? Such a shoddy service from these guys. Not trustworthy at all.

                                We spoke to customer and a con call was arranged. Customer claims service provider has damaged the panel, wherein service provider claims it was already a pre damage. Here customer says service provider has damaged the panel while removing the screws, wherein service provider claims there is no screws and it is a lock system. Customer even confirmed that she got a local service provider having a look. Even the local service provider might have also damaged the panel.

                                  order cancelled but refund not received

                                  I have mistakely order today on housejoy app. And instaly canalled. Rs.1589. But still my refund not received. I have paid via upi. My order no.[protected]. He will said refund received soon but still not received. I have try to contact them but not properly answer for my qualifications. My number is [protected]. Pls help me i have call them but not solve my problem...

                                  Advance amount of inr 10, 000/- taken for laying renovation services by housejoy in the month of mjarch 2019. This amount was paid after receiving the quotation and their visit to the - pro-perty. After one month (Work yet to start) they informed me that it is not possible to carry out the work with in the quote given. Since i am not agreeing for the increase in the quote, i requested for refund with interest and also the agony i was going through. They promised me to refund the entire amount since they have not agreed the work within the quote given by them. They said the refund will take place only two days. Since then various calls to the company for refund, i could get only 4900/-. (Approx) balance they informed me it will take three days to refund in the month of april/may. Till date not yet received.

                                    But after that he not ready to recive my call
                                    And i dont know wht happen to him he block me everywhere

                                      My 49" sanyo led smart tv (43999 rupees inr) has been damaged by service engineer during reinstallation process, the led part is partially damaged which will cost around 36000 now. The overall process was as below-
                                      Engineer visited my place when the tv was powered off because it has to be dismantled from table top, he came saw the tv and decided to take the tv as it was. We told there is a dedicated tv box but he kept on telling we can take it like this in his two wheeler, though we requested him several times but he was keen to take it in two wheeler.in the two wheeler ride i was holding my tv very carefully because i know it is costly stuff.in the new house when he decided to remove table top he asked for some cloth to put the led on the floor, we were unable to provide suitable item, we requested him to wait for few minutes so that something i get which may help for this work, he did not wait, instead he took one vest and kept the tv on it facing the led on the floor and this is the time when the led got damaged, after that he fixed tv on the wall mount and was about the leave, when my wife asked him to switch on the tv and to our surprise it is damaged. When we told how this thing happened, he kept on telling he did not do anything but may be tv got damaged during transportation, now his company is following him and housejoy.in directly refusing the responsibility too.
                                      1. When he came for uninstallation tv was off, he did not even switch on it to check proper status of it.
                                      2. Refused to box pack the tv as he was too keen to complete the work soo.
                                      3. Continuously told me to carry the tv by myself so that later on for any mishap he can blame me easily, so uninstallation only not done for which he was requested for.
                                      4. When removing the table top and fixing wall mount panel on the back of tv he did not keep the tv on a soft surface.
                                      5. The tv was carried and handled by him entirely during wall mounting so it may have been damaged at that time.
                                      6. When all this mishap completed he immediately called his supervisor and started blaming me in his mother tongue which is tamil, some of his statements i could understand that he was continuously telling that i only carried the tv from one house to another, but actually he forced me to do that.

                                      In my room my house maid and my 6 years old kid were present, they saw everything, if any more investigation would take place their statements can be valued.

                                      From housejoy.in end no proper investigation was done afterwards, even after two days of such sad incident they are very casual, today when we told we are taking this matter to consumer court they said do whatever you want but we can't pay you anything.

                                      Please help us, it's my hard earned money which was invested, i work day and night for our livelihood.
