Hi,

I have taken two wheeler subscription from housejoy for a year with reference id : x[protected] for which i had paid inr 1320/-

I had scheduled my first two wheeler service on 13th of jan 2018 3:00pm-5.00pm.
The agent who was assigned with this job denied to do this service on the scheduled time.
Housejoy team rescheduled it everytime when i was not available at my home. So i had requested cancellation on 15th january.

I have called up customer care at least 7-8 times to get this subscription cancelled. Every time they told it will be cancelled within 15 mins and which did not happened and my money is not repaid to me.

Later agent whom the servie job was assigned, had marked one of the service as completed without even coming to my door step for servicing my two wheeler.

This is how house joy is cheating customers. There is no option to get a subscription cancelled. Even after requesting so many times there is no response. They are least bothered once customers pay them for an order. Hereby i am kindly requesting consumer forum to take action against the same.

Frustrating interacting with these people. Never opt for housejoy services

    We called in for plumbing services. The plumber came in and worked on the repair and new fitting into the bathroom.in between that he mentioned that he has forgot to get some tools to fit the tap. Then he left at 4 pm to get the tools and returned at around 7 pm (May be he was manufacturing the tools).in our apartment rules, any kind of repair work is restricted after 6 pm and this was clearly told to the plumber. Despite that he vanished for 3 hours and didn't care to even call and inform (He definitely went to another site to close another ticket). The most pathetic and unprofessional service ever we have experienced. Even the local plumbers are better than your staff. The fun part is when he returned at 7 pm and then fitted the tap with the water on because the tank could not be closed due to our apartment rules. For some time the tap sustained, then it started leaking again and it went on to just increase with time and now we have to ask the apartment to close the connection from the tank. When my wife called again to housejoy to understand where this person was, he came back and told us "why did you complain about me". There is no joy in such kind of services and staff you maintain. Now this repair requires immediate attention and i will have to keep calling your help center and wait for help (Hope i am not charged again) for your so called professional services. This is ridiculous and irritating.

      I zakiriya place the order for washing machine service from housejoy,
      Person came and committed board problem service amount rs. 1650 for rectification i asked discount then confirmed for same amount but that service man told me further amount
      Rs. 4000
      So housejoy company doing cheating and collect some amount from customer each serviceman collecting rs. 5000 everyday from the customer i also rs. 250 given
      There is no use
      So don't use housejoy for service

      I already placed the complaint there is no response from yourside also my washing machine had vibration at the time of running so I paid rs. 250 for extra repair not for service. So don't send your person to the public.

        Being first time caller for housejoy service on house cleaning, i was told my slot will be confirmed in 10 mts by a representative but never called after two hour i again called customer care about my slot confirmation instead of confirming, they asked me to tell the requirement from the beginning, i refused to narrate again and asked them about previous request... They told me to wait and they will check but after a few seconds they disconnected the call.. Never come back.

        Imagine how their service will be... Thanks to my god.

          Don’t have words for their pathetic services. Choose any other service but not housejoy.

          I had given my washing machine for repair and it was promised to get serviced within 2 working days. Despite my regular follow ups with the customer support team, except for raising the complaint they are of no use. The technician guy who picked up my machine has not been answering or responding up on my call. Either busy not not picking it up. Such is the level of professionalism in them.
          Infact this is heights o[censored]nprofessional-ism.
          Despite the customer support giving you confirmation that the machine will be delivered on the same day there was no actual thing happening.

          With all honesty! Don’t go for their services. Make a proper online check before opting their service.

          I availed the service of plumber last week they corrected the assembly of the hand pump and change the valve didn't show the bill they chargedRs350 I think it is over charged I think it is time to rethink about calling your services in future

            In the latest activa service done, your mechanic didn't have engine oil to change and didn't have time when i told him to buy and change when petrol pump is 10 minutes away. I don't know much about service yet since he managed to complete within 20 minutes max. Cleaning not done properly. At first, he found everything okay, but later spark plug was problematic which was changed and cash payment given by me. No bill given by him. Now i have engine oil with for whom external mechanic is asking rs 50 to do it. It seems like i m being completely fooled by housejoy and their mechanic for a service whice us 275 in actual i have already paid 450 as well as that service is not done properly. I also called in the morning to customer care and yet to find any response via msg, call or mail. Pathetic and worst service ever. Something similar happened at the time chimney service earlier taken from housejoy but the person came back soon to fix the issue, hence did not raise concern that time.

              Dear team,

              I was already told to not to book carpenter servicing through housejoy by one of my close friend as they had a very bad experience with the servicing part. Then also i trusted you guys and booked the service but at the cost of this what i got in return was just a bigger bad experience.

              1) carpenter never came on time which was selected in the slot. We selected between 1pm to 3pm but carpenter guy end up coming at 4 pm. If you guys are not following the same then there is no point of asking the time slot while booking.

              2) for drilling approx 10 screws on wall you guys have charged a whopping amount of rs. 1, 500/-. I wanted to know whether screws are made up of what material. I mean being in start up stage this amount will help you to get your revenues little faster but you guys will end up loosing lot many potential customers. I never knew as i was not present in the house or else i would have never paid this amount very honestly.

              3) carpenter was not getting the location and i was tired of explaining the same to him.

              See very honestly even i am in service industry and hope so you guys take this particular complaint very seriously and please respond back, that is what the least expectation i have now from you guys. Even i can write a bad review like everyone else but i want to know that what you guys are doing from your end to close the same.

                The person came and visited our house for the refitting of single door - 1 nos & double door - 2 nos and gave a quote for rs 2000/-
                We agreed for it and he started the work from the time he started the work the carpenter kept on complain like the door is not nice and the wood quality is also not nice.
                The hole day he kept on speaking some negative things about the doors and without completing the work while at the evening and when i was not there at work he took rs 500/- as advance and promised us that the next day he will come and finish it but he didn't even responded properly he said that he got some other better work so after 2 days only he came..
                Kindly refer the attachment photos what was the work he did he doesn't have the carpenter skill at all
                1) he cut the door as his wish without taking the measurement do to which the height of the door got short and he tried to fix with another plywood
                2) after fitting the door there was a lots of gaps at the joining even a person put his finger to open it up from the other side.
                3) next the double door he fitted in a such a manner that we could not close the door properly..
                4) everything what he gave us was mental stress saying negative things about the wood and etc.. He his not a skilled work..
                5) he promised and took money from my parents without my knowledge
                6) kindly refund the amount rs 500/-
                Humble request do not have staff like this he don't even know how to talk to a customer he his a very rude guy. Train your staff to to speak to a customer

                Without completing the work and without my knowledge he took the money from my parents who are very old its a kind of cheating...

                  I have book beauty service with housejoy. My slot was 1pm to 2pm. Housejoy didnot provide me beautician number. They have given me housejoy customer care number. I have missed their call. After that i have confirmed my service at 12:45 in customer care. I have tried another number but always it was asking to leave a voice message. But i didnot get any response from customer care. Finally i got beautician number. I called her and she was busy with other servie. Is this something that a customer get from you. Your booking manager is so rude he was blaming and saying we cant provide service to you. He was talking so rudely.. I never expect this kind of service form housejoy. Other beauty home salon i think far far better from you. Thanks for great experiance. I have wasted my day because i have booked service with you.

                    Hi,

                    Some time back i had contacted housejoy for repairing our semi - automatic washing machine.

                    When the technician arrived and viewed the appliance, he then mentioned that the company only works on fully automatic machine. He gave a cursory glance at the machine and told that he could nt do it.

                    I had to pay the minimum amount even though nothing was done.

                    If this was not enough, you people send me text messages stating that you had a wonderful time fixing my machine asking for more.

                    Can you please remove me from the messaging as i m not at all interested in calling housejoy anymore?

                    Hi you have sent an electrician to repair geyser last week in Hyderabad area the repair was not done properly and the water was leaking from geyser flooding our apartment and damaged our property who is responsible for this . I have reported the person who called me up and explained him about this he said he will get back in 5 mins and I never got a call back from you people please don't make false promises and do fake publicity of yourselves when you can't provide good services

                      I am writing today to complain of the poor service i received from housejoy.in on 25th of october. On the previous day i booked housejoy since my laptop's hinge was broken and i was visited by a representative (Read 16 years old boy) to pick up my laptop.
                      Apparently he took my laptop and told me that delivery will be on very next day.
                      So on 25th october that boy came with my laptop and when i receive it, it was extremely shocking. Hinge was anyhow repaired but it was so loose that i couldn't keep the laptop in a stable condition and also my laptop's two screws were missing. So i refused to receive the laptop and told him to fix it properly then i would take this. I called the guy who repaired the laptop, he told me that everything is fine in your laptop, then i called housejoy customer service number but there was no response. And some chaos occurred between me and that delivery boy and finally i had to accept the laptop.
                      But actual fraud was yet to come.
                      When i asked for bill, delivery boy said there is no bill assigned, you have to pay 1250 rupees for the service. Then again i called that service expert to assign a bill and told him, i'm paying just 900 only. He generated an instant bill of 1250 rupees and sent me on whtsapp.
                      Seriously!!! Is this a housejoy service??? Even previously i took housejoy service two times but this was the worst ever.

                        I called for a plumber from housejoy on 18th november, 2017 for repairing my flush tank and increase the force of water in it. While that did not happen successfully, my bathroom has started leaking from the ceiling heavily. Please look into the matter immediately and get it repaired at the earliest. Did not expect this kind of service from housejoy.

                            Did service on 10/11/2017 (Job id[protected] from house joy beauty services by beautician fareeda. I was paying cash for the service done. She compelled me to pay by netbanking. I did payment by netbanking, the amount of 2004.82 deducted from my bank account, but housejoy site showed transaction failed. She told me that they have not received the money and took cash from me. She also ensured me that the money deducted from my bank account will be credited back in 24 hours and if not credited asked me to contact her. Even after 96 hours, the money is not credited back. I tried to call her yesterday and she promised me to call back in 1 hour back. She did not call back till today and hence i tried to call her again today. She disconnected the call and sent me a message that she is in a function. Till now she has not called back. Please credit my money back

                            This is in regards to the pest control service that we had availed from house joy. We got the service done twice and we were unsatisfied with the service both the times. We dont wish to take any further service from house joy.
                            We want the entire refund back. Thank you.

                              This is highly disgusting, i was expecting this type of service by housejoy.

                              I am expecting a callback on my complain but i did not get a call till now.

                              Please look into the pick take just after the cleaning. I am not at all satisfied with the cleaning work they did. Please review below my concerns:

                              1. As pe rwebsite it was mentioned that 4-5 members will come but only two person with one boy came to my house for cleaning and they were from some third party not from housejoy. They were not being able to complete the work till 10 pm and at that time i dropped them in my car till their office (15 km from my house) as they were not getting auto at that time.
                              2. It was mentioned that housejoy will clean all stain but all three bathroom are not clean and stains are there, balconies were also not clean properly.
                              3. It was written on housejoy site that every corner will be cleaned but its not true, please check attached pics.
                              4. It was mentioned that you will get a diwali 40 feet light but they did not give me.
                              5. Just after the cleaning when i call the person who gave me call before sending persons and informed then he ask to give money to those cleaning persons and assured that one person will come to my home next day morning with lights and check the cleaning pending work also.
                              But no one came to my home till yet.

                              This is my request to housejoy team to revert on this email asap and resend the persons to my home to finish the cleaning.

                              If i will not hear from you in next one day, i will post this email with all pic to all possible sites. I am working in mnc of 15000 employees and my society is having 1100 flats, i will definitely pass on my feedback to all of them if i don't hear from you.

                              Thanks a lot for your extraordinary services.

                                My job id :[protected]... On 22nd of this month your executive came and checked our geyser and told that there is a part problem in the geyser. So to bring the spare part and to fix it he said he will come on 23rd. But till now that particular person from your housejoy company didn't came nor your company kept any email or sms updating further. I will make my problem solve with other company or other freelance repairer i[censored] don't take any action.

                                  I booked for a carpentry service on friday, october 20th (Job id[protected]. After booking confirmed i got a message from housejoy and said that the person named veerabadra will attend to fix my issue. I took leave from my office and waiting for him. He called me around 10:30 and said he will be coming around 11:00 to attend the issue. But he did not come. I called to his number but he did not pick the call. After an hour i called the customer care then they said they will check with the person and let me know the reason within an hour. After that, i did not get any message or call anybody from housjoy.

                                  I wasted my whole day for this purpose. Worst service i have ever seen in my life.

                                    Hi,

                                    I recently (Last month) i repaired my laptop from your website at egipura. The laptop display was flickering, so the repair guy told me that i need to replace my display. I agreed to him & paid him rs 6200.00 for display replacement. And its not even a month i am facing the same issue again.

                                    Though i was given a bill receipt from the repair guy, i doubt that he has even changed the display as i am facing the same issue again. I think instead he has just cleaned up the display connection.
                                    The display warrant is for 3 months which is still valid. Could you please help me with this.

                                    I booked for my bike repair. A guy came. He did nothing saying that it has electric issues and then asked me to change the oil. He put an old oil though I resisted. And now the bike is much in trouble. Black smoke is coming out of it. Because of that oil, it is costing me a 1000 rupees extra in the Honda service center. What should I do now ?

                                      People who did the deep clean services used wet clothes to clean the walls and furniture. Inspite of requesting them to do dry vacuum and plain brush, the said this was better. I spent 7000 and now ended up having fungus on walls and furniture.. Any number of mails and calls, customer care says we are looking into it. No one even came to check what happened and why.. I have a one month old child at home and they are not realizing how harmful this fungus can be on the health..
                                      One of the calls they said deep clean services are good for once in 6 months and later they said we give guarantee only for 24 hours.. If i have to get deep cleaning every 24 hours to keep my house clean then i need pay 7k everyday!! I need someone to address this asap..
