Computer purchased on 04th oct 2017. Supplied h/w namely mouse functions are erratic and blocking whole of the intended action. Computer also frequently goes on pause mode and running very slow. Desired results are not being achieved. Reply received from support team on our complaint is placed below. Regrettably the problem still continues.
