It's been 20 days, since i gave my laptop to authorized hp service center for repair. They told me it will cost around 7500 rs and they will return the lap in 2 days, but it's been 20 days. The never call back and every time, i call them, i am getting the same reply, (We are yet to get the spare parts). Hp after services are the worst one. The treat their customers just as #.

    2 times i have cheated from the petrol bunk, i asked them to fill 250 rs petrol but they did'nt fill properly, for 250 rs petrol, 10 kilometers only i got when these incidents happen, i get far less mileage than this. They are doing very cheating with their customers,

    The cheating procedure has always been the same although the amounts differ. I know for sure that i've been cheated because my bike gives me a mileage of about 50km/litre normally,

    Please take action against these petrol pumb

      Dear sir\mam

      I bought hp deskjet 1112 printer on 2 june 2017. It works correctly only for 2 or 3 times but after that every time it shows paper jam even when there is no paper inside the printer. Many a times i tried to solve this problem and tried all troubleshooting services that you have provided on your website but nothing works.
      I request you to resolve my problem or repair it. I"ll be glad if repair my printer as early as possible because i"ve a lot of work of printing.

      I have submitted this complaint on 11 oct 2017 and till now no one has come for service even after sending a mail to your email id . This shows so irresponsibility of your company .You even are not considered about your customer^s problem.
      So please urgently take some action on my complaint as early as possible otherwise I also will have to take some action against you.

        Respected sir,

        I ordered laptop online at hp online store order number[protected] on 21st september 2017, hp online store promised me to deliver laptop on 25th september 2017, which they didn't, so i called hp customer care on 26 th september 2017 and cancelled order cancellation order number cas/27469 n6l8j4, next day on 27th september 2017, hp team member mr. Kunal chaudhary called me on my mobile number and took confirmation on cancellation, still he dispatched cancelled ordered laptop to me, forcing me to take delivery, i said i have already cancelled on 26th september 2017, why you generated invoice and dispatched laptop?? I refused to take delivery of laptop and i didn't take and asked logistics guy to return back.

        Today is 11th october 2017, 3 weeks passed still they have not done process of refund. I am cursing myself why i ordered hp laptop. Infuture i make sure i will not buy hplatops

          I had given my printer for replacement of damaged print head on 10th august 2017 to your service partners iqor global services india pvt ltd, vashi, navi mumbai.
          They took a month to replace the printhead after saying it will take few days. Moreover after they charged me 5883 inr they have replaced it with a faulty printhead. I had to give it back for repair again and now it has been 2 weeks and whenever i call them they tell excuses and lies all over again that they have contacted head office or the part is not available etc etc.
          It has been 2 months today since i first gave my hp printer and paid money to fix the printhead but till now the problem has not been solved. My work is affected because i dont have a printer and i am spending money for taking printouts from outside everytime im working.

          This kind of service and behavior is highly unethical and its a black mark on a big company like hp. I will never buy a hp product in my life after this if this is the service you provide for your loyal customers. Its a real shame.

                I've placed an order with HP India for a Laptop Sleeve on[protected].And i got an email on[protected], saying the item which i have ordered is out of stock and requesting me to wait for another 3-4 business weeks to deliver ". But the website still says the item is in Stock and they didn't made it Out of Stock. Its kind of tactic to make people to order and detect the funds and holding the customer. They dont either pay attention to our complaints. If they are genuine they should have made that item Out of Stock and address us. Kindly help.

                  I am using hp pavilion 15-e015tx laptops for last 3 years. During this time i had to replace display panel - 2 times, keyboard - 3 times, speaker - 2 times, hard disk-1 time. All this happened because hp is providing refurbished parts and they are getting damaged soon. The service was prompt and good during the warrenty period. Soon after my warrenty is over, one day my laptop went off. When i took it to the service centre, they told me that there is a complaint with the motherboard and since they don't have repair, i need to replace the entire unit at a cost of around 25k. Soon after the warrenty is over, the laptop which i have bought for 43k became useless.

                    The most disheartening is the after sales service. I got the printer and started using the same. There was a black shade coming on the print. So a complain was registered and the person was prompt to attend to the call. But the same could not be rectified and we were asked to take the drum and cartridge to the service center. The same was handed over on[protected] and promised to give us back on[protected]. Under repeated reminder and begging the handed over the same on[protected]. This is not expected from hp service center.

                    maine 3 Month pehle printer kharida tha par ab usme aaj 1month se problem hai maine aapke yahan complain bhi kara tha par aapke techniciaon ne call kar ke kaha ki 1 ya 2 din me aata hun par koi responce nahi liya gaya.
                    I was buy laptop on 15 augest it make problem from that day seller deny to entertain it, it make hung again and again. hp company contant no mention on its portal is totally wrong . not pick by someone

                      Ever since i purchased this laptop from hp showroom of santacruz west... I experienced sooo much problem with software.. When i showed my laptop to the hp showroom of santacruz west they said we need to format... I paid them 1500rs for the same... Even after formatting i am facing problems... Absolute pathetic service... And abaolute unprofessional staff... Most importantly they dont have skilled people... They have no knowledge about computers... Help me.

                        I have purchased my hp bs 576 tx notebook on 31 september 2017 under offer of extended warranty for total 3 year when i registered online to claim my offer its showed me it is already registered and then when i check my prduct online warranty its startdate was 12 july since it was fraud played by the shop in which i have purchased. I have purchased from your dealer anna computer jhansi located in civil line i m totally disappointed from your services as your are not taken any action against the anna computer jhansi, i m sending this complain with the invoice copy and barcode please check for my solution and provide me a new laptop while taking serious action against anna computer jhansi.

                        My shelf Santos Gupta i purchased a hp printer GT5810 on 16 april 2017 sr no CN6B34G6C4 . this device have printing clarity problem from last 15 days so i took his product to hp service center wakdewadi near shopper stop Pune, but my problem is not resolved.
                        please look into this matter as soon as possible so i can use this product easily.

                          Hello sir,
                          I am akash singhal, i did call in hp care on 29th of september and registered my complaint for the issue happened in my deskjet gt 5820. The issue is that the cartridge is not moving and printer shows error as 0 error, e & 3 as well. I have complaint more than 5 times but there is no action has been taken by the authorities. They told us that a engineer would visit to check the issue & we are waiting from the day i have registered my complaint but there is no engineer have visited to us. So there is a humble request to take a suitable action as soon as possible as a lot of work is pending because of this issue.

                            I am a student and i have got the hp pavilion notebook pc, serial number s/n#5cd7230ycg, product id - 2 fk85pa#acj, 14-al176tx just a month back.in 15 days after the date of purchase the screen use to flick and the system gets shut down but after sometime it gets on. Then after those 15 days, it completely shut down and dead. Now, its not even charging. Its completely dead. I have reported the complain to the technical support team of the hp. The support was even unable to find the reason. As he found that the system does not have any damages. It is the system is unable to provide the support as they reported.

                            I am a student and i got this very expensive product. Now its not working is very depressing for me. I went to the store and got this product for as it has many features. But, now as it is completely dead and due to this my studies are even hampered. It is very depressing for me.

                            I request the company authorities to look in to this matter and replace the product as it is just one month and it is completely dead.

                                11 th of august i received a hp laptop through flipkart, i have been facing flickering issue in my display screen, till now the problem is not resolved, no one is ready to take the case request for this issue, i have called up nearly 20 person and every one is citing different reasons. I don't know how to resolve this.

                                I would appreciate if you could please assist me one technical person and do the needful. Please understand my situation that i have a laptop for the last 2 months and i am not able to use the same.

                                    I am a student of iit madras and i have bought this laptop on the last december and it has the 1-year warranty. But the laptop is not working properly from last 45 days i have contact to their service centre but i not getting a good response. Each time they say run this test and leave sometimes they have run the same test for the 4 to 5 times and each time it takes more than 4 to 5 hrs at that i can't use my laptop. I have registered my complaint in hp on 24th aug but the issues are not resolved yet. Every time they say they are forwarding to a higher authority.

                                      I have cancelled an order from hpestore for the laptop on july13.
                                      Order id#922850.
                                      Received the first mail on july 27 for the confirmation on the cancellation after so many mails and escalation.

                                      As per their statement:

                                      The cancellation request will be processed within 24 hours and the refund will be initiated accordingly and would reflect in your card or account used, within

                                      After the second escalation, they have asked to share my account details.
                                      I have shared my details on 11th sept. Till now there is no response from them. I didn't receive my refund.

                                        I have an hp laptop from past 6 years. Today[protected] morning, i visited hp world store in uttam nagar, new delhi and asked for a new battery. The official saw my laptop and suggested a service also, which i too approved off. When i asked them the prices, they said rs. 4400/- for the battery and rs. 3304/- for hardware servicing. The prices seemed a bit high. When i confronted them, they said go where you get your price, we won't do it here. So, i left the place as i had a service sometime back from an hp center for just rs. 600/-. Later on, i got to know that the mrp of the original battery piece is rs. 3999/- only. Can you confirm the prices, and if my claim is correct, ask them to offer their services at regular prices in future. I had to travel next 15 km for another hp retailer and get the product.
