    My laptop got booting problem so i gave to hp service center two weeks back and they replaced the motherboard and gave the laptop. I am already worried since its my new laptop (Just 8 months old) and i lost the trust in hp products which i had with hp. I also had another hp pavilion laptop which is working fine from past three years, with that trust i bought this hp notebook but now i m suffering. I got to know from service center after onw week only that i have to order windows os recovery cd from hp customer support. So i contacted the hp support and ordered for os on 25 nov 2017. They told i will get cd in 5 to 7 days. But i didn't get any mail or update from them. So i contacted them again on 30 nov 2017 and they told there might be backend problem so again they registered my case and got my alternate email id also. Also they told me that i will get mail in within 24 hrs. And they asked me to do payment for that cd in the given link. But till now i dint get any mail from hp or ipsoft regarding that. Now when i again contacted them today, they are saying like ur mail id incorrect thats y u dint get mail. But i when i asked to tell my email id in their data base., it is correct only. But again they are asking alternate email id now saying that they will send mail to alternate email id and i will get cd in 5 to 7 working days it seems. I don't really believe that hp has such a worst backend support. Already my two weeks work is delayed coz of this worst laptop. Now again coz this hp customer support one more week it is getting delayed.

      As from the date i purchase my laptop as of date 07.07.2016, after 3 months purchasing i am

      They told me to do all types of procedure for trouble shoot by myself like battery, calibration and many

      My place, he visited does same process again make me wait for some days and again replace the battery
      With new one but the problem doesn’t solve again, i called customer care they told me to visit service
      Center, i showed them the problem with there eyes, they took it and told me that motherboard will
      Change but after that also problem was there as it was, now after again 5-7 days visited center they told
      Me that they had consulted to head office and waiting response from there, again went service center
      Now they told me that some process is going on... But not resolve the problem anywhere, then i

      Laptop problem will soon, but after 2 & 3 month he went to tired for this problem & not resolve, after
      Some days, he called me that i will replace your laptop and told me i will provide a letter for replace
      Laptop will soon at you nearest location in hp centre.
      After 2 days mr. Suraj kumar paul (Case manager) again called me and says to me, your procedure has
      Been changed now, and told to me, buy another notebook of hp based on your self convenient and
      Share the invoice of new unit. Where we will refund the old invoice amount. I replied to mr. Suraj kumar
      Paul that i am not agree with change your procedure, and i told him, i am not a higher level person &
      Not able for purchase a another unit with self convenient with money problem and you also know that
      The old unit creating problem purchasing after three months and not solve yet now, and presently also
      Submitted laptop in service center from 2 & 3 months, & i also expenses money 6000 for extend laptops
      Warranty for 2 year, but mr. Suraj kumar did not give me solution,
      & i also sent a letter for resolve this problem to customer service
      Head, hewlett - packard india sales pvt. Ltd, but not yet reply & comment any department yet now
      So i request to you, pls help me & i hope that you.

          Dear sir/madam,

          I, dr. Ardhendu saha, associate professor of department of electrical engineering, national institute of technology agartala want to state that i have one hp multifunction printer (Model no. Hp laserjet m2727nf) for academic purpose. The warranty on the printer was expired. Recently i was facing some issues with my hp laserjet m2727nf printer. The hp printer was unable to print and scan. So i complain to the service center and they told me “we don't have men power so you send this printer to our service center” at m/s scamper technologies & pvt. Limited, agartala, tripura west-799001, india. Accordingly, i took this to the service center on 18.11.2017. They told me that the engineer is not available right now and after examining this issue he will send me the reports. But the service center never called me. Till date, i have made several calls and they are saying that i will get an update within a couple of days. But that couple of days never came!!! Even they are not telling anything whether the printer will be repaired or not.

          Also, the concerned person told me that there will be a cost of approximately rs 950/- (Rupees nine hundred & fifty) for the service charge of the printer and after that the extra charge i have to pay depending upon the requirement of machinery parts. But i have to pay an amount of rs 950/- which is also some kind of cheating because if my printer is not repaired then also i have to pay rs 900. I think it is not the proper way to resolve the complaint. Kindly look into the matter and solve my problem at the earliest.

          It is extremely an awful, unacceptable and unprofessional experience from your agartala service center “m/s scamper technologies & pvt. Limited, agartala, tripura west-799001, india.” so, this is very much shameful that such a big multinational company like hp is dealing with such an unprofessional workers.

          We are your customers and more importantly, hp customer and your service centers are treating us like this. This is really pathetic and intolerable. Also, i will not dare to advise anyone to buy hp printers in my institution because of my bad experience with hp.

          Now i need an urgent solution for this case. Hence you are requested to kindly make arrangement for early repairing of the same and kindly do the needful. Hope you will take proper action as early as possible!!

                Dear sir,
                Our hp printer was not working so we complaint to the service centre they told us we don't have men power so you send this printer at our service centre a 74 c complex 2nd floor okhla industrial area new delhi. I took this to the service centre on 14th of november they told me the engineer is not available right now. He will come he will examine after that he send u the reports on mail but till 21st of november we dint receive any communication. We call them on phone but they did not pick up the phone. We try 4 or 5 number but no response then i send my driver to the company and he shock to see the printer was lying as it is when he ask about the printer repair reports they all says we don't have engineer and one lady its seen that she was in charge of that centre start shouting and she told the driver is you want repair you keep it here she say 15 days or 20 days. When he asked about the boy who received the printer 1st day she told you can find another room. He was shock to see they were all drunks and drinking in the office and start when he asked they start shouting and fighting and told him to take your printer and get lost here. Again we call your helpline number again they told us you go to the same address we cant do anything. So sir you are requested such a big multinational company keep such a low class worker is very shameful. Hope you will take sticky action and take our printer also.

                    One of the engineer from iqor global services india pvt ltd has visited my place on 06 nov[protected] and today i have received a mail from service center saying there is a physical damage or liquid spill on my laptop which doesn't cover under warranty. If i am not wrong i just want to ask hp reg my concern on regular basis we use laptop touch pad as mouse and in my case the laptop the grid lines on my laptop got erased by regular usage in what basis the hp service engineer who has visited my place can confirm its a damage which cannot covered under warranty. If there is a physical damage my touch pad how the other parts are working i am able to use the clicks.
                    On the day when engineer has visited he has not confirmed or nothing was noted or written in service report regarding this issue i request hp to look into this. Request hp to send a experienced engineer instead sending an engineer who is not having proper knowledge.
                    After several callings with hp they said the case is escalated and you will receive a call from hp in 48 working hours but i have waited for 84 hrs but no one turned up closed my call.

                      Hi, i am using hp envy 15 - w102tx laptop purchased in december 2016, my laptop having problem with command prompt and hp accelerator, also i have called to support technicians but they can not able to resolve this. They told me that they are going to escalate this issue to their senior member and they will going to call me, but this is 2nd day i am not receiving any call from them. I regularly use laptop for my work and from past few days i am not able to use my laptop due to this issue. Can some one help me to resolve this issue asap?

                          I purchased hp pavlion au620tx last month were diwali offer was live on that time.I have paid 2500/- rs extra for warranty extension, theft insurance, amazon gift card and book my show tickets.But i didnt recieve any mail regarding amazon gift card and book my show tickets.When i reported that they send me a message that they had already send me gift cards and vochures .But i didnt recieve any mail until now regarding gift vouchers.Very poor customer care service by HP totally disappointed.

                            I have purchased a laptop on november 16th, 2017 and order number is[protected]. On the same day i get message that item is packed and will dispatch it soon.

                            From november 16th, 2017 customer care executive not responding properly and every time i call they say that it has been escalated on priority basis. But next day same answer we don, t no it is not dispatched. Where they mention in website it will be delivered within 4 working days. Its been almost wee and still they are processing and not sure when they will dispatch the laptop.

                            Customer care executive gives all false information and they say that we dont no exact status of the order.

                            I feel irritated and frustrated by ordering hp laptop and still waiting for the laptop status and when will i get my laptop.

                              Purchased an hp 13-s101tu 13.3 inch touchscreen laptop (Core i5 6200 u 4 gb 1tb windows 10 home / intel hd graphics natural silver x000gdhzqb, serial number=8cg63161k3 totalling rs 54030/-, purchased on january 16 2017. Its hard disk is replaced by hp officials. But now it shows windows error. Make arrangements to reinstall windows in that system at the earliest.

                                I am vishnu muskawar and i had bought hp pavillion au-004tx from your reliance digital store nagpur, on 26th may 2017. And i was offered a warranty of 1 year on the product. But i had a recent check on my warranty period, and surprisingly it is showing 5 days to expiration on 20th november 2017. I am really disappointed with your services, you must have activated my product 6 months prior
                                To purchase and that's very unwise of you to sell me second hand product. I need a immediate response on my query and a valid explanation on warranty period. Our i would have to take strict actions

                                  While printing, black cartridge ran out of ink. Replaced the same. System then asked for replacement of magenta cartridge. Replaced that. The printer the said one or more cartridge is damaged. So returned to authorised dealer supplier and asked him to send a complete 5 set of cartridges. Dealer said he would try to seek replacement for the two returned and billed me rs 9400/-. However, none of the newly supplied cartridges enabled the printer to re-commence printing. The messages kept on asking for replacement of depleted cartridges. Complaint was lodged with service centre at chembur. However, he went away after cleaning, but could not resolve. I was forced to buy a new printer as i had urgent work.
                                  Pl send someone to get printer 8600 working or replace the cartridges and make the printer to accept them or refund me the money for the cartridges.

                                    I purchased a hp printer deskjet ink advantage 3636 recently from amazon.in and what i am not happy is that the printer is not consistent. The color cartridge was not full. And when i printed 2 color pictures, the color cartridge is almost nill now. How is that possible? And when i tried printing documents, it sometimes worked with wireless and usb connection but not always. I tried it in both windows 8.1 and windows 10 pro. The driver software is also of 3630. Hp should not have launched this product if it could not fix the bugs. How are the common people going to use it when we it people find it so difficult to use? It is not user friendly at all. That is why made in china?

                                      I was facing some hanging issues with my lappi so process started from bios update later one of your customers care person told me to perform windows recovery on my lappi i asked her that either it will effect on my other data which i have in my other drives except c drive or not
                                      She said only c will effect all other data in other drives will be safe.
                                      During recovery process she told me to go for not to backing up my files
                                      Later when whole process completed i got to know cz of her i lost all my important data
                                      My various significant ppts, documents, excel sheets, and specially my survey sheets which i was making from last 3 months and rest other data got deleted.
                                      All of my work just went into water
                                      HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      When I connect my computer to Wi-Fi it get connected but in search engine it shows something proxy problem.
                                      I request please come and check the pc.

                                        I order a baterry for my laptop online from www.hp.com
                                        Order no :[protected]

                                        The battery is not compatible with my laptop.
                                        I written a mail to exchange for the battery on 9th november 2017 at
                                        Hpestore.[protected]@hp.com... And called several time,

                                        At last i got late response that according to the policy it cannot be replace or refund which is being tampered.

                                        I got the battery in the form of box packing which was only stapled on the top of the box, so i can say the battery which i got is not sealed one, and even the i didnt tried to fit in my laptop, looking to the size of battery i kept as it is in the box.

                                        Now what should i do with that battery, where there is not customer resolution and customer satisfaction. Hp want to make money only.
                                        I have two hp laptops, one laser printer, one headset of hp, was very brand conscious, but looking into this kind of service i am disappointed.

                                        My work had got affected. I had lost 3500 rs for the battery which i cannot do anything of this battery.

                                        I don't have any other alternate option to do with this battery.

                                        At last i got the updates that they wont replace or refund the product, so please to all my friends dont ever buy the product from HP, as they are only mean to make the money and cheating the people.

                                        I had received the updates from HP, and stating as per the HP Policies we cannot refund or replace, Looking into their sent email, first of all their link is not working and they are telling about the policies. what an uncommitted company or people in HP.

                                        Anyways its very unfair, Money is apart and lost the trust in HP, i wont ever buy the product from HP and it had disappointed.

                                        Soon i will switch all my products to the other brands. Its you people can send the wrong links and do wrong by send late emails to reply and respond, but when the customer missed with wrong model no, there is no execuse for it.

                                        Also i appreciate HP to become non customer oriented to generate good revenue and good sales with non mistakes customer support...

                                        HP has cheated me for the box packing, i haven got the sealed pack where it was only the box pack that too with the stapled on the top...i order the other battery from other club laptop, it had excellent package with non tampered and with 1 year warranty... and in less rate..HP is duping people, some should take serious action on HP...
