My company bsnl purchased desktop pcs from hp at hisar, haryana. The warranty period is still on. I complained about malfunctioning of one lcd monitor with serial no. 6cm6490v8h and product id-e5h82aa. The case no. Was [protected]. They asked for snapshot of the lcd and i send the same on whatsapp no. [protected]. Today morning i received one call from mobile no. [protected] and the person told me that by seeing snapshot, they come to the conclusion that the lcd is physically damaged and could not covered under warranty and thus the complaint is closed. None of thier technician had visited or physically checked the monitor. I am totally confident that there was no physical damage to the monitor. Still they are running away from replacing or repairing the product. This is really shocking for me as i never thought of such poor response from such big name. The experience has been disastrous for me. And i will never purchase or recommend hp to any of my known.

    I bought hp 15 ay507 tx laptop (Order 910446) on 22nd june 2017, under employee offer for tata from www.hpshopping.in/TATA

    There was a 5 percent cash back offer on sbi credit card payment to be processed within 90 days of order.

    As sbi team is asking for offer details, there is no relevant information available on the website to be referred.

    I have been asking hp to share the offer details, where 5 percent cashback on sbi credit card is mentioned, but there is no response from hp online store.

      Subject - complaint against having improper/poor service by customer care center. I am doing this process to repair my printer under warranty period since more then month

      I purcased of my hp deskjet gt 5820 all-in-one printer in 19/02/2017 from dealer. After six month my printer was not working properly. The problem was that the paper pick issue. So i called to customer care center many times by toll free no. They told me, we will solve the
      Problem with in 48 hours. I sent all of the bill/gurrentee card to service care center email which sent to me, first time they have given me case id/compliant no.in the processing, hp customer care center
      Have taken too much time, when i called to customer care on toll free no. Again and again who told me, we forwarded of your complaint on higher authority because of inconvenience, they will call you directly
      And solve the issue of your printer as soon as possible after that, i was waiting the call, but they did not. Again i called to toll free no. With case id, they told me, your status of complaint is not showing with that case id, i said to them, i had submitted to all the bills and guarantee card to you which have you told me to send. Now you are saying, we dont have any status with that case id. After long
      Argument, they given me new case id. I'm waiting still since more than month for those process.

      Kindly understand the concern, i hope you will consider my problem.

      I sent original bill to service centre . kindly check the bill below which has dealer given to me on purchase date . Is this wrong bill. Hp is applying lot of conditions day by day. Now they are saying, go to dealer house bcz which need other stamp but two stamp is already there on bill.
      Now i don't have capacity to argue with them for irrelevant demands.please make any solution otherwise its very frustration.
      Kindly please consider my situation.

        I bought hp laptop on 2nd nov by spending inr 43, 000/- through hp retailer dream computer in bhubaneswar. There was an urgent need of it for my son's semester exams. Later when we came home & tried to load some hp software into it. The system went off & there was a complete blank screen. With a stringent follow-ups, we could have hp engineer at our place on 6th nov who has declared it as faulty (Suspected mother board fault). On 7th nov, we are given doa letter on mail. Now as per the process when we approached retailer, he denied accepting doa certification & shouted at us to go back to hp for any replacement. My all efforts to convince retailer along with your call center officials (Abhay & subham) couldn't be fruitful as he is totally adamant of not doing anything in this regard.
        I cannot wait further so request hp company to give me replacement with new laptop urgently or else refund my money immediately. Subham yesterday committed to revert back but not yet reverted on it. Look forward highest level of escalation.

            I have a hp notebook i bought this on 28 of november 2016 in october 2017 its gives trouble to me related to that i call them on 7 of october first they provide me technical assistance on phone thats not work after that they tell me to send picture of retail invoice and problems persist i send all the things that are they demand and wait for their response but they not call then after seven days i call back to them they told me that my warranty is void because seal of dealer was not visible but its visible after that they were just making me fool by demanding more things i complain after waiting one month 1days to consumer forum

              It is very sad, and horible service given after sales* a product brought on 15th of october 2017 was tried to switch on on 5th of october (That is second time after purchase) on switching on it is showing hard ware not detectable* complaint was lodged on 6th novenber morning and so far nobody has attended, on trying to call service centrwe no body is responding*

              *dear friends if you have any idia of bying any computers or accessarries pls. Do not buy hp products* they do not take care*

                Hp fooling customers my model number is cn6c24g18c and printer is in warranty on 17 may 2017 i have taken new printer and after 15 days he given problem of not

                Detection for contacting hp and engineer ti come it was taken 45 days my case id is bjzd3011-01 they given quotation for new printer that is 4224/- rs. I confirmed

                That coz i have work load at my office after 15 days again the printer given same problem i have contacted the nearest branch who installed the new parts after 1 month

                Conversation they are telling now that again go to hp toll free lodge a new complaint i tried several but no one attending properly my call and only transferring my

                Line to one another... Hp fooling customers...

                  I placed an order with hp online site hpshopping.in and delivery was committed with-in 2-4 business days. 5 days has already been passed and when i checked the status, i am being informed that hp can't deliver at the address.

                  As a customer, when i placed the order, hp online site was saying that they will deliver the product at the mentioned pin code and once customer placed an order and paid them, they are now saying we can't deliver.

                  Are they making fool to customers. I will suggest to all reviewers and prospective customers not to go for online shopping at hpshopping.in, else, you might end up in the same situation, i have been at the moment.

                    Cost of printer cartridge before GST is Rs.906/- (MRP) and has been shown and sold at Rs.1, 288/- (MRP) after GST. i have already sought for clarification on this from hp, my complaint no is 1760092, no response till date. i had purchased a cartridge printer 802 small, for rs.1288/-. the price printed on the box before GST was Rs.906/- ( mrp price) and the price post GST was Rs. 1288/- (mrp price). When the highest GST rate is 28%, how is that theprice is increased to this extent by blaming the price increase on GST.

                      I recently purchased an hp printer (Model - hp deskjet ink advantage 3835 all-in-one printer).
                      I experienced a problem while installing the printer as the printer is not getting detected by the computer.
                      Twice i lodged complaints in hp portal [ case number [protected] has been created crm:[protected] & case number [protected] has been created crm:[protected] ]. It has been ten days now.
                      Till date no one responded to my cases.
                      I tried to contact the technical team through telephone but they are busy always. Even after holding 10 minutes, i could not contact them.
                      I tried to contact through chat option of your portal, but no one responded to me even after 10 minutes of waiting.
                      It is really embarrassing to experience such things with hp.

                          Today ie date 04 oct 2017 my laptop could not "got shutdown" and same operation of switching down "forcefully" was applied which was been done since purchase of the laptop till feb 17 when your company has replaced harddisk and processor fan.

                          2. At that time i have suggested that please replace the unit with new one but your executives supriya mazumder, case manager
                          India customer relations have not accepted my proposal and now it is again due to which difficulty is faced by me, since purchase the value for my money is still zero because of which the services of your "below grade" laptop i have purchased.

                          3. Now the time has come to take some action in due courses my advocate will be contacting you and my ca along with my family doctor and all other associated usa and indian autorities will study the case and will file a case against your company for making a par below rated laptop which since day 1 is created so much of problems disturbing the mental and physical peace of a vauable customer like me and have disturbed how many in india and abroad.

                            Product it[protected] has not delivered to me. Whereas fedex tracking id no.[protected] is showing that product has been delivered to mr. Prashant. I contacted fedex official in varanasi and they replied that product has been back dispatched to mumbai to savex who has given packet to fedex.
                            It is very harassing that product not received by my and fedex tracking detail provided by your side is showing that product has been delivered.

                              Brought all in one desktop from reliance digital store, hrbr layout, kalyananagar, bangalore on 15th of october 2017, it was checked at store after billing, we had taken home and connected and we switched on and it worked.. And we switched off, as the service person at your place mentioned of copying the system recovery file to 16-gb pen-drive, we where upset on saying this itself, if we had known that there would be no cd provided for operating system we would have not purchased the system at all* pls. Inform the customer about this before the purchase billing, so that customer is clear. And he said for copying the system recovery it will take minimum 2:30 to 3 hours and it will be charged rs. 500/- + pen-drive cost*
                              On hearing this i was upset, as the billing was done they said it cannot be canceled for re-fund* because i would have taken re-fund rather than this pain, we talk about tech-knowledge, but it is only fooling the customer's*
                              *we had taken home the all in one hp desktop (Headache) we took home saying, we will copy the system recovery at our home, but we didn't do any thing, as we had some other priority, but we checked after connecting the plug power point and so it was switching on at home on 15th night. Later due to some emergency we had to leave to our native and when we came back saturday 4th november and on sunday 5th november we tried to switch on the computer it was not responding* it was showing hardware not there*
                              So tell me as customer what i need to do to get the problem shorted out... I am asking for a replacement o[censored]nit*

                                I had purchased hp laptop 15-ab125ax and its sl. No. Is 5cd5332qf7.

                                It is requested to please help me in solving the following problem in the above laptop.

                                When i try to download the updates and install it, an update i. E. "feature update to windows 10, version 1703", also gets downloaded alongwith other updates.

                                At the time of installing the updates, all other downloads installs successfully except above named update and on the screen following message is showing :-

                                "some apps need to be uninstalled.
                                These programs need to be uninstalled because they are not compitable with the update.
                                * hp pavilion notebook - bios needs to be upgraded before you can upgrade to windows 10.
                                Uninstall and continue".

                                When i click on the above link i. E. "uninstall and continue", the following message is showing on the screen :-

                                "we could not uninstall these apps.
                                You will need to remove these apps yourself, and then select refresh.
                                These programs need to be uninstalled because they are not compatible with the update.
                                * hp pavilion notebook - bios needs to be upgraded before you can upgrade to windows 10.
                                Refresh"

                                When i click on the "refresh" button, nothing happens.

                                Again, during the next time also, the same things happens and the same messages appears on the screen.

                                It is requested to please help me in solving the above problem so that all the updates could be downloaded and installed successfully.

                                      My laptop mic is not working properly. Sometimes after removing earphones, the mic stops working and sometimes when the earphones are connected then also the same problem occurs. Few days back i registered the same problem and got a dealing from hp too, but still the problem is there. Recently i have updated my bios but still problem is not resolved.                                         My laptop is not is not being on. The charge indication is also not being shown while charging. The power is not on and the charging is not done. Pressing the power button shows a charge indication, but after few seconds the charge indicator gets offed. After 4 days of bringing it from the showroom, it is not being on from the 5th day. Please help me in fixing the problem.
