Its been 2 weeks since the engineer visit and i haven’t heard back. My laptop is still not working. The hard disk isn’t replaced till now. 2 weeks and counting. I might be taking some legal action if the company delay any further.
I been contacting the technicians n they say hard disk is out of stock
So kindly look into the matter.

    Sir from dt-19/09/17 to 21/09/2017 i repeatedly call to ur c. Care regarding my 999 warranty extension, that may i take a laptop from flipkart, seller retailnet pvt limited, and i am eligible or not. And hp care replyed u can do it ur eligible. But now my renvent celebration offer is saying sorry.
    Really it regrates me alot. Kindly check record from mob-[protected] & [protected] of above days and take action. Its very bad

      We have purchased the hp core i5 6th gen - (4 gb/1 tb hdd/dos) 15-ay084tu notebook from flip kart. We are facing the below issues.

      1. F2, f3 function keys are not working, since the purchase.
      2. Not able to install system drivers
      3. System operation is very slow.
      4. Finally we are tried to install new os, but it is not allowing to install.
      We tried with nearby authorized service center they asked us to visit hp own service center. But we checked in hp website the authorized center in chennai location teynampet is closed some months back. We taken help of telephonic support and hp online technical support team. They asked us to do some keyboard test, t shows it is passed. But it s not solved our problem. Kindly suggest of route nearby live support center or replacement center. We are suspecting may be any internal board level issue?. Since system not allowing any software for installation it may due to hw software interface related problem?. My current location is chennai. Kindly suggest on the above issue.

        I tanya have purchased new laptop on march 21, 2017 is facing continuous issues in newly purchased notebook since after 1 month of purchase.in one or other thing and the issues r day by day increasing. Even the main parts of laptop had been changed like wifi card, every time it get opened one or two locks get broken and space arises between them, from the time my front part have been changed or the wifi card the screen is also not properly adjusted it is more embossed from one side of screen or the system board is not properly adjusted, power issue is the regular issue. It gets switched off while working or after getting started because of some issues or does not get started either power wire creates issue or anything else, even motherboard. Still every day the new issues arises and remains. I had been facing regular issues with this laptop from past 5 months and just not working properly from last 15 days and now lying dead. My all work got stucked and still lying in between. I have complaint they said to change motherboard if this is the condition in 6 months of purchase then how we can expect to continue for several years and after 1 year how many times i will cont to this regularly changing of parts... I want the company to replace this unit. Hp is known for its product and even after sale services bt both is becoming worst. I dont recommend to purchase the product of hp go for any other brand other than this just fed with this laptop biggest mistake to purchase the laptop of hp... Solve my complaint as soon as possible.

          I have already visited hpshopping.in/reinventcelebrations, but after that i don't know how to proceed.
          There they asked for my mobile number, in which they sent an 'otp' after that i don't know where to fill that 'otp'
          Please help me this is my last day for registration

            My laptop stopped working on 14 september 2017. I called hp customer care for assistance on the 15th. Because of being unable to provide required technical help on phone, the team assigned an engineer to visit me and fix my laptop as it was within the warranty period. They said that the visit happens within 48 hrs. But when there was no such call from the team i called again to check on the progress of my case inly to know that there were some warranty issues now. According to them the warranty had expired on august 14th but according to me it would expire in december. They asked me to send them a snapshot of my bill. I could only find a chalaan copy of the purchase of my laptop and showed the. But as it couldn't suffice the need, i was asked to get another invoice copy from the dealer. I did my part and produced the copy the next day itself. It has already been 5 days but there has been no response from the hp team with regard to this issue. I don't even know whether the invoice copy produced is satisfactory or not. It is me who calls everyday to check the progress of my case only to get one more false promise of getting a reply soon. The case remains unresolved till now and the customer is paying the price for no fault of her in all this.

              I want to lodge a complaint against hp laptops, who are incapable of providing me parts. They are also not ready to replace the device.

              Case description:
              I purchased a laptop on 20/07/2017, and the device got dead on 09/09/201u. I filled a complaint to hp on 10/09/2017 (Attached proof) and an engineer visited on 11/09/2017, where he inspected the faulty motherboard and advised same to be replaced. And the hp is fooling around me just by giving dates of parts delivery, as per last email it was supposed to be delivered by 25/09/2017 and again they calles and said parts has been ordered and will be delivered by 30/09/2017. I am completly frustrated of the continuous followups via email, phones and escalating on social media.

              Now i understood that are incapable of providing a good product and good service. I just want my money back (Rs. 56690). I dont need the hp product anymore. Please help me with same.

                  We bought an hp laptop 15ba009au, (Serial no cnd70228kr) from vijay sales, sec 29, gurgaon on 22/03/2017.. It is not even 6 months and the screen went blank... We called hp customer care they gave us a request no. And told us that a technician would come and resolve the issue, for three days no one turned up and it was costing me quite a lot, with all my work held up. On the fourth day i decided to go to the hp service center, iqor center on mg road in gurgaon.. I went there, got a case no [protected] and they took my laptop, saying they will have to do recovery and will return on 3 days, after three days the laptop was still not working, and they said the hard disk has gone corrupt, so they will get a new one for me. It is not even six months and these kinds of problems are there. I asked the people in service center to get my laptop replaced as it is facing so many problems, they refused. I went to vijay sales and asked them to replace the laptop as it is giving me problems, they also refused... I am still where i was laptop not working and no response from hp.. There has been no response since the time we applied for a change.. This is not correct.. We need the laptop changed

                    One of our pc i7, 8gb ram has gone faulty on 11.09.2017 and subsequently complaint was register with hp tool free no. 30306363 vide conplain no. [protected] dated 12.09.2017 at 1245 hrs..

                    2. On 14.09.2017 hp service engineer visited and checked the syatem and reported that that the 8gb ram installed is faulty and need replacement and he ordered the same.

                    3. On 20.09.2017 service engineer visited alongwith the ram but he again said that ram was ok, but the motherboard is faulty.

                    4. Again on 22.09.2017, service engineer visited and replaced the motherboard and he could not get the pc on. He said the processor is faulty which is to be replaced.in due course, 15 days has passed and no result have been yeild.. What type of service it is? The pc may be repaired without further delay or replace it with a new one. B. C. Biswas, [protected]

                      My name is robin cyril. On the date of 15th of september 2017, i purchased a hp notebook 15-bw098au from advanced laptop shoppe pvt. Ltd. Nehru place - new delhi. I have installed windows 10 and driver-pack. Within four days it has stopped functioning, every 10 minutes screen goes black and showing video_tdr_failure, apart of this i am not able to install any game (E. G. Call of duty) in it for its compatibility does not support. I have visited to sale point (Mr. Haarish [protected]) and described my problem. But he is also showing the way to customer care, i was told that i can do my photoshop works and games with ease but i am afraid that is not going to happen because graphic card is not sufficient enough, his colleagues vendor are not responding well, i am so disappointed with your services, this makes bad impression on your goodwill, please take immediate action otherwise i am afraid i cannot deal with your company further, i want this to be replaced with another better product (Intel processor).

                      I have been trying to reach out service center for the all the ways, but i could not reach. ([protected]). Now i am restless and very much disappointed don't know what to do.

                        With 3 years accedental warrenty extended warrenty

                        After laptop purchase it fall down from my hand and power off after 2 to 3 mints remains like that because o[censored]nder adp technical support from hp came told me mother hood is to b replaced and they changed after so many days but after some time again power issues arises again i called tech support the technitian came agian told me mother hood is not working is to b change

                        And changes mother hood second time after so many days but afer that problem persist technitian came again told me mother hood is not working but this time i told him again and again u poeple are changing mother hood that means other problem is there so he gone away

                        Another technitian send by service center i toldhim about port which is blink like than they call for change of port under a d p meanwhile technitian came to see laptop told me give laptop for service center but i didnot give but he asked me give battery alone he will check it out i told him that battery is fine laptop is working for 2to 3 mint if cable to b removed than he told me it will come adp give otherwise u will suffer than he took my battery after 5 days another technitian came to me and returnd a dammage battery which was making sound and strcker torned and black immediately the person i told him that my battery is changed this is not my battery strcker is adherd to other battery this gone to manager pawan kaushik told me that he told him that ur battery changed and u have to go to meet manager i asked i will go if i will free from my work he filld up adp form and again came to change port than i checked that key board is not working but he created false report that he fi shed the work they forcely close the case i asked pawan kaushik why u closed the case my laptop not corrcted than he talked me that pagal badtameej orat but i camplain to technical support and complain a bout pawan kaushik behavior they send tech he ca. E with new key board but not change as he filld some bios key than key board coreected mine after some day new issue arises window not activated i asked to microsoft they told me that product key needed to activate window he gave command but there was no product key filled i gone to service center than 8 man was fighting like conditions and hands off that ur computer is out of warrenty 8..9..2017 i adked but case is from more than one year if mother hood changed than give product key so laptop may raun if product is urs than who will provide product key but they didnot help me than nitin told me they are purchasing battry from amajon but after co versation telconferencing with pwan kaushik. reetesh gupta.. nitin pawan who did not do nothing and raised ct no. That ct no. May be differen if production time is diffrent in same type o[censored]nit

                          I really unhappy with your services.i have complain about my screen blinking issue but it is not solved yet.engineer visit is take place after three call at service center but engineer is lack of knowledge.i complain about it at service center but they don't register any type of complain they give me gujarat state coordinator number.but he did't receive my call.and also i talk with head of service center but he is not giving me any type of solution.and he register new case id.

                            I purchased a laptop (Hp pavilion x360 13-u135tu laptop (Core i7 7th gen/8 gb/256 gb ssd/windows 10) in hp shopping, the actual price was rs.76, 000 due to employee offer i got it for 68500, on top of this for sbi credit card holder there was 5% cash back and 6 month no cost emi, when i opted no cost emi they reduced the interest part and they charged me rs.65777, but 68500 is the amount i have to pay to the sbi that is including interest, due to over heating problem i asked for replacement, they agreed, due to the product was end of life they asked for change of product are refund. Since they were able to provide the same configuration has 135tu which had a problem, i asked for refund.
                            Instead of refund they have cancelled the transaction, but the emi interest is running. When i dont have product and they have accepted for emi interest part why should i bare it, from past 50 day i am keep on following up, no one is replaying to mail, and in the call they say that concern team will call back but no one is bothered.

                              Our laptop was in a year warranty and was bought in january, 2017 by paying rs 75000 money to croma.

                              On september 12, 2017 the laptop started having problem and we raised concern with helpdesk which created a ticket of battery issue. On september 18, 2017 mr. Nitin from iqor visited our premises to check the system an fix the battery problem. He removed the battery and started he process of back up to the system. He promised that the new battery will be provided on an urgent basis.

                              Now on september 22, 2017 we have two people - mr mohammad gulshair from iqor came to our house tofix the problem. Suddenly after 3 hours they said that the laptop has a motherboard problem and the system s not in warranty as moisture is there. It seemed that iqor team along with hp team is running a scam to fleece customers of money by intentionally damaging the system so that they can harass me being female

                              I contact mr. Amit kumar from hp telling him the whole case as how iqor team spoiled my laptop and intentionally created the issue but it seems that hp team is in cahoots with iqor. Now they are hell bent to putting blame of the wholething on me and asking tocough up rs 30, 000 as mr mohammad gulshair of io proudly told me that they do this will most of the customers so that they can make money

                              The only thing we wanted was to get the laptop repaired and the whole intention it seems is to punish the customer for buying hp system. My basic query is if the laptop was not in warranty as hp team and iqor team has come back then why did hp representative iqor did not mention the same to us n september 18, 2017 and why did they still get the par came to our residence to fix the issue on september22, 2017. This means that there was an acceptance of warantty and then the intention was malafide as the moment they came to our house the iqor team started talking about how expensive is it to get mother board corrected etc. And we should take support regularly from them.

                                I have ordered one laptop in hps own website. On sept 2nd.2017. And instantly paid theamount for rs.31759 by my debit card. After 15 days some body telephoned me from company and toldme that the item is out of stock and adviced me to cancel the order. I did so as adviced. But till date i have not receuved mymoney. My order no. Is[protected].in track my order site still it is shown as wait for delivery. There customer care servi ce is very poor.

                                  My laptop had a problem in connecting to the wi fi. So i did a complain and try to take assistant and advice from the patna service centre (Hardware). Instead of assisting me he said that you will have to come to the hp centre then only your problem can be solved. I was not happy by his assisting way. So i search the related issue in hp forum then i rectified my problem.

                                    Bought new laptop almost a week back. It is taking 15- 20 minutes for startup and post that working terribly slow, gradually hangs so badly and screen goes blank for another 20 minutes... Then need to shut it down using power button, and the vicious circle continues.. I tried contacting customer care number, but no response. Even the shop from where i bought this is not providing any support and asking to visit service centre and i don’t think so sending it to service centre will make sense as they might provide the short term solution for this but i believe this is defected piece and i have never used such slow computer or laptop ever. This is even worst than p4. The problem is persistent from day one. Initially i was being told that because of system updates it is taking time but i couldn’t see any progress in working, rather turning more slow day by day.

                                    Kindly request you to please replace this defected laptop with the working laptop.

                                      Dear madam/ sir, i had purchased hp laptop (15-ac122tu) serial no: cnd5444n6k in the year 2016 (January) and since the day of my purchase i have been facing some or other issues with my machine. I got most of the units like the keyboard and mouse drives replaced. Later i started to have white spots on my lcd screen (Dead pixels), there was one and then another showed up and now i have 3 of them. I had complained about this when the system was in warranty period, but hp denied any support citing that their pixel policy do not cover the screen under warranty. I wonder what kind of support is this? This policy can neither be easily found on their website and neither do the dealer mention about it. Now they are asking for about 12000 inr to replace the screen as the warranty has lapsed. I would request you to kindly help me in this regards atleast ask the authority to check on my laptop as this machine has been giving me problems from day 1 and i strongly believe this one is either defective or refurbished.

                                        This to bring to your kind notice that i have purchased hp pavilion 15-p073tx notebook on 31/12/2014 and having wifi issue in my system since i have installed win 10 and even after so many call and engineer visit problem still remain the same.in last visit even my motherboard has been changed but of no use… i am unable to use my laptop in wifi as internet become so slow. I did the blunder to purchase hp notebook... Now i want either rectify or changed my laptop asap

                                        Dear Team, Even after full month no HP engineer has come to visit for my complain.. U know why 'coz HP engineers have family and kids.. and they can't come around 5:30 because they will get late for home. I am glad to tell u that with the help of my friends and Google i rectify my problem and my laptop started working again... But how long i don't know as i am not a engineer. I just did hit and run..and started my Lap..

                                        This is my humble request to my fellow readers not to buy HP laptop due to there poor service team.. Who think them self as Govt employees who can work 9-5... and don't bother consumer problem.
