Dear madam/ sir, i had purchased hp laptop (15-ac122tu) serial no: cnd5444n6k in the year 2016 (January) and since the day of my purchase i have been facing some or other issues with my machine. I got most of the units like the keyboard and mouse drives replaced. Later i started to have white spots on my lcd screen (Dead pixels), there was one and then another showed up and now i have 3 of them. I had complained about this when the system was in warranty period, but hp denied any support citing that their pixel policy do not cover the screen under warranty. I wonder what kind of support is this? This policy can neither be easily found on their website and neither do the dealer mention about it. Now they are asking for about 12000 inr to replace the screen as the warranty has lapsed. I would request you to kindly help me in this regards atleast ask the authority to check on my laptop as this machine has been giving me problems from day 1 and i strongly believe this one is either defective or refurbished.

    This to bring to your kind notice that i have purchased hp pavilion 15-p073tx notebook on 31/12/2014 and having wifi issue in my system since i have installed win 10 and even after so many call and engineer visit problem still remain the same.in last visit even my motherboard has been changed but of no use… i am unable to use my laptop in wifi as internet become so slow. I did the blunder to purchase hp notebook... Now i want either rectify or changed my laptop asap

    Dear Team, Even after full month no HP engineer has come to visit for my complain.. U know why 'coz HP engineers have family and kids.. and they can't come around 5:30 because they will get late for home. I am glad to tell u that with the help of my friends and Google i rectify my problem and my laptop started working again... But how long i don't know as i am not a engineer. I just did hit and run..and started my Lap..

    This is my humble request to my fellow readers not to buy HP laptop due to there poor service team.. Who think them self as Govt employees who can work 9-5... and don't bother consumer problem.

They are check it and told me there is only 3 white dots if there is 6 to 7 white dots means one we consider to warranty. I have purchase my laptop 2 months ago. I have 1 year warranty. I want to replace it.

        I had purchased an expensive hp envy 15-k203tx notebook laptop 2 years ago. The price was inr 75000 approx. Recently, i experienced some problem with the laptop. The screen started flickering/blinking. I took the laptop to their designated service center iqor in bangalore. I received a quote after 2 days for inr 13700 asking me to replace the display panel.

        I am shocked. How the display panel of such an expensive laptop can fail in just 2 years. Does this mean hp is using substandard display panels, but charges exorbitantly to customers.

        Hp has an escalation matrix and as per that the customer can write to their service head at [protected]@hp.com. To my surprise, every time i write a mail a reply will come from a different employee writing the same 2 lines (Copy & paste). Highly insensitive people and very pathetic service.

        Today i have raised the matter to their ceo and i hope the matter will be addressed sensitively. However i am badly stuck as my laptop is with them for the past 10 days and i am handicapped without my laptop

        Any help is highly appreciated

          Very worst experience i ever have with hp product. Due to some reason my laptop mother board is damaged and it was happened around 2years back and till date i have visited more than 5lappy repair shop including hp care kolhapur but the worst thing is they told us that it will cost mi around 36000rs for replacement of motherboard and the real thing is my money inevestment is also less than this repair
          So my laptop is off till date and i think if i am not able to repair it then it will be only scrap or showpiece nothing else
          Very very very bad experience i have with hp product even i am suggesting all people to please don't buy the hp product
          Go to other like dell etc
          I totally lost my money of 35000which was a bank loan and then also i am not able to use my laptop
          So i[censored] want ur customer back again to shop with hp please do something

            Declared more than what is provide to core customer. As per the offer scheme reliance insurance is supposed to be of worth value rs. 1599/- but the policy received is of rs. 460/- only. Rest all other offers along with insurance are as per declared worth value equal to one given to core customer like hp money rs. 2500/- and shopper stop e voucher @rs. 3000/-.
            Then why this difference is only in case of insurance.

                After checking up with your sales representative mr. Shubam [25014], who confirmed to me that the suitable cartridge for my hp all in one printer c4783 is 818.
                I also told him that my old cartridge is 121.
                I ordered through shubam order no[protected] and paid 2537. I received the same and tried to fit in the printer. It says non compatable.
                I called up various nos of hp starting [ one gets fed up talking to various nos starting 1800 and various people] but no one could give me a solution to my problem
                One of your representives suggested to fill ink in the old cartridge and then call them. Unfortunately in the old cartridge the ink filled did not help.
                Someone suggested that buy a new printer.
                It was a clear mistake from your side despite giving the model no a wrong cartridge was suggested to me
                I have spent rs 2537 for none of my fault.
                Kindly give me a solution or return my money.

                  Laptop is no longer working.. Bought only 3 weeks before. Hardware complaint. I felt. Charging is done then also when pressing start button screen no display. Computer complaint old check and give proper solution. Sir plz consider my complaints because laptop is needed for my regular working. Any other way i could give my complaint. Laptop is very important for my working place

Now we required to use the said laptop in our sas system.                         I purchased a hp laptop model no hp 15-au113tx (Serial no. 5cd6305lln) on 8/10/2016 with invoice no. A00911 from kopal computers and laptops, shop no 115, parklane building, parklane secunderabad-500003.

                        Due to harddisk failure, the same (5cd6305lln) is replaced a new laptop with same model, and serial no. 5cd6305lm8 reference case id.[protected] on 15/10/2016.
                        After some time the replaced laptop also started trouble like screen flickering, lagging performance. The same had been handed over to service center on 6/7/17 for resolving the problem. The same has handed over to me with remarks as replaced miscellaneous kit on 10/7/2017. But the problem has not been resolved and i again handed over to servicing center on 21/7/2017, but the problem is still continued further. I again handed over laptop on 17/8/2017, finally the servicing center issued a d. O. A (Reference case id [protected]) on 11/9/2017. For replacement they directed to consult kopal computers and laptops secunderabad within 7 days from date of issue of d. O. A.
                        When i approached kopal computers and laptops they refused to replace my laptop with same model (Hp 15-au113tx), and also asked me to take a low configuration laptop with paying some extra money.
                        Hence i request you to please resolve my problem before 18/9/2017 as the d. O. A date will be expired hoping you do the needful.

                          I have purchased a pavilion laptop on 19 may 2017, within a week there was some issue with the audio sound was fading out itself after playing any song or video but i did not complain about it thinking of some problem with windows 10.
                          Later on 14 july 2017 laptop screen started to flicker, there are white-black lines and simultaneous blinking on the screen for around 4 to 5 minutes daily. This problem is still not resolved. For this problem, an engineer mr. Chandmal (Mobile [protected]) was sent to my college on 23 august 2017 who inserted a black chip and an aluminum piece around the motherboard but after assembling the laptop it was not getting switch on there was no light or power in the laptop. The engineer short-circuited the motherboard because of which my laptop did not switch on. For almost six hours my laptop was overheating without any power. After the week on 28 august 2017 i went to the service center (Sysnet global technology pvt. Limited, 6 park street, 2nd floor, usha plaza, mi road, jaipur) where i got the motherboard replaced. After two days my screen started to flicker again and bluetooth was also not working which was again their mistake and then there was no sound in my earphones when i plug into laptop.
                          I took the laptop once again to the service center on 5 september 2017 and submitted. They only changed the operating system. Then they delivered the laptop to me on 14 sept 2017. When i switched on the laptop in night screen started to flicker and blink again and i was unable to partition my c drive of 2 tb in two parts. The service center manager shyam kumar (Mob no [protected]/ shyam. [protected]@sysnetglobal.com) is not helping me nor cooperating with me.
                          My laptop hangs a lot only using adobe photoshop. My wacom pen tablet suddenly stops working in the laptop. A 90, 000 laptop is working like a dual-core processor laptop. When i searched about this model on internet people are facing the same screen flickering and audio issues with the laptop. This is a completely defective product sold to me. Even hp engineers are unable to repair it. I want a new laptop or refund my money. If nothing happens i will take legal action and go to consumer court.
                          I am doing my graduation in graphic design, my work is suffering a lot because of this as i have to do all my assignments in adobe software’s and autodesk maya and max software. More than two months got waste in repairing laptop and my semester will get over by the end of the november.

                            I have purchased 1 hp pen drive from snap deal before 3 month, but when i m attaching with my laptop it is not detecting.
                            I have used first time and it is not detecting. Now when i dropped e mail to hp team they are not giving any answer, i have called multiple service center in gurgaon but everyone is giving me same answer that we are supporting only laptops. Hp customer care is saying go to fortune or balajisolutions {third party from hp } and they are saying this pen drive is not marketed by then
                            So in short hp does not want to take any responsibility at all, worst experience from hp.in future will not purchase anything from hp.

                              I am a regular customer of amazon and for the first time i am facing problem in installing hp deskjet ink advantage 4675 which was delivered on[protected] as no one has come for the installation till date. It is regretful that company like amazon with such a great reputation in the market is lacking behind in their customer services. Please send someone to install the printer as soon as possible and inform me accordingly on my number.

                                I am really very sad to write to you but I am completely frustrated after my experience with the HP service center located at Ludhiana, Punjab, India. I had issues with my laptop from past month, it used to hang whenever i tried to move it. I contacted the service center, although any sane person can understand that it is a hardware problem, they said it is software issue and asked me to order recovery disk. I ordered and in the meantime my laptop stopped working and again I went to the service center and this time they told me that motherboard needs to be replaced and they took 2 weeks for the same.
                                The next day I got my laptop was repaired, I tried to reinstall windows from the recovery disk, I ordered earlier. I was facing error 0XFFEE018 and again I contacted the service center. This time they kept my laptop for two days and then told me that they do not know how to solve the issue and it will take them a week or so.

                                I am really frustrated after all my loss due to this. I have bought premium laptop of HP hoping to have good experience Although my product is in warranty, I am facing such difficulties. I am scared that I will not be able to buy any HP product if my experience with HP does not improve.

                                      The team came up with nothing solution he is blaming us that its is because of installation printer is not working, how it could because i see the problem is in pipe as two of pipe is flowing ink but one of them not as you can see on picture, hp technical guy its saying its because of dry really you people are advertising that ink doesn't dry, this printer had issue since begning as i was not able to print, he said i cannot support. I really don't think hp support is like this. I bought costly hp inkjet and since starting its not working.

                                      You people are saying we cannot help you out. You should work out on support instead of advertising. I am going to report in consumer court online and also write this on our blog because i wasted my 13k money in your useless printer which is not working... 8000 pages = 8 pages with blank rough quality.
