Sir i purchsed hp laptop serial no. Cnd4332rn6

With 3 years accedental warrenty extended warrenty

After laptop purchase it fall down from my hand and power off after 2 to 3 mints remains like that because o[censored]nder adp technical support from hp came told me mother hood is to b replaced and they changed after so many days but after some time again power issues arises again i called tech support the technitian came agian told me mother hood is not working is to b change

And changes mother hood second time after so many days but afer that problem persist technitian came again told me mother hood is not working but this time i told him again and again u poeple are changing mother hood that means other problem is there so he gone away

Another technitian send by service center i toldhim about port which is blink like than they call for change of port under a d p meanwhile technitian came to see laptop told me give laptop for service center but i didnot give but he asked me give battery alone he will check it out i told him that battery is fine laptop is working for 2to 3 mint if cable to b removed than he told me it will come adp give otherwise u will suffer than he took my battery after 5 days another technitian came to me and returnd a dammage battery which was making sound and strcker torned and black immediately the person i told him that my battery is changed this is not my battery strcker is adherd to other battery this gone to manager pawan kaushik told me that he told him that ur battery changed and u have to go to meet manager i asked i will go if i will free from my work he filld up adp form and again came to change port than i checked that key board is not working but he created false report that he fi shed the work they forcely close the case i asked pawan kaushik why u closed the case my laptop not corrcted than he talked me that pagal badtameej orat but i camplain to technical support and complain a bout pawan kaushik behavior they send tech he ca. E with new key board but not change as he filld some bios key than key board coreected mine after some day new issue arises window not activated i asked to microsoft they told me that product key needed to activate window he gave command but there was no product key filled i gone to service center than 8 man was fighting like conditions and hands off that ur computer is out of warrenty 8..9..2017 i adked but case is from more than one year if mother hood changed than give product key so laptop may raun if product is urs than who will provide product key but they didnot help me than nitin told me they are purchasing battry from amajon but after co versation telconferencing with pwan kaushik. reetesh gupta.. nitin pawan who did not do nothing and raised ct no. That ct no. May be differen if production time is diffrent in same type o[censored]nit

Sir these poeple continously harresing me since two year so also my work and my mental condition affected they should compansated with new unit so also more than 5 lack rupees compansatory amount

Sir repeat callung again and again they are abusing in teleconferencing and not rectifying 3 or more person talking and enforcing about their wish... they didnot corrected laptop uptill expiry and making me trouble and lifting there hand and telling thAt eternity expire expire we will not letion u and change of buttery not giving my battery

This also confirmed by the system data apart from CT Sticker available on the battery. This confirmed that there is no change/ swap with Battery in your HP Notebook.

I understand battery backup is not there, hence you need to buy a Battery which is a consumable item. We also checked HP Notebook is 3+ years old & therefore battery might have decayed their life cycle.

    I really unhappy with your services.i have complain about my screen blinking issue but it is not solved yet.engineer visit is take place after three call at service center but engineer is lack of knowledge.i complain about it at service center but they don't register any type of complain they give me gujarat state coordinator number.but he did't receive my call.and also i talk with head of service center but he is not giving me any type of solution.and he register new case id.

      I purchased a laptop (Hp pavilion x360 13-u135tu laptop (Core i7 7th gen/8 gb/256 gb ssd/windows 10) in hp shopping, the actual price was rs.76, 000 due to employee offer i got it for 68500, on top of this for sbi credit card holder there was 5% cash back and 6 month no cost emi, when i opted no cost emi they reduced the interest part and they charged me rs.65777, but 68500 is the amount i have to pay to the sbi that is including interest, due to over heating problem i asked for replacement, they agreed, due to the product was end of life they asked for change of product are refund. Since they were able to provide the same configuration has 135tu which had a problem, i asked for refund.
      Instead of refund they have cancelled the transaction, but the emi interest is running. When i dont have product and they have accepted for emi interest part why should i bare it, from past 50 day i am keep on following up, no one is replaying to mail, and in the call they say that concern team will call back but no one is bothered.

        Our laptop was in a year warranty and was bought in january, 2017 by paying rs 75000 money to croma.

        On september 12, 2017 the laptop started having problem and we raised concern with helpdesk which created a ticket of battery issue. On september 18, 2017 mr. Nitin from iqor visited our premises to check the system an fix the battery problem. He removed the battery and started he process of back up to the system. He promised that the new battery will be provided on an urgent basis.

        Now on september 22, 2017 we have two people - mr mohammad gulshair from iqor came to our house tofix the problem. Suddenly after 3 hours they said that the laptop has a motherboard problem and the system s not in warranty as moisture is there. It seemed that iqor team along with hp team is running a scam to fleece customers of money by intentionally damaging the system so that they can harass me being female

        I contact mr. Amit kumar from hp telling him the whole case as how iqor team spoiled my laptop and intentionally created the issue but it seems that hp team is in cahoots with iqor. Now they are hell bent to putting blame of the wholething on me and asking tocough up rs 30, 000 as mr mohammad gulshair of io proudly told me that they do this will most of the customers so that they can make money

        The only thing we wanted was to get the laptop repaired and the whole intention it seems is to punish the customer for buying hp system. My basic query is if the laptop was not in warranty as hp team and iqor team has come back then why did hp representative iqor did not mention the same to us n september 18, 2017 and why did they still get the par came to our residence to fix the issue on september22, 2017. This means that there was an acceptance of warantty and then the intention was malafide as the moment they came to our house the iqor team started talking about how expensive is it to get mother board corrected etc. And we should take support regularly from them.

        We just needto get hp and qor to get our laptop repaired and for that we have raised this concern. My e-mail id is : [protected]@gmail.com and will request your assistance in resolution of the issue

          I have ordered one laptop in hps own website. On sept 2nd.2017. And instantly paid theamount for rs.31759 by my debit card. After 15 days some body telephoned me from company and toldme that the item is out of stock and adviced me to cancel the order. I did so as adviced. But till date i have not receuved mymoney. My order no. Is[protected].in track my order site still it is shown as wait for delivery. There customer care servi ce is very poor.

            My laptop had a problem in connecting to the wi fi. So i did a complain and try to take assistant and advice from the patna service centre (Hardware). Instead of assisting me he said that you will have to come to the hp centre then only your problem can be solved. I was not happy by his assisting way. So i search the related issue in hp forum then i rectified my problem.

              Bought new laptop almost a week back. It is taking 15- 20 minutes for startup and post that working terribly slow, gradually hangs so badly and screen goes blank for another 20 minutes... Then need to shut it down using power button, and the vicious circle continues.. I tried contacting customer care number, but no response. Even the shop from where i bought this is not providing any support and asking to visit service centre and i don’t think so sending it to service centre will make sense as they might provide the short term solution for this but i believe this is defected piece and i have never used such slow computer or laptop ever. This is even worst than p4. The problem is persistent from day one. Initially i was being told that because of system updates it is taking time but i couldn’t see any progress in working, rather turning more slow day by day.

              Kindly request you to please replace this defected laptop with the working laptop.

                Dear madam/ sir, i had purchased hp laptop (15-ac122tu) serial no: cnd5444n6k in the year 2016 (January) and since the day of my purchase i have been facing some or other issues with my machine. I got most of the units like the keyboard and mouse drives replaced. Later i started to have white spots on my lcd screen (Dead pixels), there was one and then another showed up and now i have 3 of them. I had complained about this when the system was in warranty period, but hp denied any support citing that their pixel policy do not cover the screen under warranty. I wonder what kind of support is this? This policy can neither be easily found on their website and neither do the dealer mention about it. Now they are asking for about 12000 inr to replace the screen as the warranty has lapsed. I would request you to kindly help me in this regards atleast ask the authority to check on my laptop as this machine has been giving me problems from day 1 and i strongly believe this one is either defective or refurbished.

                  Dear Team, Even after full month no HP engineer has come to visit for my complain.. U know why 'coz HP engineers have family and kids.. and they can't come around 5:30 because they will get late for home. I am glad to tell u that with the help of my friends and Google i rectify my problem and my laptop started working again... But how long i don't know as i am not a engineer. I just did hit and run..and started my Lap..

                  This is my humble request to my fellow readers not to buy HP laptop due to there poor service team.. Who think them self as Govt employees who can work 9-5... and don't bother consumer problem.

                      I had purchased an expensive hp envy 15-k203tx notebook laptop 2 years ago. The price was inr 75000 approx. Recently, i experienced some problem with the laptop. The screen started flickering/blinking. I took the laptop to their designated service center iqor in bangalore. I received a quote after 2 days for inr 13700 asking me to replace the display panel.

                      I am shocked. How the display panel of such an expensive laptop can fail in just 2 years. Does this mean hp is using substandard display panels, but charges exorbitantly to customers.

                      Hp has an escalation matrix and as per that the customer can write to their service head at [protected]@hp.com. To my surprise, every time i write a mail a reply will come from a different employee writing the same 2 lines (Copy & paste). Highly insensitive people and very pathetic service.

                      Today i have raised the matter to their ceo and i hope the matter will be addressed sensitively. However i am badly stuck as my laptop is with them for the past 10 days and i am handicapped without my laptop

                      Any help is highly appreciated

                        Very worst experience i ever have with hp product. Due to some reason my laptop mother board is damaged and it was happened around 2years back and till date i have visited more than 5lappy repair shop including hp care kolhapur but the worst thing is they told us that it will cost mi around 36000rs for replacement of motherboard and the real thing is my money inevestment is also less than this repair
                        So my laptop is off till date and i think if i am not able to repair it then it will be only scrap or showpiece nothing else
                        Very very very bad experience i have with hp product even i am suggesting all people to please don't buy the hp product
                        Go to other like dell etc
                        I totally lost my money of 35000which was a bank loan and then also i am not able to use my laptop
                        So i[censored] want ur customer back again to shop with hp please do something

                          Declared more than what is provide to core customer. As per the offer scheme reliance insurance is supposed to be of worth value rs. 1599/- but the policy received is of rs. 460/- only. Rest all other offers along with insurance are as per declared worth value equal to one given to core customer like hp money rs. 2500/- and shopper stop e voucher @rs. 3000/-.
                          Then why this difference is only in case of insurance.

                              After checking up with your sales representative mr. Shubam [25014], who confirmed to me that the suitable cartridge for my hp all in one printer c4783 is 818.
                              I also told him that my old cartridge is 121.
                              I ordered through shubam order no[protected] and paid 2537. I received the same and tried to fit in the printer. It says non compatable.
                              I called up various nos of hp starting [ one gets fed up talking to various nos starting 1800 and various people] but no one could give me a solution to my problem
                              One of your representives suggested to fill ink in the old cartridge and then call them. Unfortunately in the old cartridge the ink filled did not help.
                              Someone suggested that buy a new printer.
                              It was a clear mistake from your side despite giving the model no a wrong cartridge was suggested to me
                              I have spent rs 2537 for none of my fault.
                              Kindly give me a solution or return my money.

                                Laptop is no longer working.. Bought only 3 weeks before. Hardware complaint. I felt. Charging is done then also when pressing start button screen no display. Computer complaint old check and give proper solution. Sir plz consider my complaints because laptop is needed for my regular working. Any other way i could give my complaint. Laptop is very important for my working place

                                  We have purchased hp make laptop vide sl no. Cnd434530h, product no. J7v52pa on august, 14 through our supplier m/s ge t & d (Alstom). Now we required to use the said laptop in our sas system. When we open and check the laptop, we observed that some keys (Button) are not working like brightness key, wi-fi key, volume keys etc. Kindly do the needful.
                                  HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Printing is not working.
                                  Date of incident 1 month ago. Printing is not properly clear damage the parts where puts the ink. I want repair the printer.

                                    I have complaint regarding my printer (Laser jet pro m104a) and complain no-[protected] and case id-blbk8108/01 on 04/09/2017 and engineer visited on 05/09/17 he said parts are not available in this model please take 3-4 days time for parts but today is 20/09/17 parts are not available on till date. I am suffering more problem without printer.

                                    I have running loss with my business due to i am not capable to give the printout of the invoice to the party.in this connection i have lost few parties due to invoicing parties. As because i am also running c&f agent few of the pharma companies.

                                    So, my request repair my printer at your earliest otherwise you replace my printer.

                                      Greetings,
                                      I purchased a hp laptop model no hp 15-au113tx (Serial no. 5cd6305lln) on 8/10/2016 with invoice no. A00911 from kopal computers and laptops, shop no 115, parklane building, parklane secunderabad-500003.

                                      Due to harddisk failure, the same (5cd6305lln) is replaced a new laptop with same model, and serial no. 5cd6305lm8 reference case id.[protected] on 15/10/2016.
                                      After some time the replaced laptop also started trouble like screen flickering, lagging performance. The same had been handed over to service center on 6/7/17 for resolving the problem. The same has handed over to me with remarks as replaced miscellaneous kit on 10/7/2017. But the problem has not been resolved and i again handed over to servicing center on 21/7/2017, but the problem is still continued further. I again handed over laptop on 17/8/2017, finally the servicing center issued a d. O. A (Reference case id [protected]) on 11/9/2017. For replacement they directed to consult kopal computers and laptops secunderabad within 7 days from date of issue of d. O. A.
                                      When i approached kopal computers and laptops they refused to replace my laptop with same model (Hp 15-au113tx), and also asked me to take a low configuration laptop with paying some extra money.
                                      Hence i request you to please resolve my problem before 18/9/2017 as the d. O. A date will be expired hoping you do the needful.
