My laptop mic is not working properly. Sometimes after removing earphones, the mic stops working and sometimes when the earphones are connected then also the same problem occurs. Few days back i registered the same problem and got a dealing from hp too, but still the problem is there. Recently i have updated my bios but still problem is not resolved. Here are the details of my laptop.

    My laptop is not is not being on. The charge indication is also not being shown while charging. The power is not on and the charging is not done. Pressing the power button shows a charge indication, but after few seconds the charge indicator gets offed. After 4 days of bringing it from the showroom, it is not being on from the 5th day. Please help me in fixing the problem.

      Why on this earth u make such ### products???when my probook was few days old it was slow like hell, took assistance o[censored]r support they made me to do ### things evryday like rebooting, , updates etc etc, , days passed i never feel like using this ### product because its hell slow, , i dnt know about ur other products but this one has really made me mad, , how can u cheat people by making these ugly things????

          Hello sir/madam,

          I neeraj aggarwal, brought a hp laptop on 23rd october 2014. It has extended warranty of 3yrs and accidental warranty. The product serial number is cnd4348fpx. I have availed the accidental damage from the company thrice in first 1 and half year and at the same time i confirmed the customer care executive that how much accidental warranty i have, he said 3 complete years.

          From the last 3-4 months, i had some issues with my laptops like microsd port not working, usb port not working, dvd drive not working. Otherwise my laptop was running perfectly alright.

          I had finally lodged a complaint on 19th september 2017 to hp customer service after a serial of attempts for 1 month. After that the service executive came onsite on 6th october 2017. He assessed that there is issue with the mother board and need to be changed. Then while checking other things he found an irrelevant thing that the plastic covering of audio port is half missing. He said better to take opportunities of adp rather a normal warranty. After assembling the laptop there were some shaking and linings in the screens. I asked how it happened he checked it many times but failed to fix it.. Finally he changed the primary slot of ram to secondary slot and when i asked what happened with primary slot he said not to worry there is some dust it wil be alright after complete service.

          Then i was waiting for 2-3 days for there reply when they said your laptop is not under adp scheme

          When i had word with the supervisor of hp mr. Manish and mr. Sandeep,
          They assured me that they wil have to fix the laptop within a day and also asked a favour from me to give laptop to the service centre and they wil give it within a day. I gave the laptop there, they did the formalities and asked me to leave.
          When i left after an hour they called me to come again to fill the adp form. I had to travel for 1 hours to reach the service centre again. I said i dnt know how it happened they said write anything. Dont worry you will get it. I wrote some story in that. And after 2 days they said its not under adp scheme.

          After that again on 23rd october i lodged complaint in hp customer care and told everything. They said sir they have done definitely wrong to you and you wil definitely get the laptop repaired and appointed an executive who came on 25th i guess and asked me to do it again in adp. He said the things will be processed this time for sure.
          Then i had word with there service centre manager mr. Mukesh. He also asked me to fill the adp form and to put whatever i like in the cause of accident like fall and etc. He assured me this time i will definitely get the adp. As he said that if my normal warranty is converted into adp then my laptop must have adp otherwise it cannot be converted

          I follow his advice again and filled wrong information.

          But still again they said adp is not in my laptop.

          The hp india, customer care, service centre all are misguiding me. And harrassed me a lot. I have many of the recordings and videos and will share it once required

          I want to file a case against them and also to raise for compensation for the mental and physical harrassment they offered.

              I rubal gupta purchased a new laptop (Hp notebook -15-bs576tx) from hp online store. I called to customer care and one guy helped me to buy the laptop. His name is ayush saini and he cheated with me. He has given defected to me. So i have three query related this thing.

              1- at the time of buying the laptop, ayush confirmed me that this laptop has support for ubuntu and we can install the ubuntu. He took one day to confirm for this and i dont know what confirmed. He confirmed that the we can install the ubuntu easily in this model now i am not able to install the ubuntu in laptop. I checked on service centre and he told that we can not install ubuntu in the laptop and now even we can not install windows7, windows8, windows8.1 and only windows10 can install in the laptop. Windows 10 is not suitable for me. I need ubuntu for my work so he cheated with me.

              2 - at the time of buying the laptop, i select emi option (No emi cost). I used hdfc card. Now i am checking that my statment has full one time payment and i talk with hdfc customer care and he told that hp has not tell anything about emi so please help me for this, i am able to pay in one time and also for this he cheated with me.

              3 - i select also 2 year extended warranty, one link i had provided from ayush and i selec this link after that i did payment. I dont have any proof for extended warranty and i called to ayush, he told me that you will got the email for warranty in 15 days and till now i did not get any mail. I have bought the laptop 2 months back also for smae he cheated with me

              And now i call then he does not attned the call. He is a fraud guy.
              Hp is known for its product and even after sale services bt both is becoming worst. I dont recommend to purchase the product of hp go for any other brand other than this just fed with this laptop biggest mistake to purchase the laptop of hp.

              And i have raised the ticket and my case number.

                I have purchased a cartridge 802 colour small. The price of the cartridge which is imported oct 16 is shown as rs. 906/- (Inclusive of all taxes). The price now is shown as rs. 1288/ — (Inclusive of all taxes), revised mrp with gst. I would like to know the following details:
                1. What is the gst rates on cartridges.
                2. The price of rs. 906/- is already inclusive of the customs duty and the vat payable at that point of time, i. E., inclusive of the vat payable by the dealer also, so why is there an increase of rs.382/- on mrp which is much higher than the maximum gst of 28%, even if we take the gst to be on mrp, which is not the case.
                Request that i may kindly be replied to within the shortest period.

                  This is to inform you that your customer services experience is very bad, many time i had called your customer team for under warranty fault rectification of desktop (Complaint no.[protected], dt.06/10/17) but there is no resolution from your side and till now i have not received any revert call from your side, yesterday i called again and your customer executive mr. Abhishek on 31st oct 2017 & he was disconnecting my call on putting hold for long period. This is too much irritating.

                  Why your customer executive disconnecting mid of call, why there is no resolution till now, want resolution asap.

                  Fist-fall you should check my all call records and listen all call recordings, i called your team by below number's. Please take action against your executive who was disconnecting my calls.

                      Mera hp printers modles 2132 series ka hai. Aur o abhi tak to sahi chal raha tha lekin kal se ye pata nahi kyoun cartage accept nahi kar raha hai.
                      Ink dalkar 2bara lagaye lekin usko jo light hai resume button, colour indicate light. Black indicate light. Ye band hi nahi hota hai pahle to ye light jalta to tha lekin ruka rahta tha ab to bliking kar raha hai.

                        I made a complaint to the i. E. My laptop is nt working in month of january, jst after 20 days of purchasing. Their engineer came inspected the laptop. They said that its mother board is damage so they replaced it bt then also my laptop dont started. So he said that ram is also damaged. He told that he will come next and repalce the ram. And the he took the snap of the ram. Bt next time he came he told me that the serial number of the is nt listed in companies record. So he cant cahnge the ram. I have to pay the amount for the ram. Then he will change it. I made complaint with company many time. Bt all the they repetead the same. Still my laptop is nt serviced it is kept. Kindly help me regarding this.

                          I registered a complaint regarding my hp laptop with reference number [protected]. My laptop has adisplay problem and i gave it to the hp service centre. They told that my laptop's display ct number and product number is not matching. So they can't repair it. So i called in the toll free number and reported the problem. But they also told that the problem with my laptop can't be resolved. So i am forced to write this mail. I need a positive reply for this. I spend inr 40000 for buying this laptop. My laptop's warranty is not finished. So hp authority have the responsibility to repair my laptop. If i didn't get a positive reply for this. I am going to register a complaint in consumer court if i didnt get a positive report.

                            I have registered this case about 25 days before for keyboard spacebar not functioning, after online testing, case referred to iqor service, laxmi nagar delhi to replacement o[censored]ppercase but service provider refuse to do this reason the parts is not matching with laptop serial number.

                            I don't know this technical things. What i want to say i have purchased this laptop from just 15th month before and first time we face problem after purchase. My laptop is under warranty for three years.
                            The product is never open for any reason so far. It is open first time after purchase by hp service engineer for this oroblem so if parts is mismatch internally than it is manufacturing fault. How can it suppose to be we go for another means under warranty.
                            Since suffering a lot day to day business with our personel laptop, therefore i request ur intervation to solve my problem and pls. Give necessary approval to replace parts.

                              I have purchased a laptop (Hp pav x360 convert 13-u135tu) in the month of january'2017. The laptop started giving the following problem in the month of october'2017
                              (A) the touch screen was not working.
                              (B) the laptop was abruptly getting shut down/restarting with noise.

                              The matter was informed to the hp people through their help line nos. How ever the services extended by the hp people are not satisfactory. You can realize the same if you look into the incidents which is mentioned below chronologically.
                              (A) complaint registered through their helpline no. On 28.10.2017, to which they have assured their service personnel to visit on 05.11.2017.
                              (B) in spite of the commitment, their service representative turned up only on 10.10.2017. But he could not attend the problem. Rather the problem aggravate further (The laptop is not getting on). As per the service personnel, the defect is with the cooling fan & touch screen and the same shall be replaced within a week.
                              (C) however till 29.10.2017, there is no response from the hp side.
                              It is important here to mention that, the product is under warranty with extended warranty up to 01.10.2010. Looking into the above, it is felt that the hp is not bothered about their customer.
                              Hence we request you to take up the matter with hp and find out a solution at the earliest.

                                I had given my hp laptop (Mode:g-6/2320cx) to a service centre on 18th october at kottayam in kerala. I regret to inform you that they have not responded to my queries and they have not given me the laptop back after one week that is 25th of october. They had agreed to repair my laptop and gives it back by 25 th october. Bitut they had adopted a passive response to my complaint regarding laptop. Is very important for me to get the laptop at the earliest as i have an exam coming up for which i require this laptop. I hope action would be taken to repair my laptop at the earliest.

                                  Hello consumer forum,

                                  I have booked a hp active pen with app launch on 28/09/2017, order no.[protected]. The product was supposed to get delivered in 14 days. The payment was made online thru credit card. Today is 28/10/2017 and still the product is not delivered to me. I have been calling regularly to hp store support toll free no. [protected] and they say that it is still under process.

                                  I am really fedup of the service and when i ask for cancellation of the order they say that please wait for 2-3 days more you will get the product.

                                  Can you please help regarding the issue.

                                    I taken laptop on 10/7/2017 and 2nd day my laptop power button is not working it taking so much time to on its defictive piece i think ibm facing so much problem and some times my automatically li z disk is coming and my laptop is slow and it's not working like i5 so pls and yr engineer is not doing anything just coming and telling no problem b ut i m facing so much problem he suggest fromat 8 time only saying format laptop and he change keyboard so he taken all stickers and saying not having sticker pls check my laptop and replacment 3 month and many more prblm are

                                      Dear sir,
                                      We have a laserjet printer m1136 mfp, serial no cnj8f8xbfh at bhadrak, odisha.. The printer is not working and we tried to contact balasore, odisha, service centre from contact no of google but the number was not reachable. Then we contacted with state incharge hp and contacted with a lady of balasore who has neither given us her contact number nor contacted us. After waiting for a month we again tried to contact through state head and contacted mr biswajit. He promised us to send his engineer but did not. After repeated reminders he sent an engineer and he could not corrected the fault but took his charge of rs 1000/ on 25 th. We sent our mail id to mr biswajit, who promised us to send quotations of repair but till date we have not received it. Also the printer's paper lifting problem claimed to be rectified by engineer also exists. When we asked about the same to mr biswajit he charged us in loud voice.
                                      Very sorry to sorry we are highly unsatisfied with your customer service
