This is to inform you that your customer services experience is very bad, many time i had called your customer team for warranty extend but there is no resolution from your side and i already dropped a mail on your services team mail id in ([protected]@redemptionsupport.com) by ([protected]@gmail.com) mail id, but till now i have not received any revert and call from your side, today i called again and your customer executive was disconnecting my call on my this no ([protected]), why your customer executive disconnecting mid of call, why there is no resolution till now, want resolution asap.
Fist-fall you should check my all call records and listen all call recordings, i called your team by below number's - ([protected], [protected], [protected]), then take action against your executive who was disconnecting my call today,
This is also inform you that i purchased your hp laptop (Hp notebook - 15 ay566tu) product serial number* - cnd7143lmg, product part code* - 1pl59pa, on 21st oct'17 i want to extend warranty of my laptop in 999 - 2 year additional warranty so pls do the needful asap, if you not able to resolve my issue then i will be return my laptop.
