HP deskjet 2520 printer is not printing the excel sheets. When any excel sheet is set to print then only fax is shown as option and deskjet printer is not selectable. Kindly let us know the solution urgently as non functioni9ng of printer is effecting the efficiency of office work.

      I took new HP Pavilion g6 in the month of may.when I took top panel was covered with a plastic cover. When i removed that plastic cover I found a defect on HP logo. That is completely manufacturing defect. So i kindly request you to look over the problem and replace the top panel.

        The technician Mr. Indrajeet Pandey, had called up in the morning to come and fixed up the time to come and resolve the printer issue. For the same i had to come early curtailing my schedule, so that i could be there at home when the technician visited. But when i called him up at around 6:21 PM, he said he was at Panvel and will not be able to come. When i, reminded him that, it was he who had suggested to come in the evening. He said that he lives in Chembur, and will come in the evening...it was decided that he would call when he reaches Chembur Station. He called up at 9:30 PM, that he is near my residence...as he had not informed me that he would be coming, I had gone out for some work. Told him that i can reach home back in 10 minutes and requested him to wait. On which the fellow reaction was unacceptable. He started explaining and arguing with me that even he had a home and have to reach home on time. When reminded him that it was HP Printers that i bought the printer from, and i would expect a bit of professional behaviour from him. He said that tough he worked for HP, it does not own him. For which i told him to wait if he wanted to wait till i come, which i returned in 10-15 minutes. When i reached home, and tried calling the fellow to guide him home, his phone was switched off...tried atleast 3-4 times, but couldnt get through. The fellow called at 10:20 PM informing the his phone's battery had discharged and that he had reached home. This behaviour and attitude is completely shocking from someone who's representing HP. I am still left unattended and shocked. Want to know can my issue get resolved and how soon???

          To, The M.D HP company limited Sub:- Complaint regarding repairing of faulty Laptop within warranty period. Dear sir, I have purchased HP pavilion laptop from HP Show Room Agartala (Tripura) which serial No. is 5CD3248SCC. It is not functioning since last one week, then I have lodged a complaint to HP customer center on 1.10.2014 and he has given a complaint No. [protected]. Now six days have been gone but nobody has turn up for attending the fault. Neither call on my contact mobile number nor visited at my registered address. In spite of that customer center has raised a Performa invoice of Rs.6000/- on my email for purchase of new adopter, but adopter is already in working condition. It has tested on other laptop and found working properly. So, you are requested to make arrangement for repairing of my faulty laptop as per terms and condition of warranty period.             My pavilion laptop serail number is 5CD3248SP1.Last month i had a problem in the keyboard and i complained it to HP and they sent a new keyboard and the problem was solved.But, the enginner who dismandled the computer done some problem.Now i cant close or open the lid because something was broken inside.I am very disappointed about service and i want rectify the problem.still i am having the warrant upto 2016.my email id:[protected]@gmail.com and phone number:[protected]

                i had purchased the product HP
                15-r006tu notebook PC from Reliance Digital, vashi, mumbai on 29th
                August...however its touchpad stopped working within two days...from
                then on i have registered a complain with case id [protected] ... i got
                the DOA Letter after 17days after a lot of follow ups...but as the
                prodct serial number was wrongly written in the DOA ..the dealer disnt
                accept the replacement of the product...and till date i havnt received
                any DOA with the corrected serial number...two cases have been
                opened...one has been closed without being resolved..case number
                [protected] and another [protected] . It has been a month now when i am sitting with a defective laptop whicvh i had purchased on 29th august.

                  I have problem with the laptop about some issues The issues are as follows- 1) one day disply is not comming to my computer 2) my laptop getting hanged. 3) problem with driver installation. 4) grafics problem and also sound problem 5) my laptop speed is not according to the speed as guaranted by shopkeeper from the very first day. 6) problem with the touchpad And many other small problems. I bought this laptop by check on 24 august. Shopkeeper does not give fetures as he said to me when i submtted my check to the shopkeeper, i had submitted the check on 14august. I had complaint to the hp customer care many times about my issuue but no serious steps had not been taken. Aftar my first complain thy told me that the engenear should come to my house withen 72 hours thats also the engenear came to my house aftar 6 days aftar requestring sevaral times on phone. My last complain id number is [protected] they told engineer will came toi my house within 72 hours tomorrow 72 hours got over no engineer came to my house. The engineer which on my first complain could not repair my computer. The number which had given me by the hp senter to call to the hp service center though the phone was ringing nobody recive the phone. It is an tragic incident that after the engenear came for laptop service and for his callousness my windows8 got crashed and this time my computer was hanging more frequently than before and it my earnest requst to you that for godsake my laptop should not go into the hands of such a callus like him. So i request you to take necessary steps to repair my laptop.

ANSHUL I purchased the above mentioned laptop. 1. From the very day of purchasing the laptop I am facing problem in updating the windows. For updating it asks the activation KEY . This was not provided and fed in the computer by the vender. I have visited the vender 3 times since purchasing it. He feeds a key code which works for some days and then again stops. This time I had an argument with him ( Mr Anshul) on this matter. Then he told me that the windows in my laptop is not original and for permanent solution to my suffering is to buy original windows. This is Cheating. With this model I should have got original Windows 8.1. Please guide me what to do. I feel cheated by the above mentioned vender as it is clearly mentioned in the model no. and on my purchase voucher. 2. Secondly, with this model I got McAfee antivirus subscription free for 12 months. Even that has not got activated on the laptop. For this also he blames me of not downloading the software properly and says I will have to buy it again. Please help me and rectify my problem Looking forward to your response.                         Dear Concern, I am and old customer of HP using HP1050 Deskjet, HP M1005 printers and HP laptop. I submitted my HP-printer (M1005) in HP service center at 80 Feet road Kanpur on 10th Sep-2014. There was a problem with scanning (it scans white paper in pink color), the while submitting the printer the service team checked and admit it that there is a problem in printer and they will solve it out. But in last 16 days I never get a single call from the service team for the status of the printer, whenever I call them I always get the answer that we are trying to solve the problem and will let you know in two or three days. Yesterday when I visit the service center they replied very clumsy and squat. They forced me to take the printer back. Without asking for my satisfaction, they take the service call report paper back and write “Delivered” on it. Help Desk person Mr. Anand Said “The printer is fine because it is designed to scan white paper as pink” And Branch manager Mr. Rajnish Verma replied very funny things “Why did not you complain before?” while this was the third time I complain for the same problem. “Why are you scanning in color mode, you must scan in gray mode” “The A4 size paper which comes in the market is not actually white it is little pink that’s why scanning is pink not white” when I asked him which paper is white, he got silence. “4 other printers in service center with same model are having the same issue so this is not a problem” He even told me that “Your printer is out of warranty period” While Purchasing date is 19-Sep-2013 and Col log date is 10-Sep-2014. My Questions are: 1. Why did not they even call me a single time for the status of the printer in last 16 days? 2. If the printer is made to scan white paper as pink, so why did you submit the printer in service center with the comments “scanning issue, color problem” in call log, while you checked it as the time of submission in service center. 3. Whenever I call, I was always told “we changed some parts and trying to solve the problem.” 4. If there was no problem as Mr. Rajneesh Verma told me, so what they was trying to solve in last 16 days, and it take 16 days to find out the that there is no problem. 5. How could he asked to me that printer is out of warranty while 7 days before while printer is in service center for last 16 days. 6. Why he was making me force to take the printer back. 7. Why he write on the service call log paper that printer is working fine with and delivered without asking me for that. 8. Is this the way how HP Service Team provides services. 9. Who will be responsible for my loss for 16 days, cause my work is hampering cause of printer. 10. Why they was trying to harass me mentally to take the printer back forcefully. Waiting for some generous reply from your side. Sending the previous call logs reports paper for your reference.

                          In just 15 days from purchase my 40, 000 Rs laptop had an internal screen crack without any external pressure.The service engineer agreed to get the screen replaced when from next day the company started ignoring our calls.Now they want us to admit it was our fault and pay extra.                             My daughter Sonali Panda had purchased a HP laptop at Vashe, Mumbai(Reliance Digital).The product was defective and the service engineer recommended for replacement.However in the letter the product number mismatched and the seller refused to replace.HP authorities, instead of giving a corrected letter, closed the case without settling the issue.                                 Scanner HP-2410 was purchased from M/S Shivam Technology, Hoshiarpur, Pb.Fault of Power supply detected and was sent to your service centre at Jalandhar.More than two months have passed, scanner has not been returned after removing the fault. We have not received any response from neither the Dealor nor from the Service centre despite our repeated requests.Matter brought into the notice of Mr Anil Kumar but of no positive results.Service provided by the service centre is so poor which cannot be expressed in words.                                       I bought an hp envy ultrabook 2 yrs ago for around 50k. Recently one of the hinges broke on it's own and I had to pay 4000 to get it repaired at the hp service centre. I had to visit the centre thrice because they hadn't repaired it properly inspite of charging such a fat fee. They assured that I'll have a warranty of one year for the service. Within a few weeks time, the second hinge also broke and I had to carry my laptop to the service centre again. I expected them to repair it for free as it was under warranty. They were instead asking me to pay 4000 more for the repairs as it was not the same hinge. I told them it's their fault that they didn't repair and fix the screws properly few days ago when they opened the screws of both hinges for repair work. To my utter shock the hp service people themselves replied stating that it's not their fault but the device itself is faulty and has a lot of complaints against it. I'm utterly disappointed with hp's service and if they do not provide me with a replacement or repair it for free I will proceed to lodge a complaint with the consumer court.
