Poor quality product and Fraudulent charges for repair

I bought an hp envy ultrabook 2 yrs ago for around 50k. Recently one of the hinges broke on it's own and I had to pay 4000 to get it repaired at the hp service centre. I had to visit the centre thrice because they hadn't repaired it properly inspite of charging such a fat fee. They assured that I'll have a warranty of one year for the service. Within a few weeks time, the second hinge also broke and I had to carry my laptop to the service...

I Miss. Sneha Tiwari, had a bought a laptop from HP company on 15-August-2013. I started facing some issues with the laptop keyboard in mid of july-2014. Being under warranty had given the keyboard for replacement for service in their service centre. The company promised to return in two to three days but took almost 10 -12 days and gave a replace. The keyboard started to work fine but after 10 days it started again giving the same issue...

HP Laptop and back to offer college offer

I have been trying to get a solution for my problems since last week but to no avail. About the laptop the base warranty is given as 23rd Jan 2014, I have bought my laptop in August 2014. How base warranty can be in Jan 2014? Also back to college offer, I got 3 products without any invoice. The hp redemption personnel says they cannot give any invoice to the customer. If so how should I avail the warranty when no warranty card provided...
