        I PURCHASED A BRAND NEW LAPTOP on 29th August, 2014 ... MODEL HP 15r060TU bearing Serial number...CND4269050. However its touch pad stopped working just after two days ...I filed a complaint with HP Customer care and my Case Number is[protected]...The technical person from Vashi HP Service centre visited and informed that the laptop needs to be replaced and said that he will process it for DOA...However till date i.e. 17th Sept, 2014...no help has been received yet..Even the guys at Service centre..Vashi HP Service Centre, Mumbai, Maharashtra..are not responding to any of my calls.. Please kindly go through my complaint and resolve it as soon as possible as my work is getting hampered because of newly purchased defective HP Laptop. My complaint number is [protected]

            My first case was lodge on July 24 2014 my case id was [protected]for HP Pavilion 15-n007ax Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)Problem description: IN//NBD/NSR//HP Pavilion 15-n007AX NB PC ALL/W8-Display Issue on Aug 1st 2014 the case was closed.On 2nd Aug 2014. Another case was registered Case ID number [protected] after I kept track when no response came I contacted the help line they connected me to the service centre they informed the contract has changed the new services wanted to fill another form still no response after filling the form help line was called they gave the land line number of Banu iyer who is the service head of mumbai division she promised to look into the case on Friday 12 Sept 2014 and will phone me back still no response this laptop is used by my son for his engineering studies .Please somebody from hp address this issue at the earliest as this is under warranty

              We have purchased a HP 802 Small Black Original Ink Cartridge X0008QIKQZ on 26/8/2014. The product was ordered from Amazon.in on 25/8/14. Invoice Number: MH-BOM[protected], Order ID number:[protected]. This costed us Rs.476.00. We had hardly taken 50 printouts using this Cartridge and ink is over already. We have printed only normal text, no photos or pictures. But as per HP standards you promise 120 pages, then how come ink is over for just 50 pages with plain text. What is the solution you offer !!!                 I Miss. Sneha Tiwari, had a bought a laptop from HP company on 15-August-2013. I started facing some issues with the laptop keyboard in mid of july-2014. Being under warranty had given the keyboard for replacement for service in their service centre. The company promised to return in two to three days but took almost 10 -12 days and gave a replace. The keyboard started to work fine but after 10 days it started again giving the same issue with the keyboard. I called up their tech-support and performed all the procedure and their supervisor concluded that the keyboard has to be replaced. But its been almost 3 weeks their technician did not turn up. After several calls again and again their technician call me on 1-0september-2014 saying he has come for replacement. i given him my address but he is not able to tract and does not revert back to my house. After calling their technician 10 times he reverts back with the call saying he would come later in evening but he did not turn up. I called the support site of HP again for two days they provide me with the number of their service delivery officer "Miss. Parvati". When i call her back she is not to be found. Now its been almost a month and im with a faulty keyboard. I feel like been cheated and taken for granted by the HP company. So i request the consumer forum to look in to these issue and take the right full action. Looking forward for your reply Thanks and regards

                      I have been trying to get a solution for my problems since last week but to no avail. About the laptop the base warranty is given as 23rd Jan 2014, I have bought my laptop in August 2014. How base warranty can be in Jan 2014? Also back to college offer, I got 3 products without any invoice. The hp redemption personnel says they cannot give any invoice to the customer. If so how should I avail the warranty when no warranty card provided with the product, no invoice provided. There is only mail confirmation for the same which is not enough to avail warranty as they have not mentioned anything about the product ID of the products provided to me. I have contacted 3 different mail IDs, but now the care pack department says to contact another department. Should I be just mailing every department till the warranty is over? This issue if not reolved within 15 days, I will go to the consumer court. Thank you

                        case id : [protected] just handover me my laptop...doesnt matter in what condition it might be...no need to repair...and for your kind information i reported for 3 damages specially battery, hinge & one side usb port...i have not reported about keyboard...& i m not going to pay for that i[censored] have repaired...coz first of all i asked for the quotation...& then u will have procedure on that said by your service provider...so i[censored] have not repaired thats good...& repaired i dont care...coz i m not going to pay for that...get it paid from ur service provider... thanks for your good service...i pray that in future in any case...not to hand over to such service...

                            I am appalled at the condition of the Support for HP Home Consumer products in India. I tried fruitlessly to find a contact number for Customer support in their website for 2 days and I couldnt find any. All it gave was address of 2 services centres(Maha Electronics) in Chennai of which no one bothered to pick my call or was always busy. I approached the T.Nagar office directly carrying my heavy monitor and I got a response that they dont service it here. They gave me a toll free number to first register my complaint. After I registered, they gave me a contact number of a registered HP service for monitor and a name(Ms. Kavitha - Incharge). But nobody picked the call eventhough it is within working hours. I got really pissed off and gave the monitor to a local multi brand service center. I am irritated to the core that a renowned pioneer in Computers is having such a shoddy service and I have now vowed to never buy any HP products again.

                              Though the HP Pendrive is in warranty and not detected by any computer, they are giving me different numbers from dealer, customer care, help line. None is not replacing it with new HP Pendrive of 8GB. In keyboard function button is not working from the starting at the time I bought it. Though it was in warranty. HP is not giving me solution for it. and the engineer they sent he closed my ticket without telling me. HOPELESS WITH HP!!

                                      Dear sir, i m not even to supposed to write dear also...coz ur service made me this much angry... model no: 5CD24760BY i submitted my laptop on 7/8/2014...i had some battery problem regarding my laptop...i asked about quotation...they said we will mail u...1 month over...i didnt get any mail...i even called at that service centre...no response was their to my call...they didnt answer any of my call...i think i should file a case in police station regarding this... then i contacted to customer care...they said my problems were cured and will send it immediately...i didnt even approved for it...they said we will send u quotation and then u can proceed whether to cure or not...bt without my approval u jst cured it...if it will not in my budget then who gonna pay for that... atleast you should put some good helpers for keeping contact to answer our call...what we should think while handling to your service... contact as soon as possible...i m waiting for that i should have to take strict action against it thank you contact no: [protected]

                                        laptop is very slow even it is 5th generation, it takes around 5 min to start and also to shut down, there is no display on screen even though the power is is reaching the laptop and keyboard. only 1 month has been completed from the date of purchase
