I am so much irritated from hp... my first case was registered near by 25th June ... and till now i have registered 3 time case but still i have so support first care id Case ID # [protected] second case id Case ID # [protected] third case id Case ID # [protected] my third case is open from near by 17th july but still m suffering with the problem... what should i do now?? do I register your case in court?? or what?? my laptop not for time pas... I am studying.. And because of that i cant do anything now water is on head...

      I have been trying to get a solution for my problems since last week but to no avail. About the laptop the base warranty is given as 23rd Jan 2014, I have bought my laptop in August 2014. How base warranty can be in Jan 2014? Also back to college offer, I got 3 products without any invoice. The hp redemption personnel says they cannot give any invoice to the customer. If so how should I avail the warranty when no warranty card provided with the product, no invoice provided. There is only mail confirmation for the same which is not enough to avail warranty as they have not mentioned anything about the product ID of the products provided to me. I have contacted 3 different mail IDs, but now the care pack department says to contact another department. Should I be just mailing every department till the warranty is over? This issue if not reolved within 15 days, I will go to the consumer court. Thank you

        case id : [protected] just handover me my laptop...doesnt matter in what condition it might be...no need to repair...and for your kind information i reported for 3 damages specially battery, hinge & one side usb port...i have not reported about keyboard...& i m not going to pay for that i[censored] have repaired...coz first of all i asked for the quotation...& then u will have procedure on that said by your service provider...so i[censored] have not repaired thats good...& repaired i dont care...coz i m not going to pay for that...get it paid from ur service provider... thanks for your good service...i pray that in future in any case...not to hand over to such service...

            I am appalled at the condition of the Support for HP Home Consumer products in India. I tried fruitlessly to find a contact number for Customer support in their website for 2 days and I couldnt find any. All it gave was address of 2 services centres(Maha Electronics) in Chennai of which no one bothered to pick my call or was always busy. I approached the T.Nagar office directly carrying my heavy monitor and I got a response that they dont service it here. They gave me a toll free number to first register my complaint. After I registered, they gave me a contact number of a registered HP service for monitor and a name(Ms. Kavitha - Incharge). But nobody picked the call eventhough it is within working hours. I got really pissed off and gave the monitor to a local multi brand service center. I am irritated to the core that a renowned pioneer in Computers is having such a shoddy service and I have now vowed to never buy any HP products again.

              Though the HP Pendrive is in warranty and not detected by any computer, they are giving me different numbers from dealer, customer care, help line. None is not replacing it with new HP Pendrive of 8GB. In keyboard function button is not working from the starting at the time I bought it. Though it was in warranty. HP is not giving me solution for it. and the engineer they sent he closed my ticket without telling me. HOPELESS WITH HP!!

                      Dear sir, i m not even to supposed to write dear also...coz ur service made me this much angry... model no: 5CD24760BY i submitted my laptop on 7/8/2014...i had some battery problem regarding my laptop...i asked about quotation...they said we will mail u...1 month over...i didnt get any mail...i even called at that service centre...no response was their to my call...they didnt answer any of my call...i think i should file a case in police station regarding this... then i contacted to customer care...they said my problems were cured and will send it immediately...i didnt even approved for it...they said we will send u quotation and then u can proceed whether to cure or not...bt without my approval u jst cured it...if it will not in my budget then who gonna pay for that... atleast you should put some good helpers for keeping contact to answer our call...what we should think while handling to your service... contact as soon as possible...i m waiting for that i should have to take strict action against it thank you contact no: [protected]

                        laptop is very slow even it is 5th generation, it takes around 5 min to start and also to shut down, there is no display on screen even though the power is is reaching the laptop and keyboard. only 1 month has been completed from the date of purchase

                            Hi, This is Ravi Shankar from Kurnool Andhra Pradesh, my wife has brought my Cibil report from SBI Bank, KUKATPALLY INDL ESTATE, KUKATPALLI Branch, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. I didn't apply any loan and credit card in SBI Bank to check my Cibil score or to get my Cibil report. We are having family disputes since Sep-2013 to Nov-2013, We filed mutual divorce on 5-Feb-2014 in Andhra Pradesh, Kurnool Family Court. She used Cibil report as tool to create disputes in the family. I want to take severe action on the bank because of violating bank policies and not following the procedures.

                                My name is Bobby Mathew. I purchased an HP Pavilion 15-e017tx Notebook PC (Product No. E3B57PA & Serial No. 5CD325C8JN) on[protected]th September 2013). As such, the warranty period of the laptop ends on[protected]. I experienced problems in switching on the laptop by pressing the power button as well as blue lines appearing in the laptop screen from August 2014. I originally lodged a complaint on the above issues on[protected] with the HP Customer Care and a Case ID # [protected] was created on the same day. However, without any rectification of the issues the case was closed on 22-08-14. Then again I contacted HP Customer Care on 23-08-14 and a new case ID # [protected] was created. I also send a mail detailing the problems to the laptop on 23-08-14 and snapshots of blue lines in the laptop screen was mailed on 24-08-14. I was assured from the HP Customer Care that a technician would visit my house (Flat No. 110 E, Sunrise Estate, 14 C Radhanath Chowdhury Road, Tangra P.O., Kolkata - 700015) on 26-08-14 for servicing the laptop. As no body turned up till 31-08-14, I personally went to the HP Authorised Service Centre (Ensure Support Services India Ltd., Kolkata) on 01-09-14. The lapstop screen was changed by them the same day under warranty benefits and the Case # [protected] was closed. The very next day (ie,[protected] the problem relating to switching on the laptop by pressing the power button surfaced again and I took the laptop to the service centre once again on the same day. When the executive at the service centre tried to switch on the laptop Hard Disk (3F0) error message was displayed on the screen. The technician enabled the factory reset option and the laptop was returned on the same day. Again, on 03-09-14 and 04-09-14, the same problem (laptop not booting up on pressing the power button) resurfaced. When I contacted the Service Centre I was asked to contact the HP Customer Care. On speaking to the Customer Care a new Case # [protected] was created on 04-09-14. I was told about two probable reasons for the above problem - 1) OS getting corrupted 2) Hardware Problem to the laptop. First of all I was asked to order for the recovery CD for reinstalling the OS. The link for ordering the recovery CD was sent to my mail and the Case # [protected] was closed. By the time, the recovery CD is delivered to my address the warranty period of my laptop would in all probability be expired. It may be seen that although the problem in switching on the laptop was communicated as early on 19-08-14, well within the warranty period, the same has bot been resolved so far. In the circumstances, it is requested that even after reinstallation of the OS through the recoverey CD, which would most probably take place only after 08-09-14, if the problem still persists the warranty period of my laptop should suitably be extended. It is requested that the problem regarding switching on the laptop should be rectified under warranty benefits. Expecting a positive reply from your end at the earliest. Regards, Bobby Mathew

                                  Dear Sir, I purchased an HP laptop, model HP NOTEBOOK 15-D005TU on May 2 from New Delhi. After I started to use I found some problems while shutting down and powering it on. I thought it was some problem related to operating system. I gave the laptop in HP service centre in Canannore, Kerala.They said that was a problem in mother board. I given again and they took more than 1 week. When I got it back, the same problem existed there. Also the modem was not connecting with Internet. Now I am totally fed up with this lap and your customer service also. I am confused about the next step to take.Totally I am disappointed with HP laptop and its company.
