HP Pavilion Notebook - Free Hauppage TV Tuner Offer - Ref. ID - 434886

I have parchase HP Pavilion Notebook on 15/12/2007 and later I sent a check of Rs 1000/- and send it to hpredemptionssolutions cell to clain my free TV Tuner but till date i have not reveived the TV Tuner while a recived a mail from them as mention below.

(1000/- is already been deducted from my bank account).

I have parchase HP Pavilion Notebook on 1/06/2007 and later i make a DD of Rs 500 and send it to hpredemptionssolutions cell to clain my free TV Tuner but till date i have not reveived the TV Tuner while a recived a mail from them as mention below.

i have send all the documents registred my product but still to day after 6 months no reply from hp i hope some body from hp top people will read and help to get the gifts they have collected the money but they are not bothered to send the gifts
gee i also bought a note book and is planning to claim the free tuner!Now i am not so sure
I bought Note Book in Nov.2007 and after a long chase gift was sent in june- which we found defective confirmed by your dealer too.Noe if you like the product back then I wrote either you pay the cost i.e. Rs.500/- or allow me to hand oer it to your dealer with whom I bought your product as I already paid Rs.600/-towards handling and sending this gift to me and further 500/- should not be borne by me as you are suposed to deliver me the gift in good ruuning condition-in which you failed as you your self has admuutted that delay was due to some technical problem with gift hence extra care should have taken - in which you failed as such now returning exp. should be borne by you not by me.

iam muthukumar i have puchased a HP pavilion Notebook dv5-1102TU from PENTAGON COMPUTER AND PERIPHERALS, MADURAI on 23.10 2008 to get a Kodak Easy Share C813 Camera (8 Mega Pixel, 3X optical Zoom) free. After filling some online requirements procedure got the redemption code -SSM4RL574F on 30.10.2008. Then personnally submitted the necessary documents at HP Redemption Cell counter like photocopy of the original bill, original sticker of the product serial code, redemption code and a cheque of Rs.990/- in favour of Solutions Integrated Marketing Services Pvt Ltd, so kindly request sir when will you send Kodak digitalcam offer.

sir, my laptop has the same complaint again.Earlier it was serviced from 'hp service centre Palarivattam 'by Abi .Now I give my system to NORTECH Infonet pvt.ltd.kottayam .The manager Sunil in nortech inform us that it has the same complaint as that of earlier.now my system is totally dead.But the problem is that, when my system serviced earlier, they did not extend system warrenty.So, Nortech is not ready to service my laptop.They said to me that most of the system in this series have the same complaint and it cannot be solved forever.

HP Pavillion laptop free gift — defective camera sent as gift

I had purchased an HP pavillion laptop Product Serial No - CNF8315HYJ in November 2008. I received a Kodak 9 megapixel camera from HP after two months. The camera is not working and I had incurred additional expenditure in loading the camera with memory cards. It seems the products being offered as free gifts are not meeting the quality criteria to be sold in the market and hence given as free gifts . It is unethical practice on part of both the companies to engage in such practices.

this is my complaint against hp warranty that they provide.i bought a hp laptop hp nx7300 from niharika technologies jalandhar punjab. they ensure me about the 4year warranty af the laptop but they didnt give me even a single proof of 4year warranty nor the warranty card neither they mentioned on the bill.now iam going for the training outside the punjab so in case if i could have a problem there then who will be taking care of the any technical problem without warranty. so i request you to please give me the warranty card of 4 year validity so that i can access it any where in world.

Quality of your after sales service is extremely poor in HP, as my laptop V3424AU has stopped working (overheating & no display) 3 times in last 9 months or so. Presently I have given it to your authorized service center (RT service center, c-scheme) in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Their response is highly unsatisfactory & inefficient. They have done nothing since one week (receipt no.0567 dated 04.05.09).
It is strongly urged that either my laptop is replaced immediately; failing which i will approach consumer court.

HP Pavilion Notebook — Gift not received even after six months

Hi.

I am Vishal Kumar, I have a HP Pavillion dv6767tx notebook.I am facing issue with Webcam, Fan, and DVD writter.

Earlier i was visited to HP service center(RT Outsourcing Services Limited Noida) but Service center team leader said we are

not supporting windows7.That time notebook have only 1 issue with the FAN.But unfortunately team leader(SC) denied to service

my notebook.After a month i visit again to SC then SC people said to me to install Windows 7 now we are supporting Win7.

On[protected] i was submitted my notebook to same SC and they told me we will update you on after 2 days. but no update.

I regularly visit to SC bt no update.

After 5 days they only diagnose and tell me that we requested for three parts(Webcam, Fan, DVD writter).and said after 2 or 3 days

we will replace ur part.After 3 days i vist again to SC then they said we haven't recieved any part fron HP.I regularly visit to SC

but none of the part recieved from SC.Team leader of RT Outsourcing (vikas mann) said i dont know anything HP knows about parts.

On[protected] i took back my notebook in the same condition and they said part is not available in India. After that i regularly visited to service center.

On 15 or 16 feb 2010 my notebook fan has been replaced by the service center. On[protected] i got a call frm updation team named(Suparna) she uapdate me to

part is still on waiting when i recieved the part i will call you back. Then i asked how much time it will take, she said it will take 2-3 days she said part is shipped frm

banglore. And she also told parts was recived and already fix on ur laptop but the parts not working properly i confirm with the (Suparna) she said i m sure but the main

problem is that my notebook is still with me at my home because i already mentioned i taken back my notebook on[protected] so how is it possible to fix on my notebook

that means wrong commitment and wrong updation given to customer from the huge and famous firm HP. On the same day i visit again to service center to ask about parts

service center said i haven't recieved any part from HP. After a long discussion service center said we will replace your DVD writter today itself. Then I call to CCC banglore they said

only 2 parts are ordered by the service center and the 3 part(DVD writter) ordered 5 min before. And the service center people told me your all 3 parts ordered but we haven't recieved.

So tell me what is this who is wrong customer, service center people or HP tell me and clear me. On[protected] i again visit to service center and they replaced my notebook DVD writter.

But still no idea about webcam how much it will take... they said part is not available in any country.so how we can replace ur notebook part they said you need to wait for it.

I am still waiting my some important work still stop without WEBCAM . So tell me the TAT (exact date).Or i have to used my notebook without my WEBCAM. Or if you all people not able to replace

my notebook WEBCAM then take back my laptop and replace the whole unit. So please do it ASAP. And tell me what i have to do after this.

That means i m wrong to purchase ur HP product.If you dont have parts so whats my fault.I i am still working with faulty part of my notebook with too much difficulty.

Now SC dont have any idea about when parts come and my notebook part replace.Tell me the exact date.Or otherwise replace my whole notebook ASAP.

Or otherwise give me the warranty compensation till the all part replaced from the date of submitted.

this is shravan kumar chiluveri.On 2nd march i sent the documents and DD for windows7 dvd.Till now i didnt receive the dvd.when i called the customer care they said the consignment number of
the courier to enquire from bluedart service.when i called them they said it is sent back to delhi.they also said there is no mobile number on the courier and they said my home was locked when they visited it.this is disgusting.
i asked the customer care people to resend it.but they are not doing it.now it is morethan one month.Will i get my dvd?

My daughter purchased the HP Pavilion notebook laptop, we sent it in three times in a year, she had the computer in her possesion less than a few months, the repair people had it longer than she did.Now her screen is blacking out and they say the warranty is up. I think its a lemon, we even purchased an extended warranty at place of purchase ( WALMART ) they say they wont fix it. HP PAVILIONS are not a good product when they are constantly breaking down ! I smell a LEMON !!! Any advice will be appreciated.
i have a pavilion dm4 that after 1 month the hardrive stop working, and i fix it by myself, cause i live in Brazil and bought i hp notebook on nov 2010 at best buy in Florida -USA, the hp do not have a world wide support like others, and now i can not use the warranty, they said that i have to send the note to America, but they dont know how spensive is to send a note to another country, and i can not use the support in Brazil cause the note is from america, a little advise, be carefull if you are thinking to buy a HP product.
