Sir, I would like to inform that I bought an HP 15 r-series i5 OS notebook for which they offered an offer of Additional 2 Years ADP with 2 Years Onsite Warranty worth Rs.9299 for Rs.1999 only.But when I registered for the offer they are demanding Rs.3999.The offer detail is mentioned in their website hp.com/in/backtocollegeoffer.The last date for the offer is 31st august.     Dear Sir/Madam, On 29.06.2014, I purchased a HP laptop HP15-R022TU from Croma Mall, Fatima nagar, Pune, on name of my wife 'Nilam Pachhade' Within 2 weeks of purchase, it stopped working. It is not getting charged. When I try to plug in charger, its not showing connection light. Immediately I have made the complaint on HP call centre number [protected]. Complaint no is - [protected] I have been told by HP customer care assistants that some engineer come to my home to fix the problem but NO ONE CAME till date. I spoke with Ms Suparna and Mr Subrato and many others over the phone. No one taking the complaint seriously and none of your engineer is coming to help me. When I asked at Croma mall, they are not supporting me as well. They are again giving your number and asking me to call you and register a complaint again. Is that the way to serve a customer ? I am planning to launch a complaint in 'Consumer Forum' if my case remains unattended for further couple of days. I am completely pissed off with your service.       With reference to Sr. No INA0050323 and Prod No : VP569PA#ACJ, it is informed that the system is showing Window licensing problem and showing Windows counterfeiting problem. The System was purchased in Year 2010 for M/s Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 2 Sri Vijayanagar, Visakhapatnam. The Product is no longer in warranty, but the Problem of Liscence should not arise in such condition. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. Also inform us the complain registration Number.

        Dear Sir, This is to inform you that I bought a HP OMNI PC 0n 30th August 2011 from Pinnacle Infotech, Durgapur. The computer was working fine but until recently it started to give us trouble. The computer was under warranty for 3 Years along with on site service back-up. I contacted the HP Service Center in Durgapur and they visited my place on 22nd July 2014 and told me that the Hard Disk has crashed and it needs a replacement. The service personnel took their notes and came back on 25th July 2014 to replace the HDD. To my surprise the troubleshooting step did not work and the service guy told that this is an issue with the mother board which needs replacement and they will come back in a week. I waited for a week but no one from HP turned up. After a hectic follow-up with the service center on 11th August 19, 2014 they came in with a mother board. They opened the pack and replaced the motherboard and that too did not work out. The service guy said probably the company had sent out some defective pieces as replacement and they will again place a replacement order. Today is 19th August 19, 2014 and I did not receive a single call from HP and the service center is constantly ignoring my request. My warranty will expire on 30th August 2014 and my computer is still lying dead. I want strict action to be taken against HP on this.           I am using hp bluetooth mouse x4000b Product No.- H3T50AA S/N - CNP33300BK I bought it in October, 2013, and it is still in warranty. I am facing issue with this mouse that sometime cursor become very fast, sometimes too slow, sometimes it stops and sometimes cursor moves itself without moving the mouse. I request you to do the needful as it is in the warranty.

            There was no revert from you site till the time I contacted them (Such a nice UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR)
            4) Drop Mail to all the CONCERN/PROFESSIONAL PERSON mentioning mode of payment -- 4 Aug 14
            Till now there is no revert received from you guys
            FURTHER NO PROGRESS REPORT SUBMITTED BY YOU PEOPLE
            I CONSIDER IT AS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHVIOUR FROM YOUR SITE
            I am pissed off with them and want my laptop back.

                I bought a laptop last Sunday from Vijay Sales Borivali. Invoice no: 06-BR08-14SICD 681 for buying HP laptop with serial no D25, TS 14 B171TU, amounting to Rs 34, 990/-. I was told i would be offered two years additonal AMC upon registration, which i did. I was told in the response mail from [protected]@hp.com that a order confirmation email will be sent within 72 hours. However there is no response yet from HP team. My contact details are as under.                   I have purchased a HP LATEX 330 LARGE FORMAT PRINTER from the USAM, Chennai on 5/8/14 and the payment too was made in the July month... Although the printer was received on the said date, it has been lying still idle as we were not supplied its cartridge! When we asked this matter, the USAM Authorities said that " We have placed the order but we don't know when the cartridge will come, and we will supply soon to you"... This is not a first time reply we have heard! Of course, we have been listening the same answer from the day we had received printer at our place?! Now, we doubt, When you unable to supply a cartridge in time, (That too for a first installation !?) we are sure that you cannot supply in time even a small spare part in due course?! So, we have lost the trust and hope on hp large format teams... Hence, the printer must be installed on or before this Wednesday, ( i.e., 20/8/14) Otherwise, I will return the printer! After this bitter experience with hp, I am damn sure that I am not going to change my mind set hereafter & will indubitably return the printer. Not only this, I will go for a good brand that is backed by the good service!

                    This really frustrating.I had an issue with my laptop's display which was resolved on 3 Aug.After three days I started facing some serious issue again with my display and then I registered a complaint on 7th Aug <CASE NUMBER : [protected]> .I was told to install few drivers but the problem remained.Then I was told that same Engineer will visit me again and solve the problem. But it is now 9th day and no one has reached me.After 9 days when I contacted HP care, I was told that I have to contact parvati kundan ([protected]) to get my issue resolved.Now this person parvati kundan([protected]) is not responding to my calls.This entire experience has been very frustrating and disappointing . Now I regret my decision to buy this product.After waiting for 9 days they are now telling me to contact some one else and they are giving me this information when I called them.This really very frustrating.

                            Dear Sir/Mam, As I would like to inform you that I Paritosh Jaiswal{0545185} as your customer got fed-up with your poor service and your product, yes it true that I have the laptop whose Model Number is_ {laptop Nb 15-D002 Tx} in which I didn't received any satisfaction with your product in which I have visited several times to the dealer{ ADITYA VISION ZIP, PATNA, BIHAR_CST NO_[protected]_VAT NO_[protected]} from where I have purchased the aforesaid product, in which he check my product and make a repaired the same & same as he told me that the company has cheated me by providing me a pirated software in the same system due to which my entire laptop is not working. Not only this but also when I get demand for the software CD then he replied that the system is containing the pirated software, in this condition company has cheated me 100%. It is not the end of my mail but also this laptop never get connected through internet and nor supporting of the dongle of different company. and also company spoils my official works regularly. I have got fed-up with them. I never get support from them. This is not but also I would like to share that I have invested a huge amount of rupees to get a best service but, their entire commitment has got fail totally.                             As I would like to inform you that I really got fed-up with the product & quality of the company because it hampering my official job. Yes it is true that when I am try to get connect through net means when I am getting connected with the net the connection is not working as would like to be very clear that two different home pages is not getting opened in the same time the entire system is very dull.

                            As I would like to add-on that I as a customer get invested not a small amount of rupees into this laptop to get the best service but this poor/dull laptop is not able to get stand on my expectation & I got 100% harassment.

                            So, hereby I request you to ask the company to get return my money back as soon as possible, until & unless I am going to sue the company to consumer court...

                            As I would like to inform you that I literally got fed up with the behaviour of HP INDIA because they never try to support their customer instead of make argument with me, its truth its entire matter of pirated software which is available in my laptop its a manufacturing defect but a company didn't agree to accept their fault only trying to justify himself okk/good.

                            I would to share some important information regarding the issues which occurred today evening that one of HP India company/store employee Miss/Smt./Kumari Ashwni whose contact number is +91-[protected] in which on yesterday evening dated 13th August, 2014 called me in which she asked me to come at the store along with my laptop where I have purchased my laptop "ADITYA VISION ZIP, A UNIT OF ADITYA VISION PVT. LTD", but due to heavy rainfall which was going continuously from past 12-15 hour I was not able to get visit "ADITYA VISION ZIP, A UNIT OF ADITYA VISION PVT. LTD", then after I had received the same call from her side at 05:40PM, where she had a discussion in very rudely manner {MISBEHAVED}.

                            As this issue/her language literally hurt's me because we are the human being &amp; already attached with the reputed company know's that how to dealt with the customer's and every individual's.

                            As we know that we are getting salary &amp; job to serve a better to the customer but, as she don't have any single behavior to tackle with the customer &amp; neither she is having any patient.

                            So, hereby I request you to kindly ask HP India Company take back their product as I totally get dis-satisfied with your "SERVICE", "PRODUCT" &amp; YOUR "BEHAVIOR"

                            If they are not getting return my entire money back then on those condition I am going to take a strict legal action the company...

                            As I would like to inform you that I Paritosh Jaiswal current customer of HP India visited today evening at 6:20PM to Aditya Vision.Zip regarding my laptop issues which is going on from many past days but today on the wording of Mr.Pratheesh, Mr.Santosh I have visited to aforesaid dealer where I meet with the manager of Aditya Vision.Zip naming as Mr. Rahul Gupta{ Amit Kumar} where he welcome me very decent manner and make a 100% attention on my issues and also he serves me a cold drink in his aforesaid place and direct his technical support person and the entire matter finally got short out.

                            As I am his customer fully satisfied with their welcoming and his good behavior and the way he tackle the entire issue in very systematic way.

                            So, I am taking my entire complaint back & get fully satisfied with them.

                              my HP 650 Laptop (Intel Core i3- 2 GB DDR3 RAM- 500 GB HDD- Free DOS) is hanging and most of the keys are not working .since last 23rd july 2014 we are requesting hp to look into the matter but we are not getting favorable reply to repair or replace the keyboard .so please look into the matter.

                                Case Id- [protected] It's been one and a half months of filing the complaint, extremely slow response.The parts were to be replaced but pathetic service being provided.I m very much disappointed with the service and will never ever buy HP product again. Last week they came with the wrong parts, they don't pick up the calls and have already taken the money on account of diagnosis. Pursuing Masters from a very reputed college of the country and it's been really difficult as a customer of HP product. It is prevalent throughout the campus that HP service is pathetic, , , terrible experience with HP.

                                  Recently Bought all in one (Printer, scanner and copier) but it is not fucnctioning. Tried to contact customer care toll free no, they did not heed to my request. Told me to ring another toll free no, again and again not action finally made a call on land line nos but no result, finally found local thet ervice center(Gwalior) they said they will attend to complaint if its been registered with their main customer care. They may try if I could bring the machine to their center. These people make lot of false promises when they sell their product and later on they do not bother about the customers. It amount to cheating the gen public. By this I am once again requesting the HP to rectify the problem in the said machine on site.                                         Dear Sir, We had purchased new desktop from HP and having problem with it, therefore we discussed about problem with your customer care executive and complaint was logged for new hard disk. HP service engineer from Pune visited our site and after installing the hard disk he observed that system is not getting up and he suggested problem with motherboard. He committed that very soon we will get the faulty part replaced, but till now no updates. We tried HP customer care no. Many times to get the status of complaint but it shows not in use while few days back complaint was logged on same no.
