          Dear Sir

          It is very difficult to launch complained in HP. We are trying to launch the complained for last 4 days on number [protected] &[protected] but could not launch. On one number they ask the product details & tell me it is consumer model & give second number to launch the complained. On second number they tell me it is commercial model & gave me first number to launch the complained . In computer language it is Deadlock

          After failure to launch the complained I went to dealer place from where I purchase the product & He launch the complained for me.

          Now I have case id & no body came to attend the complained after 30 hours of complained. Now My product is out of order since last week & they do not bother the details are as follows

                i have been calling hp call centre for the past 4 days regarding the problem of wi fi in my laptop.u have been told you will send an onsite techinician but u din't.i have been said that the techinician has viaited my place on 7th july but i dint even get a call.he came to my place on 1st july.everyday i call u are saying 1 new problem with my laptop.it has been 15 days and my problem has not been resolved yet .if the same persits i will forcibly have to file a complaint against that person

                    i have recently discovered that when viewing my hp laptop screen across certain angles, a wavy pattern of bright display is visible. i am sure that this was not there before. i have taken the photo as proof.                       I had an issue while connecting my 2 year old HP printer to my brother's laptop that I had borrowed for starting my own business. I used a quick google search to fix the problem but that did not help me. I then decided to get professional help to solve my problem. After having received many quotations from various companies, i decided to go ahead with Online Tech Repair (www.onlinetechrepairs.com). Reasons I chose them over the others: 1) They were extremely friendly and patient with me during my initial discussions and responded promptly to my request. 2) Their prices were extremely reasonable. 3) They were ready and willing to walk me through the entire process step by step and were on call with me till i got it fixed. How did they do it 1) They first asked me to state my problem clearly and asked me a few questions. This was done to detect any physical connectivity issues with the printer. 2) After having answered this, they confirmed that the printer and the laptop were functioning correctly. 3) They then, asked me if they could access my laptop remotely to troubleshoot the problem and fix it. I agreed. 4) One of the tech support executives accessed my laptop and started troubleshooting. 5) I sat back and watched as the tech support executive was navigating my laptop to spot the issue. The issue was fixed. 6) I was told that it was due to an older version of the driver that had been installed. My Experience I loved the entire friendly conversation that took place with them. They understood my needs clearly and acted upon the solution immediately. Being a technical noob, i sometimes find it difficult to communicate with tech support teams.                         Hi,

                        We have recently purchased HP Laser Jet M5035 MFP from M/s Delta IT solutions, Gurgaon, Serial No- CNCXB17929. On 10th July your installer is in our premises to install the printer. We have recieved the printer in such a bad condition that the wires are not having protecting sleeves, Trays of all sides of printer is having corrosion with a layer of dust.

                        Could you contact me within 1 day other wise i will have to file the same case in Consumer court & file PIL against your company to giving such a product

                          during recovery of my windows, disk 1 was not working after 20% completion... i did complaint of it and got a case id agian and again and they asked me to wait for two days... now it has been more than two weeks and no response... if i call them they say that wait... i could say the worst service... i m a student and in college just due to this i am not able to complete my project... what's the use of choosing HP... it's better to choose other company... i just want recovery cd's of my laptop i.e Envy m6 1213 TX...

                                      After doing my laptop on, it takes 6-7 minutes in coming with windows screen as i fill my password on lock screen of the laptop it comes with a blank dark screen nothing can be seen on that screen except the cursor.can u tell me where is the problem in my laptop

                                        Hi Error: Error 90B cooling fan is not working correctly. I had a cooling fan problem in my hp laptop and hp service center 'aforeserve wakdewadi pune' took 3 days to diagnose and send quotation with very high charges compared to market. First day: laptop submitted in the morning; but no action taken due to some excuse.
