I am Arun from kumbakonam thanjavur district, tamilnadu. i have purchased one HP Laserjet M1005 MFP printer in past one six months before., i have warranty., now this printer was not working., so many times called to local hp vendor., But no responses., i want immediate action taken of this issue., also complaint raised to our customer care in last week.,

    i have recently discovered that when viewing my hp laptop screen across certain angles, a wavy pattern of bright display is visible. i am sure that this was not there before. i have taken the photo as proof. My laptop is under warranty. Please do the necessary to rectify the problem.

      I had an issue while connecting my 2 year old HP printer to my brother's laptop that I had borrowed for starting my own business. I used a quick google search to fix the problem but that did not help me. I then decided to get professional help to solve my problem. After having received many quotations from various companies, i decided to go ahead with Online Tech Repair (www.onlinetechrepairs.com). Reasons I chose them over the others: 1) They were extremely friendly and patient with me during my initial discussions and responded promptly to my request. 2) Their prices were extremely reasonable. 3) They were ready and willing to walk me through the entire process step by step and were on call with me till i got it fixed. How did they do it 1) They first asked me to state my problem clearly and asked me a few questions. This was done to detect any physical connectivity issues with the printer. 2) After having answered this, they confirmed that the printer and the laptop were functioning correctly. 3) They then, asked me if they could access my laptop remotely to troubleshoot the problem and fix it. I agreed. 4) One of the tech support executives accessed my laptop and started troubleshooting. 5) I sat back and watched as the tech support executive was navigating my laptop to spot the issue. The issue was fixed. 6) I was told that it was due to an older version of the driver that had been installed. My Experience I loved the entire friendly conversation that took place with them. They understood my needs clearly and acted upon the solution immediately. Being a technical noob, i sometimes find it difficult to communicate with tech support teams.         Hi,

        We have recently purchased HP Laser Jet M5035 MFP from M/s Delta IT solutions, Gurgaon, Serial No- CNCXB17929. On 10th July your installer is in our premises to install the printer. We have recieved the printer in such a bad condition that the wires are not having protecting sleeves, Trays of all sides of printer is having corrosion with a layer of dust.

        Could you contact me within 1 day other wise i will have to file the same case in Consumer court & file PIL against your company to giving such a product

          during recovery of my windows, disk 1 was not working after 20% completion... i did complaint of it and got a case id agian and again and they asked me to wait for two days... now it has been more than two weeks and no response... if i call them they say that wait... i could say the worst service... i m a student and in college just due to this i am not able to complete my project... what's the use of choosing HP... it's better to choose other company... i just want recovery cd's of my laptop i.e Envy m6 1213 TX...

                              I bought a Pavilion 14-n201tx around one and a half month ago, the laptop comes with super cool configuration which consists of 1 TB Hard Disk 4GB RAM i5 4th generation processor along with Windows 8.1 I paid 46 thousand rupees for the same. The very firs day I was so happy to see how fast the computer was on start up and performance and everything. But after a day or two the laptop started messing up, upon start up it prompted a message which reads "Preparing Automatic Repair" and then goes into blue screen mode and it goes on for hours, I then called up HP customer care number and they helped me do some kind of diagnosis and the laptop worked for a day but the problem came back, as the number of days increased the problem increased more and more, and finally the laptop denied to start. I then asked HP to send a engineer at my place, who after checking the laptop says that the hard disk number of my laptop doesn't matches the one updated with HP hence it can't be considered under warranty. Now I have to fix my computer on my own I tried contacting every possible person, but it is of no use. Seems like I lost Rs. 46000 with HP You should not trust HP they are big time scammers SCAMMERS !!! SCAMMERS !!! SCAMMERS !!! SCAMMER !!!

                                  I had Register a complaint about my Pavilion Series Laptop on Sunday dated 22/06/2014. At that time they assure me that the engineer will solve this issue within 3 working days. Today it's Thursday Dated 26/06/2014 & I doesn't know about the details of engineer who will visit at my place. This is second time when I facing this issue. Firstly the same thing happened earlier before 1 month. That issue was solve after 9 days. This time doesn't know what what will going to happen. Also I want to know about the replacement policy of defective products, since I am facing the same Motherboard Issue twice since from 2 Months New Laptop Purchase. After purchase it within two months I am frustrated two times. It affects my tax consultancy business because my whole data gets blocked in that laptop. In my firm I am using Dell, Sony & Lenovo Laptop but never face this types of problems. I really want to know about this issue. If this is your service & products, then Next it's better to choose another brands products. It's Really Headache..

                                      Sir this printer is not proper manner working .at purchase date . i am continue submit complain.
                                      last 5 time case no. POP-12/9/13, 4694588, 33466435, 33466435, 4779788.Sir your employee is continue 5 times visit. but his not complete my printer. for about this complain We are Contact service center Kota (Rajasthan). but there dont reply properly.
