        I bought a Pavilion 14-n201tx around one and a half month ago, the laptop comes with super cool configuration which consists of 1 TB Hard Disk 4GB RAM i5 4th generation processor along with Windows 8.1 I paid 46 thousand rupees for the same. The very firs day I was so happy to see how fast the computer was on start up and performance and everything. But after a day or two the laptop started messing up, upon start up it prompted a message which reads "Preparing Automatic Repair" and then goes into blue screen mode and it goes on for hours, I then called up HP customer care number and they helped me do some kind of diagnosis and the laptop worked for a day but the problem came back, as the number of days increased the problem increased more and more, and finally the laptop denied to start. I then asked HP to send a engineer at my place, who after checking the laptop says that the hard disk number of my laptop doesn't matches the one updated with HP hence it can't be considered under warranty. Now I have to fix my computer on my own I tried contacting every possible person, but it is of no use. Seems like I lost Rs. 46000 with HP You should not trust HP they are big time scammers SCAMMERS !!! SCAMMERS !!! SCAMMERS !!! SCAMMER !!!

            I had Register a complaint about my Pavilion Series Laptop on Sunday dated 22/06/2014. At that time they assure me that the engineer will solve this issue within 3 working days. Today it's Thursday Dated 26/06/2014 & I doesn't know about the details of engineer who will visit at my place. This is second time when I facing this issue. Firstly the same thing happened earlier before 1 month. That issue was solve after 9 days. This time doesn't know what what will going to happen. Also I want to know about the replacement policy of defective products, since I am facing the same Motherboard Issue twice since from 2 Months New Laptop Purchase. After purchase it within two months I am frustrated two times. It affects my tax consultancy business because my whole data gets blocked in that laptop. In my firm I am using Dell, Sony & Lenovo Laptop but never face this types of problems. I really want to know about this issue. If this is your service & products, then Next it's better to choose another brands products. It's Really Headache..

                Sir this printer is not proper manner working .at purchase date . i am continue submit complain.

                  I namely Muzafar Manzoor form Srinagar Jammu and Kashmir would like to inform u that my Dell Laptop was demaged by somehow and i went to service center to repair it, where HP sevice center namely A.S.Combines, Magarl-bagh srinagar told me that we will repair it and they charged me Rs 4000 for power card repair but they demaged my Dell battery and told me we can't do anything now. i Told them to refund my charges as they had not solved my "Not charging" issue of my laptop, but they refused me and told me we are not responsible for that.So i put that matter into ur considration to take further necessary action against it and refund my payment .

                    I had purchased one HP Pavillion notebook and the details of the product are as follows: Product No: E3B57PA#ACJ, SL NO: 5CD3283VHB, The OS was initially windows 8 which was later upgraded to windows 8.1. The bluetooth software drive has been found missing from the computer for which I sought online help and after prolong effort they gave me the complaint no: [protected].and also assured me that a link would be sent to me in my mail through which I could download the driver software.. However, no link has yet been sent from the HP online support team to me and the problem is till remain unresolved.

                      Bluetooth driver is not working properly.Problem occured during sending files and images and sometimes it also do not show bluetooth option.As per hp coustomer care advise we also tried to reinstall the driver but the problem has not solved.

                        I have an issue related to my hp envy m6 1103tx laptop flap.The hp service provider from Lucknow told me that your warranty is expired but a mail from came to me in that following things Product description: HP ENVY m6-1103tx Notebook PC Product number: C0N93PA Serial number: CND2371H5P Problem description: IN/ONS/(MF: 9-18 / NBD)/CSR/HP ENVY m6-1103TX NB PC ALL/Multiple issue.In that mail it is written that the required parts are delivered.Please provide me proper answer regarding this matter because when I checked the warranty online it shows till November 2014.

                          I had purchased an HP Probook 450G1 Notebook PC under ONGC’s corporate Laptop scheme vide Proforma Invoice No. SVX-ON-269370 dt. 24.10.2013. As per the scheme offered to ONGC employees by HP there was an option of buying a printer Model HPDeskjet Ink Advantage 2545 at a discounted price of Rs. 3000/= with this Laptop. The laptop was delivered on 23.11.2013 (Retail Invoice No. BRDON[protected] dt. 22/11/2013 12:00:00 AM). After delivery of the laptop I contacted HP-Ahmedabad, requesting them to book the printer against the purchase of Laptop as per ONGC’s corporate Laptop scheme. The booking of the printer in the offer was denied on the grounds that it was a bundled offer and that printer had to be booked alongwith the Laptop. However, nowhere it was mentioned in the HP offer brochure that to avail the offer both the Probook as well as the printer had to be booked together. Rather, from the brochure it appeared that purchase of a Probook is mandatory to become eligible for the printer offer. Even if otherwise, in what way does the booking really matter – whether it’s done together or one after the other- so long as the terms in the offer are met. The concerned person from HP (Mr. Satish Warrior) who dealt with the offer assured all assistance but so far nothing happened in this regard. If this is the support that HP offers to its support one customers then what can be said for the common customers. It is again requested that M/s. Omikron system or Savex Computers Ltd., Ahemdabad may be asked to book the HP HPDeskjet Ink Advantage 2545 printer at a discounted price of Rs. 3000/-, complimenting my HP Probook 450G1 Notebook PC order in accordance with the scheme of offer for ONGC employees.

                            my pendrive hp USB 3.0 FLASHDRIVE 16GB x705w is not working its only been 2 weeks since i bought this from flipkart i got the pendrive on 30th may and now its 14th june now its not working i havent dropped it or anything its just getting heated up when i plug it in plzz help me i have bought many pendrives of hp and this is the first time this had occurred

                                I'm Ajay, purchased laptop in Bangalore, I registered a complaint with HP regarding accidental damage. I purchased the laptop just 2 months back and I registered the complaint a month back after four days I registered the complaint one of HP executive came to us and made an enquiry about how damage happened. After being satisfied he gave me report and said their technicians will contact me within two days, but I didn't get any reply. So I called the number on the report and asked for status. They asked me to send the mail attaching invoice copy and screen shot of serial number. I immediately mailed it. After four days they contacted me and asked me to send the same files to another mail ID. This happened three times and I sent the documents to three mails. There is no reply from any one till now and I kept on contacting but no reply. Here I am enclosing the screen shots sent to three different mails as a proof. As my laptop is covered under accidental warranty they have to get back to me immediately. But they are not doing so. Please help me. I'm also enclosing the screen shot from HP website showing my warranty is active.

                                  I purchased a HP PAVILION LAPTOP . HP announced a gift voucher of rs. 10000 for the warranty of two year which was to be reedemed from the site www.hp.co.in/hpstudentoffer. I redeemed a Pan Drive and one laptop bag along with three years additional onsite warranty. I reedemed the gift voucher and sent the necessary documents to the given address. HP stated that we would receive extended warranty within one month.your website page http://redemptionsupport.com/HelpDesk.aspx not working. Now they are asking Demand Draft/Cheque of required amount of Rs. 2982/- within the next 7 days, in order to process the claim but at the time of registration it was 0. I went two times in okhla office. There was no proper support. I went there many times I requested to send me extended warranty but they are denying, very poor support from hp personal.

                                        Dear Sir, I have purchased HP All in printer 1515 serial no. CN38417NF3 dated 18-Apr-2014. But suddenly it malfunctions. I reported this to authorised service center but they asked me to call customer care. I am very upset with customer care service as they asked me to perform some functions and then concluded that it is a cartritge problem. I was asked to sent cartritge to their other center bearing the charges myself with no guaranty of resolving the problem. I even requested them to send a on-site engineer to find out the exact problem but they refused. I think this is not the centre to serve people but to refuse or avoid them. Its a serious fault on behalf of HP that they are not serious with customer problems. This may going to hit them hard.
