Dear CNBC Pehredar, Sir, I have purchased a HP Printer 2515 from 731, PL Sharma Road, Near Vijay Shree Complex, Meerut (UP) 250002 on 25 Jul 2013 vide their invoice no C2C/SALE/250 dated 25 Jul 2013. Due to some problem on the said printer I approached to HP Service Centre Meerut (Balaji Plaza) (Phone No[protected]. But service centre refused the repair the same and charging a sum of Rs 1300.00. The said printer is on warranty period. They told me that you have used unauthorised cartridge. Sir we have never used unauthorised cartridge. You are advice further action on the subject.     I had an issue while connecting my 2 year old HP printer to my brother's laptop that I had borrowed for starting my own business. I used a quick google search to fix the problem but that did not help me. I then decided to get professional help to solve my problem. After having received many quotations from various companies, i decided to go ahead with Online Tech Repair (www.onlinetechrepairs.com). Reasons I chose them over the others: 1) They were extremely friendly and patient with me during my initial discussions and responded promptly to my request. 2) Their prices were extremely reasonable. 3) They were ready and willing to walk me through the entire process step by step and were on call with me till i got it fixed. How did they do it 1) They first asked me to state my problem clearly and asked me a few questions. This was done to detect any physical connectivity issues with the printer. 2) After having answered this, they confirmed that the printer and the laptop were functioning correctly. 3) They then, asked me if they could access my laptop remotely to troubleshoot the problem and fix it. I agreed. 4) One of the tech support executives accessed my laptop and started troubleshooting. 5) I sat back and watched as the tech support executive was navigating my laptop to spot the issue. The issue was fixed. 6) I was told that it was due to an older version of the driver that had been installed. My Experience I loved the entire friendly conversation that took place with them. They understood my needs clearly and acted upon the solution immediately. Being a technical noob, i sometimes find it difficult to communicate with tech support teams.       I am the unhappy customer since I bought my laptop from HP.I had raised the Case#[protected] regarding Overheating issue for my HP laptop.I had purchased the laptop on 22nd june 2013. My Laptop is under warranty but in the HP database my warranty is not updated. Ritesh from HP support team told me to send the laptop bill to update the warranty. I sent the laptop bill but in the laptop bill my serial number is not mentioned so he rejected to process my Case. The issue is i am working in Pune and i purchased this laptop from other state. This is not possible for me to go to other state and check with my dealer why you have not put serial number in my laptop bill. I already told ritesh i am ready to send screen shot of my laptop box where all the laptop details(serial number) are present but he is not ready to process my request.I am not saying to replace my Laptop.I want only resolution ASAP. I am already frustrated with my laptop.If Hp is going to provide this type of support then i will never recommend my friends to purchase HP laptops. I bought HP laptop due to its brand value and its services but i am wrong.Could you please get my additional defects repaired because those persons are running service centre for earning profit only.           I have purchased multifunction having serial No. CNJ8F1N5JZ product number CE845A. Since installation no engineer visited even for installation. The dealer did not turn up I have myself tried and doing needed work and other function is also not known. Now I feeling great trouble in paper feeding like paper jam, mispic or scanning feeder problem. I have also rub the roll as seen in the video of HP but all in vain after 1-2 times. Kindly depute engineer who may able to educate me about the all printer function and do service.                 I had purchased a Laptop from HP on 13th Sept 2013 the model No is HP Pavilion E018tx and that too from a HP world showroom Hitech Gallery at E Mall, 6 CR Avenue Kolkata 700072 one of the registered shop of HP India. After few months o[censored]sage I started to feel that the Laptop is slow in performance and there is a 3rd party software installed on the system before the activation date/purchase date which is impossible from a seal packet from HP India and then as per the HP support team I have continued to do the troubleshooting and then it works fine for few days but the 3rd party software remains in the system after that I have again complained HP at HP chat service on Mar 27, 2014 at 4:39 PM by <CASE:[protected]> but it has been closed automatically without contacting customer then I again complained with the same issue at Apr 4, 2014 at 1:33 PM by <CASE:[protected]> but it has been closed again automatically without contacting customer and mentioned on the mail "If in case the issue remains unresolved, please revert to this email and we will be glad to assist you further." then I again complained with the same issue at Apr 8, 2014 at 10:55 PM by <CASE:[protected]> but it has again closed automatically mentioning the same statement then the same thing repeated complained with the same issue on Apr 22, 2014 at 8:14 PM by <[protected]> but it has again closed automatically mentioning Service request has been closed then again on Apr 25, 2014 at 10:09 AM raised a complaint with the same issue as per <CASE:[protected]>then the reply comes via mail "Your case email was accepted. CASE_ID_NUM: [protected]". So in a company like HP India for a customer takes 4 Case ID's to make aware about the concern to the concerned dept. Then the second chapter started one fine morning a case manager named Samarendra Nayak (Details: Case Manager India Customer Relations PPS CSS, Asia Pacific & Japan E-Mail: samarendra.[protected]@hp.com Telephone No: +[protected] Extn - 7786634Hewlett-Packard India Sales Private Limited Salarpuria GR Tech Park, Akash Block | Khatha No.69/3 Whitefield Road | Bangalore – 560066 | Katnataka India ) called me and told that "During this service event, I shall be single be the single point of contact and will keep you posted on the progress." through mail and also agreed to send a service engineer to my house to diagnosis the problem .Then on 21/04/14 12:00 Pm a engineer came to my address (Details: Employee Name: Sumit Dutta Chowdhury Company Name HP Certified Service Partner Engineer-Redington India Ltd. now Ensure Services Emp ID: CSSNB0332 Certification : Business Notebooks) and after diagnosis inform me that system slow, Card reader not working, 3rd party software concern and even manual shutdown of system due to motherboard problem.(All mentioned on the HP Service Call Report)after that I mailed the same to Samarendra Nayak on 21st April and then on 22nd April but no reply received from him then on April 23rd I mailed Neelam Dhawan( MD HP India -neelam.[protected]@hp.com)and Board of Directors HP ([protected]@hp.com)but till yet no reply received from this higher authority team or anyone from management team. Meanwhile On 22nd April HP sent the engineer again with a Motherboard and told me to do the part replacement which I have denied because it is the integral part of PC and there are various concern with this unit and I want a full replacement as it is a basic concept if I purchased a brand new unit and there I have to face a problem with a part like motherboard then howcome I will be confident to take a part replacement and there will be no lag in future and if it is a matter of HDD or Dvd rom drive then I should accept that but as it is a motherboard which connects every corner of the PC I couldn't accept it. Then again on 25th April engineer came to my address and run the formatting with there own hard disk drive and also checked with the part motherboard and indirectly saying that as it is a technical defect and HP can solve the problem you have to take the part replacement as it is working fine and then Samarendra Nayak literally told me "that it is my choice where I should go for replacement or not " over the phone that means as he knows very well that customer is not agreeing to have any part replacement of motherboard and HP is not agreeing for full replacement o[censored]nit and it can only be solved with a new fresh unit but also Samarendra Nayak saying it is my choice so just let me know what is my choice if the parts got replace or unit. After the continuous mail send from my end Samarendra Nayak wrote a mail on Apr 25, 2014 at 4:19 PM mentioning HP http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/privacy/limited_warranty.html (HP Warranty Terms & Conditions) where it is no where mentioned "It is because of this, that most electronic products come with a warranty policy which clarifies that, any technical failure during the warranty period will be rectified without any additional cost(s)" but it is mentioned "To the extent permitted by local law, HP guarantees that it will repair, replace, or refund, at HP's option, an HP Hardware Product that manifests a defect in materials or workmanship during the Limited Warranty Period, if you, the end-user customer, provides HP with notice of a defect in your HP Hardware Product during the Limited Warranty Period. HP's obligation under this HP Limited Warranty, at its option, to repair, replaces, or provides a refund for an HP Hardware Product that manifests a defect in materials and workmanship ceases upon the expiration of the Limited Warranty Period." It means that it is under HP's obligation under HP limited warranty, at its option to repair, replace or refund for an HP Hardware Product that manifests a defect in materials and workmanship ceases upon the expiration of the Limited Warranty Period. But it is nowhere mentioned that if customer denies the partial replacement of any product within the Limited Warranty Period HP can't said NO to it where the question arises that there is a defect in material and that too a motherboard the integral part of a PC. Samarendra Nayak also wrote in the mail "the request for unit replacement is not a resolution" so resolutions will be decided only by the case managers for giving better experience even though customer denies part replacement of motherboard as I want complete peace of mind for this product in future and that is why I demand a full replacement of my unit and nobody can't deny it is not a complete resolution. So clearly stating I don't want a part replacement of my motherboard I want full unit replacement and I believe there is no company in this world who denies the fact that customer satisfaction is of less importance compared to company policies or terms and conditions and when there is a requirement for any genuine help after purchasing the product the case managers are coming up with terms and conditions which is not expected at all from a company like HP who claims that "Assuring that, we will do everything possible within our reach to provide you with a better experience" – A new way to measure Customer Satisfaction Index. One more update the HP Case ID #: [protected] is been closed on Apr 30, 2014 at 5:22 PM and mentioned as “Closure of your request” whereas I am not satisfied but still it has been closed in HP account without customers intimation that is why rightly said everything possible within HP’s reach to provide a better customer experience.

                  Respected Sir/Madam, My name is PRADEEP SINGH GOSAIN. I bought a new HP laser jet M1005 MFP printer/scanner on 28 April 2014. On the product box it written clearly that supporting operating system is Window &amp; Mac 10.3 or higher. So I bought it. When I install the driver it says, NOT SUPPORTED in MAC 10.8.5. So I call the customer support. They told me that this particular product is not supported in your machine because of mac compatible issue. So I told to them, before purchasing I see specification on the box, that is why I bought it. Now they told me that, this will not going to work...its not our fault at all... So I what I am suppose to do, because I bought it for my mac machine for Rs.11350/- Now Its a complete waste of money &amp; time. So please help me out of this as soon as if possible.                     After 10 days of complaint, there are no action taken by hp customer care,
                    And i am strongly says that its manufacturing fault in this hp printer, so pal's replace it, otherwise, 6 times problem is not possible in a printer, i am already used a hp printer k-109, its really good, but 4500 is too bad for me.but hp service center says purchase new printer, forget this printer

                    hp service center patiala says that your warranty is over bcz you lived in dusty area, if warranty is over in dusty area, then stop to sale hp printer in dusty area,

                      We being a multinational company named as sml isuzu limited formerly as swaraj mazda limited is a regular customer of hp. We have around more than 1000 printers of hp installed in our office as well as plant. We had purchased new cartridges no. 541 a, 542 a and 543 a from one of your registered distributor named as m/s aanchal sales, s c o 112-113, sector-34 a chandigarh vide his invoice no. 1810 and 1913 dated 04.01.14 and 20.01.14 respectively . Which were returnded back to the said dealer on 22.02.14.As these were defective.
                      Inspite various reminders via emails and discussions on phones neither these cartridges were replaced nor any information about these given to us . Due to year ending closing a lot of company's work suffered due to non availability of these cartridges. The said dealer's response is so negative he never informed about the status.
                      A big organization like you this type of service was not expected. We request kindly look into this matter on priority and revert immediately as our top management is also feeling annoyed.

                        I have purchased hp printer laserjet m1136 mfp serial no. : cnj8f7n5jn date of purchase 01.12.2013. And we have compalint on 19.02.14 complaint no. [protected] that printer is not working properly everytime it hanged up.

                        Further, bcoz of hanged up we have faced problems in our showrrom while printing the bills.Till that we have not received proper solution.

                        We have giving you the time of 7days for solving this complaint / replace the product in the said time period.If we will not receive the solution we will lodge the compalint in the consumer forum/court against defective product & poor servicing by hp.

                          I want to register a complaint against my hp pc which has been purchased on 29.03.2014 from m/s hp world puspha sales corporation b-422-423, nehru ground, faridabad, on the purchase of the pc we were told that this is the latest pc which all good configurations, as we are into the field of designing we need auto-cad drawings as well as the 3-d max drawings for our work.
                          The executive who was sent to us for the demostration as well as well as the installlation of windows 8. He came and installed windows 8 but he did not installed photoshop. The next day our full screen got purple in colour and nothing was seen on the computer. Again we called him to install the photoshop as well as told him about the problem we are facing from. The screen is coming plain but somwhow while working on it we resumed the screen back and by the time the executive came we asked him to install photoshop and he told to my kids whenever they will shut dowm the computer directly this kind of the problem may occur. So kindly do not shut down the computer directly instead shut down the computer in a proper manner.

                          Now as since it is past 13 days we have been using the computer and yesterday we found that the touch screen is not working, and on calling the hp world we were told that we have to make the complaint to hp customer care and we called at hp customer care through phone we were given few instructions which we were to be done on the computer we did but somehow the problem was not rectified and we were told by the executive to call the shop from where we got the pc. But on calling we were told it will be payable and we need to pay rs. 500/- on every visit. If this kind of the demand has been raised then what is 3 years on site warrarnty hp is providing. You people are creating problems for the customer instead of rectifying the problems .

                          Now i want you to solve the problems at your end as early as possible or i will be going to take further actions from our end. Or required take back by pc or i will switch on to some other company which gives us good services.

                          We want you should send the executive at our place to rectify the problem. We are lay man we do not know the functions of the computers properly so how will we will be able to use the computer easily again.

                                I had raised multiple complaints for my HP Envy laptop from 10th March 2014 but still my problem is not resolved. Below are the details of each case: I did a fresh installation of windows 8 pro on my computer to resolve the issue and also updated all the drivers and BIOS of my computer. But The problem was not resolved Case1: Case ID [protected] I was facing problems with my wifi connection on my laptop. The Connection status of my wifi goes limited occasionally and the only option to get the connection back was to disable to wifi adaptor and enabling it again. So I raised a complaint regarding the issue with HP Customer Care. HP's engineer visited my place and checked if all the drivers are updated. All my drivers were updated. He also cleaned the dust of my laptop fan and he went back. The next day I started seeing flickering on my laptop screen. I have never faced any problem with my laptop screen. I observed the flickering Occasionally on my laptop. So I Contact the HP Engineer "Vinod". He came 2-3 days later and cleaned my laptop fan and went. This case was closed on[protected]. My problem was not resolved! but HP employees still closed my case. The only option available with me was to open a new case. Case2: Case ID: [protected] This time the case was registered as wifi issue and Flickering screen. Mr. Vinod was here and he replaced the WiFi adaptor of my laptop and went. The same night I faced the problem again with wifi and flickering screen. but still the case was closed on 27th March 2014. I was still facing problem with my laptop. but HP employees still closed my case. The only option available with me was to open a new case. Case3: Case ID [protected] The issue was still the same. I didn't hear from HP for a long time. got a call from HP Engineer on[protected] and he told me that HP service Centre is no more in work and my case was closed on[protected] (why HP uses third party service provider who cannot provide the service?) "I WAS STILL FACING PROBLEM WITH MY LAPTOP" but HP employees still closed my case. The only option available with me was to open a new case. Case 4: Case ID: [protected] The issue was still the same Wifi limited connectivity and flickering on the screen A new engineer came and tried updating the drivers of my laptop but failed as they were already updated. Told everything is fine and went. I did inform HP that the problem was occasionally. After the engineer left I still observed the same problem on my laptop and made a video of the problem as a proof. What else do I have to do now? I have 3 year warranty from HP and just after 1 year my laptop is not working and HP engineers are not able to resolve the problem.

                                  I live in Bhilwara (Raj). In June 2013 i Purchased 8GB PenDrive Now its Non functional Now retailer is charging 50rs for courier charges i said i'll not bear the cost of courier in warranty period he said its company policy and said tell company to make to pay system if i pay 50rs that means i purchased my pendrive 430+50 that is 480rs this is simply fraud

                                    I had booked a online cartridge from hp dial a cartridge and i was told that i will get the cartridges within 6 hours forget about 6 hours i have not got the cartridges even after 3 days have passed, and the dealer and the hp company is careless and rude to the me and always says sorry for the in convenience, i wnt to take a action on hp for carelessness and lying and also not informing me

                                      Dear, All Readers and HP Higher authorities I bought HP ENVY TS 15-j109TX NB PC on 8th Jan 14. And started using after a two weeks. Within an month on period it turns in to IRON BOX and started making unbearable noise. I logged the complaint on 12th March 2014. under overheating and fan noise issue <CASE ID- [protected] >. They took 5 working day to attend my compliant (That too after follow-up). Finally technician visited to office on 17th April 14. After running through all test he encountered that the system/unit/NB is 95% failure. He took a required screen shoot for his record. I requested him for a unit replacement, He responded saying "HP Replacement policy is only valid for 15Days from the purchase date." But he said he will discuss with his manager and get back to me in two day. But he placed the order for fan and heat sink unit, and he didn't informed me. I got a email from [protected]@mahaelectronics.com (HP Dealer) saying we have received a part and We will keep you updated on the progress of the case. but no one turned back. When I call executive, he said he will get back to me in half an hour. he also didn't turn back. So I escalate issue till higher level, hoping that they will value for customer and its money, Mr. Pratheesh C R from HP Customer Relations Case Manager. but the worst scenario is that I had to follow up for a response, every time they asked me to repeat the same story, no one found doing their job sincerely, in between when I called customer care, I surprised by know my case ID is closed without any intimation, and they opened more new case ID's. Now they are raising their hands by pointing on a policy's (made for customers). and the truth is HP is not following their policy. They are requesting to get the part replacement. It means HP can sale a 95% failure products and FAILED at post sales service. Request to HP Higher authorities to look in to this issue and do the needful. Mahesh

                                      HP failed to resolved my issue from last 2 month.
                                      They provided me Unit replacement and that was also failure with overheating as well displace brightness.
                                      On the top replacement of replacement also failed...Looks like HP delivered the 15 J109 - TX without quality check and so looks Series is failure.
                                      Hope HP will understand and value the customers money and effort. Will provide the best resolution.


                                      The amount of time I am wasting towards this is double then Unit prize now... Every time I am getting a response as "Our special technical team is working on this"..
                                      Dear, All Readers and HP Higher authorities I bought HP Pavilion G62231TX NB PC on 21st feb 13. And after 8 months the battery started behaving abnormally.The situation became worst after 10 to 10 and 1/2 months.Finally on 18th feb 2014 i.e, 3 days before the warranty gets over, I locked a case against it&lt;CASE ID- [protected] &gt;.They took the necessary step and send the engineer.The engineer visited at my place and he too was not satisfied with the battery performance.Since he was bound with companies law he just performed some tests and took the snaps.At that time unfortunately or I can say my bad luck the test was positive.However he assured me about the right step to be taken by HP team.After his visit I performed the same test after 10-12 days and the status was "Replace the battery and ID was Failure".15 days past and I neither received any mail or call from HP team.When I called back to CSE of HP I was shocked when I listened that my case was closed without informing me.When I told the whole story again than they accepted their fault and re-locked a new case and gave me a new case id&lt;CASE ID- [protected] &gt;.The same case happened again and my case was again closed.3rd time when I called the CSE of HP they locked a new case with&lt;CASE ID- [protected] &gt;.Finally they transferred my call to

                                      Dear readers and HP authorities, this guy used the power of his position and talked in a nonsense manner.I had attached the image of failure status of my battery as a proof.But this man didn't listened any of my word and denied to replace the battery.I tried to convinced him but he didn't listened a single word.The reason he gave is that."It is not under HP policy".Mr.Bidhar can you say me what is HP policy?Let me give the answer.."Hp policy is to torture their customer and run away at the time of helping them and cheat them by closing their cases without informing them" .Further Mr.Bidhar told me that your warranty is over, but he forgot that I have locked the case during warranty period.He told me that the Cycle Count of your battery is over, but he forgot that he took near about 2 months to talk to me in those 2 months the Cycle Count raised from 230/300 to 309/300 is it my fault Mr.Bidhar?He told me that age of the battery is above 550 days.Mr.Bidhar are you literate or illiterate, till 10th April 2014 it is near about 422 days.

                                        I had purchased HP Pavellion laptop on 25 March 2014 from a multi brand store. There was an offer on HP products of 2 years additional warranty only for paying Rs. 1999 till 31 March 2013. As per the seller I had to contact HP customer support for getting the offer for additional warranty. I called HP customer care multiple times but sometimes they said that this is sales departments matter or sometimes said that this is customer support departments matter. I visited the HP World at GIP Mall Sector 18, Noida on 29 March 2014 but they said that I have to visit HP service centre since it is a service centre issue. When I visited Sector 18 HP Service Centre situated at Wave Silver Tower, the customer care representative told me that there is no such offer and if I wished to buy extended warranty I will have to pay 7600 + service tax else he will not be able to help me. He said I should contact customer care.

                                        The people of HP rotated my request from one office to other and one number to other but no resolution was provided.

                                        I had also written a complaint for the same to in.[protected]@hp.com on 27 March 2014 but no answer received till date.

                                        I had purchased the laptop in a hurry that I could buy it before 31 March 2014 and avail the extended warranty offer but lathargic attitude of the company personnal I could not pay 1999/- and could not avail the extended warranty offer. I want to ask that a simple question could not be answered by many people working for the organisation. Take made me visit one office and another but could not give the resolution to a simple complaint of mine.

                                        I want the company to provide me extended warranty by taking a payment of 1999/-.
