I bought a HP SLATEBOOK 10-H005RU X2 PC on 3/7/2013 from TECHSMART SYSTEMS PVT.LTD SALES OFFICE 1/122 GF,SHANKER ROAD OLD RAJINDER NAGAR NEW DELHI 110060 E-MAIL:[protected]@rediffmail.com. I would like to inform you that i was told by their sales person that the HP SLATEBOOK 10-H005RU X2 PC will give me around 6to8 hours of battery backup without the keyboard and with the the keyboard around 12 to 14 hours of battery backup but i am only getting around 2to3 hours of backup without the keyboard and 6to8 hours of backup with the keyboard. I am very much disappointed from the battery backup of the HP SLATEBOOK 10-H005RU X2.I am everywhere carring the charger of the HP SLATEBOOK 10-H005RU X2 and charging it after 2to3 hrs of my use age as a tablet. Either i was mislead by the sales men or i was cheated by the (HP) FALSE PROMISE which claimed that the HP SLATEBOOK 10-H005RU X2 would give me around 6to8 hours of battery backup without the keyboard and with the the keyboard around 12 to 14 hours of battery backup and one thing more that the specification sheet that i got before buying HP SLATEBOOK 10-H005RU X2 which the sales men claimed that its the HP official specification sheet and as he promised that you will get the same specification as per mentioned on the specification sheet is also not correct because there is no mention of any specification on the HP SLATEBOOK 10-H005RU X2. I think i have been cheated. So i request you please look into this matter

    I have got a HP printer and have registered for gift card in HP redemption portal and even I have sent them the scanned copy of my bill. On checking the gift redemption status its showing as returned due to address issue. I have mailed them my address twice and complaint in their portal (http://redemptionsupport.com/ClaimStatus.aspx) but no response from their end.

    Please help me to get my gift card.

      I living in Jabalpur M.P. I have a HP 1280 Printer Since 07 days some printing quality problem is arising when i given my printer to Service Center of HP The name of Service Center Sysnet Globel technologies Pvt. Ltd. Authorized by HP at Jabalpur he is Charging Rs 300/- For Diagnose the Problem and after Diagnose the problem if Service is Required The Service Charger will be Rs 1450/- which is very high for Routine Servicing. A few month ago i was faced same problem at Jabalpur and at that time the service charges was Rs 450/- and name of Service Center is Regindton india ltd Authorized by HP My complaint is what is the criteria to Decide a Service charges and Why this Difference of Charges. As per Sysnet Globel technologies Pvt. Ltd. Representative Jabalpur they have decided the Service Charges and HP can,t interfere on this matter Now I want to know what is the critaria of Service Charges

            hi hp i just bought hp e015tx + 4gbram @rs49500
            at local hp dealer when i came home done some
            online search that product was @rs 41000 to
            44000
            Next day when i went to shop asking why they overcharged me they said that they had sell me this laptop at resionable price and told me that other stores are what sometimes doing froud to customer..
            But in this i have got in victim place
            any one thinl i am fool one but thing was i was planning to buy hpdv6 laptop he offer me 37000 too confrim my order they ask me to pay some advance amount same as other shop i paid when i asked in detail about intel processr and mother board they said its not intel it got apu motherboard and processer i canceled my oder and ask for suggestions genuine intel and win 8 original laptop
            they suggested me e015tx hp laptop
            I really dont know that laptop price they ask me pay for amt 50000 for that i agreed paid


            at this time i am not happy to use my laptop due to overcharged, payment

              purchased hp pavillon laptop but keyboard faulty.hp not replacing keyboard under warranty. details below, ref id [protected],richa dwivedi. no proper response,my keyboard under warranty needs to be replaced but neither hp helpline nor service partner simtech computronics are helping,may be because it is in warranty. I hv called more than 20 times but helpline gives ur no [protected] but even u r not responding. my case is pending since 2nd sept and I am moving to portblair on 18th sept. you are pushing me to take legal action and move to consumer court. pl sort it today ,never expected such pathetic servc frm hp very disappointed customer richa dwivedi [protected]

                  Hello, As discussed, I had contacted customer care and as per there suggestion. I had been to HP Authorized service center at Aforeserve dot com ltd(Mumbai). They have produce a report stating that replacement of the print-head is not possible as per the invoice print-head is out of warranty, After producing print-health report(See print head reoprt) which clearly states that both of my print-head is still under warranty till 24/9/2013 they have given me rejection report even rejection report states refilled cartridge used which is not possible from my side as, I have always used genuine Hp cartridge(See cartridge bills 1,2,3,4). It is not acceptable even after my print-head is under warranty they have refuse to replace the print-head just as per invoice date. Please, I request you to look into the issue and resolve the issue as soon as possible. I have attached all the possible documents required to support my agenda.

                    Dear Sir, I Have bought a New Laptop HP from Reliance Digital under festive offer for 2 Year Extended Warranty. After Buying They told me to register on www.hp.com/in/festiveoffer and Send the Serial no. Cutout on box along with Photo Identity and Invoice. I have sent all the details on 2nd Sept, 2013 and it was delivered by 5th September. They have sent me a mail that it got delivered and to check the claim status on this http://www.redemptionsupport.com earlier it was showing that your claim is approved and you will receive the warranty corepaq in 30 days. But Suddenly they have sent me a mail claiming that my claim is rejected due to mismatch in name on invoice and on registration. My name on Invoice and registration is same as Wasim Dalvi. they are just cheating now even their contact page is removed showing page under maintenance so that we won't be able to contact nor do i have their mail address or contact no.                       Since last 10 to 15 days I am getting frustrated due to poor support from your service center situated at Vashi Navi Mumbai. Sir, My HP printer is not working since last 13 to 15 days and having some technical problem, when I contacted to HPr customer care no. they guided me to get through this over information passing on telephone (Ref. No. [protected]), when the problem was not resolved they given me HP service center address which is at Vashi Navi Mumbai over SMS along with Case ID 4413216. Once the tech. engineer visited to my residence to solve the problem but when he failed, he informed us that the Printer has to be taken to service center as some part of the machine is malfunctioning and need to be replaced, since then no body has turn up yet to resolve the problem. many time we have tried to contact the phone no. it is not working and the other no. from where we get call regarding information of visit but no one is picking up phone then. I further request you to please look in to matter to get printer operational within Wednesday as I have lot many papers to be scanned and printed for my daughters projects as well as my official and personal work.Please provide as much information as possible...

                          i purchased a hp pavilion. serial no.5CD242166J my lapotop is not in working condition. last nite automaticaly it bcms shut down, when i press power button a light blinks on it. further it not working. i tried dirclty.connect chrgr,i also have same.laptop my lapi battery is in good condition wen i exchange in my another pavilion lapi. plz resolve my problem my lapi is in warranty period.

                            My name is shanu gupta. i had purchased a g6 2226tu model on 25 june 2013 and registered my product on 28 june 2013 . I got two redumption codes 6234620 and 6234641,by mistake. At that moment i had did many calls to confirm that which of my redumption code is correct of all the choices that i had made( extended warranty and two hp product,speaker and mouse), Inspite of calls i had did many mails also by writing all my problem. then i came to know that redumption code 6234620 is correct of all my choices made. then i had sended all the claim documents to hp on 8 july 2013 along with a note also that i had got two redumption code and 6234620 is correct of them , i had also clearly maintained my choices( extended warranty and two hp product,speaker and mouse) in that. Now, i had got hp care pack services certificate on my email id but not received the two products(HP Compact Speaker (Rs.699) and HP X1500 mouse (Wired) (Rs.385 )that i had booked for but instead of receiving that i had got back the d.d. of additional amount of 83rs that i had sended with claim documents. please help me ..... my contact no is [protected] now considering all my genuine problem please show me the right way..................please help me as soon as possible please............ try to contact to me on my mobile no [protected]

                              I ORDERED FOR A HP PRINTER ONLINE AND AFTER PAYING FOR ALL THAT THE DELIVERY WAS FAKE AND THE INK WAS HALF FULL AND THE PRINTER VOMITS INK ON THE PAPPER AND ALSO JAM THE PAPPPER SND EVEN IF IT TRYS TO PRINT IT COMES OUT WITH SOMEYHING LOOKING LIKE A BATCH CODE I MEAN.. I ORDERED ON THIER SITE AND THIS HAPPENS SO DEM ANNOYING......

Now its battery percentage will remain as it is as I start using it and it shutdown automatic without battery low warning its internet explorer is not working and its wall defender is not working I am satisfy with company solution and I need help

                                HP — HP not responding well

                                My laptop compaq presario v6000 au ; s/n:cnf713339q; was reported having motherboard problem on 23 dec 2008 at kanpur service center.they told me that problem will be recovered in atmost one week, but since then 46 days have been passed and every day when i call them they are only responding that "Part has not been received".also from few days their response has become rough and some times they does'nt respond at all.I am an ENGG. student so i need computer for my work but people at HP are spoiling my precious time...
                                if consumer forum can help me out from this situation, i will be very much obliged...waiting for possitive response...

                                  We had purchased an HP Laserjet 1005 Multifunction Printer on may 2013.
                                  The Printer Stopped working in the last week of may. We had sent it to the HP service center in Patna about 1 ago. It has been more than 20 days and they haven't given us the printer back. They are making different excuses like: The spares part change and your printer is working fine. The spare is out of warranty (How can it be out of warranty if it is used for a month only)
                                  The engineer looking into the printer is on leave.
                                  This is not expected from a reputed multinational Company Like HP (Hewlett Packard)
                                  We strongly recommend people to not buy HP products because they do not give proper service.
                                  Their Engineers are not capable of handling thier "WORLD CLASS" products.
                                  You can also be not sure if your genuine spares are replaced by some unscrupulous person.
                                  Be sure you will have to wait for months to get your product back
                                  and Their Engineers are use abuse language he is told that you came in a gene in service center the I will destroy your printer.

                                    I bought an HP Desktop P7-1030IN on 20th April 2012 from IQNET, 108/127/132, 1st Floor, Hariniwas Complex, New Dakbunglow Road, Patna, Bihar.
                                    Soon it developed minor problems related with its date and time display and also getting hanged or not responding for a few seconds upto a few minutes. The coral software uploaded on it also showed the problem of being not responding.
                                    The major problem occurred in January 2013, when the system stopped working/couldn’t start at all. I booked my complaint with your customer service on 16th Jan, 2013 (CA1263579) narrating each one of the minor and major problems. On 17th Jan an engineer visited and prescribed change of motherboard as the solution. On 19th Jan, another engineer came and changed the motherboard. The case was closed immediately and I never got a single call from anyone from HP for cross checking whether the problems got resolved or not, which unfortunately, did not. The minor problems remained unchecked and the screen also continued to hang for some time.
                                    Once again on 26th June 2013, I booked a complaint with your customer service (CA 1285940) and subsequently was granted a visit on 29th June 2013. Once again the motherboard was changed. Although this time the machine couldn’t start at all. After much effort of approx two and half hours, the engineer was successful in getting it started. I specifically wrote on the ‘service call report’ that the case should not be closed before rechecking and confirming with me. But to my utter dismay, it was closed a day after, which I came to know, when on the 2nd July I called the service centre to report the non-performance of the machine.
                                    I was asked to lodge a fresh complaint (CA 1287146) once again...got a visitor from HP on 5th July...got yet another motherboard (third within a period of 6 months and second in just a week)... and the next day.. back to square one.
                                    This time I got a call from HP Kolkata, enquiring after the poor machine and got an old complaint no (CA 1285940) revived. A new person from HP Patna visited us on 11th July. He didn’t seem to have the conviction to solve the problem, so this time we put our feet down. We asked the service centre to provide us with some form of assurance before proceeding with their trial and error once again, which they didn’t, so the engineer left. I wrote in the service call report about the unprofessional and unsatisfactory ways of HP.
                                    On 16th July I wrote an e-mail to the helpdesk/customer care of HP with full detail of the case. Meanwhile, the machine developed a loud on ‘n off sound of exhaust fan, along with the already existing problems.
                                    We didn’t hear anything from HP for a long time and then on 22nd July, a person dropped by from HP, absolutely unannounced. It was disgusting to know that the person was not even briefed about the case history and he was taking it as a first time complaint. We once again demanded an assuarance before letting him proceed to which he called his office. We had a tele-talk with some Mr Sarfaraz from Kolkata without any satisfying outcome. He even had the guts to somehow ridicule the idea of any such assurance, saying that all we wanted was a change of the machine. No service call report was signed this time and the person left.
                                    On 26th July, once again I got a call from Kolkata. The caller was under impression that the latest visit of engineer on the 22nd July was only second visit against my complaint for the machine. He didn’t have any feedback of the case and wanted me to narrate the whole story to him which I refused and asked him to get a copy of my e-mail for the detail instead.
                                    Today is 31st July. I haven’t heard anything from HP again.

                                      Dear All,
                                      I have purchased a HP 2515 (All in one) printer around 2 months ago. All of a sudden, it stops working (No Printing, No Scanning, No Copy). I logged a complaint with HP Customer Care on 12th July with Tkt. No. ([protected]). since then No body from HP INDIA turned back & act on the issues.

                                      On 22nd I personally went to HP Service Center at Rajouri Garden - Delhi (Even though my Printer was UNDER ON SIGHT Warranty). The agent said, You have to leave this printer, our technical expert will do the needfull.

                                      On 23rd they called me & said, the Scanner Assembly was stucked, Now it is repared......

                                      I don't want to continue with the faulty printer... Kindly REFUND me the entire amount or Upgrade my printer to "HP Laser 1020", I am ready to pay the difference.

                                      BUT I DON'T WANT TO CONTINUE WITH THE HP 2515 (ALL IN ONE)

                                      dDO THE NEEDFUL ASAP!!

                                      HP — Extremely Pathetic Customer Service

                                      This complaint is for very poor service of barclay bank. I applied for english premier league barclay bank credit card in April 2008 however I have not received the card till now. and I complaint for the same many times on their customer service number and also I wrote many mails to them however I got only electronic reply in which written "Thank u for writing to barclay we take this request seriously" however nothing has been done so far. Same reply I got when I call on customer service number. These guys are sucks can not provide good customer service. receive so many messages from barclay bank and get so many pamphlets at my residence address. This is completely . Barclay customer service is really poor.
                                      Please let me know by when will u send my English Premier league credit card. Thank you,

                                        We had purchased an HP Laserjet 1005 Multifunction Printer on 11th April 2013.
                                        The Printer Stopped working in the last week of may. We had sent it to the HP service center in Pune about 1 and half month ago. It has been more than 50 days and they haven't given us the printer back. They are making different excuses like:
                                        The spares are not available
                                        The spare is out of warranty ( How can it be out of warranty if it is used for a month only)
                                        The engineer looking into the printer is on leave.

                                        This is not expected from a reputed multinational Company Like HP ( Hewlett Packard)
                                        We strongly recommend people to not buy HP products because they do not give proper service.
                                        Their Engineers are not capable of handling thier "WORLD CLASS" products.
                                        You can also be not sure if your genuine spares are replaced by some unscrupulous person.
                                        Be sure you will have to wait for months to get your product back
