Hello, As discussed, I had contacted customer care and as per there suggestion. I had been to HP Authorized service center at Aforeserve dot com ltd(Mumbai). They have produce a report stating that replacement of the print-head is not possible as per the invoice print-head is out of warranty, After producing print-health report(See print head reoprt) which clearly states that both of my print-head is still under warranty till 24/9/2013...
