i have bought a hp compaq presario laptop 3 years ago. last september i have paid rs. 6000 for renewing my warranty. but till now it has not being increased, also whenever i ask them for money back they ask me to call them back later. i have got the receipt of rs. 6000 that i have paid them.
i send my documents and a check for warranty extention of three years but had not got any reply or information regarding warranty.
i have purchased a hp laptop 2000(s/no:5cb2522dtc) with 3 year warranty from lapcomp shop no:107B, but the company shows that the warranty is valid for only 1 year.

    Hi, I bought this HP Deskjet 1050 j410 series all in one printer 2 days back from an electronics market. The product seemed good from outside. But after I got over with its driver installation n after it printed the test page, it won't take any of my further commands for both printing and scanning. I keep getting the message that the connection is not established properly. I tried every type of trouble-shooting, whether it's the scanner or printer driver suited for the windows 8.1 os running on my desktop currently or getting a different usb cable other than the one I was provided with. The result stays the same. I m finally starting worry if it's hardware is the one creating all this problem. PS: I even tried changing the os to win7. So, if someone could help me with this, I would really appreciate it. ThaNks!!!

I would really appreciate your help and involvement in this matter because after talking to the HP technical team person (Paul Amalraj) and( Girija TS) Customer Relations Case Managar Email id: girija.[protected]@hp.com Tel: +[protected] Hewlett-Packard Company Bangalore - 560066 Karnataka, India) I was highly disappointed because they kept on saying that there is no problem and no manufacturing defect in our product and I will have to live with the fact that my HP slatebook x2 tablet will only give me around 2 to 3 hrs as a stand alone tablet and 5 to 6 hrs with keyboard attached where as per the dealer TECHSMART SYSTEMS PVT.LTD SALES OFFICE 1/122 GF, SHANKER ROAD OLD RAJINDER NAGAR NEW DELHI 110060.EMAIL ID:[protected]@rediffmail.com PH:[protected] salesman who sold me this product told me that it would give me 10 hrs with keyboard attached. Nothing is being done.

They are calling me and repeatedly telling me the same thing over and over again that to get maximum battery life out of SLATEBOOK X2 I will have to use it in low power state which is totally opposite of what their dealer salesman told me. I specifically told the dealer that I would be using it for gaming and high multimedia use. This is very wrong on HP COMPUTERS dealer’s part to sell me this product by giving wrong information.

          I am Dr Joydeep Das.This complaint my p laptop product name-g6-2320tx product serial number-5CD3081CDD PRODUCT MODEL NUMBER-D5F44PA.After usin few months its keypad and backcover found defective.I made a call on 21/08/2013 case number [protected].A person came on 2/09/2013 to check it and he found that backcover and keypad is defective.But it is very strange that still now no one is comin to fix it even after mnay calls to patetic customer care service.
          HP customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            I would like to file a complain against HP Customer Relations Case Managar Girija TS(Email id: girija.[protected]@hp.com Tel: +[protected] Hewlett-Packard Company Bangalore – 560066 Karnataka, India). I got a call from her on (25/9/2013 at 5:44 pm) against my complain for the wrong information given to me regarding the battery life by HP computer dealer TECHSMART SYSTEMS PVT.LTD SALES OFFICE 1/122 GF, SHANKER ROAD OLD RAJINDER NAGAR NEW DELHI 110060 to sell HP computer product HP slatebook x2 on 3/8/2013. She was not customer friendly, was very rude and defensive and was not listening to problem and was constantly saying that nothing can be done about my complain and now I have to live with the poor battery life of the slatebook x2. She had poor listening skills and was augmentative and aggressive. She conferenced me with the dealer from whom I bought the slatebook x2 and both of them were arguing with me and were not understanding my concern. I cannot interact with her now because she is constantly suppressing my voice over her voice and telling me now you have bought the product and nothing can be done and I should stop complaining about this matter. Could you please assign someone more mature and professional who knows how to talk to their customers. I am extremely disappointed at your service ethics and unprofessional behavior .As a next step, I do not like this product, could you please give me a refund?

            HP customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            This is to inform that not only HP dealers cheat people by giving wrong information about HP product to sell HP products but your customer care service is even worst. Today I got a call from your Customer Relations Case Manager (GIRIJA TS) (EMAIL ID: girija.[protected]@hp.com) regarding my complain for HP SLATEBOOK X2 POOR BATTERY LIFE She is telling me that nothing can be done about your complain. SHE called me at 2:43 pm on 25/9/2013 and told me now nothing can be done about this now you also know that no tablet can give 12 to 14 hrs of battery backup. Then after argueing with her about the misleading information given to me by HP dealer TECHSMART SYSTEMS PVT.LTD SALES OFFICE 1/122 GF,SHANKER ROAD OLD RAJINDER NAGAR NEW DELHI 110060 about the battery back GIRIJA TS told me that has the dealer given me in writing that the tablet would give me 12 to 14hrs of battery backup or given me any specs sheet regarding this I said no but I am sure of this that their salesman said sir I can confirm you that the tablet will give you between 12 to 14 hrs of battery backup. I also told her that good battery back is the main criteria for me to buy the HP SLATEBBOK X2 tablet. Then she told me sorry sir we cannot do anything about this now and put my phone on hold and 2 to 3 mins disconnected my phone.
            This is really very nice on HP COMPUTERS behalf how they treat their customers complain by doing these things calling them and telling them that nothing can be done about their complain and putting their phone on hold.
            With reference to the last complain send to you about HP Customer Relations Case Managar Girija TS(Email id: girija.[protected]@hp.com Tel: +[protected] Hewlett-Packard Company Bangalore – 560066 Karnataka, India) now she has send me this mail telling me that it is understood that the information about battery backup was not given by the dealer. How can she come to this conclusion that the information about battery back up was not given to me by the dealer. She is coming up with her own conclusions. WITH ALL DUE RESPECT THIS IS NOT RIGHT. HP COMPUTERS ARE NOT TAKING UP FOR THEIR DEALER MIS GUIDING AND PUTTING EVERY THING ON ME BY SAYING NOTHING CAN BE DONE NOW.

                Respected sir I Himanshu, engineering student (final year) wants to file a complaint against Nehal Surana(Case Manager),HP computers. I want a claim of Rs 33500/- against the same person because the person is dealing with my problems/complains by long time and he always use all the tacticals to misguide me. I bought a HP laptop on 20-nov-2012,with a warranty of one year.Till the date of purchase, the laptop had became a big headache for me, as i started using it nearly all its parts proved to be defected which were replaced several times. Even it proved fatal in my practical exam,seminar presentation (which could affect my career).Just one day before my presentation the Hard disk crashed,i managed to get my data back with the help of my friends but on the next day (examination day) my laptops display was lost due to which i could not present my practical & presentation and still i'm dealing with all the same problems. Even at present after so many replaced parts my laptop is not working properly. I request you to take the desired action and help me in claiming my laptop's price back i.e Rs 33500/-.                   I bought a HP SLATEBOOK 10-H005RU X2 PC on 3/7/2013 from TECHSMART SYSTEMS PVT.LTD SALES OFFICE 1/122 GF,SHANKER ROAD OLD RAJINDER NAGAR NEW DELHI 110060 E-MAIL:[protected]@rediffmail.com. I would like to inform you that i was told by their sales person that the HP SLATEBOOK 10-H005RU X2 PC will give me around 6to8 hours of battery backup without the keyboard and with the the keyboard around 12 to 14 hours of battery backup but i am only getting around 2to3 hours of backup without the keyboard and 6to8 hours of backup with the keyboard. I am very much disappointed from the battery backup of the HP SLATEBOOK 10-H005RU X2.I am everywhere carring the charger of the HP SLATEBOOK 10-H005RU X2 and charging it after 2to3 hrs of my use age as a tablet. Either i was mislead by the sales men or i was cheated by the (HP) FALSE PROMISE which claimed that the HP SLATEBOOK 10-H005RU X2 would give me around 6to8 hours of battery backup without the keyboard and with the the keyboard around 12 to 14 hours of battery backup and one thing more that the specification sheet that i got before buying HP SLATEBOOK 10-H005RU X2 which the sales men claimed that its the HP official specification sheet and as he promised that you will get the same specification as per mentioned on the specification sheet is also not correct because there is no mention of any specification on the HP SLATEBOOK 10-H005RU X2. I think i have been cheated. So i request you please look into this matter

                    I have got a HP printer and have registered for gift card in HP redemption portal and even I have sent them the scanned copy of my bill. On checking the gift redemption status its showing as returned due to address issue. I have mailed them my address twice and complaint in their portal (http://redemptionsupport.com/ClaimStatus.aspx) but no response from their end.

                    Please help me to get my gift card.

                      I living in Jabalpur M.P. I have a HP 1280 Printer Since 07 days some printing quality problem is arising when i given my printer to Service Center of HP The name of Service Center Sysnet Globel technologies Pvt. Ltd. Authorized by HP at Jabalpur he is Charging Rs 300/- For Diagnose the Problem and after Diagnose the problem if Service is Required The Service Charger will be Rs 1450/- which is very high for Routine Servicing. A few month ago i was faced same problem at Jabalpur and at that time the service charges was Rs 450/- and name of Service Center is Regindton india ltd Authorized by HP My complaint is what is the criteria to Decide a Service charges and Why this Difference of Charges. As per Sysnet Globel technologies Pvt. Ltd. Representative Jabalpur they have decided the Service Charges and HP can,t interfere on this matter Now I want to know what is the critaria of Service Charges

                            hi hp i just bought hp e015tx + 4gbram @rs49500
                            at local hp dealer when i came home done some
                            online search that product was @rs 41000 to
                            44000
                            Next day when i went to shop asking why they overcharged me they said that they had sell me this laptop at resionable price and told me that other stores are what sometimes doing froud to customer..
                            But in this i have got in victim place
                            any one thinl i am fool one but thing was i was planning to buy hpdv6 laptop he offer me 37000 too confrim my order they ask me to pay some advance amount same as other shop i paid when i asked in detail about intel processr and mother board they said its not intel it got apu motherboard and processer i canceled my oder and ask for suggestions genuine intel and win 8 original laptop
                            they suggested me e015tx hp laptop
                            I really dont know that laptop price they ask me pay for amt 50000 for that i agreed paid


                            at this time i am not happy to use my laptop due to overcharged, payment

                              purchased hp pavillon laptop but keyboard faulty.hp not replacing keyboard under warranty. details below, ref id [protected],richa dwivedi. no proper response,my keyboard under warranty needs to be replaced but neither hp helpline nor service partner simtech computronics are helping,may be because it is in warranty. I hv called more than 20 times but helpline gives ur no [protected] but even u r not responding. my case is pending since 2nd sept and I am moving to portblair on 18th sept. you are pushing me to take legal action and move to consumer court. pl sort it today ,never expected such pathetic servc frm hp very disappointed customer richa dwivedi [protected]

                                  Hello, As discussed, I had contacted customer care and as per there suggestion. I had been to HP Authorized service center at Aforeserve dot com ltd(Mumbai). They have produce a report stating that replacement of the print-head is not possible as per the invoice print-head is out of warranty, After producing print-health report(See print head reoprt) which clearly states that both of my print-head is still under warranty till 24/9/2013 they have given me rejection report even rejection report states refilled cartridge used which is not possible from my side as, I have always used genuine Hp cartridge(See cartridge bills 1,2,3,4). It is not acceptable even after my print-head is under warranty they have refuse to replace the print-head just as per invoice date. Please, I request you to look into the issue and resolve the issue as soon as possible. I have attached all the possible documents required to support my agenda.

                                    Dear Sir, I Have bought a New Laptop HP from Reliance Digital under festive offer for 2 Year Extended Warranty. After Buying They told me to register on www.hp.com/in/festiveoffer and Send the Serial no. Cutout on box along with Photo Identity and Invoice. I have sent all the details on 2nd Sept, 2013 and it was delivered by 5th September. They have sent me a mail that it got delivered and to check the claim status on this http://www.redemptionsupport.com earlier it was showing that your claim is approved and you will receive the warranty corepaq in 30 days. But Suddenly they have sent me a mail claiming that my claim is rejected due to mismatch in name on invoice and on registration. My name on Invoice and registration is same as Wasim Dalvi. they are just cheating now even their contact page is removed showing page under maintenance so that we won't be able to contact nor do i have their mail address or contact no.                                     Still no clue where does my claim stand, nor i have got any confirmation for 2 year Extended warranty. HP laptop, s Solutions digitas are still playing with the festive offer. when are they going to provide me the extended warranty for my laptop is still unknown

                                      Since last 10 to 15 days I am getting frustrated due to poor support from your service center situated at Vashi Navi Mumbai. Sir, My HP printer is not working since last 13 to 15 days and having some technical problem, when I contacted to HPr customer care no. they guided me to get through this over information passing on telephone (Ref. No. [protected]), when the problem was not resolved they given me HP service center address which is at Vashi Navi Mumbai over SMS along with Case ID 4413216. Once the tech. engineer visited to my residence to solve the problem but when he failed, he informed us that the Printer has to be taken to service center as some part of the machine is malfunctioning and need to be replaced, since then no body has turn up yet to resolve the problem. many time we have tried to contact the phone no. it is not working and the other no. from where we get call regarding information of visit but no one is picking up phone then. I further request you to please look in to matter to get printer operational within Wednesday as I have lot many papers to be scanned and printed for my daughters projects as well as my official and personal work.Please provide as much information as possible...

                                        i facing so harassment from HP company because after long time they ignore to gave service me
                                        now what can i do i dont known because they always tell call service center but service center cannt gave proper response the always tell that we call you on evening to gave status but nobody call me or after that they tell sorry our engineer are not come or parts are not available

                                        i totally harassment about the hp company and his service center
