    Dear Team, I have purchased a HP laptop 5 years back. Offlate, I have been facing heating problems (an error is popped up saying that the system fan is not working), subsequently after couple of days the system monitor was not getting on. During first week of February, I have taken my laptop to a HP authorized service center at Bangalore (Systems Doctor, Udaynagar, Behind India Tin Industries, Bangalore 560016). I was told that the problem occured because of a dysfunctional cooling fan and subsequently they have replaced the same. Though the system got switched on after this, some windows error occured and I was told that the same is corrupted and it needs to be formatted. I have asked them to take a backup of the data, they have formatted the system without causing any changes to the data in the respective drives. For this I was charged Rs 2300. I realized after getting my laptop back that the Internet drivers are working (could not able to access the internet through dongle). I approched the service center over phone, but the resolutions provided by them did not solve the issue. I continued using the laptop for referring some documents. The screen went blank suddenly and was not getting on . I have to contact the service center again. They took 3-5 days and fixed the problem. This time I was charged Rs 500. Again with in 2-3 days the screen went balnk as in the earlier occassions, I approached the service center. Mr Manohar suggested me to take the data back up as he wanted to do factory formating and I have expressed my inability as the laptop is not getting on. I've also enquired if they are capable in resolving the issue as the problem is recurring. I asked him to take a data backup before formatting and have clearly mentioned to leave the laptop as it is if the issue resolution is beyond their capabilities. Since the data is very important for me, my intention was to look for other alternatives in case the personnel at the service center are incapable of resolving the issue. When I went to collect the laptop on 24.03.2014, to my surprise all the data has been deleted and there was no backup taken. Mr Manohar(contact no - +91- [protected]) says that I was responsible for my data and they do not give any gurantee for the same. Right from day one, I have been insisting on data backup and have repeatdly mentioned its importance. I've also asked them not to format the system in case I will be suffering any data loss. Mr Manohar was very rude when questioned about this and said that they have put in lot of efforts in resolving the issue. While I am taking services from the service center, this is not a favour bestowed upon me as I am paying for the same. Though the same problem occured repeatdly, I have been patitent enough and I have paid without questioning even for their failure attempts. I have spent lot of time travelling to and fro to the service center as it is located far from my residence and work place. The entire experience is gruelling and the outcome is very discouraging. Would there be no accountability on part of the personnel from service center for these poor services. An early response would be appreciated. Regards, Hasan Lathif +91-[protected].         Warranty. But customer care is neither attending my queries properly and
        Speaking all the rubbish.And instead of providing customer satisfaction they

          False excuses on not approving my Accidental damage (ADP)

            I've placed a order for "HP 90W Slim Adapter - BT796AA" on 9th of Feb 2014. As per the order confirmation email the product should have shipped with 7 - 9 working days after the placing the order. After calling several time to their call center on[protected] and sending 2 - 3 reminder emails (no response for email) on the call they always told, that this product will take another 7 days or 10 days. Now it is almost a month since placing the order but those people still says it'll again take 10 more days. Also they are not refunding my order amount. This is the worst online shopping store from a world renowned company HP.

                    i had a frustrating experience with HP owing to my final exams coming ahead and these people deny what i paid for. I accidentally dropped my laptop while studying on my terrace. i called on site warranty . they sent a person who assures me he'll take care of the matter if i'd write as he told me "that a burglar was taking away my laptop, he threw it and went away" . What bull . Is this all part of the game that HP was playing. they say they rejected my ADP and that it comes under burglary and should be dealt with police. I think i'd better deal with HP in the court. what is the purpose of me shelling thousands of bucks on ADP and extended warranties when all they want is money for repair. I paid 4000 for extended warranty and i got ADP with the laptop, now they want me to pay 12, 000 for the screen to get repaired. are you joking??? my contact number [protected].

                            Hi,
                            When i had booked for the very first time, the agency had supplied 2 cylinders and upon weighing the cylinders i had found that 4 kg of gas was missing. I did not complain to anybody but instead complained to the agency and they assured that they will weigh and supply the next delivery.
                            When i booked for the second time they weighed and showed me 30 kg. Later when i weighed the same cylinder,
                            the cylinder weighed 26 kg i.e. Pilferage of 4 kg.

                            "I know i stay in a country where complaints are not taken when incidents happen and action is only taken when someone dies"

                            If possible please look into the matter and take strong action against the dealer.

                              I am writing this to express my anguish and helplessness caused due to the being subjected to misbehavior and horrible quality of service provided by Tritech Enterprises, Civil Lines, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India is registered as an authorized HP service center. I bought a HP Pavilion DV8 laptop 3 years back. Around some time back, I started having troubles with my display. The LCD of my laptop did not respond and all I could see was a black screen. To circumvent the problem, I bought an extended monitor, and started using the laptop as a desktop. It was all working perfectly. This winter (December) I decided to get my laptop fixed once and all. I gave my laptop to Tritech Enterprises for repair. They returned my laptop after a couple of days claiming to have fixed it. I brought back the laptop after paying them the service fee, but as soon as I reached home, the laptop refused to even start. I went back to the service center and submitted the laptop again. The technician at Tritech Enterprises (named Navin) kept my laptop for around a month and when I finally went to get news of the repair; I am told that the Nvidia Video Card Chip has been accidentally damaged during their service and as a result the laptop will not work. The people at Tritech Enterprises blatantly refuse to take responsibility for damaging the motherboard and refuse to repair/pay me for the losses I have incurred because of their ignorance and disastrous service. I beg you to take notice and help me on this issue. I have been a loyal HP consumer and have never been in such a helpless position since the beginning of my journey with HP.                                 I have purchased a laptop from hp Notebook Part/Model no:Pavilion 15-N010TX Notebook Serial No:5CD3366XRT Notebook Serial No:5CD3366XRT It has been mentioned in the mail by hp that the claim has been rejected as mentioned above.It is due to the mis-match of the name on the invoice and the registered name. But i want to make it in your knowledge that if there is some problem like that so it does not proof that I havn't purchase the laptop. It was in your scheme that the offer is valid for every purchase of the hp laptop. I want you to have a look on it. I have added 6 photos please do have a look. Hoping a kind response from your side.

                                  The Service Manager/Regional Service Head India Sub: complaining against in-built problem in Laptop (sold to me) and extremely irresponsible attitude of Showroom /authorize service center and the Company Sir /Madam Most humbly, I would like to submit about Mental harassment at mighty hands, by the company and Service Center. I had purchase a Laptop which is having the following details:- Model no : Hp pavilion G6 series1301 Tx Serial no: 5cd1521t5z Purchasing Date: 31-Mar-2012 Purchasing location/Dealer: Bansal Stanmart ( india) Pvt ltd VS block Shakar pur Delhi-110092 Purchasing Price: 32000 ( aproxx) . Very second day I complained to the showroom regarding operating system booting problem problem in my laptop (in verbal), on that showroom had asked me go to come with the laptop for thorough check, the Showroom manger very cleverly change my mindset that we had repaired it, its now fine if it does not work again we will change it, despite request for job card he said that "its ok sir, do not take so much tension we are here to serve you" . Thereafter on several occasion my laptop was break down a brief description is given below: S.no Complaint no Problem Description 1 [protected] LCD showing blank blank/ replaced 2 [protected] Hard Disk Replacement 3 [protected] Hard Disk Replacement 4 [protected] Bios not found : hard disk, Mother board replaced n recovery done 5 [protected] Hanging problem / hard disk replaced 6 [protected]: Hard Disk Replacement 7 [protected]: Reovery issue / LCD showing blank blank/ replaced 8 [protected] Hard disk was not responding / repalced and was asked to buy recovery CDs these are the only cases for which i had registered my complaint with the Hp . lot of times we had not registered with the hp only service center ( intarvo technologies and Sys net ) was contacted for minor work. Now again its Hard disk is not responding we had contacted the service center they said since it out of warranty now we cant help you. each n every time a repaired hard disk and local LCD was put in my laptop which doesn't last long. In this entire story my perceptions are as follows: 1) Defected laptop (in built Defect) was given to me. In spite of my repeated complaints they behaved with me very irresponsibly. 2) Authorize service center are helping the company by hiding the in built defects in the laptop & fooling/ misguiding innocent customers( who had invested their pennies by hard working and savings.) by flattery words to the extent 4) In case company QC reports are not matching in initial services, variation be endorsed in written reports to avoid irresponsible attitudes of showroom/Service center people. 5) If service center is also involved in the parallel activity, it may be ordered to compensate the loss or fulfill the loss created by this mental harassment. 7) In this whole distribution cum sales chain of the company, ultimately the company is a nodal agency, which has to compensate for such looses (headache/trouble/Mental Harassment). Now i had given my laptop to another HP service center ( zabil service center in jasola ) for proper diagnosis, they had told me that it had a local LCD fitted in it and hard disk is also a repaired one . Service center told me that it has a local LCD fitted and the hard disk is also a repaired one . Since all the repair were done during the warranty period by their authorized service center i.e M/s Intarvo n SYS net . when I complaint about the local parts in my laptop . sys net is directly saying that whatever we got from HP we have replace with that one . Now Hp is saying, now intarvo technologies is no longer our service partner we cannot take any reponsibilkity towards the replacement done by inarvo but when my laptop was repaired it was there service associate (as I had locked my call for repairs with HP not with Intarvo) I had purchase my laptop for 32 thousand rupees now they are asking for nearly 36 thousand for hardisk replacement and minor keyboard fixing issues. After so much requests to Hp now are agreed to get the hard disk replaced for 18 thousand. this is totally unfair and unjust . As already in last 1.5 year it was in downtime for more than 10 months . Ultimately in this whole process a bread winner like me. who purchased this laptop for his requirements (I live in Geeta colony East Delhi .I work to earn my livelihood at Gurgoan, ) feels cheated /deceived, as the laptop does not comply/competes the standards which company claims and Non repair of this Down standard laptop in-built defect at company cost made the loss of my mental peace .
