Sub: complaining against in-built problem in Laptop (sold to me) and extremely irresponsible attitude of Showroom /authorize service center and the Company

Most humbly, I would like to submit about Mental harassment at mighty hands, by the company and Service Center.
I had purchase a Laptop which is having the following details:-
Model no : Hp pavilion G6 series1301 Tx
Serial no: 5cd1521t5z
Purchasing Date: 31-Mar-2012
Purchasing location/Dealer: Bansal Stanmart ( india) Pvt ltd
VS block Shakar pur
Delhi-110092
Purchasing Price: 32000 ( aproxx) .
Very second day I complained to the showroom regarding operating system booting problem problem in my laptop (in verbal), on that showroom had asked me go to come with the laptop for thorough check, the Showroom manger very cleverly change my mindset that we had repaired it, its now fine if it does not work again we will change it, despite request for job card he said that "its ok sir, do not take so much tension we are here to serve you" .
Thereafter on several occasion my laptop was break down a brief description is given below:

8 [protected] Hard disk was not responding / repalced and was asked to buy recovery CDs
these are the only cases for which i had registered my complaint with the Hp . lot of times we had not registered with the hp only service center ( intarvo technologies and Sys net ) was contacted for minor work.
Now again its Hard disk is not responding we had contacted the service center they said since it out of warranty now we cant help you. each n every time a repaired hard disk and local LCD was put in my laptop which doesn't last long.
In this entire story my perceptions are as follows:
1) Defected laptop (in built Defect) was given to me. In spite of my repeated complaints they behaved with me very irresponsibly.
2) Authorize service center are helping the company by hiding the in built defects in the laptop &
fooling/ misguiding innocent customers( who had invested their pennies by hard working and savings.) by flattery words to the extent
4) In case company QC reports are not matching in initial services, variation be endorsed in written
reports to avoid irresponsible attitudes of showroom/Service center people.
5) If service center is also involved in the parallel activity, it may be ordered to
compensate the loss or fulfill the loss created by this mental harassment.
7) In this whole distribution cum sales chain of the company, ultimately the company is a nodal agency, which has to compensate for such looses (headache/trouble/Mental Harassment).
Now i had given my laptop to another HP service center ( zabil service center in jasola ) for proper diagnosis, they had told me that it had a local LCD fitted in it and hard disk is also a repaired one .
Service center told me that it has a local LCD fitted and the hard disk is also a repaired one . Since all the repair were done during the warranty period by their authorized service center i.e M/s Intarvo n SYS net . when I complaint about the local parts in my laptop . sys net is directly saying that whatever we got from HP we have replace with that one . Now Hp is saying, now intarvo technologies is no longer our service partner we cannot take any reponsibilkity towards the replacement done by inarvo but when my laptop was repaired it was there service associate (as I had locked my call for repairs with HP not with Intarvo)
I had purchase my laptop for 32 thousand rupees now they are asking for nearly 36 thousand for hardisk replacement and minor keyboard fixing issues. After so much requests to Hp now are agreed to get the hard disk replaced for 18 thousand. this is totally unfair and unjust . As already in last 1.5 year it was in downtime for more than 10 months .
Ultimately in this whole process a bread winner like me. who purchased this laptop for his requirements (I live in Geeta colony East Delhi .I work to earn my livelihood at Gurgoan, ) feels cheated /deceived, as the laptop does not comply/competes the standards which company claims and Non repair of this Down standard laptop in-built defect at company cost made the loss of my mental peace .
Still I hope and looking forward, with the company to kindly replace the laptop with new one.
