No proper response from HP regarding my laptop

I bought HP Pavilion g6-2236tx Notebook PC from hp center on 15th March, 2013 costing Rs. 58, 990/-. Around June 20th, I observed that battery didnt charge to completely 100% - it charged to 90%, 87%, 85%, etc... The charging capacity varied everytime I charged the laptop. printer is with authorized dealer from 2 months

My HP Laser colour printer was having a problem which i gave to authorised dealer . he told me that he has to order some part and the printer is lying with him from last 2 months but no positive reply from the authorised dealer .
i am into computer training bussiness but this is the first time i am facing this type of problem . i am very disappointed with HP Company
